DETAILED DESCRIPTION
[0030] In order to make the technical problems solved by the present application, the technical solutions adopted and the technical effects reached more clear, the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present application will be further described in detail below with reference to the drawings. Obviously, the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present application, not all the embodiments. Based on the embodiments in the present application, all other embodiments obtained by those skilled in the art without creative work fall within the scope of protection of the present application.
[0031] In the description of the present application, unless explicitly defined and limited, the terms "connected", "fixed" should be understood broadly, for example, it can be fixed connection, or detachable connection or integral; it can be mechanical connection, or electrical connection; it can be directly connected, or indirectly connected through intermediate medium, or internal communication of two elements or interaction relationship between two elements. For those skilled in the art, the specific meaning of the above terms in the present application can be understood according to the specific circumstances.
[0032] In the present application, unless explicitly defined and limited, the first feature "on" or "under" the second feature can include that the first and second features are in direct contact, or that the first and second features are not in direct contact but are in contact through another feature between them. Moreover, the first feature "on", "above" and "above" the second feature includes that the first feature is directly above and obliquely above the second feature, or only indicates that the horizontal height of the first feature is higher than that of the second feature. The first feature "under", "below" and "below" the second feature includes that the first feature is directly below and obliquely below the second feature, or only indicates that the horizontal height of the first feature is less than that of the second feature.
[0033] The camera device applied to the intelligent device is generally used for shooting video or photo. The camera device is essential in the application scenarios of video call, video conference, face recognition, etc., but since the camera device is generally directly exposed, and the intelligent device is in a networked state for a long time, people's attention and demand for privacy protection function also gradually increase when using the camera device.
[0034] For example, the conference panel is generally configured with a camera device, and the conference panel can be remotely connected with other devices, based on the camera device to collect images of the conference room in real time, to realize the function of remote video conference. However, when the user does not need to remotely connect for video conference, but only needs to use the conference panel for report and display, at this time, if the camera device is not closed by software, but is in use, it may cause personal privacy leakage and business secret leakage, therefore, the camera device is required to have the privacy protection function of anti-peeping. It can be understood that the camera device of the electronic device in the family, classroom and other places also has the demand of anti-peeping protection.
[0035] In the related art, the camera device has a software type peep-proof scheme and a hardware type peep-proof scheme. The software type peep-proof scheme requires a user to perform a click operation, and the user sometimes forgets to turn off the camera device through software. For the hardware type peep-proof scheme, some camera devices are configured with an electrically driven shielding piece, and when the camera device is not needed to be used, the electrically driven shielding piece is driven to slide through a driving mechanism to shield the lens of the camera device, but in some cases, the user prefers a manual peep-proof operation scheme, and such an electrically driven peep-proof scheme cannot meet the user demand. In the related art, the structure of some rotating peep-proof devices is complex, has many parts, and is complex to assemble, and has a high production cost.
[0036] Based on this, the present application provides a peep-proof device, which can be applied to a camera device. A shell 12 is used to accommodate a camera module 40, and the camera module 40 can shoot external images through an opening 101 of the shell 12. The peep-proof device only needs to manually rotate a rotating ring 20, so as to achieve shielding and opening of an opening 101 of a cover body 11 by a peep-proof piece 30, realize switching between a shielding state and an opening state of the peep-proof piece 30, and achieve the peep-proof function when the peep-proof piece 30 is in the shielding state. The peep-proof device has a simple structure, is easy to operate, meets the demand of manual peep-proof, and has a more simple structure, fewer types and quantities of parts to be produced, high assembly efficiency, and lower production cost.
[0037] The camera device can meet the manual privacy peep-proof demand of the camera module 40, is convenient to use, has a reliable structure, has a compact overall structure, the user can also visually judge whether the camera device is in a peep-proof state through naked eyes, and has high reliability. The camera device can be applied to interactive tablets, home computers, televisions and other electronic devices.
[0038] Please refer to FIGS. 1 to 15, and the peep-proof device and the camera device are described below.
[0039] The camera device includes a camera module 40 and a peep-proof device. The camera module 40 includes a lens 41 and a lens seat.
[0040] The peep-proof device includes a cover body 11, a shell 12, a rotating ring 20, a peep-proof piece 30 and a transmission piece 33.
[0041] The rotating ring 20 is rotatably arranged between the shell 12 and the cover body 11, and the cover body 11, the rotating ring 20 and the shell 12 form an accommodation cavity 102 therebetween. The peep-proof piece 30, the transmission piece 33 and the camera module 40 are arranged in the accommodation cavity 102.
[0042] The cover body 11 is provided with an opening 101 at a middle position thereof, the accommodation cavity 102 is in communication with the outside of the peep-proof device through the opening 101, and the camera module 40 can shoot images of the external environment through the opening 101.
[0043] The cover body 11 or the shell 12 is provided with a support, and the privacy protection piece 30 is installed on the support and can rotate relative to the support. The privacy protection piece 30 is provided with a shielding part 301, which is used to open or shield the opening 101 on the cover body 11 to expose or shield the camera module 40, and part of the shielding part 301 of the privacy protection piece 30 can pass through the opening 101. When the privacy protection piece 30 is in an open state, the lens 41 of the camera module 40 can shoot an image outside the shell 12 through the opening 101. When the privacy protection piece 30 is in a shielding state, the lens 41 of the camera module 40 is shielded by the privacy protection piece 30, and cannot shoot an image outside the shell 12, thereby achieving privacy protection.
