Capacitor capacitance measurement circuit and measurement method, and related apparatus

Abstract

A capacitor capacitance measurement circuit and measurement method, and a related apparatus, which are applied to the technical field of capacitor measurement. A measurement circuit (30) comprises: a reference capacitor (301), a measurement module (302) and a processing module (303), wherein the processing module (303) is electrically connected to the reference capacitor (301), and the processing module (303) is used for sending a control signal; the measurement module (302) is electrically connected to the reference capacitor (301) and the processing module (303), respectively; the measurement module (302) is used for measuring a feedback signal of the reference capacitor (301) under the action of the control signal, and sending to the processing module (303) measurement information obtained by means of measurement; and the processing module (303) is further used for determining a capacitance value of the reference capacitor (301) on the basis of the measurement information, comparing the capacitance value of the reference capacitor (301) with an early-warning threshold value, and sending early-warning information when the capacitance value of the reference capacitor (301) is less than the early-warning threshold value. By means of monitoring the capacitance value of the reference capacitor (301) in real time, the measurement circuit (30) can realize the online monitoring of the capacitor capacitance of a target capacitor (201), such that early warning for a fault of the target capacitor (201) can be performed, thereby improving the reliability of a circuit board (101).
