[0004] The invention relates to a method of degrading animal mixtures resulting in the production of keratinase - a keratin intermediate - for remediation and multiplication of remediation processes in soil and plants and seeds, especially for energetic stabilisation of nutrients, concentration and activation of proteins, the presence of which is multiplied many times through the action of a quantum device, thus increasing the efficiency and quality of the final product.

[0006] The Slovak published patent application PP 1539-2003 describes a fertiliser additive containing organically fixed nitrogen for the production of granulated or liquid fertiliser, which consists of a mixture of untreated or granulated bovine horns and hooves with a moisture content of up to 12 wt%, containing up to 18 percent of organically fixed nitrogen of protein nature, wherein the size of the granules of treated bovine horns and hooves is from 0 to 12 mm. At the same time, the essence of said solution is a method of producing the fertiliser additive containing organic nitrogen for producing granulated or liquid fertiliser, according to which the mixture is poured into a technological container, for example a reactor. 100% potassium hydroxide (KOH) is added to the mixture in a mass ratio of at least 1 : 2 to the quantity of the mixture to be processed and 200 1 of water are poured to the contents of the process vessel. The mixture can be stirred or heated in lye bath. Once dissolved, it is neutralised by adding 50 litres of 85 % phosphoric acid. After neutralisation, it can be enriched with other nutrients such as NO3, Mg, Fe, Co, B, Mn, Zn, Cu, etc. Finally, water (H2O) is added to the solution up to a volume of 1000 litres. From the point of view of plant nutrition, the nitrogen content of the soil is the most important, although the presence of phosphorus and sulphur has a positive effect too. As it is organically bound in the soil, it is released gradually. Decomposition of albuminoid substances converts it first to ammonium (NH4+) and by further oxidation to nitrate form (NO3). Fertilisers produced so far are usually low in nutrients. The nitrogen present is in nitrate form and to a lesser extent in ammonium form. In off-root application, amide nitrogen is less necrotic to plant tissue. Combination with other forms of nitrogen allows better utilisation of this nutrient by plants.
[0007] Further known is a method for producing compost according to a Hungarian invention, patent no. 205 336 A, high in organic matter with a stimulating and alternative ameliorative effect, using an additive comprising keratin and pig manure. The production method consists in separating the liquid pig manure into solid and liquid parts by phase separation. The solid part is mixed with keratin-containing substances (hair, horn). The resulting base material contains 5-50% of keratin substance. The base material is mixed with 2-8% slaked lime, 5-10% alginite, 5-10% rhyolite tuff and 10-20% peat. The mixture obtained, taking into account its total weight, is further homogenised after the addition of 10% keratin additive. This well-mixed compost is then put in a bank. Bank moisture of 65-80% is ensured with the help of a liquid containing 5- 20% dissolved keratin. After 1-2 months, the bank is stirred. According to the Hungarian invention, patent no. 205 739 A, a base material for a slow degrading biofertiliser enriched with trace elements and with a high organic content using keratin is known. The method for making this mixture is as follows. Substances containing keratin are mixed with slaked lime. They are subjected to heat treatment in an autoclave under simultaneous pressure change and constant agitation, The hot mass is filtered and filled into storage tanks. The biofertiliser mass thus obtained is supplemented with trace elements as required. The above fertilisers with keratin additives are technologically demanding, lengthy and require some time before application; heat treatment also increases the cost of its preparation.

[0009] The deficiencies described in the prior art are remedied by the invention as defined in the present patent claims, the gist of which is that the method for treating animal mixtures focuses on complex degradation of animal mixtures, the production of keratinase and intermediate for nutrition and remediation processes in seeds, soil and plants, the application of which will significantly affect the change in the structure of the soil stock, multiply carbon sequestration, thus avoiding soil erosion, while making meaningful use of quantum saturation in the extraquantum world of energies, such as energy stabilisation of nutrients, concentration and activation of proteins, the presence of which is multiplied many times through the action of the quantum device, thus increasing the efficiency and quality of the final product. This process is transformed into binary codes and then, through a quantum device, into extraquantum communication, the language of hexagrams, trigrams and digrams (diplets) for 3D and 2D. The developed coded language is designed to communicate the initiation of the primary degradation processes in order to multiply the subsequent intracellular revitalisation processes.

[0011] An amino acid fertiliser providing a change in soil structure is obtained by processing the above defined animal mixtures, among which we can include feathers, e.g. from chickens, geese, ducks, ostriches from poultry plants, and bristles, hair from cowhide, horns and hooves, pig's trotters, fish scraps, mussels, meat and bone meal, fish meal, hair, fur, residues of hides, hair, sheep's wool, camel's wool, bristles of pigs and cattle, kangaroos, bovine, camel, kangaroo bones, bones of any poultry and pig bones (hereinafter referred to as the mixture of organic materials).
[0012] The production process is carried out in processing plants - meat processing plants, collection yards, etc., where possible also drying or grinding of organic raw materials takes place. The raw materials is transported in transport containers approved by the veterinary administration and validly disinfected by an authorised company.

Otherwise, it is necessary to provide a refrigerated container for the storage of raw materials. The reaction vessel must be adapted to the strict requirements of the technological process.

For this type of soil and plant nutrition we use maximum high rates (from 85% to 99.99% of the value) of concentrates, which are mixed in the following quantities into keratinase, using the following neutralisation options - up to 150 kg of 2-hydroxypropane- 1,2,3-tricarboxylic acid, 3-3-carboxy-3 hydroxypeptandic acid C6H8O7 CO3H50 (COOH, or up to 140 kg of acetasol (CH3COOH), or up to - 150 kg of methanoic acid (HCOOH); or up to - 135 kg of vitriol oil; r - up to 128 kg,- E 338 -, orthophosphoric acid H3PO4; or trihydrogen(tertaoxo)phosphate in proportion to the weight of the organic raw material mixture. - These acids can be added directly to the reaction vessel, while being mixed with specially treated and electromagnetically saturated water (110 litres) before pouring them in, and under vigorous stirring the neutralisation of the intermediate is stabilised.