[0044] Please continue to refer to FIGS. 1-3, the rotating ring 20 is rotatably installed between the cover body 11 and the shell 12, and the rotating ring 20 can rotate relative to the shell 12 and the cover body 11 about a rotation axis, and the rotation axis of the rotating ring 20 is a first axis, and in FIGS. 2 and 14, L1 schematically shows the first axis of the rotating ring 20. At least part of the rotating ring 20 is sleeved outside the shell 12, so that the outer wall of the rotating ring 20 is exposed, thereby providing a holding position, which facilitates a user to externally grasp the rotating ring 20 to manually rotate the rotating ring 20. In an embodiment, the overall shape of the privacy protection device is similar to a cylinder, and the rotating ring 20 is in a circular ring shape, so that a user can conveniently hold and rotate the rotating ring 20 with one hand, thereby achieving a good operation experience. In other embodiments, the rotating ring 20 can also be an arc-shaped structure or other structure, such as a semi-circular ring structure, which is slidably sleeved on the shell 12, and the shape of the rotating ring 20 is not limited in the present application.
[0045] The privacy protection piece 30 is rotatably installed on the support, and the privacy protection piece 30 can rotate relative to the shell 12 and the cover body 11 under the action of the rotating ring 20, and the rotation axis of the privacy protection piece 30 is at least a second axis, and in FIGS. 2 and 14, L2 schematically shows the second axis of the privacy protection piece 30. In the present application, the privacy protection piece 30 is connected with the transmission member 33, and the privacy protection piece 30 is in transmission cooperation with the rotating ring 20 through the transmission member 33, so that when the rotating ring 20 is rotated by an external force, the rotating ring 20 drives the privacy protection piece 30 to rotate relative to the shell 12 about the rotation axis through the transmission member 33, so that the shielding part 301 of the privacy protection piece 30 is opened or closed, thereby exposing or shielding the camera module 40. The privacy protection piece 30 is in transmission cooperation with the inner side of the rotating ring 20 through the transmission member 33, wherein the inner side of the rotating ring 20 refers to the side of the rotating ring 20 close to the first axis, and the transmission cooperation refers to that the movement of the rotating ring 20 can drive the movement of the privacy protection piece 30. The rotating ring 20 can rotate relative to the shell 12 to drive the privacy protection piece 30 to shield or open the opening 101, and the privacy protection piece 30 is in a shielding state when shielding the opening 101, and the privacy protection piece 30 is in an open state when opening the opening 101.
[0046] Referring to FIGS. 1-4, the manner in which the inner side of the rotating ring 20 drives the privacy screen 30 to rotate is that the inner side wall of the rotating ring 20 is provided with a plurality of protrusions 21, the plurality of protrusions 21 are arranged in a circumferential direction on the inner side wall of the rotating ring 20, in other words, the plurality of protrusions 21 are arranged in a circumferential direction around the first axis. It should be noted that the plurality of protrusions 21 on the inner wall of the rotating ring 20 can be arranged continuously or in a dot shape, that is, the plurality of protrusions 21 can be arranged around the entire circle or only in a part of the area, for example, only in half or a quarter of the circle. The privacy screen 30 is connected with a transmission member 33, the transmission member 33 can be engaged with at least one protrusion 21 on the inner side wall of the rotating ring 20 to realize the transmission cooperation between the rotating ring 20 and the privacy screen 30, so that when the rotating ring 20 is rotated by an external force, the rotating ring 20 drives the transmission member 33 to move, the transmission member 33 drives the privacy screen 30 to rotate, and the shielding part 301 of the privacy screen 30 realizes opening or closing. It can be understood that the user can directly hold the rotating ring 20 with his hand to exert an external force to make the rotating ring 20 rotate, and the camera privacy function is realized by manual operation; however, using an electric device to drive the rotating ring 20 to exert an external force to make the rotating ring 20 rotate also belongs to the scope to be protected by the present application.
[0047] Referring to FIG. 2, the rotation axis of the rotating ring 20 and the rotation axis of the privacy screen 30 are in angular cooperation. The rotation axis of the rotating ring 20 and the rotation axis of the privacy screen 30 can be in angular cooperation at least in the following cases: first, the first axis L1 and the second axis L2 are located in the same plane, and the first axis L1 and the second axis L2 are not parallel nor coincident; second, the first axis L1 is located in a first plane, the second axis L2 is located in a second plane, and the projection line of the first axis L1 projected onto the second plane is not parallel nor coincident with the second axis L2. Exemplarily, the rotation axis of the rotating ring 20 extends in a front-rear direction, and the rotation axis of the privacy screen 30 extends in a left-right direction.
[0048] The privacy device and the camera device of the present application can switch the state of the privacy screen 30 by manually rotating the rotating ring 20, which cleverly realizes the function of closing the privacy screen 30 to realize privacy or opening the privacy screen 30 to take pictures, and the rotating ring 20 and the privacy screen 30 are flexible and reliable in movement, and the overall structure is simple. The privacy device does not need to be provided with a special driving mechanism for driving the privacy screen 30 to rotate, which can reduce the manufacturing cost.
[0049] When the rotating ring 20 and the privacy screen 30 are configured, the inventor considers configuring a structure for transmission cooperation with the privacy screen 30 on the front side or the rear side of the rotating ring 20, but the inventor finds that the privacy device has a large appearance size, the application range is limited, and there are some other problems. The privacy device of the present application integrates the protrusions 21 for transmission cooperation with the transmission member 33 in the privacy screen 30 on the inner side wall of the rotating ring 20, which has the following effects:
[0050] First, the direct transmission of driving force is more beneficial. For example, when the user holds the outer wall of the rotating ring 20 and rotates the rotating ring 20, the force applied by the user can be directly transmitted to the inner wall of the rotating ring 20, and then transmitted to the privacy protection piece 30 through the protruding part 21 of the inner wall of the rotating ring 20. The transmission path of the driving force is short and direct, the loss of driving force is reduced, the driving efficiency is improved, the user can drive the rotating ring 20 to rotate with less force, and the privacy protection piece 30 can be switched between the open or covered state, thereby improving the user experience and operating the privacy protection.
