Description

COMPOSITION FOR CLEANSING AND / OR REMOVING MAKEUPS FROM KERATIN MATERIALSTECHNICAL FIELD

[0001] The present invention relates to a composition, preferably for cleansing and / or removing makeups from keratin materials. The present invention also relates to a non-therapeutic process for cleansing and / or removing makeups from keratin materials using said composition.

[0002] BACKGROUD ART

[0003] Cleansing the skin or removing makeups from the skin is very important for caring for the skin. It must be as efficient as possible because greasy residues, such as excess sebum, the remnants of cosmetic products used daily and make-up products, in particular waterproof products, accumulate in the skin folds, and can block the pores of the skin and result in the appearance of spots.

[0004] Several types of skin cleansing or makeup removing products, for example, rinsable anhydrous oils and gels, foaming creams, and lotions, are known.

[0005] Rinsable anhydrous oils and gels have a cleansing or makeup removing action by virtue of oils present in these formulations. These oils make it possible to dissolve fatty residues and to disperse make-up pigments. These products are effective and well tolerated.

[0006] However, some of them exhibit the disadvantages of not foaming and of not conferring a good skin smoothness upon application, which is disadvantageous from a cosmetic viewpoint.

[0007] On the other hand, foaming creams, lotions, and gels have a cleansing or makeup removing action by virtue of the surfactants, which suspend the fatty residues on the face. They are effective and pleasant to use because they foam, and they are easy to remove.

[0008] Therefore, there is a need to formulate compositions, preferably for cleansing or removing makeups from keratin materials, having good foaming ability, while providing a good skin sensory, in particular, skin smoothness.

[0009] In addition, the formulation of environmentally-friendly cosmetic products, which are designed and developed considering environmental issues, is becoming a major goal in an effort to meet global challenges.

[0010] It is therefore essential to propose more sustainable compositions to address these environmental concerns.

[0011] In this context, it is important to develop new ingredients and / or active ingredients respectful of the environment, particularly of natural origin, more specifically bio-sourced and / or from sustainable sources not from petrochemicals,  and / or biodegradable and / or obtained by extraction processes requiring low energy and water consumption in order to offer compositions that reduce the environmental impact of products.SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

[0012] The inventors have found that such a need can be achieved by the present invention.

[0013] Thus, according to an aspect, the present invention relates to a composition, preferably for cleansing and / or removing makeups from keratin materials, comprising:

[0014] (i) at least one glycolipid;

[0015] (ii) at least 2 wt. %of at least one amino acid surfactant, relative to the total weight of the composition; and

[0016] (iii) at least one (poly) oxyalkylenated C10-C28 fatty alcohol sulfosuccinate.

[0017] The composition according to the present invention provides a good foaming volume during application.

[0018] The composition according to the present invention further provides a good skin sensory (in particular, a moisturized and smooth skin feeling) after application. Preferably, the composition according to the present invention is a crystalized system in the form of a paste, cream, or texturized lotion.

[0019] It may be used as a daily facial cleanser and / or makeup remover.

[0020] Preferably, the composition of the present invention is a rinse-off product. Moreover, the composition of the present invention can provide a quick rinse-off speed. Thus, such a composition can be applied on the skin (i.e., face and / or body) , and then rinsed with flush water.

[0021] According to another aspect, the present invention provides a non-therapeutic process for cleansing and / or removing makeups from keratin materials, in particular the skin, comprising the application to the keratin materials, in particular the skin, of the composition according to the present invention, and rinsing off said composition after an optional period of time.

[0022] Other subjects and characteristics, aspects and advantages of the invention will emerge even more clearly on reading the description and the examples that follow.DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

[0216] The scores for each of foam volume, skin smoothness and rinse-off speed were given by the 10 volunteers regarding each composition of IE. 1-2 and CE. 1-4, and averaged and rounded, then summarized in Tables 3-5.

[0217] Table 3

[0218] Table 4

[0219] Table 5

[0220] It can be seen from Tables 3-5 that the composition according to the present invention can result in big foam volume and deliver a very moisturized and smooth sensation on the skin, and can even have a quick rinse-off speed.

[0221] Viscosity

[0222] The viscosity of each composition was measured at 25℃, using a Rheomat R180 viscometer equipped with a spindle M4, the measurement being performed after 10 minutes of rotation of the spindle in a sample (after which time stabilization of the viscosity and of the spin speed of the spindle are observed) , at a shear rate of 200 rpm. The viscosity for each composition was summarized in Table 6

[0223] Table 6

[0224] In addition, it can be seen from Table 6 that the composition according to the present invention has a viscosity higher than 1000 mPa.s, and has no dripping issue.
