By fastening a nut (not shown) to the fastening member (13c), the first flange (2011) may be fixed to the base (13a), and the gasket (204) may be sandwiched between the first flange (2011) and the base (13a). Accordingly, the gasket (204) may block the gap between the first flange (2011) and the base (13a), thereby preventing water in the air passing through the front hole (13Fh) from leaking out. The gasket (204) may be referred to as a front gasket (204).
[0047] A first gasket (205) may be disposed between the prefilter (2021) and the second flange (2012). The first gasket (205) may extend along the periphery of the prefilter (2021) and may have a square ring shape. A hollow space of the first gasket (205) may be formed in the center of the first gasket (205) and may be aligned with the hollow space of the gasket (204). The first gasket (205) may include a material such as rubber or urethane. The first gasket (205) may be sandwiched between the prefilter (2021) and the second flange (2012) in response to the combination of the cover (207) and the bracket (201) described below, and may prevent water from leaking into the air.
[0048] A second gasket (206) may be placed between the HEPA filter (2022) and the pre-filter (2021). The second gasket (206) may extend along the circumference of the HEPA filter (2022) and may have a shape of a square ring. A hollow space of the second gasket (206) may be formed in the center of the second gasket (206) and may be aligned with the hollow space of the first gasket (205). The second gasket (206) may include a material such as rubber or urethane. The second gasket (206) may be sandwiched between the HEPA filter (2022) and the pre-filter (2021) in response to the combination of the cover (207) and the bracket (201) described below, and may prevent water from leaking into the air.
[0049] The cover (207) may have a box shape that is open front to back. The cover (207) may include a body (2070), an inner flange (2071), and an outer flange (2072). The cover (207) may be referred to as a cover bracket (207).
[0050] The body (2070) may extend along the perimeter of the filter (202). The filter (202) may be positioned within the body (2070). The body (2070) may be referred to as a filter bracket (2070).
[0051] The inner flange (2071) may extend from the rear end of the body (2070) into the interior of the body (2070) and intersect with the body (2070). The inner flange (2071) may be arranged along the periphery of the body (2070). The inner flange (2071) may face the rear surface of the filter (202) and form a rear opening of the cover (207). Accordingly, the filter (202) may be accommodated inside the cover (207), and air passing through the cover (207) may pass through the rear opening of the cover (207).
[0052] The outer flange (2072) may extend from the front end of the body (2070) to the outside of the body (2070) and may intersect the body (2070). The outer flange (2072) may be arranged along the upper edge of the body (2070). The outer flange (2072) may face the second flange (2012). A hole (2072h) may be formed in the outer flange (2072) and aligned with a second hole (2012h) of the second flange (2012). A fastening member (207F), such as a screw, may pass through the hole (2072h) and be fastened to the second hole (2012h), thereby allowing the outer flange (2072) to be detachably coupled to the second flange (2012).
[0053] A hinge (208) may be arranged on the lower side of the body (2070). A plurality of hinges (208) may be arranged along the lower side of the body (2070). One side of the hinge (208) may be coupled to the body (2070), and the other side of the hinge (208) may be coupled to the third flange (2013). A fastening member (13Sc'), such as a bolt, may protrude from the inside of the right panel (13R) or the inside of the left panel (13L) and may penetrate the first flange (1011'). By fastening a nut (not shown) to a fastening member (13Sc'), the first flange (1011') can be fixed to the right panel (13R) or the left panel (13L).
[0066] The louver (103') can be placed inside the box (1010') and fixed to the box (1010') by a fastening member (103S') such as a screw. Air introduced through the side hole (13Sh, see FIGS. 7 and 8) can be supplied to the filter (102') through a plurality of louvers (103'). The plurality of louvers (103') can block water introduced through the side hole (13Sh) from being supplied to the filter (102'). The box (1010') can be referred to as a louver bracket (1010').
