[0070] As shown in FIGS. 1-18, according to embodiments of the present application, an outdoor unit 100 for a heating and ventilation device is provided, which includes a housing 10, a compressor assembly 20, and a limiting assembly 30.

[0071] Specifically, the housing 10 includes a side wall and a bottom plate 11, the side wall is disposed on the top of the bottom plate 11 and surrounds the circumferential edge of the bottom plate 11, and an operation hole is formed in the side wall. The compressor is disposed in the internal space of the housing 10 and connected to the bottom plate 11.

[0072] The limiting assembly 30 is arranged in the inner space of the shell 10, and the limiting assembly 30 comprises a driving member 32 and a limiting member 31. The driving member 32 is in transmission connection with the limiting member 31. The limiting member 31 has two states, i.e., a first state and a second state. The driving member 32 is fixedly arranged in the inner space of the shell 10. An operation hole is arranged opposite to the driving member 32. On the outside of the shell 10, the driving member 32 can be driven by a tool or an external force through the position of the operation hole, so as to drive the limiting member 31 through the driving member 32. Under the driving of the driving member 32, the limiting member 31 can move in the inner space of the shell 10, so as to switch between the first state and the second state.

[0073] When the limiting member 31 is in the first state, the limiting member 31 limits the compressor assembly 20. At least in the first direction X, the limiting member 31 can limit the compressor assembly 20. The first direction X is perpendicular to the bottom plate 11. When the limiting member 31 is in the second state, the limiting member 31 releases the limitation on the compressor assembly 20.

[0074] It should be understood that when the driving member 32 drives the limiting member 31, under the driving of the driving member 32, the limiting member 31 can move towards or away from the compressor assembly 20. When the limiting member 31 moves towards the compressor assembly 20, the limiting member 31 switches from the second state to the first state. When the limiting member 31 moves away from the compressor assembly 20, the limiting member 31 switches from the first state to the second state.

[0075] In addition, the compressor assembly 20 is fixed on the bottom plate 11 of the shell 10. When the compressor assembly 20 is subjected to external vibration, the compressor assembly 20 can move in a direction perpendicular to the bottom plate 11 and a direction parallel to the bottom plate 11. In this application, the limiting member 31 at least limits the compressor assembly 20 in the first direction X (the direction perpendicular to the bottom plate 11). That is, the limiting member 31 can only limit the compressor assembly 20 in the direction perpendicular to the bottom plate 11. The limiting member 31 can also limit the compressor assembly 20 in the direction perpendicular to the bottom plate 11 and in the direction parallel to the bottom plate 11.

[0076] When the outdoor unit 100 is transported, the driving member 32 is operated through the operation hole, the driving member 32 drives the limiting member 31, the limiting member 31 is switched to the first state, the compressor assembly 20 is limited, the shaking of the compressor during transportation is reduced, and the failure of the outdoor unit 100 is reduced. When the outdoor unit 100 is transported to the position and installed, the driving member 32 is operated through the operation hole, the driving member 32 drives the limiting member 31, the limiting member 31 is switched to the second state, the limiting of the compressor assembly 20 is released, and the compressor assembly 20 can normally realize the function.

[0077] The outdoor unit 100 in the application does not need to be disassembled when the compressor assembly 20 is limited and released, which achieves the purpose of saving time and labor.

[0078] It should be pointed out that the shell 10 further includes a top plate, the side plate and the bottom plate 11 surround a cylindrical structure with a closed bottom and an open top, the top plate is connected with the side plate, and the top plate closes the open top of the cylindrical structure, so that the shell 10 forms a complete containing space, and the compressor assembly 20 and the limiting assembly 30 are accommodated and installed in the containing space.

[0079] In addition, the operation hole is arranged on the side plate, the operation hole is arranged opposite to the driving member 32, and the opening size of the operation hole can meet the requirement that the tool or hand can be inserted into the position of the driving member 32, so that the driving operation of the driving member 32 is effectively realized.

