[0006] Today, vehicle manufacturers are required to prove the compliance of the vehicles they produce with the regulations of certain authorities and to certify their vehicles. During the application for the relevant certificates, vehicle manufacturers must prepare technical documents for certain parts and components related to the vehicle and acquire approval for the prepared documents. Currently, there are a large number of system approvals, component approvals associated with the said system approvals and complete vehicle approvals that vehicle manufacturers must acquire, and all of the respective approvals must be compatible with each other in terms of technical information, descriptions and annexes.

[0007] For this reason, considering the studies and deficiencies included in the current technique, it is understood that there is a need for a system which enables the relationship between approvals to be identified, compatibility checks to be performed and compatibility between approvals to be maintained by means of an automatically generated unique code.

[0008] The Japanese patent document no. JP2018113000A, an application included in the state of the art, discloses a unique code system used in the checking of spare parts. The invention subject to the said patent document provides a second-hand component management system. A second-hand component management system comprises second-hand component code acquisition means for acquiring a unique code provided on the second-hand component; a second-hand component database for storing second-hand component information including at least any of second-hand component specification information specifying the second-hand component and product information on the product from which the second-hand component has been removed in association with the acquired unique code; and second-hand component information extraction means a server configured to search the second-hand component database by using at least any of the unique codes acquired by the second-hand component code acquisition means and the second-hand component specification information and product information for the product from which the second-hand component was removed, and to output a confirmation of the second-hand component.

Claims

CLAIMS1. A system (1) which enables the relationship between approvals to be identified, compatibility checks to be performed and compatibility between approvals to be maintained by means of unique codes generated with respect to the approvals when the vehicle manufacturers are obtaining system approvals, approvals for parts and components and complete vehicle approvals required to be obtained with respect to whether the produced vehicles comply with the relevant regulations comprising at least one electronic device (2) which is configured to exchange data by using any communication protocol and to run at least one application thereon; at least one application (3) which is run on the electronic device (2) and is configured at least to enable users to upload technical documentation documents to be approved; at least one database (4) which is configured to keep a record of the prepared documents and approval information therein; and characterized by at least one server (5) which is configured to establish communication with the electronic device (2) by using any remote communication protocol and to exchange data with the application (3) through this established communication; to manage the database (4) and access the data in the database (4); to generate unique codes for the documents by receiving the said technical documentation documents uploaded through the application (3); to check the codes by receiving the unique code information of the documents associated with the same vehicle and to generate reports by detecting the documents whose codes are not the same.

2. A system (1) according to Claim 1; characterized by the electronic device (2) which is a device in the form of a smartphone, tablet computer, desktop computer or portable computer configured to run at least one application (3) thereon.

3. A system (1) according to Claim 1 or 2; characterized by the electronic device (2) which has speakers for providing audio output, at least one camera capable of taking images, and an input unit in the form of a key or touch screen.

4. A system (1) according to any one of the preceding claims; characterized by the application (3) which is run on the electronic device (2) and is configured at least to enable users to upload technical documentation documents to be approved.

5. A system (1) according to any one of the preceding claims; characterized by the database (4) which is in communication with the server (5) and is configured to be managed by the server (5).

6. A system (1) according to any one of the preceding claims; characterized by the database (4) which is configured to keep a record of the documents to be approved, approval information and unique code information associated with the document therein.

7. A system (1) according to any one of the preceding claims; characterized by the server (5) which is configured to establish communication with the electronic device (2) by using any communication protocol and to exchange data with the application (3) through this established communication.

A system (1) according to any one of the preceding claims; characterized by the server (5) which is configured to receive technical documentation documents uploaded to the application (3) via the communication established with the electronic device (2) and to generate a unique code for the said documents.

9. A system (1) according to any one of the preceding claims; characterized by the server (5) which is configured to save the technical documentation documents in the database (4) in a way that is associated with the generated unique code.

A system (1) according to any one of the preceding claims; characterized by the server (5) which is configured to scan the database (4) and to detect whether documents are compliant by checking the documents associated with a unique code by being automatically triggered at certain periods and / or events.
