Abstract
Description
[0001] ACCESSORY FOR A DEVICE FOR MECHANICAL IMPACT ON HUMAN SOFT TISSUE
[0002] The claimed accessory belongs to the medical equipment section, to devices for influencing human soft tissues, reflex points and internal organs, for example, by massage, rubbing, pressure, vibration.
[0003] Some terms used to interpret the essence and formula of the claimed device. A device or accessory for a device is an object comprising the components necessary for its operation, including removable and replaceable ones. Mechanical action on soft tissues can be contact or non-contact, using air waves, oscillation or vibration, friction, heating, and combinations thereof. An element is a functional part of the device, defined by the volume necessary to perform its function and connect with other elements. In particular, an elongated element is defined by a portion curved along a rotational trajectory and capable of elastic extension. An element can also be a component of another element and be defined by the performance of its function. In particular, an acting element can be made integral with the elongated element and defined by the volume necessary for insertion into a human anatomical opening, specifically as the rounded free end of the elongated element.A rotational trajectory is an imaginary line formed by rotation around an imaginary center with a constant radius, which forms part of a circle, or with a varying radius, which forms part of a spiral or ellipse. This line is essentially the contour of the bend or shape. An imaginary center is an immaterial point, essentially from which a circle, ellipse, or spiral is constructed. An imaginary axis of rotation is an immaterial line that may coincide with a material object. Proximity is the position of an object at which it is at the necessary and sufficient distance from another object to perform its function, or in close proximity. A bending plane is an imaginary flat surface that longitudinally intersects an elongated element, and this intersection is the bending contour. A feature can also be optionally implemented, while retaining its original meaning. An elongated element is a part of an accessory characterized by a first end and a second end connected to a connecting element and defined by the ability to impart reciprocating motion to the first end of the elongated element within a human anatomical opening and to elastically press a mechanical device connected to the connecting element against the soft tissue surrounding said anatomical opening. A connecting element is a part of an accessory characterized by the presence of a space for connection to a mechanical device and the ability to retain said device during use.
[0004] A rotating element is a part of an accessory characterized by the presence of a mechanical connection between the connecting element and the second end of the elongated element, and defined by the ability to provide a rotary connection with the connecting element. An axial element is a part of a connecting element characterized by the ability to provide a rotary connection and defined by the ability to provide rotation of the connecting element relative to the rotating element.
[0005] The prior art discloses a device for massage with a stimulating element, patent RU2724412, containing a first stimulating element.
[0006] (624) connected to the first end (610) of the curved elongated element
[0007] (608), the second end of which (612) is pivotally connected to the second stimulating element (614) via the axis (620) of the elongated element and the opening (622) of the second stimulating element. A disadvantage of this device is that the second stimulating element protrudes forward relative to the axis of rotation, which, for better functioning, should be close to the center of curvature along the arc of a circle of the elongated element. In this case, the space is limited by the forward-protruding first stimulating element, and the space behind the second stimulating element is not used. The stimulating element is part of the device and cannot be replaced. Another disadvantage is the need to hold the handle, which is distant from the curved element, which complicates manipulation in hard-to-reach places.A specialist in this field knows that the human anatomical openings are, in particular, the anus and vagina, and the surrounding tissues are the perineum, a flattened area with a prominent perineal raphe, and the convex vulva with a prominent clitoris. To promote reproductive health, pelvic manipulations, such as prostate massage, can be performed.

[0019] Practical application of the accessory with references to the drawing positions corresponding to the presented modifications. The user connects the device for mechanical action on human soft tissues with the connecting element 108 or 208, inserts the first end 104 or 204 of the elongated element 102 or 202, respectively, into the anatomical opening, and, if present, the free end 236 of the elastic element 232. The user places the said device on the soft tissues surrounding the anatomical opening, for example, so that their protruding portions are in the channel 132. The user rotates the elongated element 102 or 202, holding, if present, the additional element 230, pushing the first end 104 or 204 of the elongated element 102 or 202, respectively, into the depth of the anatomical opening. In this case, the rotating element 112 or the rotating elements 212 and 238 are rotated with the help of the axial element 110 or the axial elements 210 and 242 and the axis 114 or the axes 214 and 240 relative to the imaginary axis 116 or 216, respectively. As the elongated element 102 or 202 is immersed, it is elastically straightened and the accessory 100 or 200 is transformed into the second position, in particular 100A, in which the elongated element 102A is straightened, its second end 104A together with the rotating element 112A is rotated on the axial element 110 relative to the imaginary axis and the imaginary center 116 and 118. Upon reaching the required immersion depth, the user performs a reverse rotation of the elongated element 102 or 202, which, due to elasticity, restores its shape and thereby pulls the first end 104 or 204 of the elongated element 102 or 202, respectively, and returns the device 100 or 200 to the first position.During operation, the user activates the device for mechanical action on the soft tissues of a person, for example by pressing button 124 of control means 126 which supplies electric power from power source 122 to electric drive 128, which activates membrane 130, and, if available, means for converting electric power into mechanical action on the soft tissues of a person, for which he presses button 224 of control means 226 which supplies electric power from power source 222 to said means for converting electric power 228. The device can be equipped with a removable power source, a removable electromechanical component, a remote control, magnetic or contactless charging of the battery. The device may be made of silicone rubber or thermoplastic elastomers and may have a connecting element, a rotating element, an axial element, and other components made of plastic or metal, as well as all known options for similar devices. The elongated element may be curved in a circle, spiral, or ellipse, or combinations thereof. The imaginary axis of rotation may be offset from the imaginary center. The axial element may be made of an elastically deformable material and connected to the housing and the rotating element, such that rotation is achieved through elastic deformation of the axial element, for example, a coil spring. The surface of the device may have a textured surface and may also be heated. The device may be mounted to a surface or connected to another user's body, have a mechanical drive, and be moisture- and water-resistant.

The specified modifications are preferred and do not limit implementation; any combination of technical solutions, features, elements, and means listed in the description and claims may be embodied in a single device, depending on the feasibility of their combination.
[0021] The description of combinations in one device is of a recommendatory nature and does not limit their implementation in another device of the same purpose; any improvements must be considered within the scope of protection.