[0067] The cover (107') may have a box shape that is opened to the left and right. The cover (107') may be referred to as a cover bracket (107'). The cover (107') may include a body (1070'), an inner flange (1071'), and an outer flange (1072'). The filter (102') may be disposed inside the body (1070'). The body (1070') may be referred to as a filter bracket (1070'). The inner flange (1071') and the outer flange (1072') may extend from both ends of the body (1070') and may intersect with the body (1070'). The outer flange (1072') may face the second flange (1012'), and the inner flange (1071') may be opposite the outer flange (1072'). A fastening member (107F'), such as a screw, may pass through the outer flange (1072') and be fastened to the second flange (1012'), thereby allowing the outer flange (1072') to be detachably coupled to the second flange (1012').
[0068] A hinge (108') can be connected to the bracket (101') and the cover (107'). A plurality of hinges (108') can be arranged along one side of the bracket (101'). One side of the hinge (108') can be coupled to the outer flange (1072') of the cover (107'), and the other side of the hinge (108') can be coupled to the body (1010') of the bracket (101'). The shaft of the hinge (108') can be aligned in the vertical direction (i.e., the up-down direction) and can connect the one side and the other side of the hinge (108'). The cover (107') can rotate around the axis of the hinge (108').
[0069] The user can loosen the fastening member (107F') and open the cover (107') by approximately 90 degrees, and separate the filter (102') from the cover (107'). The user can close the cover (107') by approximately 90 degrees and fasten the fastening member (107F'), store the filter (102') within the cover (107'), close the cover (107') by approximately 90 degrees, and fasten the fastening member (107F'). The user can replace, repair, or clean the separated filter (102').
[0070] However, due to the electronic components, structures, etc. arranged within the case (10), it may be difficult to open and close the cover (107') by approximately 90 degrees, and as a result, assembly and disassembly of the filter (102') may be difficult. In other words, if the electronic components, structures, etc. within the case (10) are arranged so that the cover (107') can be opened and closed by approximately 90 degrees, the volume of the case (10) may increase.
[0071]
[0072] Referring to FIGS. 11 to 13, the filter assembly (100) may include a bracket (101), a filter (102), a louver (103), gaskets (104, 105, 106), a cover (107), and a hinge (108).
[0073] The bracket (101) may face the inside of the right panel (13R) or the inside of the left panel (13L). The bracket (101) may include a box (1010), a first flange (1011), a second flange (1012), a housing (1013), a fixing member (1014), and a hook (1015).
[0074] The box (1010) may be a rectangular box with openings on the left and right. The interior space of the box (1010) may face the side hole (13Sh). The box (1010) may be referred to as a louver bracket (1010).
[0075] The first flange (1011) can extend from one end of the box (1010) toward the inside of the right panel (13R) or the inside of the left panel (13L) to the outside of the box (1010) and can intersect with the box (1010). The first flange (1011) can be arranged along the perimeter of the box (1010). The first flange (1011) can be parallel to the inside of the right panel (13R) or the inside of the left panel (13L). A plurality of first holes (1011h) can be formed in the first flange (1011). A plurality of first protrusions (1011c) can protrude from four corners of the first flange (1011), and the plurality of first holes (1011h) can be formed in the plurality of first protrusions (1011c).
[0076] The second flange (1012) may extend from the other end of the box (1010) to the outside of the box (1010) and may intersect the box (1010). The second flange (1012) may be arranged along the perimeter of the box (1010). The second flange (1012) may be opposite the first flange (1011). The second flange (1012) may be parallel to the first flange (1011).
[0077] The housing (1013) may be bent from the second flange (1012). The direction in which the housing (1013) is bent may be opposite to the direction from the second flange (1012) toward the first flange (1011). The width and height of the housing (1013) may be greater than the width and height of the box (1010). The housing (1013) may include a first part (1013a), a second part (1013b), and a third part (1013c). The first part (1013a) may extend along the upper edge of the box (1010). The second part (1013b) may extend along the lower edge of the box (1010). The third part (1013c) may extend along the rear edge of the box (1010) and connect the first and second parts (1013a, 1013b). The ends of the first and second parts (1013a, 1013b) may be spaced apart from each other and may be referred to as ends of the housing (1013).
