[0005] The present invention also provides a cosmetic kit comprising a multi-component cosmetic composition and a treatment agent composition which is separate and independent from the other and which contains one or more modified silicones (X1) selected from amino-modified silicones and aminopolyether-modified silicones, and / or dimethicone (X2), wherein the multi-component cosmetic composition contains the following components (A) to (D): (A) an ionic surfactant (B) a cationic polymer (C) a higher alcohol (D) a nonionic surfactant, and comprises a plurality of component parts including component I and component II which have at least different viscosities at 30°C, and all of the component parts are mixed together at the time of use, wherein the viscosity ratio (component II / component I) between the viscosity of component II at 30°C and the viscosity of component I at 30°C is 3 or greater, and the viscosity of the mixture obtained by mixing all of the component parts is 0.001 S when measured at 25°C with a rheometer. -1 ~1000S -1 When the shear rate was changed to 0.0037 S -1 Shear viscosity a and shear rate at 139S -1 The present invention provides a cosmetic kit in which the ratio of shear viscosity a to shear viscosity b at shear viscosity a (shear viscosity a / shear viscosity b) is 5,000 or more.

[0006] Furthermore, the present invention provides a multi-component hair dyeing or bleaching composition comprising a plurality of components including component I' and component II', which are mixed together at the time of use, wherein component I' contains the following components (A'-1) and (B'): (A'-1) an anionic surfactant (B') a cationic polymer, and component II' contains the following components (C') and (D''): (C') a higher alcohol (D'') a polyoxyalkylene alkyl ether R represented by the following formula (5'): 10 -O-(A a O) r' -H...(5') (In formula (5'), R 10 represents a linear or branched, saturated or unsaturated hydrocarbon group having 8 to 22 carbon atoms; A arepresents an alkylene group having 2 to 4 carbon atoms, and r' represents a number of 30 to 200 on average), and the content of component (D'') in a mixture obtained by mixing all of the constituent components is 0.6 mass% or more.

[0007] Incidentally, when applying such multi-component cosmetics to skin, hair, etc., it is highly desirable that the cosmetics exhibit excellent adhesion so that they do not drip unnecessarily from the hands, applicators, the target, etc. when mixing them during use or when applying them to the target, and that once applied, they spread easily and smoothly on the target. However, since improving adhesion to prevent unwanted dripping and achieving easy spreadability depend on mutually contradictory physical properties, it is extremely difficult to fully achieve both of these goals even if simple viscosity control, etc. is implemented in multi-component cosmetics, and there is also the risk that this will be affected by the temperature environment. For this reason, detailed investigation has yet to be conducted on any of the technologies described in the above patent documents, and the goal has yet to be achieved.

[0008] That is, the present invention relates to a multi-component cosmetic composition that combines physical properties that exhibit good adhesion to prevent dripping when mixed during use or when applied to keratinous tissues such as skin or hair, and physical properties that exhibit ease of spreadability after application. The present invention also relates to a multi-component hair dyeing or bleaching composition that, even when the multiple constituent components contained therein are mixed in a high-temperature environment during use, exhibits excellent mixability, maintains the good properties and performance of the resulting mixture, and enables the achievement of a uniform hair color on the target hair.

[0009] Therefore, the present inventors conducted extensive research and found that by forming a multi-component cosmetic composition that contains an ionic surfactant, a cationic polymer, a higher alcohol, and a nonionic surfactant, and that comprises multiple components including at least two components with different viscosities, and that is mixed together at the time of use, when applied to keratinous tissues such as skin and hair, the composition has excellent adhesion, preventing dripping, while being very easy to spread, and also providing a smooth feel to the touch, which led to the completion of the present invention. Furthermore, when hair is the target of application, the present inventors have discovered that a composition in which all of the constituent components are mixed at the time of use, the composition comprising two constituent components, one containing an anionic surfactant and a cationic polymer, and the other containing a higher alcohol and a nonionic surfactant containing a specific polyoxyalkylene alkyl ether, and that the mixture obtained by mixing all of the constituent components contains a specific amount of the nonionic surfactant containing the specific polyoxyalkylene alkyl ether, thereby achieving excellent mixability regardless of the temperature environment when all of the constituent components are mixed at the time of use, and that the resulting mixture appropriately maintains good properties and performance, allowing for highly uniform hair coloring or bleaching, and have thus completed the present invention.

[0010] The multi-component cosmetic composition of the present invention exhibits good adhesion that effectively prevents unwanted dripping when the components are mixed or applied to keratinous tissue during use, and also exhibits excellent spreadability that makes it easy to spread and apply after application to keratinous tissue. This also promotes the penetration of the multi-component cosmetic composition of the present invention into keratinous tissue, allowing the desired effect on keratinous tissue to be fully exerted. Furthermore, by forming a cosmetic kit that includes the multi-component cosmetic composition and a separate, independent treatment composition, the desired effect on keratinous tissue can be more effectively and practically exerted. Furthermore, in the case of the multi-component hair dyeing or bleaching composition of the present invention, which is intended for application to hair, the composition exhibits excellent mixability and effectively suppresses excessive foaming and other problems, even when all of the components are mixed in a high-temperature environment, effectively suppressing unwanted variations in the properties and performance of the resulting mixture, enabling hair dyeing or bleaching to impart a highly uniform hair color from root to tip. Therefore, it is possible to achieve a uniform finish even on hair that has a color difference from the root to the tip. Detailed Description of the Invention

[0011] The present invention will be described in detail below. In the present invention, "adhesion" refers to the property of the composition firmly and tightly adhering to the hand, applicator, or the keratinous tissue to which it is applied, preventing unwanted dripping, when the composition is applied to keratinous tissue. "Spreadability" refers to the property of the composition spreading evenly over the target without being unevenly distributed in a specific area, resulting in a smooth, extensible feel along the application direction. "Penetration" refers to the property of the composition reaching the entire keratinous tissue, particularly when the keratinous tissue is a hair bundle containing hair, and being evenly applied. "Applicability" refers to the property of the composition reaching the entire keratinous tissue, from the surface to the inside, and being evenly applied. "Applicability" refers to the property of the composition exhibiting a balanced combination of the three physical properties of adhesion to keratinous tissue, spreadability, and penetration. "Highly uniform hair color" refers to the property of exhibiting a uniform hair color without unevenness throughout the entire application area, from the roots to the tips. Furthermore, in the mixture obtained by mixing all the constituent ingredients at the time of use, "good properties and performance" means the ability to effectively suppress excessive foaming even when all the constituent ingredients are mixed in a high-temperature environment and maintain the ability to develop a highly uniform hair color, and as will be described later, this can be evaluated by the suppression of foaming of the mixture. Furthermore, "average number of added moles" means the average number of alkylene oxide units bonded to the surfactant molecules, and is a value determined by reverse-phase liquid chromatography or size exclusion chromatography.

