Method for Extracting Attachment Space Factors, Method for Weighting Attachment Space Factors, and Method for Providing Building Plans

[0006]

[0001] The present disclosure relates to a method for extracting attachment space factors, a method for weighting attachment space factors, and a method for providing building plans.

[0002] Persons such as customer representatives, designers, or designers grasp the customer's demands for creating building plans. In the system described in Patent Document 1, a predetermined diagnostic test is executed on the user in order to appropriately manifest the diverse and multifaceted living awareness of the user.

[0003] Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2003-58687

[0004] By the way, attachment is generated when using things for a long time. Attachment may occur from the time of purchasing the item. Even if no attachment is felt at the time of purchasing the item, attachment may occur as a result of long-term use. In the case of a building, attachment may occur to the building or a predetermined location of the building by living in it for a long time, or attachment may be felt when starting to live. Attachment may occur in a place that was not consciously considered at the time of designing the building plan. Since a building is an item that a user uses for a long time and affects the user's mind and body, it is considered preferable that the user is likely to develop attachment to the building. However, conventionally, obtaining the user's demands from the perspective of attachment that may occur in the future has not been considered.

[0005] (1) The method for extracting attachment space factors, which is one aspect of the present disclosure, is a method for extracting a person's attachment to a building, including an information collection step of collecting attachment information regarding attachment that may occur with respect to the design space of the building, and an aggregation step of aggregating the attachment information collected in the information collection step into a plurality of attachment space factors as factors that generate attachment.

[0006] This configuration collects attachment information related to the potential attachment that may arise towards the design space of a building. Then, during the aggregation process, multiple attachment space factors can be extracted from the attachment information. By referring to these multiple attachment space factors, it is possible to propose building plans that include design spaces that users are likely to feel attached to, reflecting user requests.

[0007] (2) In the method for extracting attachment space factors described in (1) above, the design space is at least one of the building's floor plan, interior design, exterior design, interior design around windows, and exterior design. With this configuration, attachment space factors corresponding to at least one of the building's floor plan, interior design, exterior design, interior design around windows, and exterior design can be extracted.

[0008] (3) In the method for extracting attachment space factors described in (1) or (2) above, the attachment information is at least one of the following: building design, building layout, questionnaire information on attachment to the building, and comments on the building design on a social networking service, and the building design is at least one of the following: interior photographs, exterior photographs, photographs of the area around the windows, and perspective drawings of each part of the building.

[0009] This configuration allows for the aggregation of attachment space factors from at least one of the following: architectural design, floor plan, survey information on attachment to the building, and comments on the architectural design on social networking services.

[0010] (4) In the method for extracting attachment spatial factors described in any one of (1) to (3) above, the aggregation step is performed by a large-scale language model to aggregate the attachment information collected in the information collection step into a plurality of attachment spatial factors. With this configuration, the attachment information can be aggregated into a plurality of attachment spatial factors by a large-scale language model.

[0011] (5) Another aspect of the present disclosure is a method for weighting attachment space factors, which weights attachment to a building, wherein, based on first aggregated information of first aggregated subjects, a first degree of empathy is associated with each of the multiple attachment space factors for the design space of the building as the weight, and the first aggregated subjects are all aggregated subjects.

[0012] This configuration allows us to associate a primary empathy level, representing the ease with which all users can empathize, with each of the multiple attachment space factors. Therefore, we can propose architectural plans that include design spaces that users are likely to feel attached to.

[0013] (6) In the method for weighting attachment space factors described in (5) above, further, regarding whether or not the user empathizes with each of the multiple attachment space factors, a second degree of empathy is associated with each of the multiple attachment space factors as a weight, based on the second aggregated information of the second aggregated subjects, and the second aggregated subjects are subjects who share a common preference for the color image of buildings. With this configuration, a second degree of empathy, which is the ease of empathizing based on the user's preference for the color image, can be associated with each of the multiple attachment space factors.

[0014] (7) In the method for weighting attachment space factors described in (5) or (6) above, further, regarding whether or not the user empathizes with each of the multiple attachment space factors, a third degree of empathy is associated with each of the multiple attachment space factors as a weight, based on the third aggregate information of the third aggregate subject, and the third aggregate subject is an aggregate subject having the same or similar family structure. With this configuration, a third degree of empathy, as an indication of ease of empathy based on the user's family structure, can be associated with each of the multiple attachment space factors.

