Description

Speaker and electronic device

[0001] The present application claims priority to the Chinese patent application No. 202411134353.0, filed on August 16, 2024, entitled “Speaker and electronic device”, the content of which is incorporated herein by reference in its entirety. TECHNICAL FIELD

[0002] The present application relates to the field of audio technology, and in particular to a speaker and an electronic device. BACKGROUND

[0003] A micro speaker is a device widely used in electronic devices such as earphones, mobile phones, tablets, and notebook computers. The micro speaker is used to convert electrical energy into acoustic energy, mainly including a magnetic circuit system and a vibration system. The vibration system includes a diaphragm and a voice coil. The voice coil interacts with the magnetic field to generate a force when energized, thereby driving the diaphragm to vibrate to realize sound emission of the speaker.

[0004] As one of the key devices of the vibration system of the micro speaker, if the diaphragm is polarized, it is easy to cause the voice coil to rub the coil and produce noise, and long-term use will also cause the diaphragm to deform locally. In addition, the polarization of the diaphragm will also cause the distortion of the speaker to be high, affecting the sound quality of the entire speaker system. SUMMARY

[0005] The present application provides a speaker and an electronic device. The first diaphragm of the speaker is not easy to be polarized. The sound quality of the speaker and the electronic device is better.

[0006] In a first aspect, an embodiment of the present application provides a speaker. The speaker includes a basket, a magnetic circuit assembly, a first diaphragm, and a first voice coil. The magnetic circuit assembly is fixedly connected to the basket, and has a first magnetic gap. The first diaphragm is fixedly connected to the basket. One end of the first voice coil is fixedly connected to the first diaphragm, and the other end of the first voice coil is located in the first magnetic gap. At least part of the magnetic circuit assembly, the first diaphragm, and part of the basket collectively enclose a first cavity. The basket is provided with a first through hole and a second through hole. The first through hole and the second through hole both communicate the first cavity and the outside of the speaker, and the first through hole and the second through hole are symmetrical about a central axis of the speaker.

[0007] It can be understood that, in the embodiments of the present application, the symmetry of the first through hole and the second through hole about the central axis of the loudspeaker can include, but is not limited to, the symmetry of the positions of the first through hole and the second through hole about the central axis of the loudspeaker. For example, the positions of the first through hole and the second through hole can be symmetrical about the central axis of the loudspeaker, and the structures of the first through hole and the second through hole can also be symmetrical about the central axis of the loudspeaker. Alternatively, the positions of the first through hole and the second through hole can be symmetrical about the central axis of the loudspeaker, and the structures of the first through hole and the second through hole can be similar but not symmetrical about the central axis of the loudspeaker. In addition, the symmetry of the first through hole and the second through hole about the central axis of the loudspeaker is allowed to have a certain error. For example, the angle between the line connecting the first through hole and the second through hole and the axis of symmetry is not strictly 90 degrees, and the angle between the line connecting the first through hole and the second through hole and the axis of symmetry can be within the range of 80 degrees to 100 degrees.

[0008] In the embodiments of the present application, the first chamber can communicate with the outside of the loudspeaker through the first through hole and the second through hole, so that the gas in the first chamber can flow out of the first chamber through the first through hole and the second through hole to balance the air pressure in the first chamber. By arranging the first through hole and the second through hole to be symmetrical about the central axis of the loudspeaker, the air pressure in the first chamber is more balanced after the gas in the first chamber flows out of the first chamber through the first through hole and the second through hole, so that the first diaphragm is less likely to be polarized due to the imbalance of the air pressure in the first chamber, thereby affecting the sound quality of the loudspeaker.

[0009] In addition, the first through hole and the second through hole can be formed by a component of the loudspeaker itself, for example, the first through hole and the second through hole can be formed by the lower yoke, that is, the first through hole and the second through hole can be integrated into the structure of the loudspeaker itself. In this way, the loudspeaker does not need to additionally provide a separate structural member to form the first through hole and the second through hole. The structure of the loudspeaker is relatively simple, and is conducive to the miniaturization of the loudspeaker.

[0010] In some embodiments, the magnetic circuit assembly comprises a center magnet and a first magnetic conducting member, the first magnetic conducting member comprises a main body portion and a peripheral portion, the peripheral portion is connected to the main body portion and is arranged around the main body portion, the peripheral portion has a first surface and a second surface arranged oppositely, and the main body portion protrudes from the second surface of the peripheral portion; the center magnet is fixedly connected to the main body portion, a part of the main body portion is arranged around the center magnet and is spaced apart from the center magnet, and a gap between the main body portion and the center magnet forms at least part of a first magnetic gap; the yoke comprises an upper yoke and a lower yoke, the upper yoke is fixedly connected to the first diaphragm and the first surface of the peripheral portion, and the lower yoke is fixedly connected to the second surface of the peripheral portion; the center magnet, the first magnetic conducting member, the first diaphragm, and the upper yoke jointly enclose a first chamber; the first through hole and the second through hole are located in the lower yoke, the first magnetic conducting member is provided with a first communication hole and a second communication hole, the first communication hole communicates the first through hole and the first chamber, and the second communication hole communicates the second through hole and the first chamber.

[0011] In the present embodiment, by arranging the first communication hole and the second communication hole on the peripheral portion of the first magnetic conducting member, the second first chamber can be connected to the first through hole of the lower yoke through the first communication hole and connected to the second through hole of the lower yoke through the second communication hole, so that the first chamber can be connected to the outside of the loudspeaker to balance the air pressure in the first chamber. In addition, the first communication hole and the second communication hole can be formed by components of the loudspeaker itself, for example, the first communication hole and the second communication hole can be formed by the first magnetic conducting member, that is, the first communication hole and the second communication hole can be integrated into the structure of the loudspeaker itself. In this way, the loudspeaker does not need to additionally arrange a separate structural member to form the first communication hole and the second communication hole. The structure of the loudspeaker is relatively simple, and is conducive to the miniaturization of the loudspeaker.

[0012] In some embodiments, the first communication hole and the second communication hole are symmetrical about the central axis of the loudspeaker.

[0013] In the present embodiment, by arranging the first communication hole and the second communication hole to be symmetrical about the central axis of the loudspeaker, the air in the first chamber flows to the first through hole through the first communication hole and flows to the second through hole through the second communication hole, so that the air pressure in the first chamber is more evenly distributed, and the first diaphragm is less likely to be polarized due to unbalanced air pressure in the first chamber, thereby affecting the sound quality of the loudspeaker.

[0014] In some embodiments, the lower yoke comprises a first top surface, a first bottom surface, and a first outer side surface connected between the first top surface and the first bottom surface, the first top surface and the first bottom surface are arranged oppositely; the first outer side surface faces away from the center magnet, and the first top surface is fixedly connected to the second surface of the peripheral portion; the first through hole has an opening located on the first top surface and extending to the first outer side surface.

[0015] In the embodiment, the first and second through holes can be partially opened on the first top surface, so that the first and second through holes can be in communication with the first and second communication holes respectively to communicate the first chamber; and the first and second through holes are partially opened on the first outer side surface of the lower basket, so that the sound waves generated by the side of the first diaphragm facing the first chamber can be diffused to the outer circumferential side of the loudspeaker through the first and second through holes.

[0016] It can be understood that when the first diaphragm vibrates, the sound waves generated by the two sides of the first diaphragm are opposite in phase, for example, the sound waves generated by the side of the first diaphragm facing the first chamber are opposite in phase to the sound waves generated by the side of the first diaphragm facing away from the first chamber. In the embodiment, by partially opening the first and second through holes on the first outer side surface of the lower basket, the sound waves generated by the side of the first diaphragm facing the first chamber are not easily diffused to the top side of the loudspeaker to interfere with the sound waves generated by the side of the first diaphragm facing away from the first chamber, thereby facilitating the avoidance of the mutual cancellation of the sound waves opposite in phase to cause sound short circuit, and thereby affecting the sound quality of the loudspeaker.

[0017] In some embodiments, the first through hole includes a first inner wall, the first inner wall is arranged opposite to the first communication hole; along the direction of the first outer side surface to the central axis of the loudspeaker, the first inner wall is close to the peripheral edge portion of the first magnetic guide. In this way, the path length of the gas flowing from the first through hole to the outside of the loudspeaker can be reduced, so that the gas in the first through hole can be diffused to the outside of the loudspeaker more quickly, and the gas is not easily accumulated in the first through hole; and since the path length of the gas flowing from the first through hole to the outside of the loudspeaker is reduced, the driving force required by the loudspeaker to push the gas in the first through hole to diffuse out of the first through hole is smaller, so that the driving force of the loudspeaker driving the first diaphragm to vibrate can be larger, thereby avoiding the influence of the insufficient driving force on the amplitude of the first diaphragm and the sensitivity of the loudspeaker.

[0018] In some embodiments, the first through hole further includes a second inner wall, the second inner wall is connected between the first inner wall and the first top surface, the second inner wall is arranged at an obtuse angle with the first inner wall; the second inner wall is arranged opposite to the center magnet, the second inner wall, the first inner wall and the second surface of the peripheral edge portion jointly enclose a buffer space, and the buffer space is in communication with the first communication hole.

[0019] In the embodiment, the buffer space can be communicated with the first communication hole of the first magnetic conducting member. In this way, the gas in the first chamber can enter the buffer space after passing through the first communication hole, and the gas is not easy to accumulate at the first communication hole, so that the gas flow between the first chamber and the first communication hole is relatively smooth. In addition, compared with the scheme that the first inner wall and the second inner wall are vertically arranged, the embodiment of the application is arranged to be an obtuse angle between the first inner wall and the second inner wall, so that the gas entering the buffer space is not easy to form vortex flow at the connection between the first inner wall and the second inner wall to generate air flow sound, thereby facilitating the improvement of the sound quality of the loudspeaker.

[0020] In some embodiments, the loudspeaker further comprises a first damping member, which is arranged on the first magnetic conducting member and covers the first communication hole.

[0021] In the embodiment, by arranging the first damping member, on the one hand, impurities and the like outside the loudspeaker can be blocked from entering the inside of the loudspeaker through the first through hole and the first communication hole, and on the other hand, the damping coefficient of the first damping member can be adjusted to adjust the acoustic performance of the loudspeaker, thereby improving the sound quality of the loudspeaker. For example, the first damping member can be a mesh cloth, and the damping coefficient of the first damping member can be adjusted by replacing different mesh cloths.

[0022] In some embodiments, the loudspeaker further comprises a second damping member, which is arranged on the first magnetic conducting member and covers the second communication hole.

[0023] In the embodiment, by arranging the second damping member, on the one hand, impurities and the like outside the loudspeaker can be blocked from entering the inside of the loudspeaker through the second through hole and the second communication hole, and on the other hand, the damping coefficient of the second damping member can be adjusted to adjust the acoustic performance of the loudspeaker, thereby improving the sound quality of the loudspeaker. For example, the second damping member can be a mesh cloth, and the damping coefficient of the second damping member can be adjusted by replacing different mesh cloths.

[0024] In some embodiments, the magnetic circuit assembly further has a second magnetic gap, which is arranged in a spaced manner with the first magnetic gap; the loudspeaker further comprises a second diaphragm and a second voice coil, the second diaphragm is fixed to one side of the lower yoke which is away from the first diaphragm, one end of the second voice coil is fixedly connected to the second diaphragm, and the other end of the second voice coil is located in the second magnetic gap; the first magnetic conducting member, the second diaphragm and the lower yoke jointly enclose a second chamber, and the second chamber is arranged in a spaced manner with the first chamber; the first diaphragm is provided with a third through hole, the loudspeaker has a third passage, the third passage is arranged in a spaced manner with the first chamber, and the second chamber is communicated to the third through hole through the third passage.

[0025] In the embodiment, the second chamber can be communicated with the third through hole of the first diaphragm through the third channel, so that the second chamber can be communicated with the outside of the loudspeaker. It can be understood that when the second diaphragm vibrates, the sound waves generated on both sides of the second diaphragm are opposite in phase, for example, the sound waves generated on the side of the second diaphragm facing the second chamber are opposite in phase to the sound waves generated on the side of the second diaphragm facing away from the second chamber. Among them, the sound waves generated on the side of the second diaphragm facing the second chamber can be transmitted from the top side of the loudspeaker through the third channel and the third through hole. In this way, the gas diffused from the third through hole is not easy to interfere with the gas diffused from the first through hole and the second through hole, so that the sound waves generated on the side of the second diaphragm facing the second chamber are not easy to be mutually cancelled with the sound waves generated on the side of the first diaphragm facing the first chamber, thereby causing acoustic short circuit. In addition, the gas in the second chamber diffuses to the top side of the loudspeaker through the third through hole, so that the sound waves generated on the side of the second diaphragm facing the second chamber and the sound waves generated on the side of the first diaphragm facing away from the first chamber can form a sound field superposition on the top side of the loudspeaker, thereby improving the loudness of the loudspeaker.

[0026] In the embodiment, the second chamber and the third channel are both spaced apart from the first chamber, that is, the gas does not flow between the second chamber, the third channel and the first chamber, so that the gas flow in the second chamber and the third channel can be prevented from interfering with the gas flow in the first chamber, thereby preventing the sound waves propagating in the third channel from being mutually cancelled with the sound waves propagating in the first chamber.

[0027] In some embodiments, along the axial projection of the loudspeaker, the projection of the third through hole is located at the center of the center line connecting the first through hole and the second through hole in the plane perpendicular to the axial direction of the loudspeaker. In this way, the third through hole can be away from the first through hole and the second through hole, which is conducive to prolonging the sound propagation path between the third through hole and the first through hole and the second through hole, thereby preventing the sound waves transmitted from the third through hole from being mutually cancelled with the sound waves transmitted from the first through hole and the second through hole, thereby causing acoustic short circuit.

[0028] In some embodiments, the loudspeaker further comprises a support, the support is located between the first diaphragm and the center magnet, and is fixedly connected with the first diaphragm and the center magnet, the support is provided with a third through hole, the third through hole is opposite to and communicated with the third through hole; the first magnetic conducting piece is provided with a first through hole, the center magnet is provided with a second through hole, and the first through hole, the second through hole and the third through hole are opposite and communicated, and the first through hole, the second through hole and the third through hole are all part of the third channel.

In this way, the loudspeaker does not need to additionally provide a separate structural member to form the third channel, the structure and assembly of the loudspeaker are relatively simple, and the miniaturization of the loudspeaker is facilitated.

[0032] In the embodiment, the fourth through hole is part of the third channel, and the second cavity can be communicated with the third through hole through the first through hole of the first magnetic conducting member, the second through hole of the center magnet, the fourth through hole of the second magnetic conducting member, and the third through hole of the support, so that the second cavity can be communicated with the outside of the loudspeaker.

[0033] In the embodiment, the third channel can be formed by components of the loudspeaker itself, for example, the third channel can be formed by the first through hole of the first magnetic conducting member, the second through hole of the center magnet, the fourth through hole of the second magnetic conducting member, and the third through hole of the support, that is, the third channel can be integrated into the structure of the loudspeaker itself. [0036] In the embodiments of the present application, the third channel can be formed by components of the loudspeaker itself, for example, the third channel can be formed by the first through hole of the first magnetic guide, the second through hole of the center magnet, the fourth through hole of the second magnetic guide, the third through hole of the support, and the fifth through hole of the second connecting piece, that is, the third channel can be integrated into the structure of the loudspeaker itself. [0040] In the present embodiment, by arranging the third damping member, on the one hand, impurities and the like outside the loudspeaker can be blocked from entering the inside of the loudspeaker through the third through hole, and on the other hand, the acoustic performance of the loudspeaker can be adjusted by adjusting the damping coefficient of the third damping member to improve the sound quality of the loudspeaker. [0057] In addition, the fifth through hole and the sixth through hole of the housing can be symmetrical about the central axis of the loudspeaker, so that when the gas in the first cavity is in communication with the atmosphere through the fifth through hole and the sixth through hole, the air pressure distribution in the first cavity is more balanced, so that the first diaphragm is not easily polarized due to the imbalance of the air pressure in the first cavity, affecting the sound quality of the loudspeaker.