[0012] The multi-component cosmetic composition of the present invention is a multi-component composition comprising multiple constituents, including two components, component I and component II, which have different viscosities at at least 30°C, and is a composition in which, at the time of use, all of the constituents, including these two components, are mixed together in advance to form a mixture, which is then applied to keratinous tissue. The keratinous tissue to which the multi-component cosmetic composition of the present invention is applied refers to the keratin-containing layer that protects the outermost layer of the body surface of mammals such as humans, and specific examples include skin, hair, body hair other than hair, toenails, and fingernails. Of the keratinous tissues to which the composition is applied, skin or hair is preferred, and hair is more preferred, from the perspective of fully enjoying the effects of the present invention.

[0013] The multi-component cosmetic composition of the present invention contains at least two components, agent I and agent II, and may contain other components in addition to these two components as constituents of the multi-component cosmetic composition of the present invention. Thus, it may be a two-component cosmetic composition containing agents I and II as constituents, or it may be a three-component cosmetic composition, four-component cosmetic composition, or five-component cosmetic composition that contains one or more constituents in addition to agents I and II, or a cosmetic composition that contains five or more constituents.

[0014] The agents I and II contained in the multi-component cosmetic composition of the present invention have different viscosities at 30°C, and the viscosity ratio of the viscosity of agent II at 30°C to the viscosity of agent I at 30°C (agent II / agent I) is 3 or greater. The multi-component cosmetic composition of the present invention comprises two agents having such a viscosity relationship, and also contains specific components (A) to (D) as described below. When all of the constituent agents are mixed, the resulting mixture can exhibit unique viscosity characteristics. The reason why the composition of the present invention exhibits such effects is unclear, but is presumed to be as follows. The agents I and II contained in the multi-component cosmetic composition of the present invention have different viscosities at 30°C, and the viscosity ratio of the viscosity of agent II at 30°C to the viscosity of agent I at 30°C (agent II / agent I) is 3 or greater, thereby enhancing the permeability of the mixture of agent I and agent II into keratinous tissues. Furthermore, when the mixture is mixed, a coacervate complex is formed, and this complex is the cause of the viscosity of the mixture obtained by mixing all of the constituent agents at a shear rate of 0.0037 S. -1 Shear viscosity a and shear rate at 139S -1Since the ratio of shear viscosity a to shear viscosity b at shear viscosity a (shear viscosity a / shear viscosity b) is 5,000 or more, it is presumed that the adhesion of the mixture is enhanced, and that when the mixture is subjected to shear, the viscosity decreases, resulting in increased extensibility. Furthermore, the three physical properties of the mixture, i.e., penetration into keratinous tissues, adhesion, and extensibility, are well balanced, thereby improving the applicability to keratinous tissues. When used as a hair coloring or bleaching composition, the composition is presumed to instantly penetrate deep into hair strands, easily achieving highly uniform hair coloring or bleaching. Furthermore, in the case of the multi-component hair coloring or bleaching composition of the present invention, which is intended for application to hair, even when all of the components are mixed under high-temperature conditions, the composition exhibits excellent mixability, effectively suppresses excessive foaming, and effectively suppresses unwanted variations in the properties and performance of the resulting mixture, thereby enabling hair coloring or bleaching to impart a highly uniform hair color from root to tip. Therefore, a uniform finish can be achieved even on hair that has color variations from root to tip. The reason why the composition of the present invention exhibits such effects is unclear, but is presumed to be as follows. By selecting a polyoxyalkylene alkyl ether in which the average number of moles of alkyleneoxy groups added is in the range of 30 to 200 as the nonionic surfactant, the structure of the mixture can be maintained by the entanglement of molecules in the alkyleneoxy chain moiety, and it is presumed that the properties and performance of the mixture can be maintained without being destroyed by mixing even when mixed in a high-temperature environment. As a result, it is thought that a uniform finish can be achieved on hair that has color variations from the roots to the tips.

[0015] The viscosity ratio of the viscosity of Agent II at 30°C to the viscosity of Agent I at 30°C (Agent II / Agent I) (the value obtained by dividing the viscosity of Agent II at 30°C by the viscosity of Agent I at 30°C) is, from the viewpoint of exhibiting good penetration into keratinous tissues, 3 or more, preferably 100 or more, more preferably 800 or more, even more preferably 1200 or more, still more preferably 1500 or more, and preferably 6000 or less, more preferably 5000 or less, even more preferably 4000 or less, and still more preferably 3000 or less. The viscosity ratio of the viscosity of Agent II at 30°C to the viscosity of Agent I at 30°C (Agent II / Agent I) is 3 or more, preferably 100 to 6000, more preferably 800 to 5000, even more preferably 1200 to 4000, and still more preferably 1500 to 3000.

[0016] The viscosity of agent I at 30°C may be lower than that of agent II so long as the above viscosity ratio is maintained, but is preferably 5000 mPa s or less, more preferably 3000 mPa s or less, and even more preferably 1 mPa s or more.

[0017] The viscosity of the second agent at 30°C may be higher than that of the first agent so long as the above viscosity ratio is maintained, but is preferably 1000 mPa s or more, more preferably 3000 mPa s or more, even more preferably 5000 mPa s or more, and is preferably 50,000 mPa s or less, more preferably 40,000 mPa s or less, and even more preferably 30,000 mPa s or less.

