[0021] Fig. 1 is a molding flowchart of the molded product of the present application;

[0022] Fig. 2 is a schematic view of the application of the molded product of the present application to a table surface;

[0023] Fig. 3 is a schematic view of the application of the molded product of the present application to a spliced floor mat surface.

[0024] Main reference numeral explanation:

[0025] A: table board

[0026] B: floor mat

[0027] 1: shaped product DETAILED DESCRIPTION

[0028] In order to have a more complete and clear disclosure of the technical content applied in the present invention, the invention purpose and the achieved effects, the following detailed description is made, and the disclosed drawings are referred to:

[0029] According to the composition of the present invention, it comprises fiber body and adhesive; wherein the waste fiber composition comprises more than 95wt% (inclusive) but less than 100wt% (exclusive) of fiber body, and the remaining weight percentage of adhesive in the waste fiber composition, based on the total weight of 100wt%; wherein the adhesive is acrylic copolymer.

[0030] The different mixing ratio of fiber body and adhesive in the composition will result in different toughness and rigidity of the shaped product shaped by the composition. That is, different application products can be achieved by adjusting the mixing ratio of fiber body and adhesive in the composition. For example, for making shell, frame or rod, etc., the rigidity needs to be increased, so the proportion of fiber body is adjusted to be higher; for making the surface of the article (table surface, floor mat surface) or plate, etc., the toughness and rigidity need to be both possessed, so the proportion of fiber body is adjusted to be lower; for making filter screen support rack, etc., the toughness needs to be increased, so the proportion of fiber body is adjusted to be lower. That is, when the shaped product is applied to the product with high rigidity, the weight percentage of fiber body is closer to 100wt%, and when the shaped product is applied to the product with high toughness, the weight percentage of fiber body is closer to 95wt%.

[0031] In a preferred embodiment, wherein the fiber body is taken from the remaining or recycled waste material with fiber, which is crushed into fluffy cotton-like shape by crushing process, and the size of the fiber body is between 0.1mm and 50mm.

[0032] In a preferred embodiment, wherein the fiber body is one or more than two combinations of nylon (PA), non-woven fabric, cotton, acrylic, polypropylene (PP), polyethylene (PE), polyethylene terephthalate (PVC).

[0033] The molding product of the present application is obtained by feeding the waste fiber composition as described above into an extruder and heating, melting, mixing and extruding. Specifically (see Fig. 1), the recycled waste material with fibers is first crushed to form fluffy cotton-like waste material, then fibers with a size of 0.1-50 mm are selected and mixed with a binder to form a waste fiber composition in the form of a glue solution, wherein the waste fiber composition contains more than 95 wt% (including) but less than 100 wt% (not including) fibers, and the remaining weight percentage of the waste fiber composition is a binder; the waste fiber composition is then fed into an extruder, heated, melted and mixed in the extruder, and then extruded into the molding product; the molding product can be in the form of a strip, a sheet or a plate, depending on the extrusion die of the extruder; the heating temperature is 90-180°C. Before the waste fiber composition is fed into the extruder, the uniformly mixed waste fiber composition can be further extruded to remove excess binder by an extruder.

[0034] When the molding product of the present application is in the form of a strip, the strip-shaped molding product can be granulated as a plastic master batch. When the molding product of the present application is in the form of a sheet or a plate, the sheet- or plate-shaped molding product can be further processed by secondary stamping to form a frame, a net, a shell, a surface of a laminate, a board, a building material, a floor material, a wall material, a ceiling material, a floor mat, a veneer, a table board, a door and window frame, a filter support net, a housing of a vehicle or an electrical device. As shown in Fig. 2, the molding product 1 of the present application is applied to the surface of a table board A by secondary stamping, and as shown in Fig. 3, the molding product 1 of the present application is applied to the surface of a spliced floor mat B by secondary stamping.

[0035] To increase the value of the product, the waste fiber composition of the present application further comprises a color powder, i.e. an appropriate amount of color powder is added during the mixing and stirring process of the crushed fibers and the binder, so that the molding product formed by the waste fiber composition exhibits different colors depending on the color of the added color powder; or the surface of the molding product is sprayed with a baking paint; or the molding product is immersed in a baking paint to form at least one colored layer on the surface of the molding product.

[0036] The above examples are only part of the embodiments of the present application and are not intended to limit the present application. According to the spirit and characteristics of the present application, slight changes and modifications should also be included within the scope of the present patent.
