[0001] COOLING DEVICE
[0002] TECHNICAL FIELD
[0003] The invention relates to a cooling device for storing the alcoholic beverage without spoiling, comprising at least one cooling compartment in at least one cabinet and at least one shelf in the said cooling compartment allowing the positioning of the alcoholic beverage.
[0004] PRIOR ART
[0005] Cooling devices are devices specifically designed for storing beverages or, more specifically, wine bottles at desired temperatures, particularly in residential or commercial settings. These devices ensure that the beverages are preserved under suitable conditions and generally enable the achievement of ideal temperatures for wine tasting or serving. Cooling devices comprise inner compartments containing shelves that are specifically designed for storing bottles. These shelves are generally adjustable and removable. Coolers can be used in various capacities, ranging from small household models to large commercial models. The capacity determines the number of beverages or, more specifically for wine cooling devices, the number of wine bottles that can be accommodated inside the device.
[0006] In the current state of the art, cooling devices do not allow for the optional cooling of appetizers in addition to beverages such as wine. It is not possible to preserve a desired appetizer at a desired temperature in addition to the beverage, depending on the user's preference. In structures that provide storage for appetizers, issues such as lack of organization and arrangement, difficulties in use, and challenges in pairing are encountered. In coolers that do not have compatible shelf structures, wine bottles and appetizer foods inside are placed in a more disorganized manner. Additionally, in coolers without compatible shelf structures, users may experience greater difficulty when switching between wine bottles and appetizer foods. This reduces practicality of use. In coolers without compatible shelf structures, the pairing and arrangement between wine bottles and appetizer foods become more difficult. This may negatively affect the wine serving experience of users. Compatible shelf structures improve the internal organization of the coolers and enhance practicality of use. Therefore, designing and connecting the appetizer shelf in a compatible manner with the shelf in the cooling compartment provides a range of advantages for users.
[0007] As a result, all the above-mentioned problems have made it imperative to make an innovation in the relevant technical field.

[0023] DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
[0024] In this detailed description, the subject of the invention is explained by way of example only for a better understanding of the subject, which shall not create any limiting effect.
[0025] Fig. 1 shows a representative perspective view of the cooling device (10) assembly of the invention. Said cooling device (10) is designed to store at least one beverage (40) and maintain it at a desired temperature, particularly in residential or commercial settings. The cooling device (10) ensures that the beverage (40) is preserved under suitable conditions. In the preferred embodiment of the invention, the alcoholic beverage (40) stored in the cooling device (10) may be described as wine. Therefore, the cooling device (10) of the invention is generally capable of providing ideal temperatures for wine tasting or serving.
[0026] The cooling device (10) of the invention comprises at least one cabinet (20). The cabinet (20) protects the outer part of the cooling device (10) and provides durability. Thanks to its protective function, the compressor, condenser, evaporator, and other cooling components located inside the cooling device (10) can operate efficiently. In addition, the cabinet (20) reduces noise that may occur during the operation of the cooling device (10) and provides thermal insulation. In this way, the cabinet (20) facilitates the use of the cooling device (10) and allows it to have an aesthetic appearance.
[0027] The cooling device (10) of the invention comprises at least one cooling compartment (30). The cooling compartment (30) is located within the cabinet (20). The cooling compartment (30) is a compartment specifically designed to maintain alcoholic beverages (40), preferably wine bottles, at a desired temperature. The cooling compartment (30) is controlled by an electronic circuit board to maintain the desired temperature range and can preserve the beverage (40) within the temperature range determined by the user. In addition, to ensure homogeneous cooling of the beverage (40), homogeneous air circulation is provided within the cooling compartment (30) by means of the cooling elements located therein.
[0028] In a possible embodiment of the invention, the cooling compartment (30) preferably consists of two sections arranged as upper and lower compartments. In this way, depending on user preference, more than one type of alcoholic beverage (40) can be stored under suitable conditions. In a possible embodiment of the invention, white and red wine, which need to be stored at different temperature values, can be preserved under appropriate conditions in the upper and lower compartments. The cooling compartment (30) comprises at least one shelf (31) on which the beverages (40) are to be placed. In a possible embodiment of the invention, the shelf (31 ) allows wine bottles to be stored in an organized manner and be easily accessible.
[0029] The shelf (31 ) structure in the cooling device (10) of the invention may be made of metal or another material, but is preferably made of wood. The developed wooden shelf (31) provides a durable structure with a long service life. Wood is resistant to impacts and abrasion, which ensures the long-term durability of the shelf (31). In addition, the shelf (31) structure included in the invention is modular and adjustable. This allows bottles of different sizes to be easily placed and provides flexibility to users.
