Abstract

The present invention relates to a camera image-based moving vehicle weight measurement apparatus capable of non-contact measurement of the weight of a moving vehicle passing over a road speed bump, the apparatus comprising, as main components: a vehicle recognition unit including a server and a camera that captures movement of a vehicle; a vehicle motion recording unit for capturing movement of the vehicle when the vehicle passes over the road speed bump; a vehicle motion analysis unit which uses the captured image of the vehicle so as to quantitatively analyze motion of the vehicle and convert same into data, thereby extracting a time-series vehicle motion displacement amount, and which extracts core data from the motion displacement amount; and an artificial intelligence calculation unit for calculating, on the basis of the core data of the vehicle motion analysis unit, the weight of the vehicle by means of deep learning artificial intelligence.
