Therefore, a member for positioning a corresponding device or other is provided, in particular in the form of a working device, for example, in the form of a device for labelling a corresponding product, comprising stationary support means, means that are adapted to back said working, or operational, device and that are movable relative to said stationary support means, in particular according to a respective positioning direction of said device, and means for moving said means that are adapted to back said working, or operational, device relative to said stationary support means to arrange said means that are adapted to back said working, or operational, device in a respective working position; characterized in that means are provided for, that are adapted to compensate for the backlash that is present between said movable means that are adapted to back the respective working, or operational, device and said stationary support means.

The member according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that said means (18) that are adapted tocompensate for the backlash, which is present between said means (14) that are adapted to back said working, or operational, device (11) and said stationary support means (12), are adapted to engage said stationary support means (12).
4. The member according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that said stationary support means (12) are in the form of an elongated member (121), in particular longitudinally extended, preferably in the form of an elongated tubular body.

The member according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that said means (16) for moving said means (14) that are adapted to back said working, or operational, device (11) relative to said stationary support means (12) comprise an endless screw (161), in particular said endless screw (161) being rotatably supported and preferably concentrically housed inside said elongated member (121).

The member according to any one of the preceding claims 7 and 8, characterized in that said means (20) that are adapted to compensate for the backlash, which is present between said means (14) that are adapted to back said working, or operational, device (11) and said stationary support means (12), comprise opposite, in particular transversally opposite, surfaces (201, 202) that are adapted to engage said longitudinally extended edges (122a, 122b) of said elongated slit (122), thus providing a compensation for the backlash that is present between said means (14) that are adapted to back said working, or operational, device (11) and said stationary support means (12).

The member according to claim 9, characterized in that the respective longitudinally extended edge (122a, 122b), of said elongated slit (122) of said stationary support means (12), isoblique, and the respective backlash compensation surface (201, 202) that is present between said means (14) that are adapted to back said working, or operational, device (11) and said stationary support means (12), is accordingly oblique to match the corresponding profile of the opposite longitudinally extended edge (122a, 122b) of said elongated slit (122) of said stationary support means (12).

The member according to any one of the preceding claims 9 and 10, characterized in that said longitudinally extended edges (122a, 122b) of said elongated slit (122) of said stationary support means (12) are oblique, converging inwardly, or towards the centre, of said elongated member (121), i.e., towards the same endless screw (161), and said surfaces (201, 202) compensating for the backlash that is present between said means (14) that are adapted to back said working, or operational, device (11) and said stationary support means (12), and that are adapted to engage said longitudinally extended edges (122a, 122b) of said elongated slit (122), are also accordingly oblique and converging inwardly, or towards the centre, of said elongated member (121), i.e., towards the same endless screw (161).

The member according to any one of the preceding claims 9 to 11, characterized in that means (203) are provided for, which are adapted to move said surfaces (201, 202) compensating for the backlash that is present between said means (14) that are adapted to back said working, or operational, device (11) and saidstationary support means (12), towards and at, i.e., against, the opposite longitudinally extended edges (122a, 122b) of said elongated slit (122) of said stationary support means (12).

The member according to claim 12, characterized in that said means that are adapted to move said surfaces (201, 202) compensating for the backlash that is present between said means (14) that are adapted to back said working, or operational, device (11) and said stationary support means (12), towards and at, i.e., against, the opposite longitudinally extended edges (122a, 122b) of said elongated slit (122) of said stationary support means (12), are in the form of corresponding pushing means (203).

The member according to any one of the preceding claims 9 to 13, characterized in that said means (20) that are adapted to compensate for the backlash, which is present between said means (14) that are adapted to back said working, or operational, device(11) and said stationary support means (12), comprise a small block (205) carrying said compensation surfaces (201, 202) that are adapted to engage said longitudinally extended edges (122a, 122b) of said elongated slit (122) of said stationary support means(12).