[0018] The viscosity at 30°C refers to a value measured using a Brookfield viscometer, and specifically, is measured by the method described in the examples.

[0019] When using the multi-component cosmetic composition of the present invention, all of the components, including the two components I and II, are mixed in advance, and the resulting mixture is applied to keratinous tissue. The mixture obtained by mixing all of the components is applied to keratinous tissue at a shear rate of 0.001 S, as measured by a rheometer at 25°C. -1 ~1000S-1 When the shear rate was changed to 0.0037 S -1 Shear viscosity a and shear rate at 139S -1 The ratio of shear viscosity a to shear viscosity b at shear rate a (shear viscosity a / shear viscosity b) is 5000 or more. Here, the rheometer is a rotational rheometer, and for example, an MCR301 manufactured by Anton Paar can be used to examine the shear rate dependency of the shear viscosity of the multi-component cosmetic composition of the present invention as a mixture obtained by mixing all of the constituent ingredients. Note that at a shear rate of 0.0037 S -1 Shear viscosity a and shear rate at 139S -1 Specifically, the ratio of shear viscosity a to shear viscosity b at a shear rate of 0.0037 S (shear viscosity a / shear viscosity b) is measured by the method described in the Examples. -1 The shear viscosity a at a shear rate of 139S -1 The shear viscosity b is calculated by dividing the former by the latter.

[0020] For example, the shear rate is in the low speed range of 0.0037 S -1 Shear viscosity a at 139 S -1 A composition having a small ratio of shear viscosity a to shear viscosity b at a shear rate of 0.0037 (shear viscosity a / shear viscosity b) either has good adhesion but is difficult to spread, or has no adhesion but is easy to spread. On the other hand, when this ratio is very large, the composition has physical properties of having excellent adhesion and also having good ease of spreading. Therefore, the multi-component cosmetic composition of the present invention has a shear rate of 0.0037 when the mixture obtained by mixing all of the constituent ingredients is -1 Shear viscosity a and shear rate at 139S -1 It is believed that when the ratio of shear viscosity a to shear viscosity b at shear viscosity a (shear viscosity a / shear viscosity b) is 5,000 or more, the formed coacervate complex is one of the factors that contribute to the development of both good adhesion and excellent extensibility during use.

[0021] In the mixture, the shear rate is 0.0037 -1 Shear viscosity a and shear rate at 139S -1From the viewpoint of exhibiting both good adhesion and excellent extensibility, the ratio of shear viscosity a to shear viscosity b at a shear rate of 0.0037 (shear viscosity a / shear viscosity b) is 5,000 or more, preferably 6,000 or more, more preferably 7,000 or more, and preferably 20,000 or less, more preferably 18,000 or less, and even more preferably 10,200 or less. -1 Shear viscosity a and shear rate at 139S -1 The ratio of shear viscosity a to shear viscosity b (shear viscosity a / shear viscosity b) is 5,000 or more, preferably 5,000 to 20,000, more preferably 6,000 to 18,000, and even more preferably 7,000 to 10,200.

Such component (A'-2) is the same as the ionic surfactant other than component (A-1) among the components (A) contained in the multi-component cosmetic composition; that is, component (A'-2) is preferably the cationic surfactant of component (A-2) that may be contained in the multi-component cosmetic composition. The content of component (A'-2) in the total amount of agent II' is preferably 0.3% by mass or more, more preferably 0.4% by mass or more, even more preferably 0.5% by mass or more, and preferably 5% by mass or less, more preferably 2% by mass or less, and even more preferably 1% by mass or less. Furthermore, the content of component (A'-2) in the total amount of the multi-component hair dyeing or bleaching composition, i.e., the content of component (A'-2) relative to the total amount of the mixture obtained by mixing all the constituent components including Agent I' and Agent II', is preferably 0.1% by mass or more, more preferably 0.2% by mass or more, even more preferably 0.3% by mass or more, and preferably 7% by mass or less, more preferably 3% by mass or less, and even more preferably 1% by mass or less. The content of component (A'-2) in the multi-component cosmetic composition of the present invention is preferably 0.1 to 7% by mass, more preferably 0.2 to 3% by mass, and even more preferably 0.3 to 1% by mass.

[0100] In order to fully exert its highly useful hair dyeing or bleaching effect, Agent I' contained in the multi-component hair dyeing or bleaching composition of the present invention preferably contains the same dye as in the multi-component cosmetic composition, and preferably also contains the same alkaline agent as in the multi-component cosmetic composition. The content of the dye in the total amount of Agent I' is preferably 0.01% by mass or more, more preferably 0.1% by mass or more, and preferably 5% by mass or less, and more preferably 4.5% by mass or less. The content of the alkaline agent in the total amount of Agent I' is preferably 0.15% by mass or more, more preferably 0.3% by mass or more, even more preferably 0.6% by mass or more, and preferably 45% by mass or less, more preferably 30% by mass or less, and even more preferably 15% by mass or less. The dye content and alkaline agent content in the total amount of the multi-component hair dyeing or bleaching composition, i.e., the dye content and alkaline agent content, based on 100% by mass of the total amount of the mixture obtained by mixing all the constituent components including Agent I' and Agent II', are the same as the dye content and alkaline agent content in the total amount of the above-mentioned multi-component cosmetic composition, respectively.

[0101] In addition to components (A'-1) and (B'), as well as component (A'-2), the dye, and the alkaline agent, agent I' contained in the multi-component hair dyeing or bleaching composition of the present invention may contain, as appropriate, the following components, within the scope of the effects of the present invention: a higher alcohol for component (C') similar to that of component (C) in the multi-component cosmetic composition; a nonionic surfactant for component (D') similar to that of component (D) in the multi-component cosmetic composition; a chloride for component (E') similar to that of component (E) in the multi-component cosmetic composition; water; and other components commonly used as cosmetic raw materials. However, with regard to the inclusion of component (C'), in particular, from the viewpoint of effectively enhancing the uniformity of hair color while exhibiting excellent penetration and spreadability in hair, it is preferable that only agent II' described below contain the higher alcohol of component (C'), and agent I' does not contain the higher alcohol of component (C'). Furthermore, the nonionic surfactant of component (D') in agent I' preferably contains a nonionic surfactant other than the above-mentioned component (D'') contained in agent II'. When agent I' contains, for example, a polyoxyalkylene alkyl ether represented by the above formula (5a) as component (D'), the content thereof is preferably 1% by mass or more, more preferably 1.5% by mass or more, and preferably 20% by mass or less, more preferably 15% by mass or less, of the total amount of agent I'.

