[0001] The present invention relates to a device for wall-mounting a cladding panel for interior furnishing, for example for creating a boiserie, or for wall-mounting hanging furniture.BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
[0002] Generally, in order to anchor a panel to a support wall, for example to obtain an essentially continuous cladding wall, commonly referred to as boiserie, or for suspending hanging furniture, there are used special mounting devices, commonly called “hangers”, which can be constrained to the rear surface of the panel and adapted to cooperate with support means fixed to the wall, with the resulting creation of a gap between the panel and the wall in which there are housed said mounting devices.
[0003] The known mounting devices generally allow the adjustment of the position of the panels vertically and at times even horizontally, and they are very useful to vary the width of the gap between the latter and the support wall, further being able to compensate for any unevenness of the support wall or errors when drilling to position the support means on the wall.
[0004] Document EP2568095 shows a mounting device which comprises a height-wise adjustment mechanism of the panel formed by a slide and comprising a first control screw of the translation of said slide which further has a section for engaging the device to a wall-fixed plate, and a second control screw cooperating with the slide, for horizontally adjusting the panel. The section for engagement with the wall-plate, which is located below the heads of the control screws, requires a rather extended engagement surface, and therefore it is not suitable for operating in a cantilevered manner.SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
[0005] The main task of the subject matter of the present invention is to provide a an alternative solution of a device for wall-mounting a panel which allows to quickly and easily adjust the position of the panel with respect to the wall once anchored thereto, in particular in a transversal direction, so as to allow to vary the width of the gap between the panel and the wall.
[0006] In the context of the present task, an object of the present invention to provide a device for wall-mounting a panel which allows to quickly and easily adjust the position ofthe panel with respect to the wall once anchored thereto even in the vertical direction, allowing to create boiserie compositions formed by panels and / or hanging furniture.
[0007] Another object of the present invention to provide a device for wall-mounting a panel that is practical, compact and strong, being suitable to operate also in a cantilevered manner.
[0008] Lastly but not least, an object of the present invention is to provide a device for wallmounting a panel that can be obtained using means and components that are readily available.
[0009] These and other tasks, objects and advantages outlined above which will be more apparent in the description below, are attained by a device for wall-mounting a panel as defined in claim 1. [0011] With reference to the figures mentioned above, in particular with reference to FIGS. 1 and 2, there is shown a mounting device 30 according to the present invention, adapted to allow the mounting on a support structure W, such as an essentially vertical wall, of a panel P, such as for example a cladding panel for interior furnishing for creating a boiserie, or the back of a hanging furniture.
[0012] Said device 30 comprises a mounting body 31 adapted to be placed with a support surface 31 A on a first surface P1 of said panel P, or rear surface, which will be arranged facing, in use, towards said wall W, and constrained therein using conventional fixing means (not shown), and an anchoring element 32, adapted to cooperate with a support element 20 which can be fixed to said wall W, for example formed by a hook or by a shaped plate, for suspending the panel P on the latter at a desired height.
[0013] Clearly, in order to suspend a panel P on a wall W it is preferable to use at least one pair of mounting devices 30, advantageously constrained at or in the proximity of opposite top corner portions thereof, each being adapted to cooperate with a respective or with the same support element, and identifying, with the support wall, a structure gap G, in which said mounting devices 30 are housed.
[0014] Preferably, said anchoring element 32 comprises or is formed by a pin projecting laterally from said mounting body 31 and extending along a first axis X-X, vertical in use, configured to abut with an engagement end portion 32A against an abutment surface support element 20 for discharging on the latter the weight of the panel P and suspend it on the wall W.
[0015] According to an advantageous characteristic of the present invention, saidanchoring pin 32 is articulated to said mounting body 31 around a second axis Y-Y, which is essentially parallel to the first axis X-X to adjust, in use, the position of said panel P with respect to said wall W along a first direction D1 which is essentially transversal to said wall W.
[0016] Preferably, said second axis Y-Y is defined by an articulation pin or peg 35 housed in a first housing seat 37 obtained in the mounting body 31 .
[0017] In particular, the panel P can therefore be displaced between a first position, wherein the axes X-X and Y-Y lie on the same plane parallel to the rear surface P1 of the panel P, defining the condition of greater adherence of the panel P to the wall W and smaller width of the gap G formed between them, as shown in the figures 4A and 4B, and a plurality of second positions, in which said axes X-X and Y-Y lie on planes essentially transversal to the rear surface P1 of the panel P, therefore changing the detachment degree of the panel P from the wall W and therefore the depth of the gap G formed between them, as shown in figures 5A and 5B.
[0018] Advantageously, to this end, said mounting device 30 comprises an articulation arm 34, in particular shown in figures 3A, 3B and 3C, provided with a first end portion 34A through which it is rotatably associated with said articulation pin 35, and supporting, at a second end portion 34B, said anchoring element 32, preferably so that the latter extends laterally with respect to the mounting body 31 .
[0019] Said mounting body 31 therefore has a cavity 31 1 , open on the side facing in use towards said wall W and configured to receive a central portion 34C of the articulation arm 34, arranged between the first and the second end portion 34A, 34B, so as to allow the rotary displacement thereof around the articulation pin 35.