For example, the fifth damping member can be a mesh cloth, and different mesh cloths can be replaced to adjust the damping coefficient of the fifth damping member.

[0060] In some embodiments, the loudspeaker further comprises a sixth damping member, which is arranged on the upper bracket and covers the fourth communication hole.

[0061] In the present embodiment, by arranging the sixth damping member, on the one hand, impurities and the like outside the loudspeaker can be prevented from entering the interior of the loudspeaker through the fourth communication hole, and on the other hand, the acoustic performance of the loudspeaker can be adjusted by adjusting the damping coefficient of the sixth damping member, so as to improve the sound quality of the loudspeaker. For example, the sixth damping member can be a mesh cloth, and the damping coefficient of the sixth damping member can be adjusted by replacing different mesh cloths.

[0062] In a second aspect, the present application also provides an electronic device. The electronic device comprises a shell and the loudspeaker as described above. The loudspeaker is mounted on the shell. In this way, the electronic device can have good sound quality.

[0063] In some embodiments, the shell has an inner cavity, the loudspeaker is connected with the inner wall of the shell to divide the inner cavity into a front cavity and a rear cavity, the front cavity and the rear cavity are arranged in a spaced manner, the rear cavity is communicated with the first communication hole and the second communication hole, and the front cavity is located on the side of the first diaphragm away from the first chamber. The shell is provided with a sound outlet hole, and the sound outlet hole is communicated with the front cavity and the outside of the shell.

[0064] In the present embodiment, the first communication hole and the second communication hole of the loudspeaker can be communicated with the rear cavity of the shell, so that the first chamber of the loudspeaker can be communicated with the rear cavity of the shell through the first communication hole and the second communication hole. In this way, the sound waves generated on the side of the first diaphragm facing the first chamber can be transmitted to the rear cavity of the electronic device through the first communication hole and the second communication hole. In addition, since the front cavity is located on the side of the first diaphragm away from the first chamber, the sound waves generated on the side of the second diaphragm facing the second chamber can be transmitted to the front cavity of the electronic device, and then transmitted out of the electronic device from the sound outlet hole to be received by the user.

[0065] Moreover, since the front cavity and the rear cavity are arranged in a spaced manner, the sound waves transmitted to the front cavity of the electronic device from the second chamber and the sound waves transmitted to the rear cavity of the electronic device from the first chamber can be separated, so that the sound waves generated on the side of the second diaphragm facing the second chamber and the sound waves generated on the side of the first diaphragm facing the first chamber can be prevented from being mutually cancelled to cause sound short circuit.

[0066] In some embodiments, the loudspeaker has a connecting surface, the connecting surface is arranged away from the first chamber, and along the axial direction of the loudspeaker, the connecting surface is located on the side of the first communication hole and the second communication hole close to the first diaphragm; and the connecting surface is in sealing connection with the inner wall of the shell. In this way, the front cavity and the rear cavity of the electronic device are well isolated, and the sound waves transmitted to the front cavity and the sound waves transmitted to the rear cavity are not easy to interfere with each other to cause sound short circuit.

[0067] In some embodiments, along the axial direction of the loudspeaker, the first communication hole and the second communication hole are arranged in a spaced manner from the connecting surface.

[0068] In the present embodiment, the first through hole and the second through hole of the loudspeaker are spaced apart from the connecting surface in the axial direction of the loudspeaker, so that the first through hole and the second through hole are prevented from being blocked during bonding of the connecting surface of the loudspeaker to the inner wall of the housing, thereby affecting diffusion of the gas in the first chamber. [0140] In some embodiments, the loudspeaker 20 can include a basket 210, a magnetic circuit assembly 23, a first diaphragm 241, a second diaphragm 242, a first voice coil 251, a second voice coil 252, a support 260, a first connecting piece 261, a second connecting piece 262, a third connecting piece 263, a first damping piece 271, a second damping piece 272, a third damping piece 273, and a housing 280. The basket 210 can include an upper basket 21 and a lower basket 22. It can be understood that FIG. 3 and the following related drawings only schematically show some components included in the loudspeaker 20, and actual shapes, actual sizes, actual positions and actual structures of the components are not limited by FIG. 3 and the following drawings.

[0141] For example, the loudspeaker 20 can be a circular loudspeaker. A central axis A1-A1 of the loudspeaker 20 can pass through the centers of the basket 210, the first diaphragm 241, the second diaphragm 242, the magnetic circuit assembly 23, the first voice coil 251 and the second voice coil 252. In other embodiments, the loudspeaker 20 can also be square or other shapes, which are not strictly limited by the present application. In the following, in order to facilitate description, the loudspeaker 20 and its components or structures are defined as "top" near the first diaphragm 241 and "bottom" near the second diaphragm 242.

[0143] In some embodiments, the magnetic circuit assembly 23 can include a center magnet 231, a side magnet 232, a first magnetic conducting member 233, and a second magnetic conducting member 234. The first magnetic conducting member 233 and the second magnetic conducting member 234 can be made of a magnetic conducting material. The first magnetic conducting member 233 can include a main body portion 2331 and a peripheral portion 2332. The peripheral portion 2332 can be connected to the main body portion 2331 and arranged around the main body portion 2331. In the axial direction of the loudspeaker 20, the main body portion 2331 can protrude from the peripheral portion 2332.

[0144] Please refer to FIG. 4 and FIG. 5, FIG. 5 is a structural schematic view of the first magnetic conducting member 233 of the magnetic circuit assembly 23 shown in FIG. 4 from another angle.

[0145] In some embodiments, the peripheral portion 2332 of the first magnetic conducting member 233 can have a first surface 2332A and a second surface 2332B arranged oppositely. For example, the main body portion 2331 can protrude from the second surface 2332B of the peripheral portion 2332. For example, the peripheral portion 2332 of the first magnetic conducting member 233 can be provided with a first mounting slot 2333a and a second mounting slot 2333b. The openings of the first mounting slot 2333a and the second mounting slot 2333b can be located on the first surface 2332A. The first mounting slot 2333a and the second mounting slot 2333b can be symmetrical about the central axis A1-A1 of the loudspeaker 20.

[0146] It can be understood that, in the embodiments of the present application, the symmetry of a plurality of components about an axis can include, but is not limited to, the symmetry of the positions of the plurality of components about an axis. For example, the positions of the plurality of components can be symmetrical about an axis, and the structures of the plurality of components can also be symmetrical about an axis, or the positions of the plurality of components can be symmetrical about an axis, but the structures of the plurality of components can not be symmetrical about an axis. In addition, the symmetry of a plurality of components about an axis is allowed to have a certain error. For example, A and B are symmetrical about an axis, which means that the line connecting A and B is perpendicular or approximately perpendicular to the axis of symmetry, and the included angle between the line connecting A and B and the axis of symmetry is not strictly 90 degrees, and the included angle between the line connecting A and B and the axis of symmetry can be within the range of 80 degrees to 100 degrees. The related content of the symmetry of a plurality of components about an axis below can be referred to the above description, and will not be described in detail.

[0147] In the present embodiment, the first mounting groove 2333a and the second mounting groove 2333b can be symmetric about the center axis A1-A1 of the loudspeaker 20 in terms of their positions, and the first mounting groove 2333a and the second mounting groove 2333b can be symmetric about the center axis A1-A1 of the loudspeaker 20 in terms of their structures. In other embodiments, the first mounting groove 2333a and the second mounting groove 2333b can be symmetric about the center axis A1-A1 of the loudspeaker 20 in terms of their positions, and the first mounting groove 2333a and the second mounting groove 2333b can be similar but not symmetric about the center axis A1-A1 of the loudspeaker 20 in terms of their structures. In addition, the included angle between the line connecting the first mounting groove 2333a and the second mounting groove 2333b and the center axis A1-A1 of the loudspeaker 20 is not strictly 90 degrees, and can be 80° to 100°.

[0148] For example, the peripheral portion 2332 of the first magnetic conductor 233 can further be provided with a first communication hole 2334a and a second communication hole 2334b. The first communication hole 2334a can pass through the groove bottom wall of the first mounting groove 2333a, and the second communication hole 2334b can pass through the groove bottom wall of the second mounting groove 2333b. That is, the first communication hole 2334a and the second communication hole 2334b can both pass through the peripheral portion 2332 of the first magnetic conductor 233.

[0149] In the present embodiment, the first communication hole 2334a and the second communication hole 2334b can be symmetric about the center axis A1-A1 of the loudspeaker 20. In some examples, the first communication hole 2334a and the second communication hole 2334b can be symmetric about the center axis A1-A1 of the loudspeaker 20 in terms of their positions, and the first communication hole 2334a and the second communication hole 2334b can be symmetric about the center axis A1-A1 of the loudspeaker 20 in terms of their structures. In other examples, the first communication hole 2334a and the second communication hole 2334b can be symmetric about the center axis A1-A1 of the loudspeaker 20 in terms of their positions, and the first communication hole 2334a and the second communication hole 2334b can be similar but not symmetric about the center axis A1-A1 of the loudspeaker 20 in terms of their structures. In addition, the included angle between the line connecting the first communication hole 2334a and the second communication hole 2334b and the center axis A1-A1 of the loudspeaker 20 is not strictly 90 degrees, and can be 80° to 100°.

[0150] Exemplarily, the peripheral portion 2332 of the first magnetic conductive member 233 can be further provided with a first avoiding gap 2335. The first avoiding gap 2335 can penetrate the first surface 2332A and the second surface 2332B, and extend to the outer edge of the peripheral portion 2332. It can be understood that the peripheral portion 2332 of the first magnetic conductive member 233 can be substantially a circular ring. The peripheral portion 2332 can have an inner edge and an outer edge. The inner edge of the peripheral portion 2332 can surround the body portion 2331, and the outer edge of the peripheral portion 2332 can surround the inner edge of the peripheral portion 2332. That is, the outer edge of the peripheral portion 2332 is farther away from the central axis A1-A1 of the loudspeaker 20 than the inner edge of the peripheral portion 2332.

[0151] Exemplarily, the body portion 2331 of the first magnetic conductive member 233 can have a third surface 2331A and a fourth surface 2331B arranged oppositely. The third surface 2331A can be arranged in the same direction as the first surface 2332A, and the fourth surface 2331B can be arranged in the same direction as the second surface 2332B.

[0152] Exemplarily, the body portion 2331 of the first magnetic conductive member 233 can be provided with a first accommodating groove 2336 and a first penetrating hole 2337. The opening of the first accommodating groove 2336 can be located on the third surface 2331A and at the middle of the body portion 2331. The first penetrating hole 2337 can be located at the center of the body portion 2331 and penetrate the groove bottom wall of the first accommodating groove 2336. It can be understood that the central axis A1-A1 of the loudspeaker 20 can pass through the centers of the first accommodating groove 2336 and the first penetrating hole 2337.

[0153] Please refer to FIGS. 6A-7. FIG. 6A is a schematic diagram of an assembled structure of the magnetic circuit assembly 23 shown in FIG. 4, FIG. 6B is a schematic diagram of the magnetic circuit assembly 23 shown in FIG. 6A from another angle, and FIG. 7 is a schematic diagram of a cross-sectional structure of the magnetic circuit assembly 23 shown in FIG. 6A along A-A.

[0154] In some embodiments, the center magnet 231 can be located in the first accommodating groove 2336 of the first magnetic conductive member 233 and fixedly connected to the first magnetic conductive member 233. Exemplarily, the body portion 2331 of the first magnetic conductive member 233 can surround the center magnet 231 and arranged spaced apart from the center magnet 231. The gap between the body portion 2331 of the first magnetic conductive member 233 and the center magnet 231 forms part of the first magnetic gap 20a.

[0155] Exemplarily, the center magnet 231 can be substantially a circular ring. The center magnet 231 can be provided with a second penetrating hole 2311. The second penetrating hole 2311 can be located at the middle of the center magnet 231 and opposite and communicated with the first penetrating hole 2337 of the first magnetic conductive member 233.

[0156] In some embodiments, the second magnetic conductor 234 can be located in the first accommodating slot 2336 of the first magnetic conductor 233 and fixedly connected to the center magnet 231. In the axial direction of the loudspeaker 20, the second magnetic conductor 234 can be located on the side of the center magnet 231 facing away from the first magnetic conductor 233. For example, the main body part 2331 of the first magnetic conductor 233 can surround the second magnetic conductor 234 and be spaced apart from the second magnetic conductor 234. The gap between the main body part 2331 of the first magnetic conductor 233 and the second magnetic conductor 234 forms another part of the first magnetic gap 20a.

[0157] For example, the second magnetic conductor 234 can be substantially ring-shaped. The second magnetic conductor 234 can be provided with a second accommodating slot 2341 and a fourth through hole 2342. The opening of the second accommodating slot 2341 can face away from the center magnet 231 and be located in the middle of the second magnetic conductor 234. The fourth through hole 2342 can be located in the middle of the second magnetic conductor 234 and pass through the slot bottom wall of the second accommodating slot 2341. The fourth through hole 2342 can be opposite and in communication with the second through hole 2311 of the center magnet 231.

[0158] In some embodiments, the side magnet 232 can be fixed to the peripheral part 2332 of the first magnetic conductor 233, for example, the side magnet 232 can be fixedly connected to the second surface 2332B of the peripheral part 2332 of the first magnetic conductor 233. The side magnet 232 can surround the main body part 2331 of the first magnetic conductor 233 and be spaced apart from the main body part 2331. The gap between the side magnet 232 and the main body part 2331 of the first magnetic conductor 233 forms the second magnetic gap 20b. For example, the side magnet 232 can include a first magnet 2321a and a second magnet 2321b, which are arranged on the peripheral side of the main body part 2331 and spaced apart from the main body part 2331.

[0159] For example, the side magnet 232 can be arranged to be offset from the first communication hole 2334a and the second communication hole 2334b of the first magnetic conductor 233. For example, the side magnet 232 can include a first magnet 2321a and a second magnet 2321b, which are spaced apart from the first communication hole 2334a and the second communication hole 2334b in a plane perpendicular to the axial direction of the loudspeaker 20, and the first magnet 2321a, the second magnet 2321b, the first communication hole 2334a and the second communication hole 2334b are distributed around the main body part 2331 of the first magnetic conductor 233.

[0160] Exemplarily, the side magnet 232 can be provided with a second avoiding gap 2322. For example, the side magnet 232 can include a first magnet 2321a and a second magnet 2321b, and the first magnet 2321a can be provided with the second avoiding gap 2322. The second avoiding gap 2322 is opposite to and communicates with the first avoiding gap 2335 of the first magnetic conducting member 233.

[0161] Please refer to FIG. 8A and FIG. 8B, FIG. 8A is a structural schematic diagram of the lower bracket 22 shown in FIG. 3 in some embodiments, and FIG. 8B is a structural schematic diagram of the lower bracket 22 shown in FIG. 8A from another angle.

