Abstract
Description
[0001] DESCRIPTION
[0002] A SYSTEM FOR PROVIDING A MAINTENANCE SOFTWARE AND
[0003] PRODUCT FOR INFORMATION TECHNOLOGIES
[0004] Technical Field
[0005] The present invention relates to a system which enables all information technology services and infrastructures to be monitored, possible problems to be predicted via artificial intelligence algorithms, necessary actions to be taken, measures to be taken via automations and relevant units to be informed.
[0006] Background of the Invention
[0007] Today, as the number of services produced by all technology companies that use information technologies, have large volumes of data and provide services with complex services and the number of customers increases, infrastructures are required to be expanded and therefore the management of systems becomes difficult. If there is no automated control system, the human factor increases, and this leads to delays and errors in solutions. Products using similar techniques may experience data loss due to the variety of log formats in the sources they are integrated into.
[0008] For this reason, considering the studies and deficiencies included in the current technique, it is understood that there is a need for a system which enables all information technology services and infrastructures to be monitored, possible problems to be predicted via artificial intelligence algorithms, necessary actions to be taken, measures to be taken via automations, a dynamic structure to be used in order to parse logs, and tools that provide situational flow processing in messaging and real-time data processing steps in order to prevent data loss. The Chinese patent document no. CN116796256A, an application included in the state of the art, discloses a system for performing data analysis and anomaly detection of the infrastructures of the Internet of Things systems. In the said invention, it is determined whether there is an anomaly in the network by comparing the actual observed data with the data predicted by the machine learning model. The machine learning model adopts a self-information entropy / mutual information entropy model, a CNN+Transformer model and an LSTM+Transformer model. The data analysis and anomaly detection system mainly comprises a data clustering module, a data dimension reduction module, a machine learning module and an anomaly detection module that realize the proposed anomaly detection method. The method of the said invention can analyze a large amount of loT data, quickly detect anomalies in different sensor time series data without labelling, and effectively solve the problem of data explosion. Furthermore, when compared to conventional methods, the said invention can also automatically monitor abnormal states of changes in network topology.
[0009] The United States patent document no. US2022255817A1, another application included in the state of the art, discloses a virtual network management-specific machine learning-based anomaly detection system. In the said invention, normal state data generated when a service is normally provided, and abnormal state data generated through a fault injection method through a monitoring agent and a monitoring module in real time are collected; the collected data is stored in a timeseries database; and a data collection unit configured to transmit monitoring data to determine whether there is an abnormal situation, and a data analysis unit configured to extract a feature necessary for detecting an abnormal state by preprocessing the monitoring data received from the data collection unit, and to send data on the extracted data to the abnormal -state detection model. In this way, the abnormal-state detection model analyzes the data input in real time to determine whether there is an abnormal state and notifies a network manager when an abnormal state occurs. Summary of the Invention
[0010] An object of the present invention is to realize a system developed with the aim of enabling all information technology services and infrastructures to be monitored, possible problems to be predicted via artificial intelligence algorithms, necessary actions to be taken, measures to be taken via automations and relevant units to be informed.