[0051] Second, the position where the protruding part 21 is engaged with the transmission part 33 to realize force transmission is close to the outer wall of the rotating ring 20 and close to the operation position for holding with the hand. Thus, when the user rotates the rotating ring 20 to adjust the state of the privacy protection piece 30, the user receives better operation feedback, improving the user experience.
[0052] Third, the protruding part 21 is directly integrated into the inner wall of the rotating ring 20, which improves the integration of the structure, reduces the number of parts, simplifies the overall structure, and further reduces the production cost of the structure of the privacy protection piece 30. At the same time, it also improves the assembly efficiency of the privacy protection device and reduces the assembly cost of the privacy protection device.
[0053] Fourth, compared with the front side or rear side of the rotating ring 20 and the transmission cooperation of the privacy protection piece 30, the present application can reuse the space of the rotating ring 20 in the direction of the rotating axis, which can save the axial space of the overall structure and reduce the volume of the entire privacy protection device. When the installation space of the camera device using the privacy protection device or the intelligent terminal using the privacy protection device is small, the privacy protection device is also suitable for installation.
[0054] Fifth, the privacy protection device of the present application configures the rotating axis of the rotating ring 20 and the rotating axis of the privacy protection piece 30 to be at an angle. In this way, the rotation of the rotating ring 20 can drive the rotation of the privacy protection piece 30 in a smaller space, the structure is more compact, and the space occupied is small.
[0055] Sixth, the plurality of protruding parts 21 correspond to the plurality of transmission grooves 3301, and the plurality of protruding parts 21 can ensure that the rotating ring 20 has sufficient rotation amplitude when the rotating ring 20 rotates, thereby driving the privacy protection piece 30 to improve the rotation range, and also ensuring the continuity of power transmission of the rotating ring 20, further improving the structural practicability and reliability of the privacy protection device.
[0056] In the anti-peeping device of the present application, the anti-peeping piece 30 is rotatably mounted on the support. On the one hand, it is convenient to assemble and maintain. For example, when assembling the anti-peeping device, the anti-peeping piece 30 is directly mounted on the support, and then the cover body 11, the rotating ring 20 and the shell 12 are assembled. When the anti-peeping piece 30 needs to be repaired or replaced, the cover body 11 and the shell 12 are separated, and then the anti-peeping piece 30 can be taken out. On the other hand, the support is directly integrated with the cover body 11 or the shell 12 by one-piece molding, so that a separate support part is not needed, the number of parts is reduced, and the assembly steps are reduced. In addition, referring to FIGS. 2, 11 and 13, when the anti-peeping piece 30 is in the covering state, part of the shielding part 301 of the anti-peeping piece 30 passes through the opening 101. On the one hand, the shielding part 301 of the anti-peeping piece 30 is close to the edge of the opening 101, so that the light leakage and shielding effect is good. On the other hand, it is also beneficial to reduce the space occupation of the anti-peeping piece 30 in the accommodation cavity 102. By arranging the opening 101 in the middle part of the cover body 11, the camera module 40 in the accommodation cavity 102 can be arranged centrally, so that the position of the opening 101 corresponds to the position of the camera module 40, and the space layout is reasonable.
[0057] When designing the transmission matching mode of the anti-peeping piece 30 and the rotating ring 20, the inventor considered arranging gears on the rotating ring 20 and the anti-peeping piece 30 respectively, and rotating the anti-peeping piece 30 by engaging the two gears when the rotating ring 20 rotates. However, the inventor found that this requires high assembly precision of the gears, high yield, and high production cost. In addition, the two gears may be loose or jammed, which may cause the anti-peeping piece 30 to rotate unevenly or not to rotate when the user rotates the rotating ring 20, affecting the user experience. The inventor also found that in the transmission scheme realized by two gears, the two gears can only be located in the same plane, which requires a wide enough space to accommodate the two gears, resulting in a large overall volume of the anti-peeping device.
[0058] The anti-peeping device of the application realizes the transmission cooperation between the anti-peeping piece 30 and the rotating ring 20 in the following manner. Please refer to FIG. 14 and FIG. 15. The transmission piece 33 is provided with a transmission groove 3301. The protruding part 21 of the rotating ring 20 enters the transmission groove 3301 of the transmission piece 33. The protruding part 21 can abut against the groove wall of the transmission groove 3301 to transmit the force from the rotating ring 20 to the transmission piece 33. The length direction of the transmission groove 3301 and the rotation axis direction of the anti-peeping piece 30 are intersected at an acute angle. L3 in FIG. 14 shows the length direction of the transmission groove. The side surface of the protruding part 21 abutting against the inner wall of the transmission groove 3301 extends along the length direction of the transmission groove 3301 to make the side surface of the protruding part 21 and the inner wall of the transmission groove 3301 fit. The anti-peeping device of the application makes the length direction of the transmission groove 3301 and the rotation axis direction of the anti-peeping piece 30 intersect at an acute angle. The inclined surface on the transmission groove 3301 is inclined relative to the rotation axis (the first axis L1) of the rotating ring 20 and the rotation axis (the second axis L2) of the anti-peeping piece 30. The protruding part 21 and the transmission groove 3301 are engaged through the inclined surface. The transmission direction of the force can be changed. The requirement for the space design is reduced. The space for other components is ensured. The installation design flexibility of other components is ensured. The engagement through the inclined surface improves the transmission contact area. The transmission precision is further improved. The operation feeling of the anti-peeping device is improved.