[0023] Said first end portion 36A is advantageously tapered and it is adapted to abut against a counter-inclined abutment surface 341 obtained in the central portion 34C of the articulation arm 34 received in the cavity 31 1. In particular, advantageously, said abutment surface 341 lies on an inclined plane with respect to the abutment surface 31 A of the mounting body 31 and degrading from the top to bottom moving away from the latter, as observable in particular in figures 3B and 3C.

As a matter of fact, herein provided is a device for mounting a panel on a support structure which allows to quickly and easily adjust the position of the panel in particular in a transversal direction, so as to allow to vary the width of the gap between the panel and the support wall, and vertically.

Claims
CLAIMS1. Device (30) for mounting on a support structure (W) a panel (P) which defines with said support structure (W) a gap (G), said device (30) comprising a mounting body (31 ) which can be constrained to a first surface (P1 ) of said panel (P) facing, in use, towards said support structure (W), and an anchoring element (32) adapted to cooperate with a support element (20) which can be associated with said support structure (W), characterised in that said anchoring element (32) comprises an anchoring pin projecting laterally from said mounting body (31 ) and extending along a first axis (X- X) vertical in use to abut with an engagement end portion (32A) against said support element (20), said anchoring element (32) being articulated to said mounting body (31 ) around a second axis (Y-Y) substantially parallel to said first axis (X-X) to adjust, in use, the position of said panel (P) with respect to said support structure (W) along a first direction (D1 ) essentially transverse to said support structure (W) and vary the depth of said gap (G).
2. Device (30) according to claim 1 , wherein said anchoring element (32) is rotatably moveable around said second axis (Y-Y) between a first position, wherein said first axis (X-X) and said second axis (Y-Y) lie aligned on a plane parallel to said first surface (P1 ) of said panel (P) to define a condition of minimum depth of said gap (G), and a plurality of second positions, wherein said first axis (X-X) and said second axis (Y-Y) lie on a plane transverse to said first surface (P1 ) of said panel (P) to adjust the depth of said gap (G) along said first direction (D1 ).

Device (30) according to claim 1 or 2, wherein said second axis (Y-Y) is defined by an articulation pin (35) housed in a first housing seat (37) obtained in the mounting body (31 ), said device (30) comprising an articulation arm (34) provided with a first end portion (34A) rotatably associated with said mounting body (31 ) around said articulation pin (35), and a second end portion (34B) supporting said anchoring element (32) along said first axis (X-X).
4. Device (30) according to claim 3, wherein said mounting body (31 ) comprises a cavity (31 1 ) configured to receive a central portion (34C) of said articulation arm (34) interposed between said first end portion (34A) and said second end portion (34B).

Device (30) according to claim 4, comprising a first adjustment member (36) formed by a first adjustment pin extending along a third axis (Z-Z) essentially parallel to said second axis (Y-Y) and interposed between the latter and said first axis (X-X), said first adjustment pin (36) comprising a first end portion (36A) adapted to interact with said central portion (34C) of said articulation arm (34).

Device (30) according to claim 5, wherein said first adjustment pin (36) comprises a stem (36B) at least partially threaded and housed in a second internally threaded seat (38, 38') extending in the mounting body (31 ) along said third axis (Z-Z) between an inlet top opening (38A, 38A') and an outlet opening (38B, 38B') arranged at said cavity (31 1 ).

Device (30) according to claim 5 or 6, wherein said first end portion (36A) of said first adjustment pin (36) is tapered and is adapted to abut against an abutment surface (341 , 341 ') obtained on said central portion (34C) of said articulation arm(34) to cause the rotation of said articulation arm (34) around said articulation pin(35).

Device (30) according to any one of the preceding claims, further comprising a second adjustment member (39) operatively associated with said anchoring element (32) and configured to displace the latter along said first axis (X-X) and allow the adjustment of the position of said panel (P) with respect to said support structure (W) in a second essentially vertical direction (D2).
9. Device (30) according to claim 8, wherein said second adjustment member (39) is formed by a second adjustment pin extending along said first axis (X-X) and connected to the end of said anchoring element (32) opposite to said engagement end portion (32A), said second adjustment pin (39) comprising a stem (39B) at least partially threaded and which can be engaged in a third internally threaded seat (33), extending along said first axis (X-X) at the second end (34B) of the articulation arm (34) between an inlet top opening (33A) and an outlet opening (33B) from which there protrudes at least said engagement end portion (32A) of said anchoring element (32).
10. Assembly (1 ) for mounting on a support structure (W) at least one panel (P) comprising:- at least one support element (20) which can be constrained to said support wall (W), and - at least one mounting device (30) according to any one of claims 1 to 9.
