Battery diagnostic device and operating method thereof

Abstract

A battery diagnostic device according to an embodiment disclosed in the present document comprises: an interface for acquiring voltage data of a battery cell; and a processor for calculating a similarity between visualization data of a polynomial extracted on the basis of the voltage data and visualization data of a pre-stored reference polynomial, and detecting abnormal voltage data on the basis of a comparison result between the similarity and a reference similarity.
