[0003] The invention relates to a wrapping product for use in hairdressers and hair care establishments for men's or women's hair care processes such as "highlights", "balayage", "glitter", "perm", "shading", "bleaching", which are performed by wrapping method.

[0005] In the hairdressing sector, there is a wide range of hair care processes for the application of dyes, various chemical and cosmetic products to the hair. It is possible to obtain black hair, blonde hair, brown hair, auburn hair, red hair, blue hair and similar types by using different color dyes in dyeing processes.

[0006] In the known state of the art, some hair care processes may require the application of one or more different care products (all kinds of herbal or chemical dyes, as well as all kinds of cosmetic products applied to the hair such as creams, perm fluids, various gels) to one or more different parts of the hair, not the whole hair. For example, highlights, balayage, perms, shimmer, shading and bleaching can be given as examples. In this type of process, the part or parts of the hair that need to be dyed are dyed with the appropriate dye and wrapped. The wrapping process performed during hair dyeing is a very difficult and inconvenient process. The hairdresser who performs the hair dyeing process separates each part of hair that needs to be dyed, and then dyes and wraps it in a foil. After ensuring that the dye penetrates the hair, he completes the process by unwrapping the foil. In the known state of the art, heavy, wide, high-cost and opaque aluminum foils, semi-transparent foils with paraffin surface and foils with fiber paper content are used in the wrapping process. [0009] • Aluminum foils are quite heavy in terms of weight due to their density (2,7 g / cm3). This causes problems such as the foil falling out of the hair during application or when it is opened and resealed to observe its penetration into the hair, and weighting on the person (client) to whom it is applied.

[0010] • When the practitioner applies the dye or chemical content to the client's hair with a brush, the high-decibel high-pitched friction sound caused by brush friction on the aluminum foil is very disturbing and uncomfortable for the client.

[0011] • The fact that aluminum foil is an expensive product increases the cost of the process.

[0012] • In order to prevent the leakage of the care products applied to the hair, large sizes of aluminum foil material are needed.

[0013] • The practitioner has to bend the edges of the foil to complete the wrapping. Therefore, extra aluminum foil is wasted, as well as there is both a loss of labor force and a loss of time. • Due to the aforementioned loss of time, different color tones may occur in the customer's hair, (some parts of the hair are exposed to dye or cosmetics for a longer period of time).

[0018] The present invention relates to a wrapping product that overcomes the drawbacks of the prior art, and also comprises further advantages.

[0019] The aim of the invention is to provide a hair wrapping product for use in hair care processes requiring wrapping.

[0020] Another aim of the invention is to provide a more economical wrapping product than the aluminum and non-aluminum foils used in hair care processes mentioned in the known art, which require wrapping. Another aim of the invention is to provide a new wrapping product which, being made of plastic material, does not cause a disturbing noise during application, as is the case with aluminum foil.

[0021] Another aim of the invention is to provide a new wrapping product which can be joined without twisting due to its adhesive layer, preventing post-wrapping care product leaks.

[0036] In this detailed description, a wrapping product (10) of the present invention is described by way of non-limiting examples in order to provide a better understanding of the subject-matter.

[0037] The wrapping product (1 ) of the invention is a transparent product in the form of a strip film, made of plastic material, with elasticity that can be rolled up. The hair (A) treated with the care product or dye is wrapped with the wrapping product (10) referred to herein as shown in figure 2. During the wrapping process, the edges of one surface (front or back surface) of the wrapping product (10) include an adhesive layer (11 ) to prevent leakage of the dye or care product applied to the hair (A). The adhesive layer (11 ) uses an adhesive also known as cold seal or latex glue. Alternatively, it is also possible to use hotmelt glues. However, it should be made clear that there are no limitations regarding the glue in the adhesive layer (11 ). Any kind of glue can be used in the adhesive layer (11 ). Furthermore, the adhesive layer (11 ) may be located on the edges of a surface (front or back surface) of the wrapping product (10) as mentioned herein, or on an entire surface (front or back surface). There is also no restriction on the area where the adhesive layer (11 ) will be located.

[0038] In the invention, by means of the adhesive layer (11 ), the wrapping product (10) does not need to be twisted, as is the case with aluminum foils, in order to wrap the wrapping product (10) in a sealed manner. In this way, the process time is shortened and the width of the wrapping product (10) can be narrowed. Therefore, a smaller amount of wrapping product (10) is consumed, saving on the material used. Another advantage of the adhesive layer (11 ) in the invention is that it traps heat. In dye and care product applications, body temperature has a positive effect on the penetration of the cosmetic product into the hair. [0039] In the invention, the wrapping product (10) is in the form of a strip film. It has a thickness of 20 microns. It is preferably possible to use it in a thickness from 7 microns to 150 microns. It is possible to produce in the desired width. Versions of the wrapping product (10) with different widths can be produced. The wrapping product (10) of the invention may be offered for sale in rolls or in cut form. There are no limitations in this regard.

Subsequently, a dye or treatment product is applied to the hair (A) on the wrapping product (10) with a brush or other means. After application, the wrapping product (10) is sealed and wrapped by bonding together through adhesive layers (11 ). Afterwards, the wrap is opened, waiting for the necessary time (depending on the type of process and hair type) for the dye or care product to penetrate the hair. Since the wrapping product (10) is completely transparent, the penetration of the dye or care product into the hair can be observed. The product of the invention may have a transparency of 50-100%.

Claims

CLAIMS1. A wrapping product (10) for use in hairdressers and hair care establishments for men's or women's hair care processes such as "highlights", "balayage", "glitter", "perm", "shading", "bleaching", which are performed by wrapping method, characterized in that• it is in the form of strip film with a thickness in the range 07 - 150 microns,• it is made of plastic material,• it has elastic properties that can be rolled up,• it is transparent,• said wrapping article (10) comprises at least one adhesive layer (11 ) comprising, on at least a portion of at least one surface of the strip form, an adhesive for bonding said surface together.

2. A wrapping product (10) according to claim 1 , characterized in that the wrapping product (10) comprises an adhesive layer (11 ) located on the edge sections of the strip form.

3. A wrapping product (10) according to claim 1 , characterized in that it is made of the material obtained by mixing one or more of the materials Polypropylene (PP), polyethylene (PE, OPE), Polyvinyl chloride (PVC), Cast Polypropylene (CPP), Polystyrene (PS), Polyamide (PA) or Polyethylene terephthalate (PET) in various proportions.

4. A wrapping product (10) according to claim 1 , characterized in that it is made of a transparent material with aluminum and paper content.

5. A wrapping product (10) according to claim 1 , characterized in that the wrapping product (10) has a transparency value of 50 to 100 %.

6. A wrapping product (10) according to claim 1 , characterized in that the adhesive layer (11 ) contains cold seal glue, hotmelt glue or latex glue.
