Description

Server providing travel itinerary creation and management services and its operation method

[0001] The present invention relates to a server providing a travel itinerary generation and management service and a method of operation thereof.

[0002] Since overseas travel has become a common leisure activity, the forms and methods of providing travel products have also evolved in diverse ways. In the early days, when travel information was scarce, package tours enjoyed high demand; however, recently, as abundant travel information can be obtained simply through online searches or social media, the proportion of independent travel—where individuals plan and execute their own trips—is increasing.

[0003] Consequently, there is a strong demand for platforms that enable users to easily identify and select items such as flights, accommodations, admission tickets, and experience bookings to include in their independent travel plans. However, conventionally, platforms have been limited to providing functions for searching or booking individual travel-related items, and there is a lack of platforms that assist in creating and managing travel plans that comprehensively consider all relevant factors.

[0004] Conventional technology lacks the functionality to easily identify and incorporate real-time changing travel information into plans, as well as to facilitate the sharing of travel plans that meet mutual needs among users with agreed-upon companions or those requiring companions. Accordingly, to enhance the convenience of the aforementioned domestic and international travelers, there is a need to develop a new type of platform capable of performing itinerary creation and management functions optimized for the purpose of travel planning.

[0005] The present invention aims to provide a server for providing a travel itinerary generation and management service and a method of operation thereof, which enables high accessibility and convenience in establishing an initial travel itinerary by automatically generating a recommended travel itinerary tailored to the user's requirements and travel preferences.

[0006] In addition, the present invention aims to provide a server for providing a travel itinerary creation and management service and a method of operation thereof, which allows a user to easily edit a travel itinerary by travel content including airline tickets, accommodations, tours, and admission tickets included in the itinerary, and to mutually share the travel itinerary with companions or an unspecified number of people according to the user's choice.

[0007] In addition, the present invention aims to provide a server for providing a travel itinerary generation and management service and a method of operation thereof, which can automatically check for changes in travel content included in a travel itinerary at any time, find alternatives, and propose a new travel itinerary that takes these into account.

[0008] The technical problems of the present invention are not limited to those mentioned above, and other unmentioned technical problems will be clearly understood by those skilled in the art from the description below.

[0009] A method for providing a travel itinerary generation management service according to an embodiment of the present invention may include: receiving a request for automatic travel itinerary generation from a first user electronic device by a travel itinerary generation management service providing server; collecting user data from the first user electronic device and an external server based on the request for automatic travel itinerary generation; determining at least one travel tendency category by analyzing the user data; selecting travel content that corresponds to the travel tendency category from among pre-stored travel content; generating a recommended travel itinerary by combining the selected travel content based on content-related information including date, time, and place; and providing data regarding the recommended travel itinerary to the first user electronic device.

[0010] Additionally, the user data collected from the external server includes post data included on the user's SNS account page, and the step of determining at least one travel tendency category by analyzing the user data may include: a step of extracting travel-related data from the post data based on pre-stored filtering keywords; a step of performing person differentiation based on similarity analysis from at least one image included in the travel-related data; a step of analyzing the number of people within the same image and the variability of people between images based on the result of the person differentiation; and a step of determining one travel tendency category that distinguishes the degree of travel affinity based on the analysis result.

[0011] Additionally, the step of determining at least one travel tendency category by analyzing the user data may further include: a step of analyzing the frequency of movement between places and the distance traveled per day based on location and time information included in the travel-related data; and a step of determining one travel tendency category that distinguishes the degree of travel activity based on the analysis results.

[0012] Additionally, the recommended travel itinerary is provided as a schedule editing tool that enables movement, modification, deletion, and addition of new travel content for each of the travel contents, and when editing information entered into the schedule editing tool is received from the first user electronic device, the method may further include the step of performing an evaluation of the feasibility of a modified travel itinerary based on the editing information; and the step of providing either a notification of confirmation of the modified travel itinerary or a notification of a change request to the first user electronic device according to the result of the feasibility evaluation.

