field of view, three-grade known
reflectivity color blocks are arranged in the module, and real-time self-calibration is performed through the distributed
reference field; a spatial interpolation
algorithm is used to complete pixel-level correction covering the
full field of view; a three-waveband cooperative detection
system is adopted, on the basis of obtaining pure intrinsic
reflectivity data, a physical guide prediction model is designed to accurately extract the
water feature and suppress scattering interference, and then the model is updated online to adapt to different types of agricultural products. The
system of the application is composed of a multispectral imaging unit, a carrier and reference unit and a calculation
control unit, does not need manual intervention in the whole process, can meet the needs of 7*24-hour industrial
continuous operation, and is suitable for high-speed sorting production lines of various agricultural products.