[0030] The cooling device (10) subject of the invention comprises at least one support point (33) to facilitate the movement and assembly of the shelf (31). The support point (33) is located within the cooling compartment (30). During the sliding movement of the shelf (31 ), it allows the shelf (31 ) to be nested onto the cooling compartment (30) and provides the shelf (31) with mobility. In this way, the cleaning of the shelf (31) within the cooling device (10) can be carried out easily, and the beverages (40) can be positioned on the shelf (31).
[0031] At least one appetizer shelf (32) is located on the lower part of the shelf (31) positioned in the cooling compartment (30). In the preferred embodiment of the invention, the appetizer shelf (32) is located in the lower compartment of the cooling compartment (30), maintained at a temperature between 4-12 °C, and contains a chocolate-based product. The appetizer shelf (32) comprises at least one base portion (320) to enable the stable positioning of the desired product thereon. The base portion (320) refers to the part of the appetizer shelf (32) located near the bottom, preventing the appetizer from falling to the ground. The appetizer shelf (32) comprises at least one retaining portion (321) positioned on opposite ends. The retaining portion (321) prevents the appetizers from toppling over due to impact or any movement.
[0032] The appetizer shelf (32) comprises at least one wheel (323). The wheel (323) is located on opposite ends of the appetizer shelf (32) and is positioned between the retaining portion (321) and the base portion (320). The wheel (323) located on the appetizer shelf (32) is connected to the shelf (31 ) together with at least one rotating arm (322). In Figure 3, a representative perspective view of the connection of the rotating arm (322) to the shelf (31 ) is provided. The rotating arm (322) and the wheel (323) can perform a partial rotational movement together. Through the rotational movement provided by the rotating arm (322), the base of the appetizer shelf (32) approaches the bottom of the cooling compartment (30). This state, in which the base of the appetizer shelf (32) approaches the bottom, is referred to as at least one open position (I). In Figure 4, a representative perspective view of the open position (I) of the appetizer shelf (32) is provided. During the open position (I), the desired appetizer can be placed inside the appetizer shelf (32).
[0033] The appetizer shelf (32) located in the cooling device (10) of the invention can be used depending on user preference. When the appetizer shelf (32) is in the open position (I) as described above, it occupies a certain area on the shelf (31). This area restricts the placement of beverages (40) on the shelf (31). Therefore, depending on the user's preference for cooling either the beverage (40) or the appetizer, the appetizer shelf (32) can be brought into at least one closed position (II).
[0034] In Figure 2, a representative perspective view of the closed position (II) of the appetizer shelf (32) is provided. The partial rotational movement of the rotating arm (322), which is connected to the shelf (31 ), causes the base portion (320) of the appetizer shelf (32) to move away from the bottom surface, thereby positioning the appetizer shelf (32) in the closed position (II). In Figure 5, a perspective view of the appetizer shelf (32) during the partial rotational movement by means of the rotating arm (322) is provided. In Figure 6, a representative perspective view is provided in which the rotating arm (322) completes its partial rotational movement and the base portion (320) of the appetizer shelf (32) is moved away from the bottom surface.
[0035] In line with the described above, the invention works as follows; in the cooling device (10), which preferably includes two compartments, more than one type of alcoholic beverage (40) can be preserved under appropriate temperature conditions. The appetizer shelf (32) is positioned on the lower part of the shelf (31), which is preferably made of wood and located in the lower compartment. The appetizer shelf (32), with its base portion (320) and retaining portion (321 ), allows the appetizer to be positioned in a stable manner. Between the base portion (320) and the retaining portion (321), wheels (323) are positioned on opposite ends of the appetizer shelf (32). A rotating arm (322) is provided, enabling the connection of the wheel (323) to the wooden shelf (31 ) and allowing partial rotational movement. In this way, depending on user preference, the appetizer shelf (32) can be brought into the open position (I) and the closed position (II).
[0036] Therefore, in the cooling device (10), it is possible to preserve more than one type of alcoholic beverage (40) at the desired temperature and, at the same time, to maintain the appetizer preferred in addition to the alcoholic beverage (40) at an appropriate temperature.
[0037] The scope of protection of the invention is specified in the appended claims and cannot be limited to what is described for illustrative purposes in this detailed description. It is clear that a person skilled in the art can produce similar embodiments in the light of what is explained above, without deviating from the main theme of the invention.