[0013] Additionally, the method may further include the step of providing data regarding the recommended travel itinerary to a second user electronic device based on companion information included in the request for automatic generation of the travel itinerary; and, when editing information entered into the schedule editing tool is received from at least one of the first user electronic device and the second user electronic device, the step of simultaneously sharing the editing information and notification information of the modified travel itinerary with the first user electronic device and the second user electronic device.

[0014] In addition, the request for automatic generation of the travel itinerary includes information on the disclosure status of the recommended travel itinerary, and the disclosure status information is selected as either an open type or a closed type. If the disclosure status information is selected as the open type, data regarding the recommended travel itinerary is exposed in the public travel itinerary list and is provided for viewing and editing by an unspecified number of people connected to the server providing the travel itinerary generation management service. If the disclosure status information is selected as the closed type, the data regarding the recommended travel itinerary is locked so that it can be viewed and edited only by the user and the companions based on the companion information included in the request for automatic generation of the travel itinerary.

[0015] Additionally, the method may further include the steps of: collecting current information of each of the travel contents at predetermined intervals after the generation of the recommended travel itinerary; determining the content requiring modification among the travel contents based on the current information; collecting travel-related information from the external server to select alternative content for the content requiring modification; combining the alternative content and the previously selected travel content to generate a plurality of alternative travel itineraries; performing a similarity analysis with the recommended travel itinerary to calculate a score for each of the plurality of alternative travel itineraries; and providing a list of the alternative travel itineraries to the first user electronic device in order of highest to lowest calculated score.

[0016] In addition, the alternative content is characterized by being selected by searching within the movement radius between the previously selected travel content, and the similarity analysis with the recommended travel itinerary may be characterized by being performed based on analysis criteria including at least one of place similarity, travel distance similarity, price similarity, and content type similarity.

[0017] Additionally, the method may further include the steps of: comparing recommended travel itineraries between users; matching at least two recommended travel itineraries in which the similarity of the comparison results exceeds a preset threshold value; generating a plurality of integrated travel itineraries in which the travel content is recombined based on the travel content information included in each of the matched recommended travel itineraries; calculating a score for each of the plurality of integrated travel itineraries based on price information and travel distance information; and providing a list of the integrated travel itineraries in order of highest to lowest calculated score to the electronic device owned by the user of the matched recommended travel itineraries.

Additionally, a travel itinerary creation management service providing system according to one embodiment of the present invention may further include an external server (400) as needed.

[0035] The travel itinerary creation management service provider server (100), the first user electronic device (200), the second user electronic device (300), and the external server (400) are connected to communicate with each other so as to transmit or receive necessary signals or information to each other.

[0036] The travel itinerary creation and management service provider server (100) may refer to a server that automatically creates and proposes a travel itinerary that meets the user's requests based on the results of the analysis of the user's travel tendencies. Additionally, the travel itinerary creation and management service provider server (100) may refer to a server that provides a free editing function that allows the user to directly edit and change the travel itinerary. Furthermore, the travel itinerary creation and management service provider server (100) may refer to a server that allows different users to selectively share and edit the same travel itinerary, or creates and proposes a single integrated optimal travel itinerary by sharing their respective travel itineraries.

[0037] Here, a server may refer to a device including a processing unit and memory that processes data. In this case, the service provided by the travel itinerary creation management service providing server (100) may be a web or app-based service that operates when a user inputs or selects a request for automatic travel itinerary creation through the first user electronic device (200). Additionally, even in the absence of a user request input, it may include a web or app-based service that automatically recommends a travel itinerary suitable for the user from among the travel itineraries shared by other users upon connection.

[0038] Next, the first user electronic device (200) may refer to an electronic device owned by a user utilizing the travel itinerary creation and management service. For example, the first user electronic device (200) may be implemented as various types of devices for using the service, such as a smartphone or a PC (Personal Computer).

