By setting a first explosion-proof valve on the battery casing and using the side membrane and end membrane to form an overlapping seam, the problem of the explosion-proof valve being easily affected by foreign objects is solved, and timely pressure relief and safety improvement of the battery are achieved.

A battery cell, a battery pack, and an electric device. The battery cell comprises a casing, an electrode core, an insulating film, and a first explosion-proof valve. The electrode core is accommodated in the casing; the first explosion-proof valve is mounted on the casing; the insulating film comprises a side film and end films; the side film wraps the outer peripheral surface of the casing, and the end films are attached to two end surfaces of the casing; a lapped seam is formed at the junction of each end film and the side film; and the position of the first explosion-proof valve on the casing corresponds to the position of one lapped seam.