[0162] In some embodiments, the lower bracket 22 can include a first top surface 221, a first bottom surface 222, and a first inner side surface 223 and a first outer side surface 224 connected between the first top surface 221 and the first bottom surface 222. The first top surface 221 and the first bottom surface 222 are oppositely arranged. The first inner side surface 223 can surround the central axis A1-A1 of the loudspeaker 20, and the first outer side surface 224 can surround the second inner side surface 213, that is, the first outer side surface 224 can be located on the side of the first inner side surface 223 away from the central axis A1-A1 of the loudspeaker 20. It can be understood that the lower bracket 22 can be substantially annular, and the first top surface 221 and the first bottom surface 222 of the lower bracket 22 each have an inner edge and an outer edge. The first inner side surface 223 can connect the inner edges of the first top surface 221 and the first bottom surface 222, and the first outer side surface 224 can connect the outer edges of the first top surface 221 and the first bottom surface 222.

[0163] Exemplarily, the lower bracket 22 is provided with a first through hole 225a and a second through hole 225b. The opening of the first through hole 225a can be located on the first top surface 221 and extend to the first outer side surface 224, that is, the first through hole 225a can pass through the first top surface 221 and the first outer side surface 224 of the lower bracket 22. The opening of the second through hole 225b can be located on the first top surface 221 and extend to the first outer side surface 224, that is, the second through hole 225b can pass through the first top surface 221 and the first outer side surface 224 of the lower bracket 22.

[0164] For example, the first through hole 225a and the second through hole 225b can be symmetric about the central axis A1-A1 of the loudspeaker 20. For example, the positions of the first through hole 225a and the second through hole 225b can be symmetric about the central axis A1-A1 of the loudspeaker 20, and the structures of the first through hole 225a and the second through hole 225b can also be symmetric about the central axis A1-A1 of the loudspeaker 20. In other examples, the positions of the first through hole 225a and the second through hole 225b can be symmetric about the central axis A1-A1 of the loudspeaker 20, and the structures of the first through hole 225a and the second through hole 225b can be similar but not symmetric about the central axis A1-A1 of the loudspeaker 20. In addition, the included angle between the line connecting the first through hole 225a and the second through hole 225b and the central axis A1-A1 of the loudspeaker 20 is not strictly 90 degrees, and can be 80 degrees to 100 degrees.

[0165] In other embodiments, the lower yoke 22 can further be provided with a third through hole and a fourth through hole, both of which are spaced apart from the first through hole and the second through hole. The structure of the third through hole is the same as or similar to that of the first through hole, and the structure of the fourth through hole is the same as or similar to that of the second through hole. The third through hole and the fourth through hole can be symmetric about the central axis A1-A1 of the loudspeaker 20. In addition, the included angle between the line connecting the third through hole and the fourth through hole and the central axis A1-A1 of the loudspeaker 20 is not strictly 90 degrees, and can be 80 degrees to 100 degrees.

[0166] For example, part of the first top surface 221 of the lower yoke 22 can be recessed towards the first bottom surface 222 to form a first avoiding space 226. The first avoiding space 226 is spaced apart from the first through hole 225a and the second through hole 225b.

[0167] For example, the lower yoke 22 can further include a first limiting portion 227. The first limiting portion 227 can protrude from the first bottom surface 222. For example, the first limiting portion 227 can be arranged around the central axis A1-A1 of the loudspeaker 20 and spaced apart from the first outer side surface 224.

[0168] For example, the lower yoke 22 can further be provided with a first recess 228. The opening of the first recess 228 can be located on the first bottom surface 222 and extend through the first inner side surface 223. The first recess 228 can be arranged around the central axis A1-A1 of the loudspeaker 20.

[0169] For example, the lower yoke 22 can further be provided with a third accommodating groove 2291 and a fourth accommodating groove 2292 which are spaced apart. The openings of the third accommodating groove 2291 and the fourth accommodating groove 2292 can both be located on the groove bottom wall of the first recess 228 and face away from the first bottom surface 222 of the lower yoke 22.

[0170] Please refer to FIG. 9, which is a sectional view of the lower chassis 22 shown in FIG. 8A along B-B.

[0171] In some embodiments, the first through-hole 225a can include a bottom wall 2251 and a side wall 2252. The bottom wall 2251 of the first through-hole 225a can be spaced apart from the first top surface 221, and the side wall 2252 can be connected between the first top surface 221 and the bottom wall 2251. For example, the side wall 2252 of the first through-hole 225a can be parallel to the axial direction of the loudspeaker 20.

[0172] For example, at least a portion of the bottom wall 2251 of the first through-hole 225a can be inclined relative to the first top surface 221 to form a first inner wall 2251a. It can be understood that the bottom wall 2251 of the first through-hole 225a can be partially inclined relative to the first top surface 221, or can be entirely inclined relative to the first top surface 221. For example, in the direction of the first outer side surface 224 toward the central axis A1-A1 of the loudspeaker 20, the first inner wall 2251a is close to the first top surface 221.

[0173] For example, the side wall 2252 of the first through-hole 225a can include a second inner wall 2252a, which is disposed away from the first inner side surface 223. The first inner wall 2251a and the second inner wall 2252a can be disposed at an obtuse angle.

[0174] It can be understood that the structure of the second through-hole 225b can be the same or similar structure, symmetric or partially symmetric structure, or different structure as the structure of the first through-hole 225a. The structure of the second through-hole 225b can be designed based on the structure of the first through-hole 225a, and the second through-hole 225b can be allowed to be slightly different from the first through-hole 225a in terms of detailed structure or position arrangement. Details are not described here.

[0175] In the present embodiment, the structure of the second through-hole 225b can be symmetric about the central axis A1-A1 of the loudspeaker 20 as the structure of the first through-hole 225a.

[0176] Please refer to FIG. 10, which is a sectional view of the lower chassis 22 shown in FIG. 8A along C-C.

[0177] In some embodiments, the lower yoke 22 can further be provided with a first extension hole 2293 and a second extension hole 2294 which are spaced apart. One end opening of the first extension hole 2293 can be located on the first outer side surface 224, and the other end opening of the first extension hole 2293 can extend to the third accommodating groove 2291. It can be understood that the first extension hole 2293 can communicate with the third accommodating groove 2291. One end opening of the second extension hole 2294 can be located on the first outer side surface 224, and the other end opening of the second extension hole 2294 can extend to the fourth accommodating groove 2292. It can be understood that the second extension hole 2294 can communicate with the fourth accommodating groove 2292.

[0178] Please refer to FIG. 11 and FIG. 12, FIG. 11 is a schematic diagram of the partial structure of the loudspeaker 20 shown in FIG. 2 in some embodiments, and FIG. 12 is a schematic diagram of the cross-sectional structure of the loudspeaker 20 shown in FIG. 11 along D-D. For example, FIG. 11 mainly shows the assembly structure of the magnetic circuit assembly 23 and the lower yoke 22.

[0179] In some embodiments, the lower yoke 22 can be fixedly connected with the magnetic circuit assembly 23. For example, the first top surface 221 of the lower yoke 22 can be fixedly connected with the second surface 2332B of the peripheral portion 2332 of the first magnetic conductor 233. At this time, the first outer side surface 224 of the lower yoke 22 can be arranged away from the center magnet 231.

[0180] For example, along the axial direction of the loudspeaker 20, the peripheral portion 2332 of the first magnetic conductor 233 can cover the first through hole 225a and the second through hole 225b of the lower yoke 22. The first communication hole 2334a of the first magnetic conductor 233 can be opposite to and communicate with the first through hole 225a of the lower yoke 22. The second communication hole 2334b of the first magnetic conductor 233 can be opposite to and communicate with the second through hole 225b of the lower yoke 22.

[0181] Please refer to FIG. 11 and FIG. 13, FIG. 13 is a schematic diagram of the cross-sectional structure of the loudspeaker 20 shown in FIG. 11 along E-E.

[0182] In some embodiments, the side magnet 232 can be located in the first avoiding space 226 of the lower yoke 22 and fixedly connected with the lower yoke 22. The side magnet 232 can be arranged around the main body portion 2331 of the first magnetic conductor 233. The first magnet 2321a and the second magnet 2321b of the side magnet 232 are both spaced apart from the first through hole 225a and the second through hole 225b.

[0183] For example, a portion of the lower yoke 22 can be located within the second avoiding gap 2322 of the side magnet 232. An end opening of the first extension hole 2293 of the lower yoke 22 can be disposed away from the side magnet 232, and an end opening of the second extension hole 2294 of the lower yoke 22 can be disposed away from the side magnet 232.

[0184] Referring to FIGS. 14A and 14B, FIG. 14A is a structural schematic view of the upper yoke 21 shown in FIG. 3 in some embodiments, and FIG. 14B is a structural schematic view of the upper yoke 21 shown in FIG. 14A from another angle.

[0185] In some embodiments, the upper yoke 21 can include a second top surface 211, a second bottom surface 212, and a second inner side surface 213 and a second outer side surface 214 connected between the second top surface 211 and the second bottom surface 212. The second top surface 211 is disposed away from the second bottom surface 212. The second inner side surface 213 can surround the central axis A1-A1 of the speaker 20, and the second outer side surface 214 can surround the second inner side surface 213, i.e., the second outer side surface 214 can be located on a side of the second inner side surface 213 away from the central axis A1-A1 of the speaker 20. It can be understood that the upper yoke 21 can generally have a circular ring shape, and the second top surface 211 and the second bottom surface 212 of the upper yoke 21 each have an inner edge and an outer edge. The second inner side surface 213 can connect the inner edges of the second top surface 211 and the second bottom surface 212, and the second outer side surface 214 can connect the outer edges of the second top surface 211 and the second bottom surface 212.

[0186] In some embodiments, the upper yoke 21 can be provided with a second limiting portion 215, and the second limiting portion 215 can protrude from the second top surface 211. For example, the second limiting portion 215 can be disposed along the inner edge of the second top surface 211, and part of the surface of the second limiting portion 215 can be connected to the second inner side surface 213. For example, the second limiting portion 215 can be spaced apart from the second outer side surface 214.

[0187] For example, the upper yoke 21 can further be provided with a protruding portion 216, and the protruding portion 216 can protrude from the second inner side surface 213. The protruding portion 216 can be provided with a fifth accommodating groove 218a and a sixth accommodating groove 218b spaced apart. The openings of the fifth accommodating groove 218a and the sixth accommodating groove 218b can face the second top surface 211.

[0188] In some embodiments, the upper yoke 21 can further be provided with a first avoiding slot 217a and a second avoiding slot 217b. The openings of the first avoiding slot 217a and the second avoiding slot 217b can be located on the second bottom surface 212 and extend to the second inner side surface 213. For example, the first avoiding slot 217a and the second avoiding slot 217b can be spaced apart from the protrusion 216. The first avoiding slot 217a and the second avoiding slot 217b can be symmetrical about the central axis A1-A1 of the loudspeaker 20.

[0189] Please refer to FIGS. 15-16B. FIG. 15 is a partial structural schematic diagram of the loudspeaker 20 shown in FIG. 2 in some embodiments. FIG. 16A is a cross-sectional structural schematic diagram of the loudspeaker 20 shown in FIG. 15 along F-F. FIG. 16B is a cross-sectional structural schematic diagram of the loudspeaker 20 shown in FIG. 15 along G-G. For example, FIG. 15 mainly shows the assembly structure of the magnetic circuit assembly 23, the lower yoke 22, and the upper yoke 21.

[0190] In some embodiments, the upper yoke 21 can be fixedly connected to the magnetic circuit assembly 23. For example, the upper yoke 21 can be fixedly connected to the peripheral portion 2332 of the first magnetic conductive member 233. For example, the second bottom surface 212 of the upper yoke 21 can be fixedly connected to the first surface 2332A of the peripheral portion 2332. The first avoiding slot 217a of the upper yoke 21 can be oppositely arranged with the first mounting slot 2333a of the first magnetic conductive member 233. The second avoiding slot 217b of the upper yoke 21 can be oppositely arranged with the second mounting slot 2333b of the first magnetic conductive member 233.

[0191] Please refer to FIG. 16B. The upper yoke 21 can further be provided with a third extension hole 219a and a fourth extension hole 219b which are spaced apart. One end opening of the third extension hole 219a can be located on the second outer side surface 214. The other end opening of the third extension hole 219a can extend to the fifth accommodating slot 218a. It can be understood that the third extension hole 219a can communicate with the fifth accommodating slot 218a. For example, one end opening of the fourth extension hole 219b can be located on the second outer side surface 214. The other end opening of the fourth extension hole 219b can extend to the sixth accommodating slot 218b. It can be understood that the fourth extension hole 219b can communicate with the sixth accommodating slot 218b.

[0192] Please refer to FIG. 17A. FIG. 17A is a partial cross-sectional structural schematic diagram of the loudspeaker 20 shown in FIG. 2 along H-H in some embodiments. For example, FIG. 17A mainly shows the assembly structure of the magnetic circuit assembly 23, the lower yoke 22, the upper yoke 21, the first diaphragm 241, the first voice coil 251, and the bracket 260.

[0193] In some embodiments, the first diaphragm 241 is fixedly connected to the frame 210. For example, the first diaphragm 241 can be fixedly connected to the second top surface 211 of the upper frame 21 by a first connecting member 261. For example, the first connecting member 261 can be in the shape of a ring, such as a steel ring or a copper ring. The first connecting member 261 can be located between the second top surface 211 of the upper frame 21 and the first diaphragm 241, and fixedly connect the second top surface 211 of the upper frame 21 and the first diaphragm 241. In other examples, the first connecting member 261 and the first diaphragm 241 can also be an integrally formed structure.

[0194] For example, the first connecting member 261 can be disposed around the second limiting portion 215. It can be understood that in the present embodiment, the first connecting member 261 can be positioned by the second limiting portion 215, so that the assembly of the first connecting member 261 is more convenient. For example, the first diaphragm 241 can include a vibrating portion 2411, a first folded ring portion 2412, a second folded ring portion 2413, a first fixed portion 2414, and a second fixed portion 2415. The first fixed portion 2414 surrounds the outer periphery of the first folded ring portion 2412 and connects the first folded ring portion 2412, the first folded ring portion 2412 surrounds the outer periphery of the vibrating portion 2411 and connects the vibrating portion 2411, the vibrating portion 2411 surrounds the outer periphery of the second folded ring portion 2413 and connects the second folded ring portion 2413, and the second folded ring portion 2413 surrounds the outer periphery of the second fixed portion 2415 and connects the second fixed portion 2415. It can be understood that the first folded ring portion 2412 can be connected between the first fixed portion 2414 and the vibrating portion 2411, and the second folded ring portion 2413 can be connected between the second fixed portion 2415 and the vibrating portion 2411. Among them, the first fixed portion 2414 can be fixedly connected to the upper frame 21, and the second fixed portion 2415 can be fixedly connected to the support 260. Among them, the first folded ring portion 2412 and the second folded ring portion 2413 can have deformability, for example, the first folded ring portion 2412 and the second folded ring portion 2413 can be in the shape of a ring with an overall arc surface, which is easy to deform and stretch, so that the vibrating portion 2411 can displace relative to the first fixed portion 2414 and the second fixed portion 2415 in the axial direction of the loudspeaker 20.

[0195] In some examples, the first diaphragm 241 can further include a first ball top 2411a, which can be fixed to the top side or the bottom side of the vibrating portion 2411 of the first diaphragm 241. The material of the first ball top 2411a can be aluminum alloy or the like. The first ball top 2411a has a certain stiffness that can be used to increase the stiffness of the vibrating portion 2411 of the first diaphragm 241, preventing the vibrating portion 2411 of the first diaphragm 241 from deforming.

[0196] For example, the first diaphragm 241 can be provided with a third through hole 2410. The third through hole 2410 can be located in the middle of the first diaphragm 241, and the second fixed part 2415 can surround the third through hole 2410.