[0080] In addition, the sealing member is arranged at the position of the operation hole, the sealing member can be a cover plate or a sealing rubber plug, the operation hole is sealed by the sealing member, so that the inside of the shell 10 is isolated from the outside when the limiting member 31 does not need to be adjusted, the situation that the foreign matter enters into the inside of the shell 10 through the position of the operation hole is reduced, and the situation that the outdoor unit 100 fails due to the foreign matter entering into the inside of the shell 10 is reduced.

[0081] In some embodiments of the application, the compressor assembly 20 includes a first damping body 22, a compressor body 21, a mounting seat 23 and a second damping body 24. A plurality of feet 211 are arranged in the circumferential direction of the bottom of the compressor (the number of the feet 211 can be two, three, four, five, six, seven or eight, etc.), one first damping body 22 is arranged on each foot 211, each damping body is arranged on the side of the mounting seat 23 away from the bottom plate 11, and the mounting seat 23 is connected with the bottom plate 11 through the second damping body 24 (the number of the second damping body 24 can be one, two, three, four, five, six, seven or eight, etc.).

[0082] The mounting seat 23 is arranged in parallel and spaced apart from the bottom plate 11, the top of the mounting seat 23 is connected with the compressor through the first damping body 22, the bottom of the mounting seat 23 is connected with the bottom plate 11 through the second damping body 24, and the first damping body 22 and the second damping body 24 both have flexible performance (for example, the first damping body 22 and the second damping body 24 are both rubber parts or both are silica gel parts). In this way, a double-layer damping structure is formed between the compressor and the bottom plate 11, which can damp the compressor body 21 during operation, thereby reducing the vibration of the compressor body 21 during operation to the base, and further reducing the noise of the outdoor unit 100 during operation, so that the user's experience can be effectively improved.

[0083] As a preferred mode, the number of compressor feet 211 is three, and the number of first damping bodies 22 is also three, and the number of second damping bodies 24 is four. Among them, the three feet 211 are arranged equidistantly along the circumference of the compressor body 21, thereby forming a stable triangular structure, so that the stability of the compressor can be improved. The mounting seat 23 is a rectangular plate, and one second damping body 24 is arranged at each corner position of the rectangular plate. There is a first damping body 22 between the two connected second damping bodies 24. In this way, the structure stability of the two-stage damping mechanism formed by the first damping body 22, the mounting seat 23 and the second damping body 24 is better, and the damping and noise reduction effect of the compressor body 21 can be further improved.

[0084] In the limiting assembly 30, the limiting piece 31 can move towards or away from the mounting seat 23 under the drive of the driving piece 32. When it is necessary to limit the compressor assembly 20, the driving piece 32 is driven from the position of the operation hole of the shell 10, so that the driving piece 32 drives the limiting piece 31 to move towards the mounting seat 23, until the limiting piece 31 switches to the first state. In the first state, the limiting piece 31 can only cooperate with the mounting seat 23 and limit the mounting seat 23, so that the mounting seat 23 cannot move at least in the first direction X (perpendicular to the direction of the bottom plate 11). The limiting piece 31 can also only cooperate with the feet 211 of the compressor body 21 and limit the feet 211, so that the feet 211 cannot move at least in the first direction X (perpendicular to the direction of the bottom plate 11). The limiting piece 31 can also limit the feet 211 of the compressor body 21 and the mounting seat 23 respectively, so that the feet 211 of the compressor body 21 and the mounting seat 23 cannot move at least in the first direction X (perpendicular to the bottom plate 11).

[0085] In the present application, in the first state, the position of the compressor assembly 20 is locked by setting the limiting piece 31 to limit at least one of the feet 211 of the compressor body 21 and the mounting seat 23, so that the structure is simple, the manufacturing cost can be effectively reduced, the locking process can be facilitated, and the convenience during use can be effectively improved.

[0086] In some embodiments of the present application, one end of the limiting piece 31 facing the mounting seat 23 is provided with a first clamping groove 314, and the opening of the first clamping groove 314 faces the mounting seat 23.

