[0051] <Polymer>

[0052] A polymer of the present embodiment has a first structural unit represented by General Formula (I) described below, and a second structural unit having an  oxiranyl group.

[0055] According to the polymer of the present embodiment, it is possible to obtain a film-shaped bonding adhesive agent having excellent handleability and followability. According to the polymer of the present embodiment, in an evaluation method described in Examples described below, for the handleability, it is possible to obtain, as a complex viscosity at 30℃, for example, 1.0 × 105 Pa·s or more (preferably, 4.0 × 105 Pa·s or more, more than 4.0 × 105 Pa·s, 5.0 × 105 Pa·s or more, 8.0 × 105 Pa·s or more, 1.0 × 106 Pa·s or more, or the like) , and for the followability, it is possible to obtain, as a complex viscosity at 150℃, for example, 1.0 × 104 Pa·s or less (preferably, less than 1.0 × 104 Pa·s, 6.0 × 103 Pa·s or less, 4.0 × 103 Pa·s or less, 2.0 × 103 Pa·s or less, 1.0 × 103 Pa·s or less, or the like) . The complex viscosity at 30℃ can be used as an index of the stickiness of a curable resin composition at approximately a room temperature, and in a case where the complex viscosity at 30℃ is high, it is possible to evaluate that the handleability is high since seepage, tackiness, and the like are easily suppressed. The complex viscosity at 150℃ can be used as an index of the stickiness of a curable resin composition in the case of embedding or molding a member having unevenness (for example, a circuit substrate) by using a film-shaped curable resin composition, and in a case where the complex viscosity at 150℃ is low, it is  possible to evaluate that the followability is high since the curable resin composition easily follows the unevenness.