[0102] The component (C') contained in the agent II' of the multi-component hair dye or bleaching composition of the present invention is the same as the component (C) contained in the multi-component cosmetic composition. Of these, component (C') is preferably one or more selected from cetyl alcohol, stearyl alcohol, and behenyl alcohol; more preferably, two or more of these are used; and even more preferably, three of cetyl alcohol, stearyl alcohol, and behenyl alcohol are used. The content of component (C') in the total amount of agent II' is preferably 2% by mass or more, more preferably 3% by mass or more, even more preferably 4.5% by mass or more, and preferably 12% by mass or less, more preferably 8% by mass or less, and even more preferably 6.9% by mass or less. The content of component (C') in the total amount of agent II' is preferably 2 to 12% by mass, more preferably 3 to 8% by mass, and even more preferably 4.5 to 6.9% by mass or more. In particular, the content of cetyl alcohol in the total amount of Agent II' is preferably 0.5% by mass or more, more preferably 1% by mass or more, even more preferably 1.5% by mass or more, and preferably 10% by mass or less, more preferably 7% by mass or less, and even more preferably 5% by mass or less. The content of component (C') in the total amount of the multi-component hair dyeing or bleaching composition, that is, the content of component (C') when the total amount of the mixture obtained by mixing all the constituent components including Agent I' and Agent II' is 100% by mass, is the same as the content of component (C) in the total amount of the above-mentioned multi-component cosmetic composition.

[0103] In the agent II′ of the multi-component hair dye or bleach composition of the present invention, the component (D″) contained therein is a compound represented by the following formula (5′): 10 -O-(A a O) r' -H...(5') (In formula (5'), R 10 represents a linear or branched, saturated or unsaturated hydrocarbon group having 8 to 22 carbon atoms; A arepresents an alkylene group having 2 to 4 carbon atoms, and r' represents a number of 30 to 200 on average.) It should be noted that component (D') in agent II' may contain the same nonionic surfactant as component (D) contained in the multi-component cosmetic composition as above, other than the polyoxyalkylene alkyl ether of component (D''). That is, among component (D) contained in the multi-component cosmetic composition as above, one or more nonionic surfactants selected from polyoxyalkylene alkyl ethers, alkyl alkanolamides, polyoxyalkylene alkylamines, alkyl polyglucosides, alkyl glyceryl ethers, etc., other than component (D'') in agent II' may be contained as nonionic surfactants (D') other than component (D''). In this way, by containing component (D'), a specific nonionic surfactant, in agent II' of the multi-component hair dyeing or bleaching composition of the present invention, it is possible to obtain a mixture that retains good properties and performance even when all the components are mixed in a high-temperature environment during use, thereby making it possible to sufficiently improve the uniformity of hair color.

[0104] That is, component (D″) is a polyoxyalkylene alkyl ether represented by the following formula (5′): R 10 -O-(A a O) r' -H...(5') (In formula (5'), R 10 represents a linear or branched, saturated or unsaturated hydrocarbon group having 8 to 22 carbon atoms; A a represents an alkylene group having 2 to 4 carbon atoms, and r' represents an average value of 30 to 200. 10 From the viewpoint of effectively promoting the formation of a coacervate complex in the mixture, the number of carbon atoms in A is preferably 10 to 22, more preferably 12 to 20, and even more preferably 12 to 18. a is preferably an ethylene group or a propylene group, more preferably an ethylene group. r' is the so-called average number of moles added, and is preferably 30 to 200, more preferably 60 to 190, and even more preferably 90 to 180.

[0105] Among such polyoxyalkylene alkyl ethers (D″), it is preferable to contain one represented by the following formula (5b′).

[0106] R 11 -O-(A b O) q'-H...(5b') (In formula (5b'), R 11 represents a linear saturated hydrocarbon group having 16 carbon atoms, and A b represents an alkylene group having 2 carbon atoms, and q' represents an average number of 30 to 200.) Note that q' in formula (5b') means the so-called average number of moles added. q' in formula (5b') is preferably 30 to 200, more preferably 60 to 190, and even more preferably 90 to 180.

[0107] Of these, the component (D'') is preferably a polyoxyalkylene alkyl ether represented by the above formula (5b').

[0108] In the multi-component hair dye or bleaching composition of the present invention, the content of component (D") in the total amount of Agent II' is preferably 0.8% by mass or more, more preferably 1.1% by mass or more, even more preferably 1.3% by mass or more, and preferably 5.0% by mass or less, more preferably 3.0% by mass or less, and even more preferably 2.0% by mass or less, from the viewpoint of maintaining good properties and characteristics of the mixture and enhancing uniformity of hair color. The content of component (D") in the total amount of Agent II' is preferably 0.8 to 5.0% by mass, more preferably 1.1 to 3.0% by mass, and even more preferably 1.3 to 2.0% by mass. The content of component (D″) in the total amount of the multi-component hair dyeing or bleaching composition of the present invention, i.e., the total content of component (D″) when the total amount of the mixture obtained by mixing all the constituent components including Agent I′ and Agent II′ is 100% by mass, i.e., the content of component (D″) in the total amount of the mixture obtained by mixing all the constituent components, is 0.6% by mass or more, preferably 0.7% by mass or more, more preferably 0.8% by mass or more, even more preferably 0.9% by mass or more, and preferably 2% by mass or less, more preferably 1.3% by mass or less, and even more preferably 1.1% by mass or less, from the viewpoint of obtaining a mixture that maintains good properties and performance and sufficiently enhancing the uniformity of hair color. In the multi-component hair dyeing or bleaching composition of the present invention, the content of component (D″) in the total amount of the mixture obtained by mixing all of the constituent components is 0.6% by mass or more, preferably 0.6 to 2% by mass, more preferably 0.7 to 2% by mass, even more preferably 0.8 to 1.3% by mass, and still more preferably 0.9 to 1.1% by mass.