[0087] The mounting seat 23 is a plate-shaped piece, and a part of the circumferential end of the mounting seat 23 is arranged towards the operation hole, and the limiting assembly 30 is arranged between the operation hole and the mounting seat 23. When it is necessary to lock the current position of the compressor assembly 20, the driving piece 32 is driven from the position of the operation hole of the side plate, the driving piece 32 drives the limiting piece 31 to move towards the mounting seat 23, until the limiting piece 31 reaches the first state. When the limiting piece 31 is in the first state, the part of the circumferential end (edge) of the mounting seat 23 towards the operation hole is embedded into the first clamping groove 314, and the first clamping groove 314 limits the end of the mounting seat 23, so that the mounting seat 23 is kept in the current position.

[0088] It should be understood that, along the first direction X (perpendicular to the bottom plate 11), the first clamping groove 314 has two oppositely arranged side walls, and along the second direction Y (parallel to the bottom plate 11 and consistent with the limiting piece 31), the first clamping groove 314 has a bottom wall. When the end of the mounting seat 23 is embedded into the first clamping groove 314, of the two side walls, at least the side wall above the mounting seat 23 abuts against the top surface of the mounting seat 23 (or the two side walls abut against the top surface and the bottom surface of the mounting seat 23, respectively), and the bottom wall abuts against the end of the mounting seat 23. By using the side wall above the mounting seat 23 and the top surface of the mounting seat 23, the limiting of the mounting seat 23 in the first direction X (perpendicular to the bottom plate 11) is achieved, and by using the bottom wall and the end of the mounting seat 23, the limiting of the mounting seat 23 in the direction parallel to the bottom plate is achieved. In this way, the limiting of the mounting seat 23 in multiple directions is achieved, thereby improving the limiting effect of the mounting seat 23, and further improving the limiting effect of the compressor assembly 20, and reducing the situation that the outdoor unit 100 malfunctions due to shaking of the compressor assembly 20 during transportation.

[0089] In addition, when the end of the mounting seat 23 is embedded into the first clamping groove 314, the bottom wall of the first clamping groove 314 abuts against the circumferential end of the mounting seat 23, thereby limiting the mounting seat 23 in the second direction Y (parallel to the bottom plate 11 and consistent with the movement of the limiting piece 31), further achieving the limitation of the mounting seat 23 in multiple directions, thereby improving the limiting effect of the mounting seat 23, and further improving the limiting effect of the compressor assembly 20, reducing the situation that the outdoor unit 100 malfunctions due to shaking of the compressor assembly 20 during transportation.

[0090] It should be noted that in the direction perpendicular to the bottom plate 11, the size (width) of the first clamping groove 314 is slightly larger than the size (thickness) of the mounting seat 23, thereby facilitating the end of the mounting seat 23 to enter or exit the first clamping groove 314, and further improving the convenience during use.

[0091] In some embodiments of the present application, one end of the limiting piece 31 facing the mounting seat 23 is respectively provided with a first clamping groove 314 and a second clamping groove 315, and the first clamping groove 314 and the second clamping groove 315 are arranged in a spaced manner. The first clamping groove 314 is arranged to face the mounting seat 23, and the second clamping groove 315 is arranged to face the foot 211 of the compressor body 21.

[0092] The mounting seat 23 is a plate-shaped member, and part of the circumferential end of the mounting seat 23 is arranged towards the operation hole. The limiting assembly 30 is arranged between the operation hole and the mounting seat 23. When it is necessary to lock the current position of the compressor assembly 20, the driving piece 32 is driven from the position of the operation hole of the side plate, the driving piece 32 drives the limiting piece 31 to move towards the mounting seat 23 until the limiting piece 31 reaches the first state. When the limiting piece 31 is in the first state, part of the circumferential end (edge) of the mounting seat 23 towards the operation hole is embedded into the first clamping groove 314, and the first clamping groove 314 limits the end of the mounting seat 23, so that the mounting seat 23 is kept in the current position. One foot 211 of the compressor body 21 is clamped into the second clamping groove 315, and the second clamping groove 315 limits the foot 211 of the compressor body 21, so that the compressor body 21 is limited in the current position.