[0078] The fixing portion (1014) may be formed at the end of the housing (1013). The fixing portion (1014) may protrude from the end of the housing (1013) to the outside of the housing (1013). The first fixing portion (1014U) may be bent upward from the end of the first part (1013a), and a second hole (1014Uh) may be formed in the first fixing portion (1014U). The second fixing portion (1014D) may be bent downward from the end of the second part (1013b), and a second hole (1014Dh) may be formed in the second fixing portion (1014D).
[0079] A hook (1015) may protrude between the first part (1013a) and the second part (1013b) from the end of the second flange (1012). A plurality of hooks (1015a, 1015b) may be spaced apart from each other.
[0080] The filter (102) may be located inside the housing (1013). The filter (102) may be a rectangular filter corresponding to the shape of the housing (1013). The first part (1013a) of the housing (1013) may cover the upper side of the filter (102). The second part (1013b) of the housing (1013) may cover the lower side of the filter (102). The third part (1013c) of the housing (1013) may cover the rear side of the filter (102). The filter (102) may filter out foreign substances such as dust in the air passing through the side hole (13Sh). For example, the filter (102) may include a prefilter (1021) and a HEPA filter (1022). Here, HEPA is an abbreviation for High Efficiency Particulate Air.
[0081] The pre-filter (1021) may face the internal space of the box (1020). The pre-filter (1021) may have a mesh structure and may have a plurality of holes. The pre-filter (1021) may filter out sand, animal hair, lint, hair, or large dust particles. The pre-filter (1021) may be referred to as a first filter (1021).
[0082] The HEPA filter (1022) may face the pre-filter (1021). The HEPA filter (1022) may be opposite the pre-filter (1021) in the interior space of the box (1010). The HEPA filter (1022) may have a mesh structure and may have fine pores. The HEPA filter (1022) may filter out fine-sized substances such as fine dust, bacteria, or viruses. The HEPA filter (1022) may be referred to as a second filter (1022).
[0083] The louver (103) may be arranged inside the box (1010). The louver (103) may have an overall inverted y shape. The louver (103) may extend in a long direction in the width direction (i.e., front-back direction) of the box (1010). The louver (103) may be referred to as a wing (103) or a water barrier (103). The louver (103) may include a first part (1031), a second part (1032), and a third part (1033).
[0084] The first part (1031) may extend vertically. The second part (1032) and the third part (1033) may each extend obliquely from the bottom of the first part (1031), and the gap between the second and third parts (1032, 1033) may increase as they get farther away from the first part (1031). The fixer (103F) may be fixed to the inside of the box (1010), and a portion of the third part (1033) may be inserted and fixed to the fixer (103F). For example, each of a pair of fixers (103F) may be arranged adjacent to each of the two ends of the louver (103), and the two ends of the louver (103) may be inserted and fixed to the pair of fixers (103F). A fastening member (103S) such as a screw can be fastened to the second part (1032) of the louver (103) by passing through the hole (1010h) of the box (1010). That is, the louver (103) can be mounted inside the box (1010). A plurality of louvers (103A, 103B, 103C, 103D, 103E, 103F) can be spaced apart from each other in the vertical direction. Accordingly, air flowing into the side hole (13Sh) can be provided to the filter (102) through the space between the louvers (103A, 103B, 103C, 103D, 103E, 103F), but water can be minimized from being blocked by the louvers (103A, 103B, 103C, 103D, 103E, 103F) and provided to the filter (102).