[0015] (8) A method for providing a building plan, which is yet another aspect of the present disclosure, is a method for providing a building plan, comprising: an acquisition step of acquiring user information relating to a user; a factor identification step of identifying user attachment information, which is the attachment space factor preferred by the user, based on the user information and attachment-related information relating attachment space factors and person-related information; and a provision step of providing information relating to the building plan based on the user attachment information, wherein the person-related information includes preferences for the color image of the building and family structure.

[0016] This configuration allows for the identification of user attachment information based on user information and attachment-related information, making it easier to provide building plans that users are likely to feel attached to. Therefore, it is possible to propose building plans that include design spaces that users are likely to feel attached to, in line with user requests.

[0017] According to the method for extracting attachment space factors, weighting attachment space factors, and providing building plans described in this disclosure, it is possible to propose building plans that include design spaces that users are likely to feel attached to, as requested by the user.

[0018] This is a table showing examples of attachment space factors according to the embodiment. This is a table showing examples of the value provided that is set for the attachment space factors in Figure 1. This is a table showing examples of attachment-related information including the attachment space factors in Figure 1. This is a flowchart of the attachment space factor extraction method, which extracts multiple attachment space factors in Figure 1. This is a flowchart of the attachment space factor weighting method, which weights multiple attachment space factors in Figure 1. This is a block diagram showing the configuration of the extraction system according to the embodiment. This is a block diagram showing the configuration of the building-related information provision system according to the embodiment. This is a flowchart of the building plan provision method executed by the building-related information provision system in Figure 7. This is a schematic diagram showing an example of a building plan provided by the building plan provision method in Figure 8.

[0019] <Embodiment> Referring to Figures 1 to 9, the method 100 for extracting attachment space factors AF, the method 200 for weighting attachment space factors AF, and the method 300 for providing building plans BP according to this embodiment will be described.

[0020] We develop an attachment to buildings. Attachment is an emotional feeling. A house is one example of a building that people feel an attachment to. Attachment to a building arises from feelings of affection and nostalgia for the building. Attachment to a building can be felt from the moment one moves in, or it can develop over time. The aspects of a building that evoke this attachment are diverse, including the floor plan, interior design, exterior design, window detailing, and overall exterior design. Furthermore, the color image of a building that evokes attachment varies depending on the resident's personality and family structure. For this reason, it has been difficult for building manufacturers' customer representatives, architects, or designers to propose buildings that customers will feel an attachment to.

[0021] The inventors of this invention investigated where residents feel attached to a building, why they feel attached to it, and how that attachment arises. As a result, the inventors derived an attachment spatial factor AF related to the space of a building.

[0022] [Attachment Space Factors] As shown in Figure 1, there are numerous factors that create attachment to the design space of a building. These attachment-generating factors are aggregated into multiple attachment space factors AF. Attachment space factors AF are factors that create attachment to the building. Attachment space factors AF are factors related to spaces that evoke attachment. Specifically, attachment space factors AF are factors that create attachment to specific design spaces of a building. Design spaces are, for example, spaces that residents find comfortable. By providing design spaces that correspond to attachment space factors AF in a building, residents are more likely to feel attached to the building. Figure 1 shows 14 examples of attachment space factors AF. Attachment space factors AF may include other factors besides those shown in Figure 1. Multiple attachment-generating factors are aggregated into multiple attachment space factors AF so that each of the multiple attachment space factors AF resonates with approximately 50% or more of people.

[0023] Multiple attachment space factors AF are classified into multiple categories. In the example in Figure 1, 14 attachment space factors AF are classified into 5 categories. Specifically, attachment space factors AF are classified into five elements: element 1, element 2, element 3, element 4, and element 5.

[0024] The first element relates to the sense of nature in a building. The first element relates to the space in a building where residents can feel nature, such as sunlight, garden views, and seasonal changes. In the example in Figure 1, 1-1 to 1-3 are classified as the first element.

[0025] The second element relates to the family of the building's occupants. The second element relates to the space that evokes a sense of attachment through family life and the growth of children. In the example in Figure 1, items 2-1 to 2-3 are classified as the second element.