[0109] In order to fully exert its highly useful hair dyeing or bleaching effect, it is preferable that Agent II' in the multi-component hair dyeing or bleaching composition of the present invention contain the same hydrogen peroxide as in the above-mentioned multi-component cosmetic composition. The content of hydrogen peroxide in Agent II' is preferably 0.75% by mass or more, more preferably 1.5% by mass or more, preferably 12% by mass or less, more preferably 11% by mass or less, and even more preferably 10% by mass or less. The content of hydrogen peroxide in the total amount of the multi-component hair dyeing or bleaching composition, i.e., the content of hydrogen peroxide when the total amount of the mixture obtained by mixing all the constituent components including Agent I' and Agent II' is 100% by mass, is the same as the content of hydrogen peroxide in the total amount of the above-mentioned multi-component cosmetic composition.

[0110] In addition, in addition to components (C') and (D'') and hydrogen peroxide, Agent II' contained in the multi-component hair dye or bleaching composition of the present invention may contain, as in Agent II', components (A'-1), (A'-2), (B'), (E'), water, and other components commonly used as cosmetic raw materials, as appropriate, to the extent that the effects of the present invention are not impaired. However, with regard to the inclusion of component (B'), in particular, from the viewpoint of effectively enhancing hair color uniformity while exhibiting excellent penetration and spreadability in hair, it is preferable that only Agent I' contains component (B') and Agent II' does not contain component (B'). Furthermore, as an ionic surfactant when contained in Agent II', component (A'-2) is preferred, and it is even more preferable that component (A'-1) is not contained. In this case, the content of component (A'-2) in Agent II' is preferably 0.1% by mass or more, more preferably 0.3% by mass or more, and preferably 1% by mass or less, more preferably 0.7% by mass or less.

[0111] The mass ratio ((A'-2) / (D'') of the content of component (A'-2) to the content of component (D'') in the multi-component hair dye or bleaching composition of the present invention is preferably 0.1 or more, more preferably 0.2 or more, even more preferably 0.3 or more, and preferably 0.6 or less, more preferably 0.5 or less, and even more preferably 0.4 or less. The mass ratio ((A'-2) / (D'') of the content of component (A'-2) to the content of component (D'') in the multi-component hair dye or bleaching composition of the present invention is preferably 0.1 to 0.6, more preferably 0.2 to 0.5, and even more preferably 0.3 to 0.4. Similarly to the above-mentioned multi-component cosmetic composition, the multi-component hair dye or bleaching composition of the present invention preferably does not contain salicylic acid or acetaminophen, and more preferably does not contain both, in order to avoid inhibiting the expression of excellent penetration and spreadability in hair.

[0112] Such a multi-component hair dye or bleaching composition of the present invention can effectively suppress the prominence of hair color differences and achieve a highly uniform hair color while exhibiting excellent penetration and spreadability into hair, even without necessarily comprising two components that have different viscosities at 30° C. and a specific viscosity ratio (Agent II / Agent I) as in the above-mentioned multi-component cosmetic composition. For example, the viscosity ratio (Agent II' / Agent I') of the viscosity of Agent II' at 30° C. to the viscosity of Agent I at 30° C. (the value obtained by dividing the viscosity value of Agent II' at 30° C. by the viscosity value of Agent I' at 30° C.) in the multi-component hair dye or bleaching composition of the present invention is preferably 3 or greater, more preferably 100 to 6,000, even more preferably 500 to 5,000, still more preferably 700 to 4,000, still more preferably 800 to 3,000, and even more preferably 2,000 to 2,500. That is, in this case, the agent I included in the multi-component cosmetic composition corresponds to the agent I' included in the multi-component hair dye or bleaching composition, the agent II included in the multi-component cosmetic composition corresponds to the agent II' included in the multi-component hair dye or bleaching composition, and the viscosity ratio of the viscosity of agent II at 30°C to the viscosity of agent I at 30°C (agent II / agent I) corresponds to the viscosity ratio of the viscosity of agent II' at 30°C to the viscosity of agent I' at 30°C (agent II' / agent I'). Similarly, the viscosity of agent I included in the multi-component cosmetic composition at 30°C also corresponds to the viscosity of agent I' included in the multi-component hair dye or bleaching composition at 30°C, and the viscosity of agent II included in the multi-component cosmetic composition at 30°C also corresponds to the viscosity of agent II' included in the multi-component hair dye or bleaching composition at 30°C.

[0113] In the components including Agent I' and Agent II' contained in the multi-component hair dyeing or bleaching composition of the present invention, the form of each component can be appropriately selected from the same forms as the forms of the components contained in the above-mentioned multi-component cosmetic composition. In particular, with regard to the forms of Agent I' and Agent II', from the viewpoint of achieving excellent penetration and spreadability in hair while also achieving a highly uniform hair color, it is preferable that Agent I' be in the form of a liquid and Agent II' be in the form of a cream, and when obtaining a mixture of all the components, it is preferable to add Agent I' to at least Agent II' and mix them.

[0114] As described above, the multi-component hair dyeing or bleaching composition of the present invention exhibits excellent mixability on the target hair, regardless of the temperature environment when all components are mixed during use, and the resulting mixture appropriately maintains good properties and performance, enabling highly uniform hair coloring or bleaching. Therefore, the multi-component hair dyeing or bleaching composition is also highly useful as a hair dyeing method that includes applying the multi-component hair dyeing or bleaching composition to the roots of the hair and then spreading it to the ends. For example, specifically, if the roots to which the multi-component hair dyeing or bleaching composition is applied are those where the hair color difference is prominent, the excellent hair compatibility can be fully realized.