[0085] A gasket (104) may be disposed between the first flange (1011) and the right panel (13R). Alternatively, the gasket (104) may be disposed between the first flange (1011) and the left panel (13L). The gasket (104) may have a shape of a square ring corresponding to the shape of the first flange (1011). A hollow space (104S) of the gasket (104) may be formed in the center of the gasket (104) and may face the side hole (13Sh). The gasket (104) may include a material such as rubber or urethane. A plurality of holes (104h) may be formed in the gasket (104). A plurality of protrusions (104c) may protrude from four corners of the gasket (104), and a plurality of holes (104h) may be formed in the plurality of protrusions (104c). The plurality of holes (104h) of the gasket (104) may be aligned with the plurality of first holes (1011h) of the first flange (1011). A fastening member (13Sc), such as a bolt, may protrude from the inside of the right panel (13R) or the inside of the left panel (13L), and may penetrate through the hole (104h) of the gasket (104) and the first hole (1011h) of the first flange (1011). By fastening a fastening member (13Sd) such as a nut to a fastening member (13Sc), the first flange (1011) can be fixed to the right panel (13R) or the left panel (13L).
[0086] In this case, the gasket (104) may be sandwiched between the first flange (1011) and the right panel (13R), and may block the gap between the first flange (1011) and the right panel (13R) to prevent leakage of water in the air passing through the side hole (13Sh). Alternatively, the gasket (104) may be sandwiched between the first flange (1011) and the left panel (13L), and may block the gap between the first flange (1011) and the left panel (13L), and may prevent leakage of water in the air passing through the side hole (13Sh). The gasket (104) may be referred to as a side gasket (104).
[0087] A first gasket (105) may be disposed between a pre-filter (1021) and a second flange (1012). The first gasket (105) may extend along the periphery of the pre-filter (1021) and may have a shape of a square ring. A hollow space of the first gasket (105) may be formed in the center of the first gasket (105) and may be aligned with a hollow space (104S) of the gasket (104). The first gasket (105) may include a material such as rubber or urethane. The first gasket (105) may be sandwiched between the pre-filter (1011) and the second flange (1012) in response to the combination of the cover (107) and the bracket (101) described below, and may prevent water from leaking into the air.
[0088] A second gasket (106) may be placed between the HEPA filter (1022) and the pre-filter (1021). The second gasket (106) may extend along the circumference of the HEPA filter (1022) and may have a shape of a square ring. A hollow space of the second gasket (106) may be formed in the center of the second gasket (106) and may be aligned with the hollow space of the first gasket (105). The second gasket (106) may include a material such as rubber or urethane. The second gasket (106) may be sandwiched between the HEPA filter (1022) and the pre-filter (1021) in response to the combination of the cover (107) and the bracket (101) described below, and may prevent water from leaking into the air.
[0089] The cover (107) may have an overall square ring shape. The cover (107) may be referred to as a cover bracket (107). A hollow space (107S) of the cover (107) may be formed in the central portion of the cover (107). Air passing through the filter (102) may pass through the hollow space (107S) of the cover (107). The cover (107) may include a body (1070), a side portion (1071), and a joining portion (1072).
[0090] The body (1070) may extend along the perimeter of the filter (102) and may have the shape of a rectangular frame. The body (1070) may face the rear of the filter (102) and may form a hollow portion (107S) of the cover (107). The body (1070) may be referred to as a filter bracket (1070).
[0091] The side portion (1071) may be curved from the periphery of the body (1070) toward the housing (1013) and may extend along the periphery of the body (1070). The side portion (1071) may include a first part (1071a), a second part (1071b), and a third part (1071c). The first part (1071a) may be curved from the upper side of the body (1070) toward the first part (1013a) of the housing (1013) and may be adjacent to the first part (1013a). The first part (1071a) may cover the upper side of the filter (102). The second part (1071b) can be bent from the lower side of the body (1070) toward the second part (1013b) of the housing (1013) and can be adjacent to the second part (1013b). The second part (1071b) can cover the lower side of the filter (102). The third part (1071c) can be bent from the rear side of the body (1070) toward the third part (1013c) of the housing (1013) and can be adjacent to the third part (1013c). The third part (1071c) can cover the rear side of the filter (102).