[0197] For example, the first voice coil 251 can be arranged around the central axis A1-A1 of the loudspeaker 20. One end of the first voice coil 251 is fixedly connected to the first diaphragm 241, for example, one end of the first voice coil 251 can be fixedly connected to the vibrating part 2411 of the first diaphragm 241. The other end of the first voice coil 251 (i.e., the end of the first voice coil 251 away from the first diaphragm 241) can be located in the first magnetic gap 20a of the magnetic circuit assembly 23. In this embodiment, when the first voice coil 251 is energized, the first voice coil 251 generates a force in the magnetic field of the magnetic circuit assembly 23, thereby pushing the first diaphragm 241 to vibrate, and the first diaphragm 241 pushes the air to vibrate to realize sound emission of the loudspeaker 20. The first voice coil 251 can receive an alternating signal and generate an alternating force in the magnetic field. The direction in which the first voice coil 251 pushes the first diaphragm 241 to vibrate is along the axial direction of the first voice coil 251, which is the same as the axial direction of the loudspeaker 20, and the vibrating direction of the first diaphragm 241 is generally perpendicular to the first diaphragm 241 itself.

[0198] In this embodiment, one end of the first voice coil 251 is fixedly connected to the vibrating part 2411 of the first diaphragm 241, and the first voice coil 251 pushes the vibrating part 2411 of the first diaphragm 241 to vibrate when energized. By arranging the first folded ring part 2412 between the vibrating part 2411 and the first fixed part 2414 of the first diaphragm 241 and arranging the second folded ring part 2413 between the vibrating part 2411 and the second fixed part 2415, the first folded ring part 2412 and the second folded ring part 2413 have deformability, so that the vibrating part 2411 can displace relative to the first fixed part 2414 and the second fixed part 2415 in the axial direction of the loudspeaker 20, and stress concentration of the first diaphragm 241 caused by pulling during vibration of the vibrating part 2411 can be avoided to prevent membrane rupture.

[0199] In some embodiments, at least part of the magnetic circuit assembly 23, the first diaphragm 241, part of the basket 210, and the first connecting member 261 can collectively enclose the first chamber 201. For example, the first magnetic conductor 233, the center magnet 231, the second magnetic conductor 234, the first diaphragm 241, the upper basket 21, and the first connecting member 261 can collectively enclose the first chamber 201. In other embodiments, the loudspeaker 20 can also not include the first connecting member 261, and the first diaphragm 241 can be fixedly connected to the second top surface 211 of the upper basket 21. At this time, the first magnetic conductor 233, the center magnet 231, the second magnetic conductor 234, the first diaphragm 241, and the upper basket 21 can collectively enclose the first chamber 201.

[0200] For example, the first chamber 201 can be in communication with the first communication hole 2334a and the second communication hole 2334b of the first magnetic conducting member 233. The first chamber 201 can be in communication with the outside of the loudspeaker 20 through the first communication hole 2334a and the first through hole 225a of the lower yoke 22. It can be understood that the first communication hole 2334a of the first magnetic conducting member 233 and the first through hole 225a of the lower yoke 22 can jointly constitute a first passage of the loudspeaker 20, and the first chamber 201 of the loudspeaker 20 can be in communication with the outside of the loudspeaker 20 through the first passage. For example, the first chamber 201 can also be in communication with the outside of the loudspeaker 20 through the second communication hole 2334b and the second through hole 225b of the lower yoke 22. It can be understood that the second communication hole 2334b of the first magnetic conducting member 233 and the second through hole 225b of the lower yoke 22 can jointly constitute a second passage of the loudspeaker 20, and the first chamber 201 of the loudspeaker 20 can be in communication with the outside of the loudspeaker 20 through the second passage.

[0201] In the embodiment, by setting the first communication hole 2334a and the second communication hole 2334b symmetrically about the central axis A1-A1 of the loudspeaker 20, the gas pressure in the first chamber 201 is relatively balanced after the gas in the first chamber 201 flows to the first through hole 225a through the first communication hole 2334a and flows to the second through hole 225b through the second communication hole 2334b, so that the first diaphragm 241 is not easy to be deflected due to the imbalance of the gas pressure in the first chamber 201, thereby affecting the sound quality of the loudspeaker 20.

[0202] In the embodiment, the first passage and the second passage can serve as the back leakage passage of the loudspeaker 20, and the first chamber 201 of the loudspeaker 20 can be in communication with the outside of the loudspeaker 20 through the first passage and the second passage. In this way, the gas can flow between the first chamber 201 and the atmosphere to balance the gas pressure in the first chamber 201. In addition, the first passage and the second passage (including the first through hole 225a and the first communication hole 2334a, and the second through hole 225b and the second communication hole 2334b) can be formed by the components of the loudspeaker 20 itself, for example, the first through hole 225a and the second through hole 225b can be formed by the lower yoke 22, and the first communication hole 2334a and the second communication hole 2334b can be formed by the first magnetic conducting member 233, that is, the first passage and the second passage (including the first through hole 225a and the first communication hole 2334a, and the second through hole 225b and the second communication hole 2334b) can be integrated into the structure of the loudspeaker 20 itself. In this way, the loudspeaker 20 does not need to additionally set a separate structural member to form the first through hole 225a and the first communication hole 2334a, and the second through hole 225b and the second communication hole 2334b. The structure of the loudspeaker 20 is relatively simple, and is conducive to the miniaturization of the loudspeaker 20.

[0203] Please refer to FIG. 17A again, in the embodiment, the first through hole 225a and the second through hole 225b can be symmetrical about the central axis A1-A1 of the loudspeaker 20. It can be understood that the first chamber 201 can communicate with the outside of the loudspeaker 20 through the first through hole 225a and the second through hole 225b, so that the gas in the first chamber 201 can flow out of the first chamber 201 through the first through hole 225a and the second through hole 225b to balance the air pressure in the first chamber 201. By setting the first through hole 225a and the second through hole 225b to be symmetrical about the central axis A1-A1 of the loudspeaker 20, after the gas in the first chamber 201 flows out of the first chamber 201 through the first through hole 225a and the second through hole 225b, the air pressure in the first chamber 201 is more balanced, so that the first diaphragm 241 is not easy to be polarized due to the imbalance of the air pressure in the first chamber 201, affecting the sound quality of the loudspeaker 20.

[0204] In the embodiment, part of the openings of the first through hole 225a and the second through hole 225b can be located on the first top surface 221, so that the first through hole 225a and the second through hole 225b can respectively communicate with the first communication hole 2334a and the second communication hole 2334b to communicate the first chamber 201; and part of the openings of the first through hole 225a and the second through hole 225b are arranged on the first outer side surface 224 of the lower yoke 22, so that the sound waves generated by the side of the first diaphragm 241 facing the first chamber 201 can be diffused to the outer circumferential side of the loudspeaker 20 through the first through hole 225a and the second through hole 225b.

[0205] It can be understood that when the first diaphragm 241 vibrates, the sound waves generated by the two sides of the first diaphragm 241 are opposite in phase, for example, the sound waves generated by the side of the first diaphragm 241 facing the first chamber 201 are opposite in phase to the sound waves generated by the side of the first diaphragm 241 away from the first chamber 201. In the present embodiment, by arranging part of the openings of the first through hole 225a and the second through hole 225b on the first outer side surface 224 of the lower yoke 22, the sound waves generated by the side of the first diaphragm 241 facing the first chamber 201 are not easy to diffuse to the top side of the loudspeaker 20 and interfere with the sound waves generated by the side of the first diaphragm 241 away from the first chamber 201, thereby facilitating to avoid the phase opposite sound waves from canceling each other to cause sound short circuit, and further affecting the sound quality of the loudspeaker 20.

[0206] Exemplarily, the first inner wall 2251a of the first through hole 225a of the lower yoke 22 can be arranged opposite to the first communication hole 2334a of the first magnetic conducting piece 233. In the direction of the first outer side 224 to the central axis A1-A1 of the loudspeaker 20, the first inner wall 2251a is close to the peripheral edge part 2332 of the first magnetic conducting piece 233. In this way, the path length of the gas flowing from the first through hole 225a to the outside of the loudspeaker 20 can be reduced, so that the gas in the first through hole 225a can be diffused to the outside of the loudspeaker 20 more quickly, and the gas is not easy to accumulate in the first through hole 225a; and because the path length of the gas flowing from the first through hole 225a to the outside of the loudspeaker 20 is reduced, the driving force required by the loudspeaker 20 to push the gas in the first through hole 225a to diffuse out of the first through hole 225a is smaller, so that the driving force of the loudspeaker 20 driving the first diaphragm 241 to vibrate can be larger, and thus the amplitude of the first diaphragm 241 and the sensitivity of the loudspeaker 20, especially the mid-frequency sensitivity of the loudspeaker 20, can be affected due to insufficient driving force. It can be understood that in the embodiment of the present application, the mid-frequency band of the loudspeaker 20 is in the range of 300Hz to 3000Hz.

[0207] Exemplarily, the second inner wall 2252a can be arranged opposite to the center magnet 231. The second inner wall 2252a, the first inner wall 2251a and the second surface 2332B of the peripheral edge part 2332 can collectively enclose the buffer space 2253. The buffer space 2253 can communicate with the first communication hole 2334a of the first magnetic conducting piece 233. In this way, the gas in the first chamber 201 can enter the buffer space 2253 after passing through the first communication hole 2334a, and the gas is not easy to accumulate at the first communication hole 2334a, so that the gas flow between the first chamber 201 and the first through hole 225a is more smooth. In addition, compared with the scheme that the first inner wall 2251a and the second inner wall 2252a are arranged vertically, the present application is arranged at an obtuse angle between the first inner wall 2251a and the second inner wall 2252a, so that the gas entering the buffer space 2253 is not easy to form vortex flow at the connection between the first inner wall 2251a and the second inner wall 2252a to produce air flow sound, thereby facilitating the improvement of the sound quality of the loudspeaker 20.

[0208] In the embodiment of the present application, the design scheme of the second through hole 225b can refer to the related description of the first through hole 225a, which will not be repeated here.

[0209] In some embodiments, the second fixed part 2415 of the first diaphragm 241 can be fixedly connected to the second magnetic conducting piece 234 through the second connecting piece 262 and the bracket 260. The bracket 260 can be fixedly connected to the second magnetic conducting piece 234. Exemplarily, the bottom end of the bracket 260 can be located in the second accommodating groove 2341 of the second magnetic conducting piece 234, so that the assembly structure is more stable and accurate.

[0210] The second connecting member 262 is exemplarily located between the support 260 and the first diaphragm 241, and fixedly connects the support 260 and the first diaphragm 241. In other examples, the second connecting member 262 and the first diaphragm 241 can also be an integrally formed structure. The second connecting member 262 is exemplarily in a substantially circular ring shape, for example, the second connecting member 262 can be a steel ring or a copper ring. The second connecting member 262 can be provided with a fifth through hole 2621. The fifth through hole 2621 of the second connecting member 262 can be opposite and in communication with the third through hole 2410 of the first diaphragm 241.

[0211] The support 260 is exemplarily in a substantially circular ring shape, and can be provided with a third through hole 2601. The third through hole 2601 of the support 260 can be opposite and in communication with the fourth through hole 2342 of the second magnetic conductor 234 and the fifth through hole 2621 of the second connecting member 262. At this time, the first through hole 2337 of the first magnetic conductor 233, the second through hole 2311 of the center magnet 231, the fourth through hole 2342 of the second magnetic conductor 234, the third through hole 2601 of the support 260, and the fifth through hole 2621 of the second connecting member 262 can be in communication with each other, and collectively constitute a third channel 2021 of the loudspeaker 20.

[0212] The third channel 2021 can be in communication with the third through hole 2410 of the first diaphragm 241, so that the third channel 2021 can be in communication with the outside of the loudspeaker 20 through the third through hole 2410. The third channel 2021 is spaced apart from the first chamber 201, that is, the gas does not flow between the third channel 2021 and the first chamber 201.

[0213] In other examples, the loudspeaker 20 can also not include the second connecting member 262, and the first diaphragm 241 can be fixedly connected to the support 260. At this time, the first through hole 2337 of the first magnetic conductor 233, the second through hole 2311 of the center magnet 231, the fourth through hole 2342 of the second magnetic conductor 234, and the third through hole 2601 of the support 260 can be in communication with each other, and collectively constitute a third channel 2021 of the loudspeaker 20.

[0214] In the embodiments of the present application, the third channel 2021 can be formed by components of the loudspeaker 20 itself, for example, the third channel 2021 can be jointly formed by the first through hole 2337 of the first magnetic guide 233, the second through hole 2311 of the center magnet 231, the fourth through hole 2342 of the second magnetic guide 234, the third through hole 2601 of the support 260, and the fifth through hole 2621 of the second connecting member 262, that is, the third channel 2021 can be integrated into the structure of the loudspeaker 20 itself. In this way, the loudspeaker 20 does not need to additionally provide a separate structural member to form the third channel 2021, and the structure and assembly of the loudspeaker 20 are relatively simple, and the miniaturization of the loudspeaker 20 is facilitated.

[0215] Referring to FIG. 17B, FIG. 17B is a schematic view of a cross-sectional structure of the loudspeaker 20 along H-H shown in FIG. 2 in some embodiments.

[0216] In some embodiments, the second diaphragm 242 is fixedly connected to the spider 210. For example, the second diaphragm 242 can be fixed to the lower spider 22 on the side away from the first magnetic guide 233 through a third connecting member 263. For example, the third connecting member 263 can be substantially in the shape of a ring, for example, the third connecting member 263 can be a steel ring or a copper ring. The third connecting member 263 can be fixedly connected to the first bottom surface 222 of the lower spider 22. In other examples, the third connecting member 263 and the second diaphragm 242 can also be an integrally formed structural member. For example, the third connecting member 263 can be disposed around the first limiting portion 227. It can be understood that in the present embodiment, the third connecting member 263 can be positioned through the first limiting portion 227, so that the assembly of the third connecting member 263 is relatively convenient.

[0217] For example, the second diaphragm 242 can include a vibrating portion 2421, a folded ring portion 2422, and a fixed portion 2423, the folded ring portion 2422 surrounds the outer periphery side of the vibrating portion 2421 and is connected to the vibrating portion 2421, and the fixed portion 2423 surrounds the outer periphery side of the folded ring portion 2422 and is connected to the folded ring portion 2422. The fixed portion 2423 can be fixedly connected to the lower spider 22. The folded ring portion 2422 can have deformability, for example, the folded ring portion 2422 can be in the shape of a ring with an overall arc surface, which is easy to deform and stretch, so that the vibrating portion 2421 can be displaced relative to the fixed portion 2423 in the axial direction of the loudspeaker 20. The first recess 228 of the lower spider 22 can be used to avoid deformation of the folded ring portion 2422 of the second diaphragm 242.

[0218] In some examples, the second diaphragm 242 can further include a second dome 2421a, which can be fixed to the top side or bottom side of the vibrating portion 2421 of the second diaphragm 242. The second dome 2421a can be made of aluminum alloy or other materials. The second dome 2421a can be used to increase the rigidity of the vibrating portion 2421 of the second diaphragm 242, and prevent the vibrating portion 2421 of the second diaphragm 242 from deforming.

[0219] For example, the second diaphragm 242, the third connecting member 263, the lower yoke 22, and the first magnetic conductive member 233 can collectively enclose the second cavity 202. The second cavity 202 can be spaced apart from the first cavity 201. The second cavity 202 can be in communication with the first through hole 2337 of the first magnetic conductive member 233, so that the second cavity 202 can be in communication with the outside of the loudspeaker 20 through the third channel 2021 and the third through hole 2410. In other embodiments, the loudspeaker 20 can also not include the third connecting member 263, and the second diaphragm 242 can be fixedly connected to the first bottom surface 222 of the lower yoke 22. At this time, the second diaphragm 242, the lower yoke 22, and the first magnetic conductive member 233 can collectively enclose the second cavity 202.

