AI Technical Summary
Existing soluble food products, such as instant coffee and freeze-dried broths, often require additional tools for dissolution and are prone to spoilage and incomplete dissolution due to exposure to air and adherence to containers.
A soluble food product is agglomerated on a unit support, such as a stick, which acts as both a dispenser and stirrer, ensuring complete dissolution without additional tools and protecting the product from environmental conditions.
The solution provides precise dosing, preserves product integrity, and ensures complete dissolution by using the support as a spoon-like mechanism, eliminating the need for additional tools and preventing spoilage.

Abstract
Description
[0001] SOLUBLE PRODUCTS AGGLOMERATED AND CONTAINED IN UNIT SUPPORTS
[0002] DESCRIPTION
[0003] OBJECT OF THE INVENTION
[0004] The present invention relates to a soluble food product in an agglomerated or compacted state, to be encircled around a support, such as a stick, covering a small or large part, as desired, of its length, in order to pick up the stick by the part free of product, to put it into a container with liquid and shake it so that the product dissolves.
[0005] The object of the invention is to have sticks impregnated with soluble products, in predetermined dosages, for their correct availability for use, and arranged or packaged in unit doses.
[0006] BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
[0007] It is well known that soluble products, such as food products, commonly come in powder form in containers of varying sizes, offering multiple doses for use. Sometimes, these products, like instant coffee, are also available in sachets with pre-set quantities for single use. However, another element, such as a spoon, is always necessary to force the product into the liquid. Sometimes, these powdered food products, commonly freeze-dried or dehydrated, spoil precisely because they are exposed to air. Depending on environmental conditions, they can clump together, compromising their physical and chemical integrity and altering their properties.
[0008] It is also common that compacted products, such as freeze-dried and compressed broths, when dissolved in liquids, usually hot, do not dissolve completely because they stick to the container or any adjacent element, making their presence almost always unpleasant.
[0009] DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
[0010] The agglomerated product on a unit support that the invention proposes fully and satisfactorily solves the problem described above, since the necessary amount is dispensed for each application, its physical and chemical integrity is preserved, and no other element is needed to aid dissolution, since the product support acts as a stirrer or spoon.
[0011] The product can be individually packaged, preserving its contents from external environmental conditions. After opening the package, it is immersed in the specific liquid, and its dissolution is aided by manually holding the end of the stick without the product, like a spoon, so that the product is released as it is stirred, until it is completely dissolved, or until the user finds the amount dissolved to their liking. DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
[0012] To complement the description that follows and to aid in a better understanding of the characteristics of the invention, according to a preferred embodiment thereof, a set of drawings is included as an integral part of said description, in which, for illustrative and non-limiting purposes, the following has been represented:
[0013] Figure 1 shows a perspective view of a stick-support assembly and compacted product in one half of its length as the object of the present invention.
[0014] Figure 2 shows a perspective view of the previous assembly, supporting it for removal.
[0015] Figure 3 shows the rod with the product inside two individual bags.
[0016] Figure 4 shows several rods with product in a single bag.
[0017] Figure 5 shows a rod with a spherical mesh incorporated at one end for better grip of the product.
[0018] Figure 6 shows a rod with branches at one end for better grip of the product.
[0019] PREFERRED EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION
[0020] As can be seen from the figures mentioned, the product being advocated consists of two parts, a rod, stick, or any other similar type of support (1), in which one of its ends is covered with a food product (2) in the form of a rigid paste, if possible, which must have the characteristic of being able to be dissolved in liquid, to become part of the resulting mixture.
[0021] The stick or rod (1) also serves as a stirrer, so it is not necessary to have a spoon or similar to carry out the operation, with the added advantage that stirring can be stopped at will, depending on the desired amount of diluted product.
[0022] Because the product to be wrapped around the support rods will be submerged in liquids, sometimes hot, it may detach from the support. Therefore, the rods (1) may have branch-like protrusions (7) at the ends intended to wrap the product, as shown in Figure 5, or a spherical accessory (6) as shown in Figure 6, for better grip of the product to be wrapped.
[0023] These rods (1 ), can be packaged in unit packages (4) or in collective packages (5), with part of the rod (1 ) outside the package (Fig.3) or inside the package (Fig.4).
[0024] The great advantage of these products is that the product is rationed according to its destination; that is, if the product is, for example, a freeze-dried consommé concentrate, soluble coffee paste, compacted spices, salts, sugars, etc., it is supplied for an exact unit.
[0025] It is worth noting that the product to be compacted may be food-grade or non-food-grade, depending on its intended use.