[0092] The connecting portion (1072) may be bent from the front edge of the body (1070) and may extend along the front edge of the body (1070). The direction in which the connecting portion (1072) is bent may be the same as the direction in which the side portion (1071) is bent. The height of the connecting portion (1072) may be greater than the height of the body (1070) and the height of the side portion (1071). The first part (1072a) may form a part of the connecting portion (1072) and may protrude further upward than the first part (1071a) of the side portion (1071). The first part (1072a) may face the first fixing portion (1014U), and a hole (1072ah) aligned with the second hole (1014Uh) of the first fixing portion (1014U) may be formed in the first part (1072a). The second part (1072b) may form a part of the joining part (1072) and may protrude further downward than the second part (1071b) of the side part (1071). The second part (1072b) may face the second fixing part (1014D), and a hole (1072bh) aligned with the second hole (1014Dh) of the second fixing part (1014D) may be formed in the second part (1072b). Each of the fastening members (107F), such as screws, may penetrate each of the holes (1072ah, 1072bh) and be fastened to each of the second holes (1014Uh, 1014Dh), thereby allowing the cover (107) to be detachably coupled to the bracket (101).
[0093] In this case, in order to align each of the holes (1072ah, 1072bh) with each of the second holes (1014Uh, 1014Dh), the user may need to press the cover (107) toward the filter (102). That is, the cover (107) may press the filter (102) toward the second flange (1012) of the bracket (101). In addition, the front edge of the pre-filter (1021) may be caught on the hook (1015), and the front edge of the HEPA filter (1022) may be caught on the joint (1072). That is, the filter (102) may be firmly mounted within the filter assembly (100).
[0094] The hinge (108) may be opposite the hook (1015) or the coupling portion (1072) with respect to the filter (102) within the housing (1013). The hinge (108) may be arranged in the third part (1013c) of the housing (1013). A plurality of hinges (108A, 108B) may be arranged along the third part (1013c). One side (1081) of the hinge (108) may be coupled to the third part (1071c) of the cover (107) (see screw fastening holes (1071ca, 1071cb) of the third part (1071c)), and the other side (1082) of the hinge (108) may be coupled to the third part (1013c) of the housing (1013). The shaft of the hinge (108) can be aligned in the vertical direction (i.e., up-down direction) and can connect one side (1081) and the other side (1082) of the hinge (108). The cover (107) can rotate around the axis of the hinge (108).
[0095]
[0096] Referring to FIGS. 14 to 16, a user can assemble a filter (102) to or detach a filter (102) from a filter assembly (100) mounted on the right panel (13R) or the left panel (13L) at the front of the case (10).
[0097] A user can open the cover (107) by releasing the fastener (107F) and moving it away from the housing (1013) of the bracket (101). The angle between the housing (1013) and the open cover (107) (i.e., the opening angle) may be acute. For example, the opening angle may be less than 30 degrees. The hinge (108) may have a protruding structure formed on one side (1081) and / or the other side (1082) to limit the opening angle of the cover (107). When the cover (107) is opened, the filter (102) can be released from the engaging portion (1071). The user can move the filter (102) toward the open cover (107) to release the hook (1015). The user can then remove the filter (102) from the space between the housing (1013) and the cover (107). For example, a user can first remove the HEPA filter (1022) and then remove the pre-filter (1021). In another example, a user can remove the HEPA filter (1022) and the pre-filter (1021) together. The cover (107) can be opened only to the extent necessary to remove the filter (102). The user can replace, repair, or clean the removed filter (102).
[0098] Accordingly, the filter (102) can be separated from or assembled to the filter assembly (100) in a sliding manner even when the cover (107) is opened only at a relatively small angle. That is, when assembling and disassembling the filter (102), interference between the cover (107) and electronic components, structures, etc. arranged within the case (10) can be minimized. In other words, since the space required to open or close the cover (107) is minimized, it can be advantageous for space-efficient arrangement of components within the case (10). For example, some component(s) within the case (10) (see the first and second units (10A, 10B) of FIG. 2) can be arranged between the left filter assembly (100L) and the right filter assembly (100R) (see FIG. 2). The above component(s) can overlap the left filter assembly (100L) and the right filter assembly (100R) in the horizontal direction, and can avoid colliding with the above component(s) even when the covers (107) of the left and right filter assemblies (100L, 100R) are opened.
