Abstract

ZIPPER BAG PRODUCING APPARATUS AND ZIPPER BAG PRODUCED USING THE SAMEFIELD OF THE INVENTION

[0001] The present invention relates to the field of engineering, and specifically relates to a zipper bag producing apparatus and a zipper bag produced using the same.BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

[0002] Nowadays, there is a zipper bag producing apparatus having main components including a melted plastic import section, a plastic sheet blow molding section, a plastic sheet rolling set, and a section for cutting and welding edges of a zipper bag, respectively. The plastic sheet blow molding section has a blowing head attached to it. This blowing head acts like a mold for molding a plastic sheet from melted plastic, and mainly comprises: a blowing head core, a blowing head jacket, a heart, a ring, a zipper plate, and a ring cover. In this case, the current blowing head ring has a smooth inner surface. Therefore, when the melted plastic is blown through the blowing head, a plastic sheet with a smooth surface will be obtained. In other words, a zipper bag with the smooth surface is obtained in the end. However, if there is a need to make a pattern on the zipper bag, it is necessary to add a process and apparatus specifically for making the pattern, which results in more time and cost in producing the zipper bag.SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

[0029] As shown in, the zipper bag producing apparatus of the present invention mainly comprises the melted plastic import section 1, the plastic sheet blow molding section 2, the plastic sheet extrusion section 3, and the section for cutting and welding edges of the zipper bag 4.

[0030] The melted plastic import section 1 is characterized in a vertically arranged funnel-like structure that serves as a channel through which the melted plastic is fed into the zipper bag producing apparatus. After the melted plastic is fed through the melted plastic import section 1 into the zipper bag producing apparatus, the melted plastic is then conveyed to the plastic sheet blow molding section 2.

As a result, a cylindrical plastic sheet will be obtained with a thickness equal to the width of the plastic blowing channel 230 and a surface with a predetermined surface texture inside the plastic blowing channel 230. That is, the surface is characterized by the internal surface of the striped ring section 220 and the external surface of the zipper ring section 210 which form the plastic blowing channel 230 therebetween.

[0032] As shown in, the zipper ring section 210 has at least one pair of male zipper structure 211 and female zipper structure 212 (has a double zipper structure) arranged symmetrically apart on the surface of the zipper ring section with respect to its diameter. Then the flat plastic sheet is cut open by cutting off the part of the plastic sheet that is between the male and female zippers, i.e., the part of the plastic sheet molded by the plastic blowing channel 230 between the short side ring 220A, forming an opening for passage of objects into the zipper bag.

[0037] The plastic sheet, which is flat and has been cut open, then exits the plastic sheet extrusion section 3 and enter the section for cutting and welding edges of the zipper bag 4 of the zipper bag producing apparatus of the present invention. For example, as shown in, the striped ring section 220 has more than one groove section 221 distributed along the entire length of the long side ring 220B. The groove sections 221, when viewed from above, have a semicircular shape in two sizes: small and large. Based on the horizontal diameter of, it can be seen that the upper half of the long side ring 220B above the horizontal diameter has the small groove sections 221, while the lower half of the long side ring 220B has the small groove sections 221on the right side of the vertical diameter and large groove sections on the left side, and two additional large groove sections on the right side. The distance between the two groove sections 221 on the upper half of the long side ring 220B is less than the distance between the two groove sections 221 on the lower half of the long side ring 220B. Thus, the striped ring section 220 with the groove sections 221 as shown inwill create a rounded stripe pattern (ridges 34) on both outer surfaces of the zipper bag body as shown in Figs. 9A and 9B. The rounded stripe pattern will have the size, arrangement and spacing between the stripes in accordance with the size, arrangement and spacing of the groove sections 221 of the striped ring section 220 of. That is, the upper half of the zipper bag body has small, evenly spaced, horizontal stripes while the lower half has long horizontal stripes, one side contains large stripes, the other side contains small stripes with a mixture of large stripes, wherein the stripes on both sides of the lower half are placed in corresponding positions. Thus, providing the zipper bag producing apparatus with more than one groove section on one part or distributed along the entire length of the above long side ring can provide multiple patterns on the zipper bag at once, which can save more time and cost in creating patterns.

Claims

A zipper bag producing apparatus comprising:a melted plastic import section being an entrance to the zipper bag producing apparatus for melted plastic,a plastic sheet blow molding section located next to the melted plastic import section comprising a zipper ring section and a striped ring section with an inner diameter slightly larger than the zipper ring section, creating a plastic blowing channel therebetween, wherein the zipper ring section has at least one pair of male and female zipper structures arranged symmetrically apart with respect to the diameter and both zipper structures are connected to the above plastic blowing channel,a plastic sheet extrusion section located next to the plastic sheet blow molding section and having a plurality of rollers to roll out a cylindrical plastic sheet into a flat sheet while the plastic sheet is conveyed through the rollers, anda section for cutting and welding edges of a zipper bag, located next to the plastic sheet extrusion section, serving to weld edges of the zipper bag to leave an opening on only one side, and then cut the zipper bag apart,characterized in that,the male and female zipper structures divide corresponding inner surfaces of the striped ring section into a short side ring and a long side ring between the two zipper structures and the striped ring section has at least one groove section formed on the long side ring of the inner surface of the ring.The apparatus according to claim 1, wherein more than one groove section is on one part or distributed along the entire length of the long side ring.The apparatus according to claim 2, wherein the groove sections are on either half of the ring with respect to the diameter of the ring drawn through the center between the two zipper structures.The apparatus according to claim 2, wherein the groove sections are distributed in such a way that the groove sections are formed in pairs on opposite sides with respect to the diameter of the ring drawn through the center between the two zipper structures.The apparatus according to claim 2, wherein the groove sections are freely distributed along the entire length of the long side ring.The apparatus according to any of claims 2 to 5, wherein the groove sections are of a circular or rectangular shape or a combination thereof.The apparatus according to claim 6, wherein the individual groove sections are all different sizes and shapes, or are partially the same size and shape, or are all the same size and shape.A zipper bag produced using the apparatus according to any of claims 1 to 7, wherein the zipper bag comprises a bag body having an internal space for containing objects, a bag end being an opening allowing objects to pass into the internal space of the bag, and a zipper assembly being constructed with the zipper structures running along the entire length of the zipper bag on the inner surface of the zipper bag located between the bag body and the bag end, and wherein the zipper bag further comprises a plurality of ridges formed by the groove sections of the apparatus according to any of claims 1 to 6 on the outer or inner surface or both sides of the bag body.The zipper bag according to claim 8, wherein the ridges are characterized in a straight stripe running horizontally the entire length of the zipper bag and parallel to the zipper.
