[0086] (Method for analyzing 1,2-benzisothiazolin-3-one residual rate) The residual rate of 1,2-benzisothiazolin-3-one after a certain time period (hereinafter referred to as BIT residual rate in Tables 1 to 4) was analyzed according to the method described in the specification of WO 2022 / 118818 (see paragraph

[0066] ). The content of 1,2-benzisothiazolin-3-one ("C1") in the present liquid pesticide compositions 1 to 15 and the comparative liquid pesticide compositions 1 to 7 immediately after preparation was measured using high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) (Shimadzu "20 Series"). The present liquid pesticide compositions 1 to 15 and the comparative liquid pesticide compositions 1 to 7 were each placed in a glass container and stored at 54 ° C. Two weeks (2W) after the start of storage, the content of 1,2-benzisothiazolin-3-one ("C2") in each liquid pesticide composition was measured using HPLC ("20 series" manufactured by Shimadzu).

[0087] Based on the above measurement results, the BIT residual rate was calculated according to the following formula: [Equation 2] BIT residual rate (%) = 100 × C2 / C1 The calculated BIT residual rate (%) was evaluated as particularly good (A) if it was 70% or more, good (B) if it was 60% or more but less than 70%, and poor (C) if it was less than 60%. The results are shown in Tables 1 to 4 above.

[0088] (Method for evaluating occurrence of aggregates) Immediately after preparation, the present liquid pesticide compositions 1 to 20 and the comparative liquid pesticide compositions 1 to 8 were placed in glass containers, and the presence or absence of aggregates was confirmed visually. Cases where no aggregates were observed were evaluated as good (◯), and cases where aggregates were observed were evaluated as poor (×). The results are shown in Tables 1 to 4 above.

[0089] The present liquid pesticide composition contains an inorganic salt in a specific amount, and the pH of the liquid pesticide composition is set within a specific range, thereby inhibiting the decomposition of 1,2-benzisothiazolin-3-one.