[0059] Please continue to refer to FIG. 1 to FIG. 4, FIG. 6, FIG. 8, and FIG. 10. The two ends of the anti-peeping piece 30 are respectively in transmission cooperation with the inner side of the rotating ring 20. Relative to the scheme of transmission cooperation of only one end, the two ends of the anti-peeping piece 30 are in transmission cooperation with the rotating ring 20. In this way, when the rotating ring 20 rotates around the first axis under the action of external force, the anti-peeping piece 30 can be simultaneously driven by the two regions on the inner side of the rotating ring 20. The transmission efficiency is high. The rotation of the anti-peeping piece 30 is stable and reliable. Relative to the transmission cooperation of three parts or more parts of the anti-peeping piece 30 with the inner side of the rotating ring 20, the anti-peeping piece 30 of the application is in transmission cooperation with the inner side of the rotating ring 20 at two ends. In this way, the transmission efficiency is improved. The rotation axis of the anti-peeping piece 30 and the rotation axis of the rotating ring 20 are in angular cooperation.
[0060] In other embodiments, only one end of the anti-peeping piece 30 is in transmission cooperation with the inner side of the rotating ring 20.
[0061] Please refer to FIG. 1 to FIG. 4, FIG. 6 to FIG. 11, the privacy protection device 30 includes a first privacy protection cover 31 and a second privacy protection cover 32. The first privacy protection cover 31 and the second privacy protection cover 32 are rotatably connected with the shell 12, the end of the first privacy protection cover 31 is in transmission cooperation with the inner side of the rotating ring 20, and the inner side of the second privacy protection cover 32 is in transmission cooperation with the inner side of the rotating ring 20. When the privacy protection device 30 is in a covering state, the first privacy protection cover 31 and the second privacy protection cover 32 cooperate to shield the opening 101, that is, each of the two privacy protection covers shields a part of the opening 101, and the first privacy protection cover 31 and the second privacy protection cover 32 are closed, as long as there is no gap between the two privacy protection covers to completely shield the opening 101. When the privacy protection device 30 is in an open state, the first privacy protection cover 31 and the second privacy protection cover 32 are opened to expose the camera module 40 from the space between the first privacy protection cover 31 and the second privacy protection cover 32. The present application shields or opens the opening 101 of the shell 12 by cooperation of the two privacy protection covers, which can reduce the rotation stroke space of a single privacy protection cover and reduce the volume of the overall structure, and is beneficial to compact design.
[0062] It can be understood that the rotation axis of the first privacy protection cover 31 and the rotation axis of the second privacy protection cover 32 can coincide or not coincide but be parallel. When the rotation axis of the first privacy protection cover 31 and the rotation axis of the second privacy protection cover 32 coincide, the first privacy protection cover 31 and the second privacy protection cover 32 are more compact. In the foregoing embodiment, the rotation axis of the privacy protection device 30 is the second axis L2, which can refer to the rotation axis of the first privacy protection cover 31 or the rotation axis of the second privacy protection cover 32.
[0063] In other embodiments, the privacy protection device 30 can also be configured with only one privacy protection cover.
[0064] The privacy protection device is configured to drive the privacy protection device 30 to cover or open when the rotating ring 20 rotates in different directions. In this way, the user can shield the camera module 40 when rotating the rotating ring 20 in the forward direction, and can expose and use the camera module 40 when rotating the rotating ring 20 in the reverse direction, which is convenient for the user to operate and can rotate the rotating ring 20 in different directions according to different needs, which is simple and easy to use.
[0065] In an embodiment, the privacy shield 30 comprises a first privacy cover 31 and a second privacy cover 32. As shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, the rotating ring 20 can be rotated in a first direction to drive the first privacy cover 31 and the second privacy cover 32 to rotate towards each other, so that the first privacy cover 31 and the second privacy cover 32 are closed and cover the opening 101 of the shell 12, to adjust the privacy shield 30 to a closed state, to shield the lens 41 and achieve privacy protection. In FIGS. 7 and 8, the privacy shield 30 is in the closed state, the first privacy cover 31 and the second privacy cover 32 are closed and cover the opening 101 of the shell 12, and the lens 41 is covered. As shown in FIGS. 7, 9 and 10, the rotating ring 20 can be rotated in a second direction to drive the first privacy cover 31 and the second privacy cover 32 to rotate away from each other, so that the first privacy cover 31 and the second privacy cover 32 open the opening 101, to adjust the privacy shield 30 to an open state, so that the lens 41 is exposed from the opening 101, and the camera module 40 can shoot external images through the opening 101 of the shell 12. In FIGS. 9 and 10, the privacy shield 30 is in the open state, the first privacy cover 31 and the second privacy cover 32 are opened, and the lens 41 is exposed.
[0066] Rotating the rotating ring 20 can cleverly achieve the function of closing two privacy covers to achieve privacy, or opening two privacy covers to shoot. Taking the camera as a conference camera as an example, after the user ends the video conference, the user can manually rotate the rotating ring 20 to rotate the two privacy covers towards the middle at the same time, to shield the lens 41 of the camera module 40 and achieve privacy. When the user needs to perform a video conference or face recognition function, the user can manually rotate the rotating ring 20 to rotate the two privacy covers outwards at the same time, to expose the lens 41 of the camera module 40. In this way, the problem of forgetting to turn off the camera shooting function through software when the camera is not needed can be solved. Exemplarily, in an embodiment, taking the first privacy cover 31 as an upper privacy cover and the second privacy cover 32 as a lower privacy cover as an example, the user can rotate the rotating ring 20 to the left to make the upper privacy cover flip downwards and the lower privacy cover flip upwards, to cover the opening 101 of the shell 12. The user can also rotate the rotating ring 20 to the right to make the upper privacy cover flip upwards and the lower privacy cover flip downwards, to open the opening 101 of the shell 12.