[0026] The third element relates to the meticulousness of the resident's lifestyle. Residents feel a sense of comfort and meticulousness in their living space by, for example, deliberately taking the time to do things carefully or by keeping their rooms tidy. Therefore, elements related to the resident's meticulous lifestyle can become elements related to a space they feel attached to. In the example in Figure 1, items 3-1 to 3-3 are classified as the third element.

[0027] The fourth element concerns creativity in architecture. Creativity in architecture is enhanced not only by concrete activities such as DIY and artistic activities within the building, but also by collaborative creation within the family and the freedom to rearrange the space. Therefore, elements related to creativity in architecture can also be elements related to spaces that evoke a sense of attachment. In the example in Figure 1, items 4-1 to 4-3 are classified as the fourth element.

[0028] The fifth element concerns the relationship between a building and its surrounding area. Residents feel a good relationship with their neighborhood when they are inclined to invite neighbors into the building and when the building blends in with the atmosphere of the town. Therefore, the element concerning the relationship between a building and its surrounding area can be considered an element related to a space that evokes a sense of attachment. In the example in Figure 1, 5-1 and 5-2 are classified as the fifth element.

[0029] Each of the multiple attachment space factors AF in Figure 1 is assigned a value proposition VP, as shown in Figure 2. Value proposition VP is an element related to the value that attachment space factors AF bring about. More specifically, value proposition VP is the value related to the comfort of the space. The comfort of the design space corresponding to attachment space factors AF fosters attachment in the residents.

[0030] As shown in Figure 2, in this embodiment, six value propositions VP are set. Value propositions VP may include values other than those shown in Figure 2. The attachment space factor AF is associated with at least one of the following: the first value, the second value, the third value, the fourth value, the fifth value, and the sixth value. The first value relates to a sense of security in the building. The second value relates to comfort in the building. The third value relates to the preferences of the residents. The fourth value relates to the growth of the residents. The fifth value relates to the uniqueness of the building. The sixth value relates to the sense of ownership of the residents.

[0031] Each attachment space factor AF has at least one value proposition VP assigned to it. In the example in Figure 1, the letters in the value proposition VP column correspond to the value proposition VP in Figure 2. For example, attachment space factor AF 1-1 "A space where you can feel the sunlight" has two value proposition VPs assigned to it: the first value A, "A sense of security in the building," and the second value B, "A comfort in the building." The design space corresponding to attachment space factor AF "A space where you can feel the sunlight" provides residents with the value of a sense of security in the building and a sense of comfort in the building.

[0032] The attachment space factor AF that makes people feel attached to a building differs depending on their preferences for the color image of the building and their family structure. Figure 3 is an excerpt of the results of a questionnaire in which multiple subjects were asked whether they empathized with each of the attachment space factors AF.

[0033] In the parentheses for each item under "All Participants," the ranking of empathy levels for the corresponding attachment space factor AF among multiple attachment space factors AF is shown in the survey results of all participants. Here, "empathy level" is the percentage of participants who answered that they empathize with that attachment space factor AF. The factors are ranked from highest to lowest empathy level, and this is expressed as the "ranking of empathy levels."

[0034] In the parentheses for each item under "Color Image Preference," the ranking of empathy for the corresponding attachment space factor AF among multiple attachment space factors AF is shown, based on the survey results of respondents who have preferences such as "Excellent" or "Warm" as their preference for the color image of buildings. (Details will be explained later.)

[0035] The parentheses in each item under "Family Structure" indicate the ranking of empathy levels for the corresponding attachment space factor AF among multiple attachment space factors AF, based on the survey results of respondents with family structures such as "single person" and "three-person family" consisting of a married couple and one child.

[0036] In the survey results for all respondents, 3-1 "Easy-to-use storage space" received the most support. However, among respondents whose preferred color image for buildings is "warm," 3-3 "A space with tranquility" received the most support. Also, among respondents whose family consists of "three people," 2-3 "A space where the family can gather" received the most support.

[0037] The following describes the method 100 for extracting attachment space factors AF and the method 200 for weighting attachment space factors AF. <Method for extracting attachment space factors> The method 100 for extracting attachment space factors AF is a method for extracting attachment space factors AF from attachment information. The method 100 for extracting attachment space factors AF shown in Figure 4 is a method for extracting people's attachment to buildings. The extraction method 100 includes an information gathering step 110, an aggregation step 120, and an organization step 130.

