[0001] The present application relates to a tablet-type seasoning with improved solubility and a method for producing the same.

[0002] In the past, to make broth, raw ingredients such as anchovies or beef bones were put directly into a cooking utensil such as a pot or a saucepan, boiled, and then the raw ingredients were taken out, or the broth was made by putting the raw ingredients in tea bags, etc. This method of making broth by boiling raw ingredients as mentioned above had the following problems: preparing and storing various raw ingredients was cumbersome, it took a long time to make the broth, the raw ingredients had to be removed after boiling, it was difficult to produce a consistent taste because the ratio of raw ingredients to water was not quantified, and if the raw ingredients were boiled incorrectly, the broth had the problem of having a unique fishy or off-flavor of the raw ingredients.

[0017] The method for manufacturing a tablet-type seasoning of the present application comprises the steps of: a) preparing a powdered raw material by pulverizing at least one raw material selected from the group consisting of anchovy, dried pollack, and bone extract; b) preparing a liquid raw material by mixing at least one raw material selected from the group consisting of yeast extract and oil with water; c) granulating the raw material by mixing the liquid raw material with the powdered raw material; and d) compressing the granulated raw material.