[0093] It should be understood that, along the first direction X (perpendicular to the base plate 11), the second slot 315 has two opposing sidewalls, and along the direction parallel to the base plate 11, the second slot 315 has a bottom wall. When the compressor body 21's foot 211 is inserted into the second slot 315, at least one of the two sidewalls, the sidewall located above the foot 211, abuts against the top surface of the foot 211 (or the two sidewalls abut against the top and bottom surfaces of the foot 211 respectively), while the bottom wall abuts against the end of the foot 211. The sidewall located above the foot 211 abuts against the foot 211. The top surface of the device is fitted to limit the foot 211 in the first direction X (perpendicular to the base plate 11). By abutting against the end of the foot 211, the bottom wall is used to limit the foot 211 in the second direction Y (parallel to the base plate 11 and in the same direction as the movement of the limiting member 31). This configuration achieves multi-directional limitation of the foot 211, thereby improving the limiting effect of the compressor body 21 and further improving the limiting effect of the compressor assembly 20. This reduces the possibility of the outdoor unit 100 malfunctioning due to shaking during transportation of the compressor assembly 20.

[0094] It should be noted that the size (width) of the second slot 315 is slightly larger than the size (thickness) of the foot 211 along the first direction X (perpendicular to the base plate 11), which makes it easier for the foot 211 to enter or leave the second slot 315, thereby improving the convenience of use.

[0095] In some embodiments of this application, the limiting member 31 includes a first plate 311 and a second plate 312. The first plate 311 has two oppositely arranged ends, one end of which is connected to the driving member 32, and the other end of which cooperates with the second plate 312. The first plate 311 and the second plate 312 form a first slot 314 that cooperates with the mounting base 23. After the first plate 311 and the second plate 312 are fixedly connected, they move synchronously under the drive of the driving member 32.

[0096] Setting the limiting member 31 into a structure combining the first plate 311 and the second plate 312 can reduce the difficulty of processing, effectively improve the processing efficiency, and also reduce the manufacturing cost.

[0097] It should be noted that the connection methods between the first plate 311 and the second plate 312 include, but are not limited to, bonding, welding, snap-fitting, or connection via connectors. For example, the first plate 311 and the second plate 312 are connected by bolts 323. This arrangement can improve the structural strength of the connection point. At the same time, when the first plate 311 or the second plate 312 needs to be repaired or replaced, it can be replaced separately by separating the two plates, thereby reducing the cost of repair or replacement.

[0098] In some embodiments of this application, the first plate 311 includes a first portion 3111, a second portion 3112, a third portion 3113, and a fourth portion 3114. The first portion 3111, second portion 3112, third portion 3113, and fourth portion 3114 are sequentially connected. The first portion 3111 and third portion 3113 are parallel and spaced apart on the side of the second portion 3112 opposite to the base plate 11. The fourth portion 3114 and second portion 3112 are located on opposite sides of the third portion 3113, and the fourth portion 3114 is parallel to the second portion 3112. The first portion 3111, second portion 3112, and third portion 3113 form a U-shaped structure, while the second portion 3112, third portion 3113, and fourth portion 3114 form an approximately "Z-shaped" structure. The driving member 32 is drively connected to the first portion 3111.

[0099] The second plate 312 includes a first plate segment 3121, a second plate segment 3122, and a third plate segment 3123 connected in sequence. The first plate segment 3121 is parallel to and spaced apart from the base plate 11. The second plate segment 3122 is vertically connected to the side of the first plate segment 3121 away from the base plate 11. The third plate segment 3123 is connected to the end of the second plate segment 3122 away from the base plate 11. The third plate segment 3123 and the first plate segment 3121 are both located on the side of the second plate segment 3122 away from the first plate 311. The third plate segment 3123 is parallel to the first plate segment 3121.

[0100] The second part 3112 of the first plate 311 and the first segment 3121 of the second plate 312 can be parallel to each other or coplanar. A through hole 31221 is formed on the second segment 3122 of the second plate 312. The fourth part 3114 of the first plate 311 passes through the hole 31221 and protrudes from the second segment 3122 on the side away from the first plate 311. The third segment 3123 of the second plate 312 is spaced above the portion of the fourth part 3114. The portion of the fourth part 3114, the third segment 3123, and the second segment 3122 together form the first slot 314.

[0101] By setting the first plate 311 and the second plate 312 and forming the first slot 314 by splicing them together, the processing difficulty can be reduced and the processing efficiency can be effectively improved.