[0220] For example, the second voice coil 252 can be arranged around the central axis A1-A1 of the loudspeaker 20. One end of the second voice coil 252 can be fixedly connected to the second diaphragm 242, for example, one end of the second voice coil 252 can be fixedly connected to the vibrating portion 2421 of the second diaphragm 242. The other end of the second voice coil 252 (i.e., the end of the second voice coil 252 away from the second diaphragm 242) can be located in the second magnetic gap 20b.

[0221] In this embodiment, when the second voice coil 252 is energized, the second voice coil 252 generates a force in the magnetic field of the magnetic circuit assembly 23, thereby pushing the second diaphragm 242 to vibrate, and the second diaphragm 242 pushes the air to vibrate, so as to realize the loudspeaker 20 to produce sound. The second voice coil 252 can receive an alternating signal and generate an alternating force in the magnetic field. The direction in which the second voice coil 252 pushes the first diaphragm 241 to vibrate is along the axial direction of the second voice coil 252, and the axial direction of the second voice coil 252 is the same as the axial direction of the loudspeaker 20. The vibration direction of the second diaphragm 242 is generally perpendicular to the second diaphragm 242 itself.

[0222] It can be understood that when the second diaphragm 242 vibrates, the sound waves generated on both sides of the second diaphragm 242 are opposite in phase, for example, the sound waves generated on the side of the second diaphragm 242 facing the second cavity 202 are opposite in phase to the sound waves generated on the side of the second diaphragm 242 facing away from the second cavity 202. Among them, the sound waves generated on the side of the second diaphragm 242 facing the second cavity 202 can be transmitted out through the third channel 2021 and the third through hole 2410. The third channel 2021 can serve as a sound outlet channel of the loudspeaker 20. In the embodiment of the present application, since the second cavity 202 and the third channel 2021 are both arranged separately from the first cavity 201, the airflow in the second cavity 202 and the third channel 2021 can be prevented from interfering with the airflow in the first cavity 201, so that the sound waves propagating in the third channel 2021 and the sound waves propagating in the first cavity 201 can be prevented from canceling each other out.

[0223] Please refer to FIGS. 17A and 17B, in the embodiment of the present application, the gas in the second cavity 202 can diffuse to the top side of the loudspeaker 20 through the third through hole 2410. In this way, the gas diffused out of the third through hole 2410 is not easily interfered with the gas diffused out of the first through hole 225a and the second through hole 225b, so that the sound waves generated on the side of the second diaphragm 242 facing the second cavity 202 are not easily canceled out by the sound waves generated on the side of the first diaphragm 241 facing the first cavity 201, causing acoustic short circuit. In addition, the gas in the second cavity 202 diffuses to the top side of the loudspeaker 20 through the third through hole 2410, so that the sound waves generated on the side of the second diaphragm 242 facing the second cavity 202 and the sound waves generated on the side of the first diaphragm 241 facing away from the first cavity 201 can form a sound field superposition on the top side of the loudspeaker 20, thereby improving the loudness of the loudspeaker 20.

[0224] In some embodiments, the center line of the first through hole 225a and the second through hole 225b is the first center line A2-A2. Along the axial projection of the loudspeaker 20, the projection of the third through hole 2410 can be located at the center of the first center line A2-A2 in the plane perpendicular to the axial direction of the loudspeaker 20. In this way, the third through hole 2410 can be away from the first through hole 225a and the second through hole 225b, which is conducive to prolonging the sound propagation path between the third through hole 2410 and the first through hole 225a and the second through hole 225b, thereby preventing the sound waves transmitted out of the third through hole 2410 from canceling out the sound waves transmitted out of the first through hole 225a and the second through hole 225b, causing acoustic short circuit. That is, the sound waves of the back leakage channel and the sound outlet channel can be prevented from canceling each other out, causing acoustic short circuit.

[0225] In some embodiments, the first damping member 271 can be arranged on the first magnetic conductive member 233 and cover the first communication hole 2334a. In the present embodiment, by arranging the first damping member 271, on the one hand, impurities and the like outside the loudspeaker 20 can be prevented from entering the inside of the loudspeaker 20 through the first through hole 225a and the first communication hole 2334a, and on the other hand, the acoustic performance of the loudspeaker 20 can be adjusted by adjusting the damping coefficient of the first damping member 271, so as to improve the sound quality of the loudspeaker 20. For example, the first damping member 271 can all be a mesh cloth, and the damping coefficient of the first damping member 271 can be adjusted by replacing different mesh cloths. For example, the second damping member 272 can be arranged on the first magnetic conductive member 233 and cover the second communication hole 2334b. In the present embodiment, by arranging the second damping member 272, on the one hand, impurities and the like outside the loudspeaker 20 can be prevented from entering the inside of the loudspeaker 20 through the second through hole 225b and the second communication hole 2334b, and on the other hand, the acoustic performance of the loudspeaker 20 can be adjusted by adjusting the damping coefficient of the second damping member 272, so as to improve the sound quality of the loudspeaker 20. For example, the second damping member 272 can all be a mesh cloth, and the damping coefficient of the second damping member 272 can be adjusted by replacing different mesh cloths.

[0226] For example, the first damping member 271 can be fixed to the first mounting groove 2333a of the first magnetic conductive member 233 by means of gluing, and the second damping member 272 can be fixed to the second mounting groove 2333b of the first magnetic conductive member 233 by means of gluing. In this way, the space inside the loudspeaker 20 can be better utilized, which is conducive to improving the utilization rate of the internal space of the loudspeaker 20, and at the same time, the installation of the first damping member 271 inside the loudspeaker 20 also makes the loudspeaker 20 more advantageous in terms of appearance and overall assembly. For example, the first and second avoiding grooves 217a and 217b of the upper basket 21 can be used to avoid the first and second damping members 271 and 272, respectively.

[0227] In some embodiments, the third damping member 273 can be arranged on the first diaphragm 241 and cover the third through hole 2410. In the present embodiment, by arranging the third damping member 273, on the one hand, impurities and the like outside the loudspeaker 20 can be prevented from entering the inside of the loudspeaker 20 through the third through hole 2410, and on the other hand, the acoustic performance of the loudspeaker 20 can be adjusted by adjusting the damping coefficient of the third damping member 273, so as to improve the sound quality of the loudspeaker 20. For example, the third damping member 273 can be a mesh cloth, and the damping coefficient of the third damping member 273 can be adjusted by replacing different mesh cloths. For example, the third damping member 273 can be fixed to the second fixing portion 2415 of the first diaphragm 241 by means of gluing and cover the third through hole 2410.

[0228] In some embodiments, the shell 280 can be fixed to a side of the second diaphragm 242 opposite to the lower basket 22. The shell 280 and the second diaphragm 242 can jointly enclose a third chamber 203. For example, the shell 280 can be provided with a through hole 282, and the through hole 282 of the shell 280 can be in communication with the third chamber 203 and the outside of the loudspeaker 20, so that the third chamber 203 can be in communication with the outside of the loudspeaker 20. In this way, the gas can flow between the third chamber 203 and the atmosphere to balance the air pressure in the third chamber 203. In addition, the sound waves generated by the side of the second diaphragm 242 opposite to the second chamber 202 can be diffused to the bottom side of the loudspeaker 20 through the through hole 282 of the shell 280, that is, the third chamber 203 can act as a rear leakage chamber of the loudspeaker 20. In this way, the sound waves generated by the side of the second diaphragm 242 opposite to the second chamber 202 are not easy to interfere with the sound waves diffused from the third passage 2021 to the top side of the loudspeaker 20 (that is, the sound waves generated by the side of the second diaphragm 242 facing the second chamber 202), thereby facilitating to avoid the phase opposite sound waves from being offset to cause sound short circuit, thereby affecting the sound quality of the loudspeaker 20.

[0229] In some embodiments, the loudspeaker 20 can further include a fourth damping member 281, which can be fixed to the shell 280 and cover the through hole 282 of the shell 280. For example, the fourth damping member 281 can be a mesh cloth.

[0230] Please refer to FIG. 18 and FIG. 19, FIG. 18 is a partial structure exploded view of the loudspeaker 20 shown in FIG. 2 in some embodiments, and FIG. 19 is a sectional structure schematic view of the loudspeaker 20 shown in FIG. 2 along J-J in some embodiments.

[0231] In some embodiments, the loudspeaker 20 can further include a first electrical connection assembly 291 and a second electrical connection assembly 292. The first electrical connection assembly 291 can include a first electrical connection member 2911 and a second electrical connection member 2912. One end of the first electrical connection member 2911 can be located in the fifth accommodating groove 218a of the upper basket 21, and the other end can pass out through the third extension hole 219a. One end of the second electrical connection member 2912 can be located in the sixth accommodating groove 218b of the upper basket 21 (please refer to FIG. 16B), and the other end can pass out through the fourth extension hole 219b. The first electrical connection member 2911 and the second electrical connection member 2912 are used for electrical connection with an external power supply. For example, the second avoiding notch 2322 of the side magnet 232 can avoid the first electrical connection assembly 291.

[0232] In some embodiments, the first voice coil 251 can be electrically connected with an external power source through the first electrical connection assembly 291. For example, the first voice coil 251 can have first wire portions 2511 which can be led out of the main body of the first voice coil 251 and located outside the main body of the first voice coil 251. The number of the first wire portions 2511 can be two, one of which can be electrically connected with the first electrical connection piece 2911 and the other of which can be electrically connected with the second electrical connection piece 2912, so that a current loop can be formed between the first electrical connection piece 2911, the first voice coil 251 and the second electrical connection piece 2912 to realize energizing the first voice coil 251.

[0233] In some embodiments, the second electrical connection assembly 292 can include a third electrical connection piece 2921 and a fourth electrical connection piece 2922. One end of the third electrical connection piece 2921 can be located in the third accommodating slot 2291 of the lower yoke 22 and the other end can pass out through the first extension hole 2293. One end of the fourth electrical connection piece 2922 can be located in the fourth accommodating slot 2292 of the lower yoke 22 (see FIG. 10) and the other end can pass out through the second extension hole 2294. The third electrical connection piece 2921 and the fourth electrical connection piece 2922 are used to be electrically connected with an external power source. For example, the first avoiding gap 2335 of the first magnetic guide 233 and the second avoiding gap 2322 of the side magnet 232 can avoid the second electrical connection assembly 292.

[0234] In some embodiments, the second voice coil 252 can be electrically connected with an external power source through the second electrical connection assembly 292. For example, the second voice coil 252 can have second wire portions 2521 which can be led out of the main body of the second voice coil 252 and located outside the main body of the second voice coil 252. The number of the second wire portions 2521 can be two, one of which can be electrically connected with the third electrical connection piece 2921 and the other of which can be electrically connected with the fourth electrical connection piece 2922, so that a current loop can be formed between the third electrical connection piece 2921, the second voice coil 252 and the fourth electrical connection piece 2922 to realize energizing the second voice coil 252.

[0235] In some embodiments, the first electrical connection assembly 291 and the second electrical connection assembly 292 can be arranged along the axial direction of the loudspeaker 20. The first electrical connection assembly 291 and the second electrical connection assembly 292 are both arranged away from the first through hole 225a and a second through hole (not shown in the figure). For example, the first electrical connection assembly 291 and the second electrical connection assembly 292 can be located on the median line of the center line of the first through hole 225a and the second through hole (not shown in the figure), so that the first electrical connection assembly 291 and the second electrical connection assembly 292 are arranged away from the first through hole 225a and the second through hole (not shown in the figure). It can be understood that the first electrical connection assembly 291 and the second electrical connection assembly 292 are usually fixed to the flexible circuit board outside the loudspeaker 20 by welding and then glueing. By arranging the first electrical connection assembly 291 and the second electrical connection assembly 292 away from the first through hole 225a and the second through hole (not shown in the figure), the first through hole 225a and the second through hole (not shown in the figure) can be prevented from being blocked during the glueing process, thereby affecting the diffusion of the gas in the first chamber 201.

[0236] It can be understood that in the embodiments of the present application, the first voice coil 251 can be electrically connected to an external power supply through the first electrical connection assembly 291, thereby realizing the energization of the first voice coil 251; and the second voice coil 252 can be electrically connected to the external power supply through the second electrical connection assembly 292, thereby realizing the energization of the second voice coil 252. In some embodiments, the first voice coil 251 can be communicatively connected to the first circuit of the electronic device 100 through the first electrical connection assembly 291, and the second voice coil 252 can be communicatively connected to the second circuit of the electronic device 100 through the first electrical connection assembly 291, so that the electronic device 100 can control the vibration of the first diaphragm 241 through the first circuit and control the vibration of the second diaphragm 242 through the second circuit, so as to realize different acoustic effects of the loudspeaker 20. For example, the electronic device 100 can control the first diaphragm 241 and the second diaphragm 242 through the first circuit and the second circuit respectively, so that the first diaphragm 241 and the second diaphragm 242 vibrate in the same direction, thereby enhancing the loudness of the loudspeaker 20; or the electronic device 100 can control the amplitude and phase of the first diaphragm 241 and the second diaphragm 242 by using an algorithm, so that the first diaphragm 241 and the second diaphragm 242 move in opposite directions, thereby realizing better sound leakage prevention effect of the loudspeaker 20.

[0237] In other embodiments, the first electrical connection assembly 291 and the second electrical connection assembly 292 can also be arranged along the center axis A1-A1 of the loudspeaker 20, and the first electrical connection assembly 291 and the second electrical connection assembly 292 are both arranged away from the first through hole 225a and a second through hole (not shown in the figure).

[0238] Please refer to FIG. 18 and FIG. 20, FIG. 20 is a front view of the loudspeaker 20 shown in FIG. 2 in some embodiments.

[0239] In some embodiments, the loudspeaker 20 can have a connecting surface 204, which can be disposed facing away from the first chamber 201. In which, the connecting surface 204 is schematically boxed with a dashed line in FIG. 20. For example, along the axial direction of the loudspeaker 20, the connecting surface 204 can be located at the side of the first through hole 225a and the second through hole 225b close to the first diaphragm 241. That is, the connecting surface 204 can be located at the top side of the first through hole 225a and the second through hole 225b. It can be understood that, along the axial direction of the loudspeaker 20, the first through hole 225a and the second through hole 225b are both spaced apart from the connecting surface 204.

[0240] For example, at least part of the second outer side surface 214 of the top chassis 21, at least part of the outer side surface of the first connecting member 261, and at least part of the outer side surface of the peripheral portion 2332 of the first magnetic conducting member 233 can collectively form the connecting surface 204. In another example, at least part of the second outer side surface 214 of the top chassis 21 can form the connecting surface 204. In another example, at least part of the second outer side surface 214 of the top chassis 21 and at least part of the outer side surface of the first connecting member 261 can collectively form the connecting surface 204.

[0241] In some embodiments, along the axial direction of the loudspeaker 20, the distance between the first through hole 225a and the second through hole 225b and the first diaphragm 241 is in the range of 0.7mm to 0.8mm. In this way, the area of the connecting surface 204 of the loudspeaker 20 can be set larger, facilitating the subsequent assembly of the loudspeaker 20.

[0242] Please refer to FIG. 21 and FIG. 22, FIG. 21 is a structural schematic diagram of the loudspeaker 20 shown in FIG. 2 in another embodiment, and FIG. 22 is a partial structural exploded view of the loudspeaker 20 shown in FIG. 21 in some embodiments. The loudspeaker 20 shown in FIG. 21 can include most of the technical content of the foregoing embodiments, and the following mainly describes the differences between the two, and most of the scheme content of the two that is the same will not be described again.