[0067] It can be understood that the size of the rotating ring 20 along the first axis is the height H of the rotating ring 20, and the height H of the rotating ring 20 is shown in FIG. 2.
[0068] Exemplarily, the rotating ring 20 can rotate relative to the shell 12 in a first direction to drive the privacy shield 30 to shield the opening 101; the rotating ring 20 can rotate relative to the shell 12 in a second direction to drive the privacy shield 30 to open the opening 101. One of the first direction and the second direction is a clockwise direction, and the other is a counterclockwise direction. Exemplarily, F1 in FIG. 7 indicates the first direction, and F2 indicates the second direction.
[0069] In other embodiments, the privacy device is configured to drive the privacy shield 30 to shield the opening 101 when the rotating ring 20 rotates in the first direction within a first angle range, and to drive the privacy shield 30 to open the opening 101 when the rotating ring 20 continues to rotate in the first direction but within a second angle range.
[0070] Please continue to refer to FIGS. 1-4, 8, and 10, the transmission member 33 includes a first transmission member 331 and a second transmission member 332, and both the first transmission member 331 and the second transmission member 332 are provided with transmission grooves 3301. In this embodiment, the first transmission member 331 and the second transmission member 332 are respectively arranged at both ends of the privacy shield 30, the first transmission member 331 is provided with a plurality of transmission grooves 3301 spaced apart around its axis, and the second transmission member 332 is provided with a plurality of transmission grooves 3301 spaced apart around its axis. In this way, at least one transmission groove 3301 of the first transmission member 331 is embedded with the protruding part 21 of the rotating ring 20 to be engaged with the rotating ring 20, at least one transmission groove 3301 of the second transmission member 332 is embedded with the protruding part 21 of the rotating ring 20 to be engaged with the rotating ring 20, and transmission cooperation is achieved. The inner side wall of the rotating ring 20 and the two ends of the privacy shield 30 are connected by the engagement of the protruding part 21 and the transmission groove 3301, which is more efficient than other transmission modes relying on friction between surfaces, and can stably and reliably transmit power to reliably drive the privacy shield 30 to rotate, thereby avoiding unsuccessful shielding of the camera module 40 due to the privacy shield 30 not rotating in place after slipping, and thus avoiding privacy leakage.
[0071] In order to drive the privacy shield 30 to rotate around the second axis when the rotating ring 20 rotates around the first axis, a plurality of protruding parts 21 are arranged around the first axis on the inner side of the rotating ring 20, and a plurality of transmission grooves 3301 are arranged around the second axis on the end of the privacy shield 30, so as to drive the privacy shield 30 to switch between the covering state and the open state after the rotating ring 20 rotates by a certain angle.
[0072] In an embodiment, the end of the first privacy cover 31 is connected with the first transmission member 331, and the end of the second privacy cover 32 is connected with the second transmission member 332. The first transmission member 331 and the first privacy cover 31 can be integrally formed, or the first transmission member 331 is connected with the first privacy cover 31 by fastening or other means, as long as the first transmission member 331 can drive the first privacy cover 31 to rotate when the first transmission member 331 rotates. Similarly, the second transmission member 332 and the second privacy cover 32 can be integrally formed, or the second transmission member 332 is connected with the second privacy cover 32 by fastening or other means, as long as the second transmission member 332 can drive the second privacy cover 32 to rotate when the second transmission member 332 rotates. When the first transmission member 331 and the second transmission member 332 are respectively installed on the first privacy cover 31 and the second privacy cover 32, the complexity of the privacy cover structure can be simplified, the production difficulty of the privacy cover can be reduced, and when the transmission between the privacy cover and the rotating ring 20 is not smooth, only the transmission member 33 needs to be replaced, without replacing the privacy cover.
[0073] Of course, in other embodiments, only the end of the first privacy cover 31 or only the end of the second privacy cover 32 can be provided with the transmission member 33.
[0074] The privacy cover 30 includes the first privacy cover 31 and the second privacy cover 32, and the privacy device includes the first transmission member 331 and the second transmission member 332. The first privacy cover 31 and the second privacy cover 32 are rotatably connected with the shell 12 or the cover 11. The first transmission member 331 is connected with the first privacy cover 31, and the relative rotation between the first transmission member 331 and the first privacy cover 31 is limited. The second transmission member 332 is connected with the second privacy cover 32, and the relative rotation between the second transmission member 332 and the second privacy cover 32 is limited. The first transmission member 331 and the second transmission member 332 are engaged with the inner wall of the rotating ring 20, so as to realize the transmission connection between the rotating ring 20 and the first privacy cover 31 and between the rotating ring 20 and the second privacy cover 32. The protrusion 21 for transmission cooperation with the privacy cover 30 is arranged on the inner wall of the rotating ring 20. The first transmission member 331, the second transmission member 332, the first privacy cover 31, and the second privacy cover 32 can be at least partially accommodated in the space inside the rotating ring 20, and share the space with the rotating ring 20 in the height H, so that the overall structure is more compact, and the volume of the camera device can be reduced.