[0102] It should be noted that the second plate segment 3122 of the second plate body 312 has a notch at the end opposite to the bottom plate 11. The top of the notch is set below the highest position of the second plate segment 3122. The third plate segment 3123 is connected to the top of the notch. This arrangement can reduce the volume of the third plate segment 3123, thereby reducing the processing cost.

[0103] Furthermore, in the first plate 311, the first part 3111, the second part 3112, the third part 3113, and the fourth part 3114 can be either an integral structure or a separate structure. For example, the first part 3111, the second part 3112, the third part 3113, and the fourth part 3114 can be an integral structure. The integral structure is processed by stamping or casting, which can improve the structural strength of the first plate 311 and at the same time reduce the assembly process, thereby improving the processing efficiency.

[0104] Furthermore, in the second plate 312, the first plate segment 3121, the second plate segment 3122, and the third plate segment 3123 can be either an integral structure or a separate structure. For example, if the first plate segment 3121, the second plate segment 3122, and the third plate segment 3123 are an integral structure, the integral structure can be processed by stamping or casting. This can improve the structural strength of the second plate 312, while reducing assembly steps and improving processing efficiency.

[0105] In some embodiments of this application, the first plate 311 further includes a fifth part 3115 connected to the fourth part 3114. The end of the fourth part 3114 away from the third part 3113 is connected to the fifth part 3115. The end of the fifth part 3115 away from the fourth part 3114 is located above the first plate segment 3121 of the second plate 312 and is inclined to one side of the first plate segment 3121.

[0106] When it is necessary to lock the current position of the compressor assembly 20, the position of the operating hole on the side plate drives the drive member 32, which in turn drives the limiting member 31, causing the limiting member 31 to move closer to the mounting base 23. The end of the mounting base 23 facing the limiting member 31 first contacts the fifth portion 3115 of the first plate 311. Guided by the fifth portion 3115, the end of the mounting base 23 can effectively enter the first slot 314, allowing the limiting member 31 to reach the first state. When the limiting member 31 is in the first state, the circumferential end (edge) of the mounting base 23 facing the operating hole is embedded in the first slot 314, and the first slot 314 limits the end of the mounting base 23, thereby keeping the mounting base 23 in its current position.

[0107] By setting the fifth part 3115, guidance can be provided during the insertion process of the mounting base 23 into the first slot 314, which improves the ease of insertion of the mounting base 23 into the first slot 314 and further enhances the convenience of operation.

[0108] It should be understood that the fifth part 3115 and the first plate segment 3121 are set at an angle, which can be 10 degrees, 20 degrees, 30 degrees, 40 degrees, 50 degrees, 60 degrees, or 70 degrees.

[0109] Furthermore, in the first plate 311, the fifth part 3115 and the fourth part 3114 can be either an integral structure or a separate structure. For example, the fifth part 3115 and the fourth part 3114 can be an integral structure, which is processed by stamping or casting. This can improve the structural strength of the first plate 311 and at the same time reduce the assembly process, thereby improving the processing efficiency.

[0110] In some embodiments of this application, the second plate body 312 further includes a fourth plate segment 3125 connected to the second plate segment 3122. The fourth plate segment 3125 is connected to the second plate segment 3122 and includes a first segment 31251, a second segment 31252, and a third segment 31253. The first segment 31251, the second segment 31252, and the third segment 31253 are connected sequentially, with the second end connected to the second plate segment 3122. The first segment 31251 and the third segment 31253 are vertically connected to the side of the second end away from the second plate segment 3122. The first segment 31251, the second segment 31252, and the third segment 31253 form a U-shaped structure, thereby forming the second slot 315.

[0111] When it is necessary to lock the current position of the compressor assembly 20, the position of the operating hole on the side plate drives the drive member 32, which in turn drives the limiting member 31, causing the limiting member 31 to move closer to the mounting base 23 until the limiting member 31 reaches the first state. When the limiting member 31 is in the first state, one foot 211 of the compressor body 21 engages in the second slot 315, which limits the foot 211 of the compressor body 21, thereby limiting the compressor body 21 to the current position.