[0039] The user can send a request for automatic generation of a travel itinerary to the travel itinerary generation management service provider server (100) using the first user electronic device (200), and can receive travel itinerary information generated by the travel itinerary generation management service provider server (100). Additionally, the user can freely edit the travel itinerary stored in the travel itinerary generation management service provider server (100) using the first user electronic device (200), and can view the results of the verification procedure automatically performed according to the edited itinerary.

[0040] The first user electronic device (200) may be connected to a travel itinerary creation management service provider server (100) via various communication methods to implement the above service. [0044] Additionally, the external server (400) may include an SNS server that includes a user SNS account page providing user data. In this case, when there is a request for automatic generation of a travel itinerary by the user, the travel itinerary generation management service providing server (100) can analyze the user's travel tendencies by analyzing images, text, etc., of posts uploaded by the user, and can select travel content suitable for the user based on the analysis results and include it in the generation of the travel itinerary.

[0045] Additionally, the external server (400) may include domestic and international weather information providing servers that provide weather information. In this case, based on the date information included in the user's travel itinerary, the travel itinerary creation and management service providing server (100) may request the external server (400) to update weather information corresponding to the date information at preset intervals. Then, it may determine whether there is any content among the travel content included in the travel itinerary that is inconsistent with the weather information (e.g., expected flight cancellation due to a typhoon, expected inability to experience snorkeling due to the rainy season, etc.) and suggest either maintaining the itinerary or requesting a change.

[0046] As another example, the external server (400) may refer to a server that runs a program for searching information and sites existing on the web. In this case, the external server (400) included in the embodiment of the present invention may include all servers running various search engine programs that are widely known to a person skilled in the art.

[0047] The travel itinerary creation and management service provider server (100) can receive search data based on specific search terms from an external server (400). At this time, if necessary, the travel itinerary creation and management service provider server (100) may request by specifying two or more search terms, or may request that only recent post data be selectively collected by limiting the posting date and time of the information to be searched.

[0048] Search data can be used to collect detailed information on at least one of the schedules included in the user's travel itinerary, thereby enabling the travel itinerary to be updated frequently by reflecting changes due to changes over time. For example, if a specific tourist attraction A is included in the user's travel itinerary, the travel itinerary creation management service provider server (100) may request search data with tourist attraction A as the search term from an external server (400) at preset intervals. Then, the external server (400) may collect and provide recent post data regarding tourist attraction A at that time, and the travel itinerary creation management service provider server (100) may automatically determine whether visiting tourist attraction A is possible during the travel itinerary and suggest either maintaining the itinerary or requesting a change.

[0049]

[0050] FIG. 2 is a block diagram showing an example of the detailed configuration of a travel itinerary creation management service provider server (100) illustrated in FIG. 1.

[0051] As illustrated in FIG. 2, the travel itinerary creation management service providing server (100) may include a communication module (110), a processor (130), and a database (150).

[0052] The communication module (110) can perform communication with the travel schedule creation management service provider server (100) and external devices. The communication module (110) can perform communication between the first user electronic device (200) and the travel schedule creation management service provider server (100). Additionally, the communication module (110) can perform communication between the second user electronic device (300) and the travel schedule creation management service provider server (100). The communication module (110) can receive data or signals regarding a request for automatic travel schedule creation from the first user electronic device (200) and / or the second user electronic device (300). Conversely, the communication module (110) can transmit information related to the generated travel schedule to the first user electronic device (200) and / or the second user electronic device (300), and can transmit notification data or signals regarding changes in the travel schedule.

[0053] Additionally, the communication module (110) can receive data from an external server (400) that the processor (130) requests to crawl. As another example, the communication module (110) can receive search data from an external server (400) based on a search term requested by the processor (130).

