1. An information processing system comprising: a determination unit that determines whether to restrict acceptance of on-demand transport requests, which are requests to transport or collect cargo on the same day, depending on the operating status of the transport means of the transport target, which is specified in a transport plan for the transport target, including at least people or cargo.