[0243] In the present embodiment, the loudspeaker 20 can include a chassis 210, a magnetic circuit assembly 23, a first diaphragm 241, a second diaphragm 242, a first voice coil 251, a second voice coil 252, a first damping member 271, a second damping member 272, a fifth damping member 274, a sixth damping member 275, and a housing 283. The chassis 210 can include a top chassis 21 and a bottom chassis 22. It can be understood that FIG. 22 and the related drawings below only schematically show some components included in the loudspeaker 20, and the actual shape, actual size, actual position, and actual structure of these components are not limited by FIG. 22 and the drawings below.

[0244] Please refer to FIG. 23 and FIG. 24, FIG. 23 is a partial structural exploded view of the magnetic circuit assembly 23 shown in FIG. 22 in some embodiments, and FIG. 24 is a structural schematic view of the first magnetic conducting piece 233 of the magnetic circuit assembly 23 shown in FIG. 23 from another angle.

[0245] In some embodiments, the magnetic circuit assembly 23 can include the center magnet 231, the side magnet 232, the first magnetic conducting piece 233, and the second magnetic conducting piece 234. The design scheme of the magnetic circuit assembly 23 is similar to that of the magnetic circuit assembly 23 of the above embodiments, and the difference is that:

[0246] In the present embodiment, the first magnetic conducting piece 233 can further include a third avoiding slot 2338a and a fourth avoiding slot 2338b. The third avoiding slot 2338a and the fourth avoiding slot 2338b can be located at the peripheral part 2332 of the first magnetic conducting piece 233 and pass through the first surface 2332A, the second surface 2332B, and the outer side surface of the peripheral part 2332. It can be understood that the outer side surface of the peripheral part 2332 of the first magnetic conducting piece 233 can connect the first surface 2332A and the second surface 2332B and be located at the side of the peripheral part 2332 of the first magnetic conducting piece 233 away from the main body part 2331.

[0247] For example, the third avoiding slot 2338a and the fourth avoiding slot 2338b are arranged at intervals. The third avoiding slot 2338a and the fourth avoiding slot 2338b are arranged at intervals with the first avoiding notch 2335 of the first magnetic conducting piece 233, and are also arranged at intervals with the first mounting slot 2333a and the second mounting slot 2333b, that is, at intervals with the first communication hole 2334a and the second communication hole 2334b.

[0248] In some embodiments, the third avoiding slot 2338a and the fourth avoiding slot 2338b can be symmetrical about the central axis A1-A1 of the loudspeaker 20. For example, the positions of the third avoiding slot 2338a and the fourth avoiding slot 2338b can be symmetrical about the central axis A1-A1 of the loudspeaker 20, and the structures of the third avoiding slot 2338a and the fourth avoiding slot 2338b can also be symmetrical about the central axis A1-A1 of the loudspeaker 20. In other embodiments, the positions of the third avoiding slot 2338a and the fourth avoiding slot 2338b can be symmetrical about the central axis A1-A1 of the loudspeaker 20, and the structures of the third avoiding slot 2338a and the fourth avoiding slot 2338b are similar but not symmetrical about the central axis A1-A1 of the loudspeaker 20. In addition, the included angle between the line connecting the third avoiding slot 2338a and the fourth avoiding slot 2338b and the central axis A1-A1 of the loudspeaker 20 is not strictly 90 degrees, and can be 80 degrees to 100 degrees.

[0249] In some embodiments, the center line of the third avoiding slot 2338a and the fourth avoiding slot 2338b can be arranged perpendicularly to the center line of the first communicating hole 2334a and the second communicating hole 2334b. For example, the third avoiding slot 2338a and the fourth avoiding slot 2338b can be located on the median line of the center line of the first communicating hole 2334a and the second communicating hole 2334b.

[0250] For example, the first magnetic conducting member 233 can further be provided with an avoiding area 2339, which can pass through a portion of the peripheral portion 2332 of the first magnetic conducting member 233 and extend to the outside of the peripheral portion 2332. For example, the avoiding area 2339 can further communicate with the fourth avoiding slot 2338b.

[0251] Please refer to FIG. 25A and FIG. 25B, FIG. 25A is a schematic diagram of the assembled structure of the magnetic circuit assembly 23 shown in FIG. 23, and FIG. 25B is a schematic diagram of the structure of the magnetic circuit assembly 23 shown in FIG. 25A from another angle.

[0252] In the present embodiment, the side magnet 232 can be arranged staggered with the first communicating hole 2334a, the second communicating hole 2334b, the third avoiding slot 2338a and the fourth avoiding slot 2338b of the first magnetic conducting member 233.

[0253] For example, the side magnet 232 can include a first magnet 2323a, a second magnet 2323b, a third magnet 2324a and a fourth magnet 2324b. The first magnet 2323a and the second magnet 2323b can be symmetrical about the center axis A1-A1 of the loudspeaker 20, and the third magnet 2324a and the fourth magnet 2324b can be symmetrical about the center axis A1-A1 of the loudspeaker 20.

[0254] For example, in the plane perpendicular to the center axis A1-A1 of the loudspeaker 20, the first magnet 2323a, the second magnet 2323b, the third magnet 2324a, the fourth magnet 2324b, the first communicating hole 2334a, the second communicating hole 2334b, the third avoiding slot 2338a and the fourth avoiding slot 2338b can be distributed at intervals around the main body portion 2331 of the first magnetic conducting member 233.

[0255] Please refer to FIG. 26A and FIG. 26B, FIG. 26A is a schematic diagram of the structure of the lower yoke 22 shown in FIG. 22 in some embodiments, and FIG. 26B is a schematic diagram of the structure of the lower yoke 22 shown in FIG. 26A from another angle.

[0256] In the present embodiment, the lower yoke 22 can further be provided with a fifth avoiding slot 220a and a sixth avoiding slot 220b. The fifth avoiding slot 220a and the sixth avoiding slot 220b can penetrate the first top surface 221, the first bottom surface 222 and the first inner side surface 223 of the lower yoke 22, and communicate the first avoiding space 226 and the first recess 228 of the lower yoke 22.

[0257] For example, the fifth avoiding slot 220a and the sixth avoiding slot 220b are arranged in an interval. The fifth avoiding slot 220a and the sixth avoiding slot 220b are both arranged in an interval with the third accommodating slot 2291 and the fourth accommodating slot 2292 of the lower yoke 22.

[0258] In some embodiments, the fifth avoiding slot 220a and the sixth avoiding slot 220b can be symmetrical about the central axis A1-A1 of the loudspeaker 20. For example, the positions of the fifth avoiding slot 220a and the sixth avoiding slot 220b can be symmetrical about the central axis A1-A1 of the loudspeaker 20, and the structures of the fifth avoiding slot 220a and the sixth avoiding slot 220b can also be symmetrical about the central axis A1-A1 of the loudspeaker 20. In other embodiments, the positions of the fifth avoiding slot 220a and the sixth avoiding slot 220b can be symmetrical about the central axis A1-A1 of the loudspeaker 20, and the structures of the fifth avoiding slot 220a and the sixth avoiding slot 220b are similar but not symmetrical about the central axis A1-A1 of the loudspeaker 20. In addition, the included angle between the connecting line of the fifth avoiding slot 220a and the sixth avoiding slot 220b and the central axis A1-A1 of the loudspeaker 20 is not strictly 90 degrees, and can be 80 degrees to 100 degrees.

[0259] In some embodiments, the central connecting line of the fifth avoiding slot 220a and the sixth avoiding slot 220b can be arranged perpendicularly to the central connecting line of the first through hole 225a and the second through hole 225b. For example, the fifth avoiding slot 220a and the sixth avoiding slot 220b can be located on the perpendicular bisector of the central connecting line of the first through hole 225a and the second through hole 225b.

[0260] Please refer to FIG. 27 to FIG. 28B, FIG. 27 is a partial structural schematic diagram of the loudspeaker 20 shown in FIG. 21 in some embodiments, FIG. 28A is a cross-sectional structural schematic diagram of the loudspeaker 20 shown in FIG. 27 along K-K, and FIG. 28B is a cross-sectional structural schematic diagram of the loudspeaker 20 shown in FIG. 27 along L-L. For example, FIG. 27 mainly shows the assembly structure of the magnetic circuit assembly 23 and the lower yoke 22.

[0261] In the present embodiment, the lower yoke 22 can be fixedly connected with the magnetic circuit assembly 23. For example, the first top surface 221 of the lower yoke 22 can be fixedly connected with the second surface 2332B of the peripheral portion 2332 of the first magnetic conducting member 233.

[0262] Exemplarily, the peripheral portion 2332 of the first magnetic conductor 233 can cover the first through hole 225a and the second through hole 225b of the lower yoke 22 along the axial direction of the speaker 20. The first communication hole 2334a of the first magnetic conductor 233 can be opposite to and in communication with the first through hole 225a of the lower yoke 22. The second communication hole 2334b of the first magnetic conductor 233 can be opposite to and in communication with the second through hole 225b of the lower yoke 22. The design scheme of the first through hole 225a and the second through hole 225b can refer to the related content of the speaker 20 shown in FIGS. 17A and 17B, which will not be described hereinafter.

[0263] Exemplarily, the third avoiding slot 2338a of the first magnetic conductor 233 can be in communication with the fifth avoiding slot 220a of the lower yoke 22. The fourth avoiding slot 2338b of the first magnetic conductor 233 can be in communication with the sixth avoiding slot 220b of the lower yoke 22.

[0264] Exemplarily, at least part of the side magnet 232 can be located in the first avoiding space 226 of the lower yoke 22. The side magnet 232 can be arranged around the main body portion 2331 of the first magnetic conductor 233. The side magnet 232 is arranged in a spaced manner with the first through hole 225a and the second through hole 225b of the lower yoke 22. Part of the first inner side surface 223 of the lower yoke 22 can be arranged around the third magnet 2324a.

[0265] Please refer to FIGS. 29A and 29B, FIG. 29A is a structural schematic diagram of the upper yoke 21 shown in FIG. 22 in some embodiments, and FIG. 29B is a structural schematic diagram of the upper yoke 21 shown in FIG. 29A from another angle.

[0266] In the present embodiment, the upper yoke 21 can further include a top wall 2101 and a side wall 2102. The side wall 2102 is connected to the top wall 2101 and surrounds the top wall 2101. The side wall 2102 can protrude from one side of the top wall 2101. It can be understood that part of the second top surface 211 of the upper yoke 21 can be located on the top wall 2101, and part of the second top surface 211 can be located on the side wall 2102; part of the second bottom surface 212 of the upper yoke 21 can be located on the top wall 2101, and part of the second bottom surface 212 can be located on the side wall 2102; part of the second inner side surface 213 of the upper yoke 21 can be located on the top wall 2101, and part of the second inner side surface 213 can be located on the side wall 2102; part of the second outer side surface 214 of the upper yoke 21 can be located on the top wall 2101, and part of the second outer side surface 214 can be located on the side wall 2102.

[0267] In the embodiment, the upper bracket 21 can further be provided with a third avoiding space 2103a and a fourth avoiding space 2103b. The third avoiding space 2103a and the fourth avoiding space 2103b can be located on the top wall 2101. The openings of the third avoiding space 2103a and the fourth avoiding space 2103b can be located on the second top surface 211 and extend to the first inner side surface 223. The third avoiding space 2103a and the fourth avoiding space 2103b can pass through the groove bottom wall of the first avoiding groove 217a to communicate with the first avoiding groove 217a. The fourth avoiding space 2103b can pass through the groove bottom wall of the second avoiding groove 217b to communicate with the second avoiding groove 217b.

[0268] Please refer to FIGS. 29A-30. FIG. 30 is a sectional structure schematic view of the upper bracket 21 shown in FIG. 29A along M-M.

[0269] In the embodiment, the upper bracket 21 can be provided with a third through hole 2104a and a fourth through hole 2104b. The openings of the third through hole 2104a and the fourth through hole 2104b can be located on the side wall 2102 and pass through the top wall 2101. The hole wall of the third through hole 2104a can be provided with a third communication hole 2105a, which can pass through the hole wall of the third through hole 2104a. For example, the third communication hole 2105a can pass through the hole wall of the third through hole 2104a in the axial direction of the loudspeaker 20. The hole wall of the fourth through hole 2104b can be provided with a fourth communication hole 2105b, which can pass through the hole wall of the fourth through hole 2104b. For example, the fourth communication hole 2105b can pass through the groove wall of the fourth through hole 2104b in the axial direction of the loudspeaker 20.

[0270] In some embodiments, the third through hole 2104a and the fourth through hole 2104b can be symmetrical about the central axis A1-A1 of the loudspeaker 20. For example, the positions of the third through hole 2104a and the fourth through hole 2104b can be symmetrical about the central axis A1-A1 of the loudspeaker 20, and the structures of the third through hole 2104a and the fourth through hole 2104b can also be symmetrical about the central axis A1-A1 of the loudspeaker 20. In other embodiments, the positions of the third through hole 2104a and the fourth through hole 2104b can be symmetrical about the central axis A1-A1 of the loudspeaker 20, and the structures of the third through hole 2104a and the fourth through hole 2104b are similar but not symmetrical about the central axis A1-A1 of the loudspeaker 20. In addition, the included angle between the line connecting the third through hole 2104a and the fourth through hole 2104b and the central axis A1-A1 of the loudspeaker 20 is not strictly 90 degrees, which can be 80-100 degrees.

[0271] In some embodiments, the center line of the third through hole 2104a and the fourth through hole 2104b can be arranged perpendicularly to the center line of the third avoiding space 2103a and the fourth avoiding space 2103b. For example, the third through hole 2104a and the fourth through hole 2104b can be arranged on the perpendicular bisector of the center line of the third avoiding space 2103a and the fourth avoiding space 2103b.

[0272] In some embodiments, the upper yoke 21 can further be provided with a fifth mounting slot 2106a and a sixth mounting slot 2106b. The fifth mounting slot 2106a and the sixth mounting slot 2106b can be arranged on the side wall 2102 of the upper yoke 21, and the openings of the fifth mounting slot 2106a and the sixth mounting slot 2106b can be arranged to face away from the top wall 2101. The fifth mounting slot 2106a can be arranged around the third through hole 2105a. The sixth mounting slot 2106b can be arranged around the fourth through hole 2105b.

[0273] Please refer to FIG. 31 to FIG. 32B. FIG. 31 is a partial structural schematic diagram of the loudspeaker 20 shown in FIG. 21 in some embodiments. FIG. 32A is a cross-sectional structural schematic diagram of the loudspeaker 20 shown in FIG. 31 along N1-N1. FIG. 32B is a cross-sectional structural schematic diagram of the loudspeaker 20 shown in FIG. 31 along N2-N2. For example, FIG. 31 mainly shows the assembly structure of the magnetic circuit assembly 23, the lower yoke 22, and the upper yoke 21.

[0274] In the present embodiment, the upper yoke 21 can be fixedly connected to the magnetic circuit assembly 23. For example, a portion of the upper yoke 21 can be fixedly connected to the peripheral portion 2332 of the first magnetic conducting member 233. For example, the top wall 2101 of the upper yoke 21 can be fixedly connected to the first surface 2332A of the peripheral portion 2332. For example, the first avoiding slot 217a of the upper yoke 21 can be arranged opposite to the first mounting slot 2333a of the first magnetic conducting member 233. The second avoiding slot 217b of the upper yoke 21 can be arranged opposite to the second mounting slot 2333b of the first magnetic conducting member 233. For example, the third avoiding space 2103a of the upper yoke 21 can be arranged opposite to the first mounting slot 2333a of the first magnetic conducting member 233. The fourth avoiding space 2103b of the upper yoke 21 can be arranged opposite to the second mounting slot 2333b of the first magnetic conducting member 233.