The member according to claim 14, characterized in that said small block (205) carrying said compensation surfaces (201, 202) that are adapted to engage said longitudinally extended edges (122a, 122b) of said elongated slit (122), is radially movable, in particular under the action of said pushing means (203), to pushsaid surfaces (201, 202) compensating for the backlash that is present between said means (14) that are adapted to back said working, or operational, device (11) and said stationary support means (12), towards and at, i.e., against, the opposite longitudinally extended edges (122a, 122b) of said elongated slit (122) of said stationary support means (12).

The member according to any one of the preceding claims 13 to 15, characterized in that said thrust screw means (203) that are adapted to move said surfaces (201, 202) that compensate for the backlash that is present between said means (14) that are adapted to back said working, or operational, device (11) and said stationary support means (12), towards and at, i.e., against, the opposite longitudinally extended edges (122a, 122b), of said elongated slit (122) of said stationary support means (12), are in the form of corresponding thrust screw means (203) and in particular comprise a first and a second screws, or set screws, (203a, 203b) longitudinally spaced apart from one another and radially movable against a radially outer surface (205e), in particular longitudinally extended, of said small block (205) carrying same backlash compensating surfaces (201, 202).

The member according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that said means (16) for moving said means (14) that are adapted to back said working, or operational, device (11) relative to said stationary support means (12) to arrange said means (14) that are adapted to back said working, or operational,device (11) in a respective working position, comprise a nut (162) that is movable along said endless screw (161) and that is connected to, and is adapted to drag, said means (14) that are adapted to back said working, or operational, device (11) and that are movable relative to said stationary support means (12).

The member according to claim 17, characterized in that said small block (205) carrying said compensation surfaces (201, 202), which are adapted to engage said longitudinally extended edges (122a, 122b) of said elongated slit (122) of said stationary support means (12), has corresponding means (206, 207) for an engagement in the longitudinal direction with said nut (162) movable along said endless screw (161).

The member according to claim 18, characterized in that said means for an engagement in the longitudinal direction with said nut (162) movable along said endless screw (161), of said small block (205) carrying said compensation surfaces (201, 202) that are adapted to engage said longitudinally extended edges (122a, 122b) of said elongated slit (122) of said stationary support means (12), comprise opposite first and second transverse surfaces (186, 187) that are adapted to engage opposite transverse surfaces (162a, 162b) of the same nut (162) movable along said endless screw (161).

The member according to claim 19, characterized in that said first and second transverse surfaces (186, 187), of said small block (205) carrying said compensation surfaces (201, 202), which areadapted to engage said longitudinally extended edges (122a, 122b) of said elongated slit (122) of said stationary support means (12), are radially slidable on the opposite transverse surfaces (162a, 162b) of the same nut (162) movable along said endless screw (161), in particular due to the action of the thrust exerted on said small block (205), carrying said compensation surfaces (201, 202), by said thrust screw means (203).

The member according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that freely sliding backing means (22) are provided for, in particular in the radial direction, for said means (20) that are adapted to compensate for the backlash that is present between said means (14) that are adapted to back said working, or operational, device (11) and said stationary support means (12).

The member according to claim 21, characterized in that said freely sliding backing means (22), in particular in the radial direction, for said means (20) that are adapted to compensate for the backlash that is present between said means (14) that are adapted to back said working, or operational, device (11) and said stationary support means (12) of said stationary support means (12), comprise a backing body, in particular longitudinally elongated, (22) having an inner cavity (220) for housing said small block (205), carrying said compensation surfaces (201, 202) that are adapted to engage said longitudinally extended edges (122a, 122b) of said elongated slit (122), and which is open at an end, in particular a radially inner end, to allow the same small block (205)to bring said compensation surfaces (201, 202) to engage said longitudinally extended edges (122a, 122b) of said elongated slit (122) of said stationary support means (12).

The member according to claim 22, characterized in that said inner cavity (220), of the freely sliding backing body (22), in particular in the radial direction, for said means (20) that are adapted to compensate for the backlash that is present between said means (14) that are adapted to back said working, or operational, device (11) and said stationary support means (12), has a plurality of inner perimetral surfaces, especially defined by opposite longitudinal surfaces and by opposite transverse surfaces, (222), for a freely sliding engagement, in particular in the radial direction, for the outer perimetral surfaces, especially defined by opposite longitudinal surfaces and by opposite transverse surfaces, (208) of said small block (205), carrying said compensation surfaces (201, 202) that are adapted to engage said longitudinally extended edges (122a, 122b) of said elongated slit (122) of said stationary support means (12).

