Abstract

The present invention relates to a clothing treatment apparatus comprising: a cabinet provided with an inlet; a drum comprising a drum body rotatably provided in the cabinet and a drum inlet which is provided in one surface of the drum body and is in communication with the inlet; a driving unit which generates rotational force for rotating the drum body; and a blocking part which insulates the drum body so as to block noise generated from the drum body, wherein the blocking part is provided to continuously surround at least part of the outer circumference of the drum body.