[0038] [Information Gathering Process] In the information gathering process 110 shown in Figure 4, attachment information is collected. Attachment information is information about attachment that may arise towards the design space of a building. The design space is a specific architectural element of the building. Specifically, the design space is at least one of the building's floor plan, interior design, exterior design, interior design around windows, and exterior design.

[0039] Attachment information consists of at least one of the following: building design, building layout, survey information regarding attachment to the building, and comments on the building design on social networking services (SNS). Attachment information may also include comments on the building design on web services other than SNS. Building design consists of at least one of the following: interior photographs, exterior photographs, photographs of the window area, and perspective drawings of various parts of the building. Attachment information includes information about the attachment people feel to the design space. This information about people's attachment to the design space is text data, such as responses to a survey.

[0040] For architectural design and floor plans, data from buildings previously constructed by the building manufacturer and data collected from the internet are used, for example. Information on attachment to buildings is collected, for example, by conducting online surveys regarding attachment to buildings currently or previously lived in. Comments on architectural design on social media are collected from the internet.

[0041] In one example, the extraction computer 11 of the extraction system 10, which will be described later, collects attachment information recorded on the server, attachment information to buildings on social networking services (SNS), and attachment information posted on websites on the internet from a server connected to the extraction system 10.

[0042] [Aggregation Process] In the aggregation process 120 shown in Figure 4, the attachment information collected in the information gathering process 110 is aggregated into multiple attachment space factors AF, which are factors that generate attachment. In this embodiment, aggregation means the following: Aggregation means classifying multiple pieces of attachment information so that similar factors belong to one group, and summarizing the multiple factors within the group into one piece of linguistic information. In the aggregation process 120, the attachment information is used to obtain what kind of design spaces are included in the building design and the building's floor plan, and how people feel attached to these design spaces. In the aggregation process 120, the attachment information is used to obtain how and to which design spaces in the building respondents feel attached to them. By integrating overlapping content, the attachment information is aggregated into multiple attachment space factors AF. As a result of the aggregation process 120, the attachment information is aggregated into attachment space factors AF linked to specific spaces, as shown in Figure 1.

[0043] The first and second methods will be described as specific ways to consolidate attachment information into multiple attachment space factors AF. The first method is a method for obtaining information on what kind of design spaces are included in at least one of the following as part of the building design: interior photographs of the interior, exterior photographs of the exterior, photographs of the area around the windows, and perspective drawings of each part of the building; whether residents have an attachment to the design spaces; and if so, what kind of attachment they have.

[0044] The second method is a method of obtaining how respondents of questionnaires and comments have an attachment to which design space. In one example, in the aggregation step 120, the attachment information collected in the information collection step 110 is aggregated into a plurality of attachment space factors AF by the large language model 50 shown in FIG. 6. The first method and the second method are performed, for example, by the large language model 50. The large language model 50 is a machine learning model learned based on huge language information and data such as images. In the first method, the large language model 50 is made to read interior decoration photos as building designs, exterior photos, photos around windows, and perspective views of each location of the building. Then, the large language model 50 is made to answer, as attachment space factors AF, the design space included in the building design and the space that makes the residents feel what kind of attachment to the design space.

[0045] In the second method, the large language model 50 is made to read the answers to the questionnaires and comments. Then, the large language model 50 is made to answer, as attachment space factors AF, the design space and the space that makes the residents feel what kind of attachment to the design space from the answers to the questionnaires and comments.

[0046] [Sorting step] In the sorting step 130 shown in FIG. 4, the provided value VP in FIG. 2 is set for each of the plurality of attachment space factors AF aggregated in the aggregation step 120. The setting of the provided value VP is set referring to the content of the attachment information. In the sorting step 130, the large language model 50 sets a plurality of provided values VP for each of the plurality of attachment space factors AF.

[0047] <Method for Weighting Attachment Space Factors>The weighting method 200 for the attachment space factor AF shown in FIG. 5 is a method for weighting the attachment to a building. More specifically, the weighting method 200 is a method for weighting a plurality of attachment space factors AF with respect to the design space of a building. An attachment space factor AF with a larger weight is more likely to contribute to a space where attachment is easily felt. The weight is set according to a person's preference for the color image of a building and the family composition. The weight of the attachment space factor AF corresponds to the rank of the sensitivity of the attachment space factor AF. The higher the rank of the sensitivity of the attachment space factor AF, the larger the weight of the attachment space factor AF.