[0115] The multi-component cosmetic composition of the present invention can be used in a cosmetic kit that further comprises, independently of one another, other agent compositions for application to keratinous tissues after application of the multi-component cosmetic composition to keratinous tissues. That is, such a cosmetic kit of the present invention comprises the above-mentioned multi-component cosmetic composition as well as other agent compositions for application separately from the multi-component cosmetic composition. This allows the multi-component cosmetic composition of the present invention to be applied to keratinous tissues to fully exert its effects, and then the other agent compositions can be applied to keratinous tissues to further exert desired effects. Note that, similar to the above-mentioned multi-component cosmetic composition, the multi-component hair dyeing or bleaching composition of the present invention can also be used in a cosmetic kit that further comprises, independently of one another, other agent compositions for application to keratinous tissues. Therefore, hereinafter, in the case of a cosmetic kit that comprises the multi-component hair dyeing or bleaching composition of the present invention as well as other agent compositions, the term "multi-component cosmetic composition of the present invention" will be read as "multi-component hair dyeing or bleaching composition of the present invention."

[0116] Examples of other compositions that may be included in such a cosmetic kit include a moisturizer composition, a beauty serum composition, a coating composition, a sunscreen composition, a rinse composition, a conditioner composition, and a treatment composition. In particular, when the multi-component cosmetic composition of the present invention is a hair cosmetic composition intended for application to hair, preferably a hair bleaching or hair dyeing composition, a treatment composition is preferably included as the other composition to be included in the kit. Thus, by further applying such a treatment composition to hair after applying the multi-component cosmetic composition of the present invention as a hair cosmetic composition, it is possible to effectively suppress hair damage that tends to occur due to repeated application treatments, effectively increase the color density of the hair (also referred to as "deepening"), and also impart a pleasant feel to the hair.

[0117] The treatment composition may be in an embodiment containing one constituent agent, specifically, for example, a rinse-off treatment agent, or a leave-in treatment agent. The treatment composition may also be in an embodiment containing multiple constituent agents, specifically, for example, a rinse-off treatment agent and a leave-in treatment agent, for a total of two constituent agents.

[0118] The treatment composition included in the cosmetic kit of the present invention preferably contains one or more modified silicones (X1) selected from amino-modified silicones and aminopolyether-modified silicones, and / or dimethicone (X2).

[0119] The amino-modified silicone (x1-1) of component (X1) that may be contained in the treatment composition is a silicone that has an amino group but does not have a polyether structure, and specific examples include one or more selected from amodimethicone, aminopropyl dimethicone, bis(aminopropyl) dimethicone, and bis(cetearyl) amodimethicone. Among these, amodimethicone is preferred from the viewpoint of effectively suppressing hair damage while effectively increasing hair color intensity. Commercially available products of such component (x1-1) include, for example, DOWSIL CF 1046 (manufactured by Dow-Toray Industries, Inc.) and Silicone SF 8457 C (manufactured by Dow-Toray Industries, Inc.).

[0120] The aminopolyether-modified silicone (x1-2) of component (X1) that may be contained in the treatment composition is a silicone having an amino group and a polyether structure, and the polyether structure of component (x1-2) is preferably a polyoxyalkylene group. Of these, from the viewpoint of effectively suppressing hair damage while effectively increasing hair color depth, specifically, for example, an aminopolyether-modified silicone represented by the following formula (9) is preferred.

[0121]

[0122] (In formula (9), d is a number of 2 or more, and preferably a number of 2 or more and 1,000 or less. e is a number of 1 or more, and preferably a number of 1 or more and 50 or less. f is a number of 2 or more and 100 or less, and preferably a number of 4 or more and 50 or less. g is a number of 1 or more, and preferably a number of 1 or more and 100 or less.) Examples of commercially available products of such component (x1-2) that can be used include DOWSIL SS-3588 FLUID ((bisisobutyl PEG-15 / amodimethicone) copolymer), DOWSIL SILSTYLE 104 ((bisisobutyl PEG-14 / amodimethicone) copolymer, manufactured by Dow-Toray Industries, Inc.), and DOWSIL SILSTYLE 201 ((bisisobutyl PEG-14 / amodimethicone) copolymer, manufactured by Dow-Toray Industries, Inc.).

[0123] From the viewpoint of effectively suppressing hair damage while effectively increasing hair color depth, the content of component (X1) is preferably 0.1% by mass or more, more preferably 0.4% by mass or more, and preferably 10% by mass or less, and more preferably 7% by mass or less, based on the total amount of the treatment composition. The content of component (X1) is preferably 0.1 to 10% by mass, more preferably 0.4 to 7% by mass, based on the total amount of the treatment composition. In particular, when the treatment composition contains only one component, a rinse-off treatment agent, the content of component (X1) may be 0.8% by mass or more and 5% by mass or less, based on the total amount of the treatment composition.

[0124] The dimethicone component (X2) contained in the treatment composition is a so-called dimethylpolysiloxane having a silicone skeleton. Commercially available products of component (X2) include Silicone X-52-2162 (manufactured by Shin-Etsu Chemical Co., Ltd.), Silicone KHS-3 (manufactured by Shin-Etsu Chemical Co., Ltd.), Silicone KHS-9 (manufactured by Shin-Etsu Chemical Co., Ltd.), TSE200A (manufactured by Momentive Performance Materials, Inc.), SH200-1,000,000cs (manufactured by Dow Corning Toray Co., Ltd.), and TSF451-100MA (manufactured by Momentive Performance Materials, Inc.).

[0125] From the viewpoint of effectively suppressing hair damage while effectively increasing hair color depth, the content of component (X2) is preferably 0.1% by mass or more, more preferably 1% by mass or more, and preferably 15% by mass or less, and more preferably 12% by mass or less, based on the total amount of the treatment composition. The content of component (X2) is preferably 0.1 to 15% by mass, more preferably 1 to 12% by mass, based on the total amount of the treatment composition. In particular, when the treatment composition contains only one component, a rinse-off treatment agent, the content of component (X1) may be 2% by mass or more and 6% by mass or less, based on the total amount of the treatment composition.

