A system configured for digitizing leadership activation for employee behavioral adoption in transformations, the system comprising: one or more hardware processors configured by machine-readable instructions to: establish a digital framework within a software platform to engage a plurality of supervisors for supporting a transformation process within an organization; capture, by the digital framework, specific new operational behaviors to be adopted by employees during a predefined activation cycle associated with the transformation process; activate, by the digital framework, the plurality of supervisors to reinforce the specific new operational behaviors among the employees in response to communication from the software platform; and measure, by the digital framework, the effectiveness of the plurality of supervisors reinforcement of the new operational behaviors to facilitate employee adoption throughout the transformation process.

The system of claim 1 , wherein the one or more hardware processors are further configured by machine-readable instructions to personalize the communication from the software platform to each supervisor in the plurality of supervisors based on individual performance metrics and historical interaction data with thesoftware platform.

The system of claim 1 , wherein the one or more hardware processors are further configured by machine-readable instructions to generate, by the digital framework, interactive plans for the plurality of supervisors, the plans detailing the specific new operational behaviors and associated reinforcing actions to be taken by the supervisors.

The system of claim 1 , wherein the one or more hardware processors are further configured by machine-readable instructions to provide, by the digital framework, recommendations for adjustments to the activation cycle based on real-time feedback received from the plurality of supervisors regarding the new operational behaviors.