[0048] As the weight of the attachment space factor AF, for example, the sensitivity is associated with each of the plurality of attachment space factors AF. The weighting method 200 for the attachment space factor AF includes an aggregation step 210 and a processing step 220.

[0049] [Aggregation Step] In the aggregation step 210 shown in FIG. 5, the sensitivity to each of the plurality of attachment space factors AF is aggregated. The aggregation of the sensitivity is performed by aggregating, for each attachment space factor AF, the responses regarding whether or not to empathize with each of the plurality of attachment space factors AF collected from a plurality of aggregation target persons. The response regarding whether or not to empathize may be a binary choice of "yes" or "no", or may be graded such as "strongly empathize", "somewhat empathize", "do not empathize". The responses of the aggregation target persons further include information regarding the preference for the color image of the building of the aggregation target persons and information regarding the family composition.

[0050] The color preferences of the subjects in the survey can be categorized into one of the following: "gentle," "warm," "calm," "dignified," "harmonious," and "lustrous." Information regarding the subjects' preferences for building color images is a response indicating which of these four categories they prefer. One method for identifying the subjects' preferences for building color images is to have them select their preferred color image from a selection of color images representing multiple design spaces. By having the subjects select their preferred color image from multiple color images corresponding to each of the four categories—"gentle," "warm," "calm," "dignified," "harmonious," and "lustrous"—their preferences for building color images can be identified.

[0051] Information regarding family structure is used to identify the family structure of the person being surveyed. Family structure includes, for example, the "gender," "age," "household income," "number of family members living together," and "current residence" of the person being surveyed. "Current residence" refers to items related to housing, such as whether it is a newly built or existing house, or whether it is a custom-built or ready-built house.

[0052] [Processing Steps] In processing step 220 shown in Figure 5, the aggregated results from the aggregation step 210 are processed by associating empathy levels with each of the multiple attachment space factors AF. As information about attachment space factors AF for people belonging to a specific group, empathy levels are associated with each of the multiple attachment space factors AF as a weight, based on information about the empathy levels of people belonging to that specific group. Examples of groups include a group that includes all aggregated subjects, a group that has common or similar preferences for building color images, and a group that has the same or similar family structure.

[0053] In processing step 220, based on the first aggregated information of the first aggregated subjects, a first empathy score is associated as a weight for each of the multiple attachment space factors AF. The first aggregated subjects are all subjects. The first aggregated information includes the responses of subjects belonging to the group that includes all subjects. The first empathy score for attachment space factors AF represents the proportion of subjects who responded that they empathized with the attachment space factor AF in question, out of all subjects.

[0054] In processing step 220, a second empathy score is further associated as a weight for each of the multiple attachment space factors AF, based on the second aggregate information of the second group of aggregated subjects. The second group of aggregated subjects are those who share a common preference for the color image of buildings. The second aggregate information includes responses from aggregated subjects belonging to a group whose preferences for the color image of buildings are common or similar. The second empathy score for attachment space factor AF indicates the proportion of aggregated subjects who, among those who share a common preference for the color image of buildings, responded that they empathize with the attachment space factor AF in question. When the color image is classified into six categories: "Gentle," "Warm," "Quiet," "Dignified," "Harmonious," and "Elegant," the second empathy score is set for each of the aggregated subjects' preferred color images. In the example in Figure 3, the empathy scores of second grouped subjects whose preferred color image is "Gentle" or "Warm" are shown.

[0055] In processing step 220, a third empathy score is further associated as a weight for each of the multiple attachment space factors AF, based on the third aggregate information of the third aggregate subjects. The third aggregate subjects are those who have the same or similar family structure. The third aggregate information includes responses from those who belong to the group with the same or similar family structure. The third empathy score for attachment space factor AF represents the proportion of those who have the same or similar family structure and responded that they empathize with the attachment space factor AF in question. In the example in Figure 3, the empathy scores of third aggregate subjects whose family structure is "single" or "three-person family" are shown.

[0056] While the example given is a group of third-category subjects whose "cohabiting family" is either "single person" or "family of three," groups of third-category subjects may be formed by combining multiple items from "gender," "age," "household income," "cohabiting family," and "current housing." For example, a group combining multiple items might be "female, aged 25 to 44," "newly built detached house, household income of 15 million yen or more."