[0054] The communication module (110) is provided so that the travel itinerary creation management service provider server (100) can be directly connected to the outside or connected via a network, and may be a wired and / or wireless communication module. For example, the communication module (110) may be a device that communicates via LAN, WCDMA (Wideband Code Division Multiple Access), LTE (Long Term Evolution), WiBro (Wireless Broadband Internet), RF (Radio Frequency) communication, Wireless LAN, Wi-Fi (Wireless Fidelity), NFC (Near Field Communication), Bluetooth, infrared communication, etc. However, this is exemplary, and various wired and wireless communication technologies applicable in the relevant technical field may be used according to the embodiments to which the present invention is applied.

[0055] The processor (130) is electrically connected to the communication module (110) and the database (150) and can execute operations or data processing regarding the control and / or communication of other components according to stored instructions, programs, or software during operation. That is, the execution of said instructions, programs, or software can be understood as the operation of the processor (130), and the processor (130) may include at least one of a central processing unit (CPU), an application processor (AP), or a communication processor (CP).

[0056] A processor (130) according to an embodiment of the present invention may include a schedule generation module (131), an editing module (133), and a review / integration module (135). However, the described modules are merely illustrative examples of some modules necessary for explaining one embodiment of the present invention, and it is obvious that a plurality of modules according to various embodiments of the present invention may be further included in the processor (130).

[0057] When there is a request for automatic generation of a travel schedule by a user, the schedule generation module (131) can obtain user data by collecting user SNS post data from an external server (400), including user information identified from the first user electronic device (200). Then, the schedule generation module (131) can determine the user's travel tendency category by analyzing the obtained user data. Here, the travel tendency category may refer to at least one category capable of expressing the user's travel tendency, and may be selected to match the user's tendency from categories such as 'Activity type / Relaxation type', 'Intimacy type / Solitude type', 'Long-term stay type / Short-term travel type', 'Luxury type / Cost-effective type', and 'Urban type / Nature type'.

[0058] The itinerary generation module (131) can generate a recommended travel itinerary by selecting and combining travel content that matches the user's travel preference category once the category is determined. Here, travel content may refer to various options that can be included in the travel itinerary and may include at least one of flight tickets, transportation, accommodation, tourist attractions, activities, facility admission, restaurant and cafe information.

[0059] The editing module (133) can update the saved travel schedule by reflecting the input information when the user inputs edit details into the travel schedule through the first user electronic device (200). Here, the editing module (133) can perform the function of creating and displaying highly visible icons for each travel content to facilitate editing for the user. Additionally, the editing module (133) can perform the function of reflecting schedule changes for each travel content when there is a drag-and-drop input from the user.

[0060] Meanwhile, the editing module (133) can provide a collaborative editing function that allows users set as companions to simultaneously share a single travel itinerary and edit it individually. In this case, if the results edited by different users differ, the editing module (133) can determine and suggest the most desirable travel content configuration based on the time arrangement and travel distance between the travel contents.

[0061] The review / integration module (135) can review the user's saved travel itinerary at regular intervals and determine whether each included travel content is feasible. For example, regarding 'cruise use' included in the user's travel itinerary, the review / integration module (135) can determine whether it is still feasible by collecting and updating weather information for the relevant travel date and time and information on the status of remaining cruise reservation seats.

[0062] Additionally, the review / integration module (135) can review the similarity between different users' travel itineraries that have been set to be shared with other users, and can generate the most optimal travel itinerary by integrating similar travel itineraries. In this case, the review / integration module (135) can assist users in planning their travel itineraries more efficiently by proposing the integrated travel itinerary to relevant users, and can assist in finding travel companions if necessary.

[0063] The database (150) can store all contents, details, etc. of data transmitted and received with the first user electronic device (200), the second user electronic device (300), and the external server (400). Data stored in the database (150) can be updated regularly according to a predetermined period, and can be updated frequently when new data is input through each external device.

[0064] The database (150) can be implemented as various types of storage devices capable of inputting and outputting information, and may be provided inside the travel itinerary creation management service provider server (100) as shown in FIG. 2, or may be provided in a separate external device.