[0126] The treatment composition included in the cosmetic kit of the present invention may contain only component (X1) or only component (X2) of the above-mentioned components (X1) and (X2), but preferably contains both component (X1) and component (X2). When both component (X1) and component (X2) are contained, the total content of these components (X1) and (X2) is preferably 1% by mass or more, more preferably 2% by mass or more, even more preferably 3% by mass or more, still more preferably 5% by mass or more, preferably 15% by mass or less, more preferably 12% by mass or less, even more preferably 10% by mass or less, and still more preferably 8% by mass or less, based on the total amount of the treatment composition. The total content of component (X1) and component (X2) in the treatment composition is preferably 1 to 15 mass%, more preferably 1 to 12 mass%, even more preferably 1 to 10 mass%, still more preferably 2 to 10 mass%, even more preferably 3 to 10 mass%, and still more preferably 5 to 8 mass%.

[0127] Furthermore, when the treatment composition contains both component (X1) and component (X2), from the viewpoint of effectively suppressing hair damage while effectively increasing hair color depth, it is preferred that the treatment composition comprises a total of two components: a rinse-off treatment and a leave-in treatment; it is more preferred that the rinse-off treatment contains component (X1) and component (X2), and that the leave-in treatment contains component (X2) without containing component (X1); and it is even more preferred that the component (X1) contained in the rinse-off treatment is component (x1-1).

[0128] More specifically, when the treatment composition provided in the cosmetic kit of the present invention comprises, as constituents, a rinse-off treatment containing component (X1) and component (X2), and a leave-in treatment containing component (X2) but not component (X1), the content of component (X1) in the rinse-off treatment is, relative to 100% by mass of the rinse-off treatment, preferably 0.5% by mass or more, more preferably 0.8% by mass or more, even more preferably 1.0% by mass or more, and preferably 1.8% by mass or less, more preferably 1.5% by mass or less, and even more preferably 1.2% by mass or less. Furthermore, the content of component (X2) in the rinse-off treatment agent is, relative to 100% by mass of the rinse-off treatment agent, preferably 2% by mass or more, more preferably 3% by mass or more, even more preferably 4% by mass or more, preferably 8% by mass or less, more preferably 7% by mass or less, even more preferably 6% by mass or less, and still more preferably 5% by mass or less. On the other hand, when the treatment agent composition provided in the cosmetic kit of the present invention is in the above-described embodiment, the content of component (X2) in the leave-in treatment agent is, relative to 100% by mass of the leave-in treatment agent, preferably 0.5% by mass or more, more preferably 1% by mass or more, even more preferably 1.5% by mass or more, and preferably 30% by mass or less, more preferably 25% by mass or less, and even more preferably 20% by mass or less.

[0129] Furthermore, the treatment composition provided in the cosmetic kit of the present invention may contain, in addition to the above-mentioned (X1) and (X2), other components appropriately selected from the components (A) to (D) and other components that may be contained in the above-mentioned multi-component cosmetic composition.

[0130] The form of the constituents of the treatment composition included in the cosmetic kit of the present invention can be appropriately selected from liquid (oil), emulsion (milk), gel, paste, cream, foam, mist, etc. In particular, when the treatment composition includes a rinse-off treatment containing component (X1) and component (X2) and a leave-in treatment containing component (X2) but not component (X1) as constituents, the rinse-off treatment is preferably in cream form, and the leave-in treatment is preferably in liquid (oil) or emulsion (milk) form, more preferably emulsion (milk). Note that when the leave-in treatment is in emulsion (milk) form, it is preferable to adjust the pH of the leave-in treatment to a specific range. Specifically, when the leave-in treatment agent is in the form of an emulsion (milk), the pH of the leave-in treatment agent at 25°C is preferably 3 or higher, more preferably 3.5 or higher, and preferably 5 or lower, more preferably 4 or lower.

[0131] In the cosmetic kit of the present invention, a multi-component cosmetic composition is first applied to keratinous tissues, and then a treatment composition is applied to keratinous tissues. For example, in an embodiment in which the treatment composition comprises, as constituents, a rinse-off treatment agent containing component (X1) and component (X2) and a leave-in treatment agent containing component (X2) but not component (X1), the rinse-off treatment agent is applied to the keratinous tissues to which the multi-component cosmetic composition has been applied, and after rinsing, the leave-in treatment agent is applied to the keratinous tissues, and the keratinous tissues are then dried without rinsing. This makes it possible to more effectively suppress hair damage and further effectively increase the color intensity of the hair.

[0132] In relation to the above-described embodiments, the present invention further discloses the following multi-component cosmetic composition, multi-component hair dyeing or bleaching composition, and a cosmetic kit and method of using them. [0141] The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the following examples. Unless otherwise specified in the tables, the content of each component is expressed in mass %.

[0142] Test Example 1: Examples 1 to 8, Comparative Examples 1 to 7 Agents I and II were prepared according to the formulations shown in Table 1, and then mixed with Agent I in a mass ratio of 1:2 (agent I:agent II). The resulting mixture was used to carry out measurements and evaluations according to the following methods. The results are shown in Table 1.

[0143] <<Measurement of Viscosity of Agent I or Agent II>> Using a Brookfield viscometer (TVB-10, manufactured by Toki Sangyo Co., Ltd.), the viscosity at 30°C was measured under the following measurement conditions, appropriately selected depending on the form of the obtained Agent I or Agent II. Specifically, when the agents were in liquid form, 90 g of each agent was sampled and measured at a temperature of 30°C using rotor No. 1 at a rotation speed of 60 rpm for 1 minute. Note that even if the measured value was below 10 mPa s, that value was adopted. On the other hand, when the agents were in cream form, 45 g of each agent was sampled and measured at a temperature of 30°C using rotor T-C at a rotation speed of 10 rpm for 1 minute. Note that if the measured value was below 20,000 mPa s, the value measured using rotor T-B at 10 rpm for 1 minute was adopted.

