A display control device comprising at least one processor, which displays a designated image designated from among a plurality of medical tomographic images and a list of medical information of a subject obtained earlier than the designated image, and when a selection of the medical information is accepted, controls to display details of the selected medical information together with the designated image.

2. The display control device according to claim 1, wherein the processor further displays an object indicating the position of the specified image among the plurality of tomographic images.

3. The display control device according to claim 1, wherein the medical information is medical information of a region that includes at least the same region as the specified image.

4. The display control device according to claim 1, wherein an area for displaying the details of the medical information is larger than an area for displaying the designated image.

5. A display control device according to claim 1, wherein the processor changes the size of the area displaying the details of the medical information in response to a touch operation on a display device displaying the specified image and the details of the medical information.

6. The display control device according to claim 1, wherein the processor changes the size of the area displaying the details of the medical information in response to a touch operation on the area displaying the details of the medical information.

A display control device as described in claim 1, wherein the processor controls switching of the displayed details of the past medical information to other details of the past medical information in response to an operation of tracing the displayed details of the medical information in a specific direction.

8. The display control device according to claim 1, wherein the medical information includes medical images of the subject.

9. A display control device as described in claim 1, wherein the detailed medical information includes multiple medical images of the subject and other information, and the processor controls to hide the other information when any of the multiple medical images is selected.

10. The display control device according to claim 1, wherein the processor displays reduced images of medical images included in the medical information as a list of the medical information of the subject.

11. A display control device as described in claim 1, wherein the processor, when receiving a specification of a word or sentence in the details of the medical information, retrieves literature or images related to the received word or sentence and displays the retrieved literature or images.

A display control method that displays a designated image selected from a plurality of medical tomographic images and a list of medical information of a subject obtained earlier than the designated image, and when a selection of the medical information is accepted, controls to display details of the selected medical information together with the designated image.