[0065] For example, a database (150) according to an embodiment of the present invention may store travel content information collected from various external servers (400). As an example, the database (150) may store information on activity products frequently used by travelers when traveling to a specific country. Additionally, the database (150) may store information on public transportation types, timetables, and ticket prices for a specific country. In addition to the examples described above, the database (150) may store various price information, time information, location information, and usage restriction information related to travel content.

[0066]

[0067] In the following specification, a method for providing a travel itinerary creation and management service according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 3 to 5.

[0068] FIG. 3 is a flowchart schematically illustrating a method for providing a travel itinerary creation and management service according to one embodiment of the present invention.

[0069] As illustrated in FIG. 3, a travel itinerary management service providing server (100) according to one embodiment of the present invention may receive a travel itinerary automatic generation request from a first user electronic device (200) (S310). The travel itinerary automatic generation request may simply include an automatic generation request without additional information, but it may also correspond to an automatic generation request with additional information entered, such as 'December overseas travel', 'New York travel', 'travel to a suburb within 3 hours of Seoul', to include travel-related options desired by the user.

[0070] A travel itinerary management service provider server (100) can collect user data from a first user electronic device (200) and an external server (400) based on a request for automatic generation of a travel itinerary (S320). The first user electronic device (200) can collect user information including user gender, age, residence, current location, and activity time information stored in a user terminal or PC. Among the external servers (400), the SNS server can collect post data such as images, videos, and text registered on the user account page. User information and post data can be collected integrally to form user data.

[0071] Next, the travel itinerary management service provider server (100) can determine at least one travel tendency category by analyzing user data (S330). Here, the travel tendency category may refer to at least one category that can express the user's travel tendency, and may be selected to match the user's tendency from categories such as 'activity type / relaxation type', 'intimacy type / solitude type', 'long-term stay type / short-term travel type', 'luxury type / cost-effective type', 'urban type / nature type'. Based on the results of user data analysis, one or more travel tendency categories may be determined and used for selecting travel content.

[0072] More specifically, according to one embodiment of the present invention, a method for determining a travel tendency category can be performed according to the flowchart illustrated in FIG. 4. For example, user data collected from an external server (400) includes post data included on a user SNS account page, and the step (S330) of determining at least one travel tendency category by analyzing the user data illustrated in FIG. 3 may include each specific step illustrated in FIG. 4.

[0073] Referring to FIG. 4, the travel schedule management service providing server (100) can extract travel-related data from post data based on pre-stored filtering keywords (S410). Then, the travel schedule management service providing server (100) performs person distinction based on similarity analysis from at least one image included in the travel-related data (S420), and can analyze the number of people within the same image and the variability of people between images based on the result of person distinction (S430). For example, post data containing the text "travel" included in the filtering keywords can be extracted, and from the image of the post data, it can analyze whether "4 people" appear repeatedly within the same image and whether 5 additional people other than the 4 are recognized.

[0074] Next, the travel itinerary management service provider server (100) can determine a travel tendency category that distinguishes the degree of travel affinity based on the analysis results (S440). That is, since it is analyzed that there are four companions for each image of the travel-related post data and that communication during the trip with people other than companions is smooth, the user's travel tendency category can be determined to be 'intimate type' among 'intimate type / solitary type'.

[0075] As another example, the step (S330) of determining at least one travel tendency category by analyzing user data illustrated in FIG. 3 may further include the step of analyzing the frequency of movement between places and the distance traveled by date based on location and time information included in the travel-related data, and the step of determining one travel tendency category that distinguishes the degree of travel activity based on the analysis results.

[0076] For example, among the user's travel-related posts, travel images and location information recognized as three European countries A, B, and C may be analyzed as belonging to time information over a one-week period. In this case, since the user's travel distance during the trip is analyzed to be long relative to the time, the user's travel tendency category may be determined to be 'Active Type' among 'Active Type / Relaxation Type'.

[0077] Referring further to FIG. 3, the travel itinerary management service provider server (100) can select travel content that matches a travel tendency category from among the pre-stored travel content (S340). Here, travel content may refer to various options that can be included in the travel itinerary and may include at least one of flight tickets, transportation, accommodation, tourist attractions, activities, facility admission, restaurant and cafe information.