[0275] Exemplarily, the side wall 2102 of the upper yoke 21 can be fixedly connected with the lower yoke 22. For example, a portion of the side wall 2102 of the upper yoke 21 can be located in the avoiding area 2339 of the first magnetic conducting member 233 and fixedly connected with the lower yoke 22; a portion of the side wall 2102 of the upper yoke 21 can be located in the third avoiding slot 2338a of the first magnetic conducting member 233 and fixedly connected with the lower yoke 22; a portion of the side wall 2102 of the upper yoke 21 can be located in the fourth avoiding slot 2338b of the first magnetic conducting member 233 and fixedly connected with the lower yoke 22.

[0276] Exemplarily, the third communication hole 2105a of the upper yoke 21 can be oppositely arranged with at least a portion of the fifth avoiding slot 220a of the lower yoke 22. The fourth communication hole 2105b of the upper yoke 21 can be oppositely arranged with at least a portion of the sixth avoiding slot 220b of the lower yoke 22.

[0277] Please refer to FIG. 33, which is a sectional structure schematic diagram of the loudspeaker 20 shown in FIG. 21 along P1-P1 in some embodiments.

[0278] In the embodiment, the first diaphragm 241 can include a vibrating part 2416, a folded ring part 2417 and a fixed part 2418, the folded ring part 2417 is wrapped around the outer circumferential side of the vibrating part 2416 and connected with the vibrating part 2416, and the fixed part 2418 is wrapped around the outer circumferential side of the folded ring part 2417 and connected with the folded ring part 2417. The fixed part 2418 can be fixedly connected with the upper yoke 21. The folded ring part 2417 can have deformability, for example, the folded ring part 2417 can have a ring structure with an overall arc surface, which is easy to deform and stretch, so that the vibrating part 2416 can be displaced relative to the fixed part 2418.

[0279] Exemplarily, the fixed part 2418 of the first diaphragm 241 is fixedly connected with the top wall 2101 of the upper yoke 21. It can be understood that the fixed part 2418 of the first diaphragm 241 is fixedly connected with the portion of the second top surface 211 of the upper yoke 21 located in the top wall 2101. One end of the first voice coil 251 is fixedly connected with the vibrating part 2416 of the first diaphragm 241, and the other end of the first voice coil 251 is located in the first magnetic gap 20a of the magnetic circuit assembly 23.

[0280] In some embodiments, at least part of the magnetic circuit assembly 23, the first diaphragm 241, and part of the yoke 210 can jointly enclose the first chamber 201. For example, the first magnetic conductor 233, the center magnet 231, the second magnetic conductor 234, the first diaphragm 241, and the upper yoke 21 can jointly enclose the first chamber 201. The first chamber 201 can be connected to the outside of the speaker 20 through the first communication hole 2334a of the first magnetic conductor 233 and the first through hole 225a of the lower yoke 22. The first chamber 201 can also be connected to the outside of the speaker 20 through the second communication hole 2334b of the first magnetic conductor 233 and the second through hole 225b of the lower yoke 22.

[0281] It can be understood that the first communication hole 2334a of the first magnetic conductor 233 and the first through hole 225a of the lower yoke 22 can jointly form a first passage of the speaker 20, the second communication hole 2334b of the first magnetic conductor 233 and the second through hole 225b of the lower yoke 22 can jointly form a second passage of the speaker 20, and the first chamber 201 of the speaker 20 can be connected to the outside of the speaker 20 through the first passage and the second passage. In this way, gas can flow between the first chamber 201 and the atmosphere to balance the air pressure in the first chamber 201. In addition, the first through hole 225a and the first communication hole 2334a, and the second through hole 225b and the second communication hole 2334b can be formed by components of the speaker 20 itself, for example, the first through hole 225a and the second through hole 225b can be formed by the lower yoke 22, and the first communication hole 2334a and the second communication hole 2334b can be formed by the first magnetic conductor 233, that is, the first through hole 225a and the first communication hole 2334a, and the second through hole 225b and the second communication hole 2334b can be integrated into the structure of the speaker 20 itself. In this way, the speaker 20 does not need to additionally provide separate structural components to form the first through hole 225a and the first communication hole 2334a, and the second through hole 225b and the second communication hole 2334b. The structure of the speaker 20 is relatively simple, and is conducive to the miniaturization of the speaker 20.

[0282] In the embodiment, the first through hole 225a and the second through hole 225b can be symmetrical about the central axis A1-A1 of the loudspeaker 20. It can be understood that the first chamber 201 can be in communication with the outside of the loudspeaker 20 through the first through hole 225a and the second through hole 225b, so that the gas in the first chamber 201 can flow out of the first chamber 201 through the first through hole 225a and the second through hole 225b. By setting the first through hole 225a and the second through hole 225b to be symmetrical about the central axis A1-A1 of the loudspeaker 20, after the gas in the first chamber 201 flows out of the first chamber 201 through the first through hole 225a and the second through hole 225b, the gas pressure distribution in the first chamber 201 is relatively balanced, so that the first diaphragm 241 is not easy to be polarized due to the imbalance of the gas pressure in the first chamber 201, thereby affecting the sound quality of the loudspeaker 20.

[0283] It can be understood that when the first diaphragm 241 vibrates, the sound waves generated on both sides of the first diaphragm 241 are opposite in phase, for example, the sound wave generated on the side of the first diaphragm 241 facing the first chamber 201 is opposite in phase to the sound wave generated on the side of the first diaphragm 241 facing away from the first chamber 201. In the embodiment, by setting the first through hole 225a and the second through hole 225b on the first outer side surface 224 of the lower yoke 22, the sound wave generated on the side of the first diaphragm 241 facing the first chamber 201 can be diffused to the peripheral side of the loudspeaker 20 through the first through hole 225a and the second through hole 225b. In this way, the sound wave generated on the side of the first diaphragm 241 facing the first chamber 201 is not easy to diffuse to the top side of the loudspeaker 20 and interfere with the sound wave generated on the side of the first diaphragm 241 facing away from the first chamber 201, thereby facilitating avoiding the mutual cancellation of sound waves of opposite phases to cause sound short circuit, and further affecting the sound quality of the loudspeaker 20.

[0284] Please refer to FIG. 34, which is a schematic diagram of the cross-sectional structure of the loudspeaker 20 along P2-P2 in some embodiments.

[0285] In the embodiment, the second diaphragm 242 is fixedly connected to the first bottom surface 222 of the lower yoke 22. The first magnetic conducting member 233, the second diaphragm 242, and the lower yoke 22 can collectively enclose the second chamber 202. The second chamber 202 can be arranged in a spaced manner with the first chamber 201. The second chamber 202 can be in communication with the third communication hole 2105a and the fourth communication hole 2105b of the upper yoke 21, so that the second chamber 202 can be in communication with the outside of the loudspeaker 20 through the third through hole 2104a and the fourth through hole 2104b. In this way, the sound wave generated on the side of the second diaphragm 242 facing the second chamber 202 can be transmitted out of the loudspeaker 20 through the third through hole 2104a and the fourth through hole 2104b, thereby realizing the sound generation of the loudspeaker 20.

[0286] It can be understood that the third communication hole 2105a and the third through hole 2104a can jointly constitute a fourth channel, and the fourth communication hole 2105b and the fourth through hole 2104b can jointly constitute a fifth channel. The fourth channel and the fifth channel can both serve as sound output channels of the loudspeaker 20. In the embodiment of the present application, since the second cavity 202, the fourth channel and the fifth channel can all be arranged apart from the first cavity 201, the airflow in the fourth channel and the fifth channel can be prevented from interfering with the airflow in the first cavity 201, so that the sound waves propagating in the fourth channel and the fifth channel (i.e., the sound waves generated by the second diaphragm 242 towards the second cavity 202) and the sound waves propagating in the first cavity 201 (i.e., the sound waves generated by the first diaphragm 241 towards the first cavity 201) can be prevented from mutually canceling each other to cause sound short circuit.

[0287] It can be understood that the second cavity 202 can be in communication with the outside of the loudspeaker 20 through the third through hole 2104a and the fourth through hole 2104b, so that the gas in the second cavity 202 can flow out of the second cavity 202 through the third through hole 2104a and the fourth through hole 2104b. In the embodiment, by arranging the third through hole 2104a and the fourth through hole 2104b symmetrically about the central axis A1-A1 of the loudspeaker 20, the gas pressure distribution in the second cavity 202 can be more balanced after the gas in the second cavity 202 flows out of the second cavity 202 through the third through hole 2104a and the fourth through hole 2104b, so that the second diaphragm 242 is less likely to be polarized due to the imbalance of the gas pressure in the second cavity 202, thereby affecting the sound quality of the loudspeaker 20.

[0288] Please refer to FIG. 33 and FIG. 34, in some embodiments, the center line of the third through hole 2104a and the fourth through hole 2104b is the second line A3-A3, and the center line of the first through hole 225a and the second through hole 225b is the first line A2-A2. The second line A3-A3 and the first line A2-A2 can be arranged perpendicularly. For example, the third through hole 2104a and the fourth through hole 2104b can be located on the perpendicular bisector of the center line of the first through hole 225a and the second through hole 225b. In this way, the third through hole 2104a and the fourth through hole 2104b can be away from the first through hole 225a and the second through hole 225b, which is conducive to prolonging the sound propagation path between the first through hole 225a and the third through hole 2104a and the fourth through hole 2104b, and the sound propagation path between the second through hole 225b and the third through hole 2104a and the fourth through hole 2104b, so that the sound waves emitted from the third through hole 2104a and the fourth through hole 2104b and the sound waves emitted from the first through hole 225a and the second through hole 225b can be prevented from mutually canceling each other to cause sound short circuit.

[0289] In some embodiments, the fifth damping member 274 can be arranged on the upper basket 21 and cover the third communication hole 2105a. In the present embodiment, by arranging the fifth damping member 274, on the one hand, impurities and the like outside the loudspeaker 20 can be blocked from entering the interior of the loudspeaker 20 through the third communication hole 2105a, and on the other hand, the acoustic performance of the loudspeaker 20 can be adjusted by adjusting the damping coefficient of the fifth damping member 274, so as to improve the sound quality of the loudspeaker 20. For example, the fifth damping member 274 can be a mesh cloth, and the damping coefficient of the fifth damping member 274 can be adjusted by replacing different mesh cloths. For example, the fifth damping member 274 can be fixed to the fifth mounting groove 2106a of the upper basket 21 by means of gluing and cover the third communication hole 2105a.

[0290] In some embodiments, the loudspeaker 20 can further include a sixth damping member 275, which can be arranged on the upper basket 21 and cover the fourth communication hole 2105b. In the present embodiment, by arranging the sixth damping member 275, on the one hand, impurities and the like outside the loudspeaker 20 can be blocked from entering the interior of the loudspeaker 20 through the fourth communication hole 2105b, and on the other hand, the acoustic performance of the loudspeaker 20 can be adjusted by adjusting the damping coefficient of the sixth damping member 275, so as to improve the sound quality of the loudspeaker 20. For example, the sixth damping member 275 can be a mesh cloth, and the damping coefficient of the sixth damping member 275 can be adjusted by replacing different mesh cloths. For example, the sixth damping member 275 can be fixed to the sixth mounting groove 2106b of the upper basket 21 by means of gluing and cover the fourth communication hole 2105b.

[0291] Please refer to FIG. 33 and FIG. 34 again, in the present embodiment, the shell 283 can surround and fixedly connect at least one of the second diaphragm 242, the lower basket 22, the first magnetic conducting member 233 and the upper basket 21. The shell 283 can be used to protect the second diaphragm 242, the lower basket 22, the first magnetic conducting member 233 and the upper basket 21.

[0292] The shell 283 can include a bottom portion 2831 and a side portion 2832. The side portion 2832 can be connected to the periphery of the bottom portion 2831 and protrude from one side of the bottom portion 2831. The bottom portion 2831 of the shell 283 can be fixed to the bottom side of the second diaphragm 242 and cooperatively enclose the third chamber 203 with the second diaphragm 242. The bottom portion 2831 of the shell 283 can be provided with a through hole 2833. The through hole 2833 of the shell 283 can communicate the third chamber 203 with the outside of the loudspeaker 20, so that the third chamber 203 can communicate with the outside of the loudspeaker 20. In this way, the gas can flow between the third chamber 203 and the atmosphere to balance the air pressure in the third chamber 203. In addition, the sound waves generated by the side of the second diaphragm 242 facing away from the second chamber 202 can be diffused to the bottom side of the loudspeaker 20 through the through hole 2833 of the shell 283, that is, the third chamber 203 can act as a back leakage chamber of the loudspeaker 20. Since the through hole 2833 of the shell 283 is located in the bottom portion 2831 of the shell 283, the sound waves generated by the side of the second diaphragm 242 facing away from the second chamber 202 are less likely to interfere with the sound waves (that is, the sound waves generated by the side of the second diaphragm 242 facing toward the second chamber 202) diffused to the top side of the loudspeaker 20 from the third through hole 2104a and the fourth through hole 2104b, thereby facilitating the avoidance of the phase opposite sound waves canceling each other to cause sound short circuit, and thereby affecting the sound quality of the loudspeaker 20.

[0293] The side portion 2832 of the shell 283 can surround the side wall 2102 of the upper yoke 21 and part of the opening of the third through hole 2104a, so that the third through hole 2104a communicates with the side of the first diaphragm 241 facing away from the second diaphragm 242, that is, communicates with the top side of the loudspeaker 20, so that the sound waves generated in the second chamber 202 can be propagated to the top side of the loudspeaker 20 through the third communication hole 2105a and the third through hole 2104a.

[0294] The side portion 2832 of the shell 283 can surround the side wall 2102 of the upper yoke 21 and part of the opening of the fourth through hole 2104b, so that the fourth through hole 2104b communicates with the side of the first diaphragm 241 facing away from the second diaphragm 242, that is, communicates with the top side of the loudspeaker 20, so that the sound waves generated in the second chamber 202 can be propagated to the top side of the loudspeaker 20 through the fourth communication hole 2105b and the fourth through hole 2104b.

[0295] In the present embodiment, the gas in the second chamber 202 can diffuse to the top side of the speaker 20 through the third through hole 2104a and the fourth through hole 2104b. In this way, the gas diffused from the third through hole 2104a and the fourth through hole 2104b is less likely to interfere with the gas diffused from the first through hole 225a and the second through hole 225b, so that the sound wave generated by the second diaphragm 242 towards the side of the second chamber 202 is less likely to be cancelled by the sound wave generated by the first diaphragm 241 towards the side of the first chamber 201, causing acoustic short circuit. In addition, the gas in the second chamber 202 diffuses to the top side of the speaker 20 through the third through hole 2104a and the fourth through hole 2104b, so that the sound wave generated by the second diaphragm 242 towards the side of the second chamber 202 can be superimposed with the sound wave generated by the first diaphragm 241 away from the side of the first chamber 201 at the top side of the speaker 20, thereby improving the loudness of the speaker 20.

[0296] In some embodiments, the side portion 2832 of the housing 283 can be provided with a fifth through hole 2834 and a sixth through hole 2835 spaced apart, and each of the fifth through hole 2834 and the sixth through hole 2835 can penetrate the side portion 2832 of the housing 283. The fifth through hole 2834 is opposite and communicates with at least part of the first through hole 225a, so that the first chamber 201 can communicate with the outside of the speaker 20 through the fifth through hole 2834. The sixth through hole 2835 is opposite and communicates with at least part of the second through hole 225b, so that the first chamber 201 can communicate with the outside of the speaker 20 through the sixth through hole 2835. It can be understood that the first chamber 201 can communicate with the outside of the speaker 20 through the fifth through hole 2834 and the sixth through hole 2835, so that the gas can flow between the first chamber 201 and the atmosphere to balance the air pressure in the first chamber 201.

