The present disclosure relates to a novel technical means for producing an acerola dry powder having deliquescence resistance and excellent storage stability. More specifically, the present disclosure relates to: a method for producing an acerola dry powder, the method including a step for drying a mixed liquid containing a pulverized product of acerola cores and acerola juice; and an acerola dry powder obtained by the method.
