Abstract

The present invention relates to a shelf cabinet with removable modules consisting of a cabinet-type unit comprising one or more modules that slide towards the outside of its structure. The invention comprises a main body (1) housing at least one module (2) that is configured to move towards the outside of same by horizontally sliding along a controlled path by means of suspension and support means provided for this purpose between the module (2) and the main body (1). The at least one module (2) is provided with at least one shelf (5) defining a horizontal surface on which to store objects or garments.

[0004] The invention, as stated in the present descriptive report, refers to a shelving unit with removable modules that provides advantages and characteristics to the function for which it is intended, which are described in detail below.

[0005] The object of the present invention is a wardrobe, of the kind commonly found in homes, businesses and warehouses, which has the particularity of comprising one, two or more modules, at least one, configured to be sliding outwards from its structure, said module or modules being provided with, at least, one shelf intended to store garments, parts or other various objects, such as suitcases and briefcases, bags, clothing in general, shoes, industrial parts, gift items or any other.

[0007] The field of application of the present invention falls within the sector of current needs of life, of the international patent classification (IPC), in the section of personal or domestic objects, having an industrial impact on the manufacture of furniture for private homes, housing in general, offices and warehouses of all kinds.

[0009] In the field of domestic or industrial furniture, there are countless registered solutions that solve specific problems according to the needs or preferences of the people who have to handle and store objects.

[0010] Regarding wardrobe-type furniture, so essential in all homes, offices, and industrial warehouses, several registered inventions are known, some focusing on purely functional aspects and others on the furniture's style. The invention described here is novel among functional wardrobes, as no similar solutions are known. It is a simple and highly practical solution that offers advantages over the current state of the art, especially concerning the way in which clothing or other items of all kinds are organized and stored in the wardrobe.

[0011] Furthermore, it allows for the creation of mixed solutions that combine what is proposed in the present invention with the classic formulas of traditional wardrobes.

[0012] Thus, and with reference to the current state of the art, at least on the part of the applicant, the existence of any other cabinet, or any other invention of similar application, that solves the technical problem raised in the manner described in this descriptive report or that presents technical, structural and constitutive characteristics equal or similar to those of the one claimed herein is unknown.

[0013] EXPLANATION OF THE INVENTION

[0014] The ergonomic postural suspension structure proposed by the invention is configured as an optimal solution to achieve the aforementioned objectives, with the characterizing details that make it possible and that distinguish it being conveniently included in the final claims that accompany this description.

[0015] Specifically, what the invention proposes, as previously mentioned, is a wardrobe comprising a main structure or body with at least one module that can be removed by sliding outwards, said module or modules being provided with at least one shelf, preferably at different heights, to store, in a very orderly manner, all kinds of garments or other objects.

[0016] The idea arose from observing that, in typical wardrobes, it's common to accumulate items on the available shelves, which usually extend the full depth of the wardrobe. This means that when someone wants to find something, they have to rummage through the items until they find what they're looking for, which is almost always hidden behind other clothes. This leads to inconveniences and, above all, a waste of time, since afterwards, everything that's been moved around usually needs to be tidied up.

[0017] Therefore, the objective of the present invention is to have a piece of furniture with one, two or more removable modules that slide, through suspension and support means, preferably by means of upper and lower and / or side guides and support wheels and support to the floor, in the form of vertical drawers, of equal height to that of the wardrobe.

[0018] These modules, in turn, are equipped with one or more shelves that, preferably, can be adjusted to the heights chosen by the user using any of the solutions available in the current state of the art.

[0024] In view of the aforementioned figures, and in accordance with the numbering adopted, one can observe in them various non-limiting examples of the embodiment of the shelf cabinet with removable modules of the invention, which comprises what is described in detail below.

