Abstract

Provided is an absorbent article capable of suppressing the fraying of fibers in a top sheet, the leakage of bodily fluid, and the stickiness of the top sheet. An absorbent article (1) comprises: a top sheet (10) extending in a planar direction that includes a first direction (D1) and a second direction (D2) which are orthogonal to each other; a second sheet (25) that is in contact with the non-skin-side surface of the top sheet; an absorbent core (31) that is located further to the non-skin side than the second sheet; and a back sheet (20). The top sheet and the second sheet are bonded to each other by first adhesive parts (71) and second adhesive parts (72) having a shape different from that of the first adhesive parts. The first adhesive parts extend in at least in the first direction, and are arranged at intervals in the second direction. The second adhesive parts extend in the first direction while having an undulating pattern in the second direction, and are arranged at intervals in the second direction. The second adhesive parts span a plurality of first adhesive parts that are arranged at intervals in the second direction.

Claims

1. An absorbent article comprising: a top sheet that contacts the wearer's skin along a planar direction including a first and second direction which are mutually orthogonal; a second sheet that contacts the non-skin side of the top sheet; an absorbent core positioned on the non-skin side of the second sheet; and a back sheet positioned on the non-skin side of the absorbent core, wherein the top sheet and the second sheet are bonded together by a first adhesive portion on which adhesive is disposed; and a second adhesive portion on which adhesive is disposed in a shape different from that of the first adhesive portion, wherein the first adhesive portion extends at least in the first direction and is spaced apart in the second direction; the second adhesive portion extends in the first direction while swinging in the second direction and is spaced apart in the second direction; and the second adhesive portion straddles a plurality of the first adhesive portions that are spaced apart in the second direction.

2. The absorbent article according to claim 1, wherein the first adhesive portion is linear and extends along the first direction.

3. The absorbent article according to claim 1 or claim 2, wherein the first adhesive portion and the second adhesive portion are arranged within the top sheet, and the thickness of the first adhesive portion arranged within the top sheet is greater than the thickness of the second adhesive portion arranged within the top sheet.

4. The absorbent article according to claim 1 or 2, wherein at least one of the width of the first adhesive portion in a direction perpendicular to the direction in which the first adhesive portion extends, and the width of the second adhesive portion in a direction perpendicular to the direction in which the second adhesive portion extends, is thicker than the average fiber diameter of the top sheet.

5. The absorbent article according to claim 1 or claim 2, wherein adjacent second adhesive portions in the second direction are spaced apart in the second direction, and the length of the second adhesive portion in the second direction is longer than the distance between adjacent second adhesive portions.

6. The absorbent article according to claim 1 or 2, having a third adhesive portion for bonding the top sheet and the back sheet, wherein in a region outside the absorbent core in the planar direction, the top sheet and the back sheet are bonded by the first adhesive portion, the second adhesive portion, and the third adhesive portion.

7. The absorbent article according to claim 1 or claim 2, wherein the absorbent article has a crotch stretchable member that is positioned on the non-skin side of the absorbent core and stretches in the front-to-back direction, and the first adhesive portion and the second adhesive portion are provided in a region that overlaps with the crotch stretchable member.

8. The absorbent article according to claim 7, wherein the first adhesive portion and the second adhesive portion are provided in a region that overlaps with the crotch elastic member and in a region that extends outward in the front-rear direction from the crotch elastic member.