[0075] Optionally, the first transmission member 331 and the second transmission member 332 are bevel gears. The bevel gear is also called bevel gear or conical gear. The bevel gear is used for transmission between intersecting shafts. Compared with the cylindrical gear, the bevel gear can change the transmission direction, and the single-stage transmission ratio is large. Based on the fact that the first transmission member 331 and the second transmission member 332 are bevel gears, the inner wall of the rotating ring 20 is provided with a protruding portion 21 for meshing with the bevel gear, so that the first axis and the second axis are perpendicular. In this way, when the rotating ring 20 is rotated, the two privacy covers can be easily driven to close or open, and the overall structure can be more compact, while ensuring the transmission reliability.
[0076] In other embodiments, when the rotating ring 20 is provided with a plurality of protruding portions 21 on the inner side, the first transmission member 331 and the second transmission member 332 can also not be bevel gears, and the first transmission member 331 and the second transmission member 332 can also be provided with some transmission members 33 for changing the angle of the rotating shaft between the rotating ring 20. However, it can be understood that in the foregoing embodiments, the rotating ring 20 is provided with a plurality of protruding portions 21 on the inner side, and the bevel gears are used as the first transmission member 331 and the second transmission member 332. The transmission member 33 can be directly meshed on the inner wall of the rotating ring 20, and the bevel gear can realize the transmission between the two intersecting rotating shafts. Therefore, it is not necessary to additionally increase other transmission members 33 between the rotating ring 20 and the transmission member 33, and the overall structure is more simple.
[0077] It should be noted that the greater the height H of the rotating ring 20, the greater the position provided by the outer wall of the rotating ring 20 for the user to hold, and the better the operation experience of the user grasping the rotating ring 20. The appropriate H can be selected according to the needs.
[0078] It can be understood that, compared with the scheme of “providing two annular racks on the rear side of the rotating ring 20, and using cylindrical gears as the first transmission member 331 and the second transmission member 332”, the scheme of “providing a plurality of protruding portions 21 on the inner wall of the rotating ring 20 around the first axis, and using bevel gears as the first transmission member 331 and the second transmission member 332” in the present application can utilize the height H of the rotating ring 20 to arrange the privacy cover 30 in the space on the inner side of the rotating ring 20, so that the space utilization is more reasonable, the structure is more compact, and the operation experience of the user grasping the rotating ring 20 can be considered at the same time.
[0079] In an embodiment, the upper portion of the shell 12 is provided with an annular mounting step, and when the lower assembly is assembled, the rotating sleeve is first mounted on the mounting step of the shell 12. The shell 12 is provided with a plurality of seat mounting columns 121, and the cover body 11 is provided with a plurality of cover mounting columns 115. When the upper assembly and the lower assembly are assembled, the seat mounting columns 121 and the cover mounting columns 115 are locked by fastening or other methods, so that the rotating sleeve is rotatably and axially limitedly assembled between the cover body 11 and the shell 12. The assembly is simple and the structure is reliable.
[0080] Please refer to Fig. 1, in order to prevent the peep-proof piece 30 in the open state, the lens 41 is contaminated by external or external objects, the peep-proof device includes a protective cover 60, the protective cover 60 is provided on the side of the cover body 11 away from the shell 12, the protective cover 60 is a transparent cover. The transparent cover can be but not limited to glass material, plastic material. The protective cover 60 can be connected with the cover body 11 by pasting, buckling and the like.
[0081] In an embodiment, the two ends of the first peep-proof cover 31 are respectively a first main connecting shaft 312 and a first auxiliary connecting shaft 313, and the two ends of the second peep-proof cover 32 are respectively a second main connecting shaft 322 and a second auxiliary connecting shaft 323; the first main connecting shaft 312 and the second main connecting shaft 322 are located at opposite ends of the peep-proof piece 30. The first auxiliary connecting shaft 313 is rotationally connected with the second peep-proof cover 32, and the second auxiliary connecting shaft 323 is rotationally connected with the first peep-proof cover 31; the first transmission member 331 is installed on the first main connecting shaft 312, and the second transmission member 332 is installed on the second main connecting shaft 322.
[0082] Next, with Fig. 4 as an example, one kind of peep-proof piece 30 assembly mode is described:
[0083] When assembling the peep-proof piece 30, the first main connecting shaft 312 of the first peep-proof cover 31 is downward, the first auxiliary connecting shaft 313 is upward, the second auxiliary connecting shaft 323 of the second peep-proof cover 32 is downward, and the second auxiliary connecting shaft 323 is upward. The first auxiliary connecting shaft 313 of the upper end of the first peep-proof cover 31 is clamped into the end cover of the upper end of the second peep-proof cover 32, so that the first auxiliary connecting shaft 313 is rotationally connected with the second peep-proof cover 32. The second auxiliary connecting shaft 323 of the lower end of the second peep-proof cover 32 is clamped into the end cover of the lower end of the first peep-proof cover 31, so that the second auxiliary connecting shaft 323 is rotationally connected with the first peep-proof cover 31. The first transmission member 331 is sleeved on the first main connecting shaft 312, and the first transmission member 331 and the first main connecting shaft 312 are fixed by the first fastener 35. The second transmission member 332 is sleeved on the second main connecting shaft 322, and the second transmission member 332 and the second main connecting shaft 322 are fixed by the second fastener 36.
[0084] Fig. 6 shows the cooperation between the components in the assembled peep-proof piece 30.
[0085] Referring to Fig. 1, Fig. 4, Fig. 6, it can be understood that the first peep-proof cover 31 and the second peep-proof cover 32 can be the same part, so that the number of parts can be reduced. When assembling, only the main connecting shafts of the two peep-proof covers need to be adjusted to the two sides away from each other, so that the rotation axes of the first peep-proof cover 31 and the second peep-proof cover 32 are coaxial, and the structure is compact.