[0025] Thus, as can be seen in the figures, the wardrobe of the invention, consisting of a wardrobe-type piece of furniture, of the kind commonly found in homes, offices or warehouses, which, being of the type that includes one or more modules that slide outwards from its structure, is distinguished by the fact that it comprises a main body (1) in which it houses at least one module (2) configured to be moved outwards by means of horizontal sliding with a controlled trajectory through suspension and support means provided for this purpose between the module (2) and the main body (1), said at least one module (2) being provided with at least one shelf (5) that defines a horizontal surface intended to store the various objects or garments that are handled in homes, offices or warehouses, with the advantage that the placement of said objects can be done in an orderly manner in which everything stored can be located at first glance.

Claims

CLAIMS 1.- Wardrobe with removable modules, consisting of a wardrobe-type furniture, of the type that includes one or more modules that slide outwards from its structure, is characterized by comprising a main body (1) in which it houses at least one module (2) configured to be moved outwards from it by means of its horizontal sliding with a controlled trajectory through suspension and support means provided for this purpose between the module (2) and the main body (1), said at least one module (2) being provided with at least one shelf (5) that defines a horizontal surface intended to store objects or garments. 2.- Cabinet of shelves with removable modules, according to claim 1, characterized in that the main body (1) houses two or more modules (2) that are removable by sliding through the suspension and support means. 3.- Cabinet of shelves with removable modules, according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that each module (2) comprises two or more shelves (5). 4.- Cabinet of shelves with removable modules, according to any of the previous claims, characterized in that the shelves (5) are height adjustable. 5.- Cabinet of shelves with removable modules, according to any of the previous claims, characterized in that each module (2) comprises a handling handle (3) to facilitate the operation of removing it from the main body (1). 6.- Shelving cabinet with removable modules, according to any of the preceding claims, characterized in that the suspension and support means that allow the controlled trajectory sliding of the module or modules (2) out of the main body (1) comprise telescopic guides (4) that are installed on the top and bottom or side of each module (2). 7.- Cabinet of shelves with removable modules, according to claim 6, characterized in that the telescopic guides (4), at least those of the lower or side part, include small wheels or bearings that run between these and complementary wheels provided in the upper base (1.1) and in the lower base (1.2) or side part of the main body. 8.- Shelving cabinet with removable modules, according to any of the preceding claims, characterized in that the suspension and support means that allow the controlled trajectory sliding of the module or modules (2) outside the main body (1) comprise wheels (6), installed on the lower part of each module (2). 9.- Cabinet of shelves with removable modules, according to claim 8, characterized in that it comprises the inclusion of channels in the lower base (1.2) of the main body (1) through which the wheels (6) can move in contact with the floor (7). 10.- Cabinet of shelves with removable modules, according to any of the previous claims, characterized in that one or more of the modules (2) have two or more staggered opening positions. 11.- Shelving cabinet with removable modules, according to claim 10, characterized in that one or more of the modules (2) comprises one or more vertical divisions (10) between the horizontal shelves (5), and the module (2) can be partially removed, up to said division (10) or completely. 12.- Shelving cabinet with removable modules, according to claim 10 and 11, characterized in that it comprises a retractable stop (11) by means of a push button, located in coincidence with the position of the vertical division (10), being configured so that the extraction of the module (2) is free up to said stop (11) and opens it to the end when pressing the push button to overcome the stop (11). 13.- Wardrobe with removable modules, according to any of the preceding claims, characterized in that it comprises a part based on removable modules (2) and another part organized in a traditional manner with drawers (8), hanging rail (9) and / or other additional shelves and / or conventional storage accessories or elements, and provided or not with closing doors (10). 14.- Shelving unit with removable modules, according to any of the preceding claims, characterized in that the front panel (2.1) of the modules (2) is configured so that it extends peripherally, as a skirt or plinth, to cover the means of suspension and support thereof, so that in the closed position said elements cannot be seen. 15.- Shelving cabinet with removable modules, according to claim 13 and 14, characterized in that the front panels (2.1) of the modules (2) have the same height as the doors (10) of the conventional part of the cabinet (1).