[0078] For example, if the user's travel preference category is determined to be 'Active' and 'Curiosity', travel content may include popular activities for each region visited and flight and / or train tickets for long-distance travel between regions.

[0079] Then, the travel itinerary management service provider server (100) can generate a recommended travel itinerary by combining selected travel content based on content-related information including date, time, and place (S350), and can provide data regarding the recommended travel itinerary to the first user electronic device (200) (S360).

[0080] Here, the combination of selected travel content can be executed as an optimal combination that minimizes travel distance during the itinerary while being available at a reasonable cost, and can be executed to additionally reflect user requests as needed. For example, if a user requests an additional 'budget of 2 million won,' a recommended travel itinerary can be generated so as not to exceed that budget when combining travel content. In this case, a single recommended travel itinerary may be generated and provided, or multiple recommended itineraries may be generated in an order that matches the user's preferences and provided as a list.

[0081]

[0082] According to one embodiment of the present invention, a recommended travel itinerary provided to a first user electronic device (200) can be edited by user input. More specifically, the recommended travel itinerary can be provided as a schedule editing tool that enables moving, changing, deleting, and adding new travel content for each travel content.

[0083] In addition, when the travel schedule management service providing server (100) receives editing information entered into the schedule editing tool from the first user electronic device (200), it can perform an evaluation of the feasibility of the modified travel schedule based on the editing information. That is, it can evaluate whether the time, distance, and execution of each travel content according to the modified travel schedule edited by the user are feasible, and if necessary, it can perform the feasibility evaluation by additionally reflecting relevant information, including weather information.

[0084] The travel itinerary management service provider server (100) may provide either a confirmation notification of the modified travel itinerary or a change request notification to the first user electronic device (200) based on the results of the feasibility evaluation. If there is a confirmation notification, the user can recognize that the travel itinerary they edited is feasible. Conversely, if there is a change request notification, the user can recognize that the parts of the edited travel itinerary are unfeasible and can view and select alternatives provided by the travel itinerary management service provider server (100).

[0085]

[0086] According to another embodiment of the present invention, a travel itinerary management service providing server (100) can provide data regarding a recommended travel itinerary to a second user electronic device (300) owned by a companion, based on companion information included in a travel itinerary automatic generation request received from a first user electronic device (200). That is, it can provide a single recommended travel itinerary that can be shared and jointly edited among companions.

[0087] When the travel schedule management service providing server (100) receives editing information entered into a schedule editing tool from at least one of the first user electronic device (200) and the second user electronic device (300), it can simultaneously share the editing information and notification information of the modified travel schedule with the first user electronic device (200) and the second user electronic device (300). Meanwhile, although the situation with one companion has been described as an example, it is obvious that if there are two or more companions, multiple electronic devices including the third user electronic device and the fourth user electronic device may be included in the above embodiment.

[0088] In addition, according to one embodiment of the present invention, the request for automatic generation of a travel itinerary received from the first user electronic device (200) includes information on whether the recommended travel itinerary is public, and the information on whether it is public can be selected as either an open type or a closed type.

[0089] Here, if the above disclosure information is selected as open, data regarding the user's recommended travel itinerary is exposed in the public travel itinerary list and can be provided for viewing and editing by an unspecified number of people connected to the travel itinerary creation management service provider server (100). Conversely, if the above disclosure information is selected as closed, the data regarding the user's recommended travel itinerary can be locked so that it can be viewed and edited only by the user and their companions based on the companion information included in the travel itinerary automatic generation request. That is, the sharing service is provided only between recommended travel itineraries selected as open, and recommended travel itineraries selected as closed are shared and edited only between the user and their companions.