[0086] Referring to FIGS. 2-6, the connection between the privacy piece 30 and the housing 12 can be achieved by the following manner: the first main connecting shaft 312 of the first privacy cover 31 is rotationally connected with the housing 12, so that the first privacy cover 31 can rotate relative to the housing 12; the second main connecting shaft 322 of the second privacy cover 32 is rotationally connected with the housing 12, so that the second privacy cover 32 can rotate relative to the housing 12. In this way, the privacy piece 30 can be completely assembled first, and then the privacy piece 30 is assembled to the housing 12. The privacy device is simple to assemble.
[0087] Please refer to FIGS. 8, 11, and 13, both of the privacy covers include main cover portions, and when both of the privacy covers are closed, the two main cover portions are closed to form a containing groove (not marked in the figure, for example, as shown in FIGS. 2, 6, and 10, at least part of the lens 41 extends into the containing groove.
[0088] In an embodiment, referring to FIGS. 4, 8, and 11, the first privacy cover 31 includes a first shielding portion 311, and the second privacy cover 32 includes a second shielding portion 321, in other words, the shielding portion 301 of the privacy piece 30 includes the first shielding portion 311 and the second shielding portion 321. The first shielding portion 311 includes a first side plate 3112 and a first front plate 3111 connected with each other, and the second shielding portion 321 includes a second side plate 3212 and a second front plate 3211 connected with each other. The privacy piece 30 has a shielding state. As shown in FIGS. 6-8 and 11, when the privacy piece 30 is in the shielding state, the first shielding portion 311 and the second shielding portion 321 are closed, at this time, the first front plate 3111 abuts against the second front plate 3211, and the first side plate 3112 abuts against the second side plate 3212, and the first side plate 3112, the first front plate 3111, the second front plate 3211, and the second side plate 3212 form a containing groove therebetween, which is used to contain the lens 41 of the camera module 40, at this time, the first side plate 3112 and the second side plate 3212 surround the outside of the lens 41, and the first front plate 3111 and the second front plate 3211 shield the front side of the lens 41. In this embodiment, when the privacy piece 30 is in the shielding state, the privacy cover surrounds the outside of the lens 41 and partially shields the front side of the lens 41, and compared with the scheme in which the privacy cover completely shields the front side of the lens 41, the shielding effect of the privacy piece 30 on the lens 41 is better, the privacy is more comprehensive, and the lens 41 is also protected to a certain extent.
[0089] Of course, in other embodiments, the main cover portion of the privacy cover can only include a front plate portion. The privacy piece 30 is further described below by taking the main cover portion of the privacy cover including a side plate portion and a front plate portion as an example.
[0090] Please continue to refer to FIG. 4, FIG. 8, FIG. 11, FIG. 13, in an embodiment, the first side plate 3112 is an arc-shaped plate, the second side plate 3212 is an arc-shaped plate, the first front plate 3111 is a flat plate, and the second front plate 3211 is a flat plate. The side plate part is an arc-shaped plate, which can match the lens 41 with an overall shape similar to a cylinder. The front plate part is a flat plate, which can shield the front side of the lens 41 while minimizing the axial space occupied by the front plate part, so that the overall structure is more compact.
[0091] In other embodiments, the two main cover parts can also respectively include only one plate part, for example, the first shielding part 311 and the second shielding part 321 are both spherical structures, and when the two main cover parts are closed, the two main cover parts abut to form a spherical structure.
[0092] Please refer to FIG. 13, in order to make the overall shape of the shell 12 more compact, the privacy piece 30 and the shell 12 are configured such that when the privacy piece 30 is in the shielding state, the first privacy cover 31 and the second privacy cover 32 are closed, the first side plate 3112 and the second side plate 3212 both extend to the outside of the cover body 11 (i.e., extend out of the accommodation cavity 102), and the first front plate 3111 and the second front plate 3211 are both located outside the cover body 11 (i.e., extend out of the accommodation cavity 102). The axial space occupied by the privacy piece 30 in the shielding state is generally larger than the axial space occupied by the privacy piece 30 in the open state, and in this embodiment, at least part of the privacy piece 30 extends outside the shell 12 when the privacy piece 30 is in the shielding state, which can reduce the occupation of the internal space of the shell 12 by the privacy piece 30, and the internal space of the shell 12 can accommodate other devices. When the shell 12 includes the cover body 11 and the shell 12, and the opening 101 is provided on the shell 12, the design of this embodiment is beneficial to reducing the height of the shell 12.
[0093] Optionally, please continue to refer to FIG. 13, the shell 12 includes the cover body 11 and the shell 12, the cover body 11 is connected with the shell 12, and the accommodation cavity 102 is formed between the cover body 11 and the shell 12, the opening 101 is provided on the cover body 11, and the opening 101 communicates with the accommodation cavity 102; the side of the cover body 11 away from the accommodation cavity 102 is provided with a recess 1101 communicating with the opening 101, and at least part of the first privacy cover 31 and at least part of the second privacy cover 32 are located in the recess 1101 when the first privacy cover 31 and the second privacy cover 32 are closed. In this embodiment, the cover body 11 is concave, which can accommodate the part of the privacy piece 30 protruding out of the surface of the cover body 11 when the privacy piece 30 is in the shielding state. When the side of the cover body 11 away from the shell 12 needs to be configured with a protective cover 60 for protecting the lens 41, the concave cover body 11 can also avoid interference between the part of the privacy piece 30 protruding out and the protective cover 60.