[0112] It should be understood that, in the first state, at least part of the third segment 31253 is located on top of the foot 211 and is abutted by the foot 211. Along the first direction X (perpendicular to the base plate 11), the third segment 31253 limits the top of the foot 211, preventing the foot 211 from moving away from the base plate 11. Along the second direction Y (parallel to the base plate 11 and in the same direction as the movement of the limiting member 31), the foot 211 abuts against the second segment 31252. This arrangement improves the limiting effect on the compressor body 21, thereby improving the limiting effect on the compressor assembly 20 and reducing the possibility of the outdoor unit 100 malfunctioning due to shaking during transportation of the compressor assembly 20.

[0113] In some embodiments of this application, the fourth segment 3125 of the second plate body 312 is U-shaped and includes a first segment 31251, a second segment 31252 and a third segment 31253. The first segment 31251, the second segment 31252 and the third segment 31253 are connected in sequence, and the second end is connected to the second plate segment 3122. The first segment 31251 and the third segment 31253 are vertically connected to the side of the second end away from the second plate segment 3122. The first segment 31251, the second segment 31252 and the third segment 31253 form a U-shaped structure, thereby forming the second slot 315. The second segment 31252 is connected to the second plate segment 3122 of the second plate body 312. The first segment 31251 and the third segment 31253 are arranged parallel to each other on the side of the second segment 31252 away from the second plate segment 3122, and the third segment 31253 is located above the first segment 31251. Along the direction perpendicular to the second segment 31252, the maximum length of the first segment 31251 is greater than the maximum length of the third segment 31253.

[0114] When it is necessary to lock the current position of the compressor assembly 20, the position of the operation hole on the side plate drives the drive member 32, which in turn drives the limiting member 31, causing the limiting member 31 to move towards the mounting base 23 until the limiting member 31 reaches the first state. When the limiting member 31 is in the first state, one foot 211 of the compressor body 21 is engaged in the second slot 315. In the first direction X and the second direction Y, the second slot 315 limits the foot 211 of the compressor body 21. At the same time, along the first direction X, a portion of the first segment 31251 is located at the bottom of the compressor body 21 and abuts against the bottom of the compressor body 21, thereby limiting the compressor body 21 to the current position.

[0115] By setting the first segment 31251 and using the first segment 31251 to limit the compressor body 21, the limiting position and limiting area of the compressor body 21 are increased, thereby further improving the limiting effect of the compressor assembly 20.

[0116] In some embodiments of this application, the first segment 31251 is provided with a first avoidance structure for avoiding the bottom structure of the compressor body 21.

[0117] When the limiting member 31 is in the first state, a portion of the first segment 31251 is located at the bottom of the compressor body 21 and abuts against the bottom of the compressor body 21, thereby limiting the compressor body 21 to the current position. The bottom of the compressor is provided with a protruding structure. By setting the first avoidance structure, structural interference is reduced, so that the limiting action can be effectively implemented.

[0118] It should be noted that the first avoidance structure is the first avoidance gap.

[0119] In some embodiments of this application, the third segment 31253 is provided with a second avoidance structure for avoiding the first damping body 22 located on the side of the machine foot 211 away from the mounting base 23.

[0120] When the limiting member 31 is in the first state, part of the body of the third segment 31253 is located on the top of the foot 211 and abuts against the top of the foot 211. On the side of the foot 211 away from the mounting base 23, part of the body of the first damping body 22 protrudes from the foot 211. By setting the second avoidance structure, the third segment 31253 can avoid the part of the first damping body 22 protruding from the foot 211, thereby increasing the contact area between the third segment 31253 and the foot 211 and reducing structural interference.

[0121] It should be noted that the second avoidance structure is the second avoidance gap.

[0122] In some embodiments of this application, the second plate 312 further includes a fifth plate segment 3124. Along the third direction Z (parallel to the plate and perpendicular to the moving direction of the limiting member 31), the fifth plate segment 3124 is provided on at least one side of the second plate 312. The fifth plate segment 3124 protrudes from the side of the second plate segment 3122 facing the mounting base 23. The mounting base 23 is provided with a slot 231. In the first state, part of the fifth plate segment 3124 is inserted into the slot 231. Along the third direction Z, the fifth plate segment 3124 limits the mounting base 23. The first direction X, the second direction Y and the third direction Z are perpendicular to each other.