[0090]

[0091] According to an additional embodiment of the present invention, as illustrated in FIG. 5, a travel itinerary can be continuously updated to suit the current situation. Referring to FIG. 5, a travel itinerary management service provider server (100) can collect current information for each travel content at a predetermined schedule interval after the creation of a recommended travel itinerary (S510). Based on the current information, it can determine which travel content needs to be changed (S520). For example, regarding the travel content 'OO Musical Viewing' included in the user's recommended travel itinerary, it can be determined as content that needs to be changed by collecting information that all viewing tickets for that time have been exhausted.

[0092] A server (100) providing a travel itinerary management service can collect travel-related information from an external server (400) and select alternative content for the content that needs to be changed (S530). Then, multiple alternative travel itineraries can be generated by combining the alternative content and the previously selected travel content (S540). Specifically, the alternative content is characterized by being selected by searching within the movement radius between the previously selected travel content, and the analysis of similarity with the recommended travel itinerary can be characterized by being performed based on an analysis criterion that includes at least one of place similarity, travel distance similarity, price similarity, and content type similarity.

[0093] For example, information on similar travel content in nearby places can be collected as alternative content for 'watching the OO musical,' and among them, alternative content such as 'watching the OO play' or 'XX exhibition at an adjacent art museum' can be selected. By combining the available time and location information of the selected alternative content with other travel content schedules included in the existing travel itinerary, an optimal alternative travel itinerary can be generated.

[0094] Then, the travel itinerary management service provider server (100) can perform a similarity analysis with a previously stored recommended travel itinerary to calculate a score for each of the multiple alternative travel itineraries (S550), and can provide a list of alternative travel itineraries to the first user electronic device (200) in order of highest to lowest score (S560).

[0095] For the method of calculating scores, a score distribution method for each item stored in advance within the travel itinerary management service provider server (100) may be used, but the method of calculating scores may be adjusted by utilizing the user's request and / or the results of the analysis of the user's travel tendency category as needed. For example, if the user is of the 'cost-effective type,' the alternative travel itineraries may be listed in order starting from the itinerary with the minimum travel cost.

[0096]

[0097] As another embodiment, as illustrated in FIG. 6, travel itineraries can be integrated and proposed among different users. Referring to FIG. 6, a travel itinerary management service provider server (100) can compare recommended travel itineraries among users (S610). At this time, the recommended travel itineraries to be compared may be limited to the itineraries of users whose disclosure status of the recommended travel itineraries is 'open type'.

[0098] A travel itinerary management service provider server (100) can match at least two recommended travel itineraries in which the similarity of the comparison result exceeds a preset threshold value (S620). Then, based on the travel content information included in each of the matched recommended travel itineraries, it can generate multiple integrated travel itineraries in which the travel content is recombined (S630).

[0099] Next, the travel itinerary management service providing server (100) can calculate a score for each of a plurality of integrated travel itineraries based on price information and travel distance information (S640), and can provide a list of integrated travel itineraries in order of highest score calculated by the electronic device owned by the user of the matched recommended travel itinerary (S650).

[0100] At this time, the method for calculating the score may utilize the item-by-item score distribution method stored in advance within the travel itinerary management service provider server (100) as described above, but the method for calculating the score may be adjusted as needed by utilizing the requests of users and / or the results of the analysis of users' travel tendency categories.

[0101]

[0102] As described above, according to the travel itinerary generation management service providing server and the method of operation according to one embodiment of the present invention, a recommended travel itinerary is automatically generated to suit the user's requirements and travel preferences, thereby providing high accessibility and convenience in establishing an initial travel itinerary.

[0103] In addition, according to the travel itinerary creation and management service providing server and the method of operation according to one embodiment of the present invention, a user can easily edit the travel itinerary by travel content including airline tickets, accommodations, tours, and admission tickets included in the itinerary, and can mutually share the travel itinerary with companions or an unspecified number of people depending on the user's choice.

[0104] In addition, according to the travel itinerary generation management service providing server and the method of operation according to one embodiment of the present invention, changes in travel content included in the travel itinerary are automatically checked at any time, alternatives are searched, and a new travel itinerary considering these changes can be proposed.