[0094] Please refer to FIG. 13, the side of the cover 11 away from the shell 12 is tangent to the base plane S0, the side of the first privacy cover 31 away from the shell 12 is tangent to the first plane S1, and the side of the second privacy cover 32 away from the shell 12 is tangent to the second plane S2. Moreover, the base plane is parallel to the first plane, and the base plane is parallel to the second plane. In an embodiment, when the first privacy cover 31 and the second privacy cover 32 are closed, the top of the first privacy cover 31 and the top of the second privacy cover 32 are both lower than the top of the cover 11, that is, the base plane is located on the side of the first plane away from the shell 12, and the base plane is located on the side of the second plane away from the shell 12; on the basis of this embodiment, a plurality of steps can be configured on the upper side of the cover 11 to make the front side of the privacy device more beautiful in appearance. In another embodiment, when the first privacy cover 31 and the second privacy cover 32 are closed, the top of the first privacy cover 31 and the top of the second privacy cover 32 are flush with the top of the cover 11, that is, the base plane, the first plane, and the second plane coincide, and the appearance is more beautiful.
[0095] Of course, in other embodiments, the privacy piece 30 can also be completely accommodated inside the shell 12 when it is in the covering state.
[0096] Referring to FIGS. 4 and 6, the first privacy cover 31 includes a first shielding part 311, a first main connecting shaft 312, and a first auxiliary connecting shaft 313, and the first shielding part 311 and the first main connecting shaft 312 and the first shielding part 311 and the first auxiliary connecting shaft 313 are connected by a first connecting piece 314, which can include two bent and connected plate parts. The second privacy cover 32 includes a second shielding part 321, a second main connecting shaft 322, and a second auxiliary connecting shaft 323, and the second shielding part 321 and the second main connecting shaft 322 and the second shielding part 321 and the second auxiliary connecting shaft 323 are connected by a second connecting piece 324, which can include two bent and connected plate parts.
[0097] Referring to FIGS. 2, 3, and 5, the shell 12 includes the cover 11 and the shell 12, and the cover 11 is connected with the shell 12. Taking the state of the camera in FIG. 2 as an example, the cover 11 is located above the shell 12, and the cover 11 includes a cover plate 111 and a support, the support includes a first mounting bracket 112 connected with the cover plate 111 and a second mounting bracket 113 connected with the cover plate 111, an opening 101 is arranged in the middle region of the cover plate 111, the first mounting bracket 112 and the second mounting bracket 113 extend downward from the cover plate 111, the first privacy cover 31 in the privacy piece 30 is rotatably connected with the first mounting bracket 112, and the second privacy cover 32 is rotatably connected with the second mounting bracket 113.
[0098] In order to facilitate assembly, in an embodiment, the bottom of the first mounting frame 112 and the second mounting frame 113 is provided with a socket 114, the first main connecting shaft 312 of the first privacy cover 31 is clamped in the socket 114 of the first mounting frame 112, and the second main connecting shaft 322 of the second privacy cover 32 is clamped in the socket 114 of the second mounting frame 113. In this way, the privacy device 30 can be buckled with the two mounting frames through the two main connecting shafts, and the buckling process does not require fasteners, thereby realizing the rotatable connection between the first privacy cover 31 and the shell 12 and the rotatable connection between the second privacy cover 32 and the shell 12. It can be understood that integrating the first mounting frame 112 and the second mounting frame 113 with the cover plate 111 of the cover 11 not only facilitates one-piece molding through processes such as injection molding, but also improves assembly efficiency when the upper assembly composed of the cover 11 and the privacy device 30 and the lower assembly composed of the shell 12 and the camera module 40 are assembled separately and then assembled together.
[0099] In other embodiments, the first mounting frame 112 and the second mounting frame 113 can also be arranged on the shell 12. In other embodiments, the first mounting frame 112 and the second mounting frame 113 can also be provided with through mounting holes for the main connecting shafts of the two privacy covers.
[0100] Please continue to refer to FIG. 1, FIG. 4, and FIG. 8, the outer wall of the rotating ring 20 is provided with a plurality of anti-skid protrusions 22, and the plurality of anti-skid protrusions 22 are arranged around the axis of the rotating ring 20. When a user holds and rotates the rotating ring 20, the anti-skid protrusions 22 prevent slipping, making it easier for the user to rotate the rotating ring 20, so as to close or open the two privacy covers. The rotating ring 20 can be a one-piece structure, which can be formed by one-piece injection molding, one-piece die casting, or the like, so as to form the protruding portion 21 and the anti-skid protrusions 22 on the rotating ring 20. In other embodiments, in order to prevent slipping, an anti-skid sleeve can also be directly sleeved on the outer wall of the rotating ring 20.
[0101] Please refer to FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, the camera device further comprises a sealing sleeve 50, which is sleeved on the camera module 40. The front side of the sealing sleeve 50 is provided with a sleeve opening 101. When the privacy cover opens the opening 101 of the shell 12, the lens 41 of the camera module 40 can shoot videos and pictures outside through the sleeve opening 101 and the opening 101 of the shell 12. The sealing sleeve 50 plays a dustproof role, and when the two privacy covers are in an open state, the sealing sleeve 50 blocks the gap between the camera module 40 and the privacy cover. The sealing sleeve 50 can reduce the internal gap visible to the user from the opening 101 of the shell 12. In this embodiment, a silica gel sealing sleeve 50 is used as the sealing sleeve 50. The silica gel material can better fit the outside of the camera module 40, and the sealing effect is better. In other embodiments, the sealing sleeve 50 can also be made of plastic or the like.