[0144] <<Measurement of Shear Viscosity of Mixtures>> The shear viscosity of the mixtures obtained by mixing component I and component II was measured using an Anton Paar MCR301. 4 g of component II was weighed into a 50 mL plastic cup, 2 g of component I was added, and the mixture was stirred with a plastic spatula for 30 seconds to obtain a mixture. The resulting mixture was then placed on the stage of the rheometer and clamped with a jig (approximately 0.7 g of the mixture was placed, and excess mixture was removed with a silicone spatula). Measurements were started 3 minutes after mixing. Specifically, the resulting mixture was clamped between a plate and a jig (PP25, Anton Paar) with a gap of 1 mm, and the shear rate was set to 0.001 s. -1 ~1000S -1 The shear rate was changed to 0.0037 S -1 Shear viscosity a at shear rate 139S -1The shear viscosity b at 1000 kJ / 2000 kJ / min was measured. Next, based on the obtained values of shear viscosity a and shear viscosity b, the ratio between these values (shear viscosity a / shear viscosity b) was calculated.

[0145] (i) Evaluation of Adhesion After mixing the I and II components, the mixture was left to stand for 5 minutes to stabilize the viscosity, and then the adhesion was evaluated. Specifically, 0.5 g of the resulting mixture was placed on a glass plate, which was tilted 20° and left for 1 minute. The distance (mm) that the mixture moved from the placement point was measured, and this was used as an index for evaluating adhesion according to the following criteria. The larger the value obtained, the better the adhesion and the more effectively it can be evaluated as preventing unwanted dripping.

[0146] 5: The distance moved was less than 0.5 cm. 4: The distance moved was 0.5 cm or more but less than 1 cm. 3: The distance moved was 1 cm or more but less than 2 cm. 2: The distance moved was 2 cm or more but less than 3 cm. 1: The distance moved was 3 cm or more.

[0147] (ii) Evaluation of Spreadability (Ease of Spreading) A 20 cm square piece of wool muslin was used as a test piece, and 0.5 g of the mixture obtained was applied to an area within 2 cm from one end of the test piece. The applied mixture was then spread with a finger toward the other end of the test piece, and the distance (cm) from the one end was measured as the spreadable distance, and the spreadability (ease of spreadability) was evaluated according to the following criteria.

[0148] 5: The spreadable distance from one end of the test piece was 12 cm or more. 4: The spreadable distance from one end of the test piece was 10 cm or more but less than 12 cm. 3: The spreadable distance from one end of the test piece was 8 cm or more but less than 10 cm. 2: The spreadable distance from one end of the test piece was 6 cm or more but less than 8 cm. 1: The spreadable distance from one end of the test piece was less than 6 cm.

[0149] (iii) Evaluation of Penetration into Keratinous Tissues: A specialist panelist took approximately 3 g of the resulting mixture and applied it three times, applying a force of approximately 600 g over a distance of approximately 20 cm from the top of the head of a mannequin with medium-length hair, toward the ends. This action was repeated twice. Next, using the tip of a standard ring comb (tail comb) handle, the inside of a hair bundle approximately 5 cm from the top of the head was sliced (a manipulation of parting the hair bundle and opening the inside of the hair bundle), and the state of application of the mixture was visually confirmed. The penetration into keratinous tissues was evaluated according to the following criteria.

[0150] 4: The mixture is evenly applied to the inside of the hair bundle. 3: The mixture is unevenly applied, but about half of the mixture is partially applied. 2: The mixture is unevenly applied, but the mixture is partially applied in places. 1: The mixture is not applied at all to the inside of the hair bundle.

[0151] <<Overall Evaluation of Application Efficiency>> The total value of the evaluation results obtained from the above "(i) Evaluation of adhesion," "(ii) Evaluation of spreadability (ease of application)," and "(iii) Evaluation of penetration into keratinous tissues" was calculated and used as an index for the overall evaluation of application ease.

[0152] <Evaluation of Texture> A specialist panel applied 1 g of the mixture obtained to 1 g of gray hair tress (manufactured by Beaulux Co., Ltd.), and sensory evaluation was performed on the texture (texture) of the mixture to the touch, using the degree of smoothness as an index according to the following criteria.

[0153] 4: Very smooth 3: Smooth 2: Slightly less smooth 1: Less smooth

The results are shown in Table 2.

[0157] <<Preparation of Hair Bundle for Evaluation>> A bundle of untreated black hair (BS-B-A, manufactured by Bealux, length 30 cm, mass 10 g) was prepared in 7 tones (brightness L * :22.5-25.1, saturation C * : 12.3 to 15.9; colorimetric value measured by a color difference meter (CR-400, manufactured by Konica Minolta)) was prepared as a hair bundle for evaluation.

[0158] <<Darkening Effect>> The hair bundle for evaluation was combed to align the hair in one direction, and then a color difference meter (Konica Minolta, CR-400) was used to measure the color depth in the CIE color system (L * ,a * ,b * ) and lightness (L0 * ) was measured. *Measurements were made at six different points on the hair bundle (two points in the center of each of the three equal areas obtained by dividing the hair bundle lengthwise), and the average value was calculated. Next, 10 g of a mixture obtained by mixing Agents I and II of Example 1 was applied to the hair bundle for evaluation, and after leaving it, it was rinsed with water and shampooed and then rinsed away. Next, 1 g of treatment agent XA having the formulation shown in Table 2 was applied evenly to the hair bundle, and after rinsing with water, the hair was towel-dried. Next, 0.2 g of treatment agent XB-1 or treatment agent XB-2 shown in Table 2 was applied evenly to the hair bundle, and then the hair was dried with cold air for 30 minutes using a hair dryer (Hitachi Ltd. "P2-D250", setting HIGH). The dried hair bundle was combed, and the lightness (L1 * ) was measured, and the difference in brightness (ΔL * ) was calculated. * If ΔL is 1.0 or more, it can be evaluated that there is a deep coloring effect, if it is 2.0 or more, the effect is better, and if it is 3.0 or more, it can be evaluated that the effect is even better. * = L0 * -L1 * L0 * : Lightness of hair bundle before processing L1 * : Brightness of hair strands after processing