[0123] When it is necessary to lock the current position of the compressor assembly 20, the position of the operating hole on the side plate drives the drive member 32, which in turn drives the limiting member 31, causing the limiting member 31 to move closer to the mounting base 23 until the limiting member 31 reaches the first state. When the limiting member 31 is in the first state, a portion of the fifth plate segment 3124 is inserted into the slot 231, thereby limiting the compressor body 21 to the current position.

[0124] By setting the slot and the fifth plate segment 3124, the limiting position and limiting direction of the mounting base 23 can be increased, thereby improving the limiting effect of the mounting base 23 and further enhancing the limiting effect of the compressor assembly 20.

[0125] In some embodiments of this application, the first part 3111 is provided with a first through hole, and the driving component 32 includes a connecting seat 321, a nut 322 and a bolt 323. The connecting seat 321 is fixed on the base plate 11 (the connection and fixing methods include but are not limited to bonding, welding, snap-fitting or connecting via a connector, for example, the two are connected by a bolt 323 so as to be disassembled and individually repaired and replaced). The connecting seat 321 is provided on the support plate 3211, which is located on the side of the first part 3111 facing the operating hole. The support plate 3211 is parallel to the first part 3111 and is provided with a second through hole. The nut 322 is fixed on the side of the first part 3111 away from the support plate 3211 and is coaxially arranged with the through hole. The bolt 323 includes a stud and a nut. The stud passes through the second through hole and the first through hole and is threadedly connected to the nut 322. The nut is located on the side of the support plate 3211 facing the operating hole, and the diameter of the nut is larger than the diameter of the second through hole.

[0126] When it is necessary to lock the current position of the compressor assembly 20, the position of the operation hole on the side plate drives the drive member 32. During the drive, the bolt 323 is driven to rotate by a tool. The position of the bolt 323 relative to the base plate 11 remains unchanged. The rotation of the bolt 323 drives the nut 322. The nut 322 drives the limiting member 31 to move closer to or further away from the compressor assembly 20, thereby realizing the switching of the limiting member 31 between the first state and the second state.

[0127] The drive unit 32 has a simple structure, low manufacturing cost, and is easy to operate during use, thereby improving the ease of operation.

[0128] In some embodiments of this application, the driving member 32 further includes a limiting member 324 having a third through hole 3241. The limiting member 324 is connected to the side of the support plate 3211 facing the operating hole. The third through hole 3241 is coaxially arranged with the operating hole. A receiving space is formed between the limiting member 324 and the support plate 3211. A nut is disposed in the receiving space. The diameter of the nut is larger than the diameter of the third through hole 3241.

[0129] By setting the limiting component 324, the nut of the bolt 323 is contained within the receiving space, thereby maintaining the position of the bolt 323, reducing the possibility of the bolt 323 falling off, and enabling the limiting component 31 to be effectively driven.

[0130] In some embodiments of this application, at least one of the first plate 311 and the second plate 312 is slidably engaged with the base plate 11.

[0131] Specifically, a first guide hole 31121 is provided on the first plate 311, and a second guide hole 31211 is provided on the second plate 312. The first guide hole 31121 is a first elongated hole extending along the moving direction of the limiting member 31, and the second guide hole 31211 is a second elongated hole extending along the moving direction of the limiting member 31. The position of the first guide hole 31121 is connected to the base plate 11 through a guide post 313, and the position of the second guide hole 31211 is also connected to the base plate 11 through a guide post 313. During the movement of the limiting member 31, the first guide hole 31121 slides relative to the guide post 313 it cooperates with, and the second guide hole 31211 slides relative to the guide post 313 it cooperates with. This arrangement can guide the moving direction of the limiting member 31.

[0132] In addition, since the guide hole has a length, the movement stroke of the limiting member 31 can be controlled by controlling the length of the guide hole, thereby improving the movement accuracy of the limiting member 31.

[0133] The second aspect of this application proposes a heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) device, which includes an outdoor unit 100 and an indoor unit. The outdoor unit 100 is an outdoor unit 100 as described above, and the indoor unit is connected to the outdoor unit 100 to form a refrigerant circulation path.