[0297] In some examples, the fifth through hole 2834 and the sixth through hole 2835 of the housing 283 can be symmetrical about the central axis A1-A1 of the speaker 20. In this way, when the gas in the first chamber 201 communicates with the atmosphere through the fifth through hole 2834 and the sixth through hole 2835, the air pressure in the first chamber 201 is more balanced, so that the first diaphragm 241 is less likely to be polarized due to the unbalanced air pressure in the first chamber 201, affecting the sound quality of the speaker 20.

[0298] In some examples, the center line of the fifth through hole 2834 and the sixth through hole 2835 can be perpendicular to the center line of the third through hole 2104a and the fourth through hole 2104b. For example, the fifth through hole 2834 and the sixth through hole 2835 can be located on the median line of the center line of the third through hole 2104a and the fourth through hole 2104b. In this way, the fifth through hole 2834 and the sixth through hole 2835 can be away from the third through hole 2104a and the fourth through hole 2104b, which is conducive to prolonging the sound propagation path between the fifth through hole 2834 and the third through hole 2104a and the fourth through hole 2104b, and the sound propagation path between the sixth through hole 2835 and the third through hole 2104a and the fourth through hole 2104b, so as to avoid the sound waves emitted from the fifth through hole 2834 and the sixth through hole 2835 and the sound waves emitted from the third through hole 2104a and the fourth through hole 2104b canceling each other and causing sound short circuit. Moreover, the gap between the side portion 2832 of the shell 283 and the upper bracket 21 is small, and the acoustic resistance is large, so as to avoid the sound waves emitted from the first through hole 225a and the second through hole 225b and the sound waves emitted from the third through hole 2104a and the fourth through hole 2104b propagating through the gap between the side portion 2832 of the shell 283 and the upper bracket 21 and canceling each other.

[0299] Please refer to FIG. 34 and FIG. 35, FIG. 35 is a front view of the loudspeaker 20 shown in FIG. 21 in some embodiments.

[0300] In the present embodiment, the loudspeaker 20 can have a connecting surface 204, which can be arranged facing away from the first chamber 201. In FIG. 35, the connecting surface 204 is schematically boxed with a dashed line. For example, along the axial direction of the loudspeaker 20, the connecting surface 204 can be located on the side of the first through hole 225a and the second through hole 225b close to the first diaphragm 241. That is, the connecting surface 204 can be located on the top side of the first through hole 225a and the second through hole 225b. It can be understood that, along the axial direction of the loudspeaker 20, the connecting surface 204 is spaced apart from the first through hole 225a and the second through hole 225b.

[0301] For example, part of the outer surface of the side portion 2832 of the shell 283 can form the connecting surface 204. It can be understood that the outer surface of the side portion 2832 of the shell 283 can be the side surface of the side portion 2832 facing away from the first chamber 201.

[0302] In some embodiments, along the axial direction of the loudspeaker 20, the distance between the first through hole 225a and the second through hole 225b and the first diaphragm 241 is in the range of 0.7mm to 0.8mm. In this way, the area of the connecting surface 204 of the loudspeaker 20 can be set larger, which is conducive to the subsequent assembly of the loudspeaker 20.

[0303] In the embodiment, the side portion 2832 of the shell 283 can further be provided with an avoiding hole 2836, which can pass through the side portion 2832 of the shell 283. The avoiding hole 2836 can be used to avoid the first electric connection assembly 291 and the second electric connection assembly 292.

[0304] For example, the first electric connection assembly 291 and the second electric connection assembly 292 can be located between the first through hole 225a and the third through hole 2104a. It can be understood that the first electric connection assembly 291 and the second electric connection assembly 292 are usually fixed on the flexible circuit board outside the loudspeaker 20 in the way of welding and then glueing. By arranging the first electric connection assembly 291 and the second electric connection assembly 292 to be staggered with the first through hole 225a, the second through hole 225b, the third through hole 2104a and the fourth through hole 2104b, the first through hole 225a, the second through hole 225b, the third through hole 2104a or the fourth through hole 2104b can be avoided to be blocked in the process of glueing, so as to affect the diffusion of the gas in the first chamber 201 and the second chamber 202.

[0305] Please refer to FIG. 36 and FIG. 37, FIG. 36 is a finite element model simulation comparison diagram one of the loudspeaker 20 and the single-diaphragm loudspeaker provided in the embodiment, and FIG. 37 is a finite element model simulation comparison diagram two of the loudspeaker 20 and the single-diaphragm loudspeaker provided in the embodiment. For example, FIG. 36 mainly shows the sound pressure level comparison of the loudspeaker 20 and the single-diaphragm loudspeaker provided in the embodiment when the working voltage is 0.1V. FIG. 37 mainly shows the sound pressure level comparison of the loudspeaker 20 and the single-diaphragm loudspeaker provided in the embodiment when the maximum amplitude (the working voltage is less than or equal to 1V), that is, the low-frequency maximum output capability comparison of the loudspeaker 20 and the single-diaphragm loudspeaker provided in the embodiment. In the simulation diagrams shown in FIG. 36 and FIG. 37, the horizontal coordinate is the working frequency (Hz), and the vertical coordinate is decibel (dB). Among them, the solid line represents the simulation result of the loudspeaker 20 provided in the embodiment, and the dotted line represents the simulation result of the single-diaphragm loudspeaker.

[0306] It can be understood that the low-frequency maximum output capability of the loudspeaker 20 depends on the maximum displacement volume (Vdmax) of the diaphragm of the loudspeaker 20 in one direction. The low-frequency maximum output capability of the loudspeaker 20 is positively correlated with Vdmax, and the low-frequency maximum output capability of the loudspeaker 20 can be improved by increasing Vdmax, so as to improve the sound quality of the loudspeaker 20. As can be known from Vdmax=Sd*Xmax, the maximum displacement volume (Vdmax) of the diaphragm of the loudspeaker 20 in one direction is related to the effective radiation area (Sd) of the diaphragm and the maximum amplitude value (Xmax) of the diaphragm, and Vdmax can be increased by increasing Sd or Xmax, so as to improve the low-frequency maximum output capability of the loudspeaker 20.

[0307] In some embodiments of the present application, the third through hole 2410 of the loudspeaker 20 can be formed by a structural member of the loudspeaker 20 itself, for example, as shown in FIGS. 17A and 17B, the loudspeaker 20 can form the third through hole 2410 on the first diaphragm 241, so that the arrangement of the third through hole 2410 can not affect the overall appearance of the loudspeaker 20, and the size of the first diaphragm 241 can be large, for example, the size of the diameter of the first diaphragm 241 can be the same as the size of the diameter of the second diaphragm 242, so that the total area of the first diaphragm 241 and the second diaphragm 242 can be large, that is, Sd can be large, and then the Vdmax of the loudspeaker 20 of the embodiments of the present application can be large, and the loudspeaker 20 can have better low-frequency maximum output capability.

[0308] In some embodiments of the present application, the third through hole 2410 of the loudspeaker 20 can be formed by a structural member of the loudspeaker 20 itself, for example, as shown in FIGS.

[0309] In the simulation diagrams shown in FIG. 36 and FIG. 37, the loudspeaker 20 provided by the embodiments of the present application takes the diameter size of the first diaphragm 241 as 11.4 mm and the diameter size of the second diaphragm 242 as 12.4 mm as an example. The single-diaphragm loudspeaker takes the diameter size of the diaphragm as 12.4 mm as an example. The loudspeaker 20 provided by the embodiments of the present application has improved loudness at the maximum amplitude (less than or equal to 1V working voltage) compared with the single-diaphragm loudspeaker, and the low-frequency maximum output capability of the loudspeaker 20 is improved by about 5.2 dB.

[0310] It can be understood that the loudspeaker 20 provided by the embodiments of the present application includes the first diaphragm 241 and the second diaphragm 242, and the total area of the first diaphragm 241 and the second diaphragm 242 can be large, so that the sound radiation area of the loudspeaker 20 can be increased, which is beneficial to improve the low-frequency maximum output capability of the loudspeaker 20. In addition, the back leakage channel (including the first through hole 225a and the second through hole 225b) of the first diaphragm 241 and the sound outlet channel of the second diaphragm 242 can be integrated into the structure of the loudspeaker 20 itself, so that the structure of the loudspeaker 20 is relatively simple, and the miniaturization of the loudspeaker 20 is facilitated.

[0311] The specific structure of the loudspeaker 20 is introduced above in combination with the related drawings, and the electronic device 100 including the loudspeaker 20 described above will be introduced below in combination with the related drawings.

[0312] Please refer to FIG. 38 and FIG. 39, FIG. 38 is a schematic diagram of the cross-sectional structure of the electronic device 100 in some embodiments, and FIG. 39 is a schematic diagram of the cross-sectional structure of the electronic device 100 in another embodiments. For example, the electronic device 100 shown in FIG. 38 can include the loudspeaker 20 shown in FIG. 17B. The electronic device 100 shown in FIG. 39 can include the loudspeaker 20 shown in FIG. 34.

[0313] In some embodiments, the loudspeaker 20 can be installed in the shell 10 of the electronic device 100. For example, the shell 10 of the electronic device 100 can have an inner cavity 11, and the loudspeaker 20 can be installed in the inner cavity 11 of the shell 10. For example, the electronic device 100 can be a headset, and the ear shell of the headset can have an inner cavity, and the loudspeaker 20 can be installed in the inner cavity of the ear shell.

[0314] In some embodiments, the loudspeaker 20 can be connected with the inner wall of the shell 10 of the electronic device 100 to divide the inner cavity 11 of the shell 10 into the front cavity 111 and the rear cavity 112, and the front cavity 111 is spaced apart from the rear cavity 112. For example, the connecting surface 204 of the loudspeaker 20 can be fixedly connected with the inner wall of the shell 10, and sealed between the connecting surface 204 and the inner wall of the shell 10. That is, the connecting surface 204 of the loudspeaker 20 can be sealed with the inner wall of the shell 10. For example, the connecting surface 204 of the loudspeaker 20 can be sealed with the inner wall of the shell 10 by means of gluing or the like. In this way, the front cavity 111 and the rear cavity 112 of the electronic device 100 are well isolated, and the sound waves propagating to the front cavity 111 and the sound waves propagating to the rear cavity 112 are not easily interfered to cause sound short circuit.

[0315] In the embodiments of the present application, the connecting surface 204 of the loudspeaker 20 is relatively flat and large in area, which is conducive to improving the sealing between the loudspeaker 20 and the shell 10 of the electronic device 100, and at the same time, is conducive to reducing the assembly process difficulty of the loudspeaker 20.

[0316] In the embodiments of the present application, the first through hole 225a and the second through hole 225b of the loudspeaker 20 are spaced apart from the connecting surface 204 in the axial direction of the loudspeaker 20, so that the first through hole 225a and the second through hole 225b are not blocked during the process of bonding the connecting surface 204 of the loudspeaker 20 with the inner wall of the shell 10, thereby affecting the diffusion of the gas in the first chamber 201.

[0317] For example, the sound outlet hole 101 of the electronic device 100 can communicate the front cavity 111 of the shell 10 with the outside of the shell 10, so that the gas in the front cavity 111 can flow to the outside of the electronic device 100 through the sound outlet hole 101.

[0318] For example, the front cavity 111 of the electronic device 100 can be located on the side of the first diaphragm 241 away from the first chamber 201. The third through hole 2410 of the loudspeaker 20 can communicate the front cavity 111 of the shell 10, so that the second chamber 202 of the loudspeaker 20 can communicate the front cavity 111 of the shell 10 through the third passage 2021 and the third through hole 2410, and the second chamber 202 can be spaced apart from the rear cavity 112 of the shell 10. In this way, the sound waves generated by the side of the second diaphragm 242 facing the second chamber 202 can be transmitted to the front cavity 111 of the electronic device 100 through the third through hole 2410, and then transmitted out of the electronic device 100 through the sound outlet hole 101 to be received by the user, and the sound waves generated by the side of the second diaphragm 242 facing the second chamber 202 will not be transmitted to the rear cavity 112 of the electronic device 100.

[0319] For example, the first through hole 225a and the second through hole 225b of the loudspeaker 20 can be in communication with the back cavity 112 of the housing 10, so that the first chamber 201 of the loudspeaker 20 can be in communication with the back cavity 112 of the housing 10 through the first through hole 225a and the second through hole 225b, and the first chamber 201 is spaced apart from the front cavity 111. In this way, the gas in the first chamber 201 of the loudspeaker 20 can flow to the back cavity 112 of the electronic device 100 through the first through hole 225a and the second through hole 225b, so that the sound wave generated by the first diaphragm 241 towards the side of the first chamber 201 can be transmitted to the back cavity 112 of the electronic device 100 through the first through hole 225a and the second through hole 225b, and the sound wave generated by the first diaphragm 241 towards the side of the first chamber 201 will not be transmitted to the front cavity 111 of the electronic device 100.

[0320] In the embodiments of the present application, the sound wave generated by the second diaphragm 242 towards the side of the second chamber 202 can be diffused to the front cavity 111 of the housing 10 through the third passage 2021 and the third through hole 2410, and the sound wave generated by the first diaphragm 241 towards the side of the first chamber 201 can be diffused to the back cavity 112 of the housing 10 through the first through hole 225a and the second through hole 225b. In this way, the sound wave transmitted from the first through hole 225a and the second through hole 225b and the sound wave transmitted from the third through hole 2104a and the fourth through hole 2104b can be separated, so that the sound wave generated by the second diaphragm 242 towards the side of the second chamber 202 and the sound wave generated by the first diaphragm 241 towards the side of the first chamber 201 can be avoided from mutual cancellation to cause sound short circuit.

[0321] Please refer to FIG. 39 and FIG. 40, and FIG. 40 is a partial cross-sectional structure schematic diagram of the electronic device 100 in another angle shown in FIG. 39. For example, the electronic device 100 shown in FIG. 40 can include the loudspeaker 20 shown in FIG. 33. The gas flow direction in the electronic device 100 is schematically indicated by the dashed arrows in FIG. 39 and FIG. 40.

[0322] In the embodiment, the front cavity 111 of the electronic device 100 can be located at the side of the first diaphragm 241 opposite to the first chamber 201. The third through hole 2104a and the fourth through hole 2104b of the speaker 20 can communicate with the front cavity 111 of the housing 10, so that the second chamber 202 of the speaker 20 can communicate with the front cavity 111 of the housing 10 through the third through hole 2104a and the fourth through hole 2104b, and the second chamber 202 is spaced apart from the rear cavity 112 of the housing 10. In this way, the gas in the second chamber 202 of the speaker 20 can flow to the front cavity 111 of the electronic device 100 through the third through hole 2104a and the fourth through hole 2104b, so that the sound wave generated by the second diaphragm 242 on the side facing the second chamber 202 can be transmitted to the front cavity 111 of the electronic device 100 through the third through hole 2104a and the fourth through hole 2104b, and then transmitted out of the electronic device 100 through the sound outlet 101 of the electronic device 100 to be received by the user.

[0323] For example, the first through hole 225a and the second through hole 225b of the speaker 20 can communicate with the rear cavity 112 of the housing 10, so that the first chamber 201 of the speaker 20 can communicate with the rear cavity 112 of the housing 10 through the first through hole 225a and the second through hole 225b, and the first chamber 201 is spaced apart from the front cavity 111 of the housing 10.