[0099]
[0100] Referring to FIGS. 17 to 19, air passing through the side hole (13Sh) can pass through the internal space of the box (1010; 1010') and the filter (102; 102'). The first hole (1011S; 1011S') may be a hollow space of the first flange (1011; 1011') and may provide a passage for air flowing into the internal space of the box (1010; 1010'). The first hole (1011S; 1011SS') may have a size corresponding to the side hole (13Sh). The second hole (1012S; 1012S') may be a hollow space of the second flange (1012; 1012') and may provide a passage for air flowing into the filter (102; 102'). The first flange (1011; 1011') may be referred to as a joint area.
[0101] Referring to the right drawings of FIGS. 17 and 19, the first flange (1011) may extend outward from one end of the box (1010), and the second flange (1012) may also extend outward from the other end of the box (1010). The inner perimeter of the second flange (1012) may be arranged along the box (1010) along the inner perimeter of the first flange (1011). The size of the second hole (1012S) may be the same as the size of the first hole (1011S). The size of the second hole (1012S) may correspond to the area of the filter (102) through which air is introduced. Accordingly, the area of the filter (102) through which air is introduced may correspond to (be the same as) the size of the first hole (1011S), and the air intake rate of the filter (102) may be high. Here, the air intake rate may be the ratio of the area of the filter (102) into which air is introduced to the size of the first hole (1011S).
[0102] Referring to the left drawings of FIGS. 18 and 19, the first flange (1011') may extend outward from one end of the box (1010'), and the second flange (1012') may extend inward from the other end of the box (1010'). The inner perimeter of the first flange (1011') may be arranged along the box (1010'), and the outer perimeter of the second flange (1012') may be arranged along the box (1010'). The size of the second hole (1012S') may be smaller than the size of the first hole (1011S'). The size of the second hole (1012S') may correspond to the area of the filter (102') through which air is introduced. Accordingly, the area of the filter (102') through which air is introduced may be smaller than the size of the first hole (1011S'). That is, the air intake rate of the filter (102') of the filter assembly (100') of Fig. 18 may be lower than the air intake rate of the filter (102) of the filter assembly (100) of Fig. 17. Here, the air intake rate may be a ratio of the area of the filter (102; 102') into which air is introduced to the size of the first hole (1011S; 1011S').
[0103]
[0104] Referring to FIGS. 1 to 19, an electric vehicle charger (1) may include: a case (10) having a hole (13Sh) through which air passes; and a filter assembly (100) mounted inside the case (10), wherein the filter assembly (100) may include: a rectangular filter (102) having one side facing the hole (13Sh) of the case (10); a housing (1013) covering the first to third side edges among the first to fourth side edges of the filter (102); and a cover (107) covering a portion of the other side of the filter (102) and hinge-connected to a portion of the housing (1013) opposite the fourth side edge of the filter (102).
[0105] The housing (1013) may include: a first part (1013a) extending along the first side of the filter (102); a second part (1013b) extending along the second side of the filter (102) and opposite the first part (1013a); and a third part (1013c) extending along the third side of the filter (102) and connecting the first and second parts (1013a, 1013b), and the cover (107) may be hinge-connected to the third part (1013c).
[0106] The filter assembly (100) may further include a hinge (108) having one side (1081) coupled to the cover (107) and the other side (1082) coupled to the third part (1013c), and a shaft of the hinge (108) may connect the one side (1081) and the other side (1082) of the hinge (108) and may be parallel to the longitudinal direction of the third part (1013c), and the cover (107) may be rotatable about the shaft of the hinge (108).