The member according to any one of the preceding claims 13 to 23, characterized in that said thrust screw means (203) that are adapted to move said surfaces (201, 202) compensating for the backlash that is present between said means (14) that are adapted to back said working, or operational, device (11) and said stationary support means (12), i.e., said first and second screws, tudinally spaced apart from oneanother, are adapted to insert in corresponding hole means (223), i.e., in corresponding first and second holes (223, 223) that are longitudinally spaced apart from one another, which are provided in said freely sliding backing body (22) for said small block (205) carrying the same backlash compensating surfaces (201, 202); in particular said hole means (223), i.e., in corresponding first and second holes (223, 223) that are longitudinally spaced apart from one another, are threaded and radially through, opening, on the outer side, at the outer surface (22') of said same freely sliding backing body (22) for said small block (205) carrying the same backlash compensating surfaces (201, 202), and, on the inner side, at said radially outer surface (205e) of the same small block (205) carrying the same backlash compensating surfaces (201, 202).

The member according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that connecting means (24) are provided for, between said means (16) for moving said means (14) that are adapted to back said working, or operational, device (11) relative to said stationary support means (12), and said means (14) that are adapted to back said working, or operational, device (11) and that are movable relative to said stationary support means (12).

The member according to claim 25, characterized in that said connecting means (24) between said moving means (16) and said means (14) that are adapted to back said working, or operational, device are adapted to connect said means (14) that are adapted to back said working, or operational, device (11) to said freely slidingbacking means (22) in the radial direction for said means (20) that are adapted to compensate for the backlash, i.e., to said freely sliding backing body (22) for the same means (20) that are adapted to compensate for the backlash.

The member according to any one of the preceding claims 25 and 26, characterized in that said connecting means (24) between said moving means (16) and said means (14) that are adapted to back said working, or operational, device are in the form of corresponding screw means, in particular consisting in a respective bolt, (24), which clamps opposite detached ends (14', 14"), of said means (14) that are adapted to back said working, or operational, device (11), one towards the other, with the interposition of said freely sliding backing body (22) for said means (20) that are adapted to compensate for the backlash.

The member according to any one of the preceding claims 25 to 27, characterized in that means (209) are provided for, for adjusting the radial position of said clamping screw means, or bolt, (24), in particular in the form of corresponding screw means, in particular consisting in a screw or grano, (209), which engage and peripherally push said clamping screw means, or bolt, (24) to clamp them, or to clamp it, in the radial direction, inwardly, or towards the centre, of said elongated member (121) defining said stationary support means (12), i.e., towards the endless screw (161) defining said moving means (16).

The member according to any one of the preceding claims,characterized in that said means (14) that are adapted to back said working, or operational, device (11) and that are movable relative to said stationary support means (12) are in the form of a compact body (141) having a small plate (142) for the attachment of said working device.
30. The member according to claim 29, characterized in that said compact body (141) encircles, or surrounds, said stationary support means (12), i.e., encircles, or surrounds, said elongated member(121) defining the same stationary support means (12).
31. The member according to any one of the preceding claims 29 and 30, characterized in that said small plate (142) for the attachment of said working device extends parallel to the axis of said elongated member (121) and / or laterally facing the compact body (141).

The member according to any one of the preceding claims 1 to 25, characterized in that connecting means (1024) are provided for, between said means (16) for moving said means (14) that are adapted to back said working, or operational, device (11) relative to said stationary support means (12), and said means (14) that are adapted to back said working, or operational, device (11) and that are movable relative to said stationary support means (12), which comprise a corresponding connecting screw (1024) that inserts into a corresponding hole (1022f) of said radial portion (1022) of said compact body (141) defining said means (14) that are adapted to back said working, or operational, device (11) and into a hole (2024) provided in said means, or small block, (20) that are adapted to compensate for the backlash that is present between said means (14) that are adapted to back said working, or operational, device (11) and said stationary support means (12).