[0057] [Configuration of the extraction system] Referring to Figure 6, an example of an extraction system 10 that realizes the extraction method 100 and weighting method 200 of attachment space factor AF will be described.

[0058] The extraction system 10 includes, for example, an extraction computer 11. The extraction computer 11 is configured, for example, by a server. The extraction computer 11 may be configured by a combination of multiple computers installed in the same location or in different locations. Users access the extraction computer 11 via a computer terminal such as a personal computer, tablet, smartphone, or telephone.

[0059] The extraction computer 11 comprises a processing circuit and a memory device. The processing circuit consists of a CPU that executes processing according to a program and its peripheral circuits. The memory device consists of a ROM in which programs are stored, a volatile RAM on which data can be temporarily written, and a non-volatile storage device on which data can be written. Various programs are executed on the extraction computer 11 by the processing circuit executing various programs stored in the memory device.

[0060] The extraction computer 11 is connected to the large-scale language model 50. The large-scale language model 50 performs language processing to aggregate the aforementioned attachment information into multiple attachment spatial factors AF, and image recognition processing to obtain room layouts from property photos using deep learning.

[0061] The extraction computer 11 connects to the large-scale language model 50, for example, via a network. An example of such a network is the internet. The large-scale language model 50 is configured on a computer different from the extraction computer 11.

[0062] The extraction computer 11 includes an extraction processing unit 21 that executes the extraction method 100 and the weighting method 200. The extraction processing unit 21 is configured on the processing unit of the extraction computer 11.

[0063] In the information gathering step 110 of the extraction method 100, the extraction processing unit 21 collects attachment information such as building design, building layout, questionnaires about attachment to the building, and comments on the building design on social networking services. The collection of attachment information by the extraction processing unit 21 is carried out via the network. The questionnaire about attachment to the building is conducted, for example, with the survey participants via an internet browser or email.

[0064] In the aggregation step 120 of the extraction method 100, the extraction processing unit 21 inputs attachment information into the large-scale language model 50 and instructs it to aggregate the attachment information into multiple attachment spatial factors AF. In the sorting step 130 of the extraction method 100, the large-scale language model 50 is instructed to set a value VP for each of the attachment information. In the sorting step 130 of the extraction method 100, the extraction processing unit 21 instructs the large-scale language model 50 to set a value VP for each of the multiple attachment spatial factors AF.

[0065] In the aggregation process 210 of the weighting method 200, the extraction processing unit 21 aggregates the empathy scores. The extraction processing unit 21 conducts a questionnaire with the target subjects using an internet browser or email.

[0066] In the processing step 220 of the weighting method 200, the extraction processing unit 21 calculates the first empathy level, the second empathy level, and the third empathy level, and associates them with the attachment space factor AF. The extraction processing unit 21 stores the attachment space factor AF, to which the first empathy level, the second empathy level, and the third empathy level are associated, in the storage device of the extraction computer 11.

[0067] The memory device of the extraction computer 11 stores an extraction program that causes the computer to execute the attachment space factor AF extraction method 100. The memory device of the extraction computer 11 also stores a weighting program that causes the computer to execute the attachment space factor AF weighting method 200.

[0068] <Method for Providing Building Plans> The method 300 for providing building plan BP is a method for providing building plan BP as shown in Figure 9. In the provision method 300, attachment-related information AR formed by the attachment spatial factor AF extraction method 100 and weighting method 200 is used. The method 300 for providing building plan BP is executed by the building-related information provision system 30.

[0069] [Building-related information provision system] The building-related information provision system 30 includes a provisioning computer 31 and a user terminal 32. The provisioning computer 31 is configured, for example, in accordance with the extraction computer 11.

[0070] The provisioning computer 31 has a provisioning processing unit 41. The provisioning processing unit 41 is configured on the processing unit of the provisioning computer 31. The provisioning processing unit 41 executes the processing related to the factor identification step 320, which will be described later, as part of the method 300 for providing building plan BP.

[0071] The providing computer 31 has a memory unit 42. The memory unit 42 is configured on the storage device of the providing computer 31. The memory unit 42 stores attachment-related information AR. Attachment-related information AR is constructed using attachment spatial factors AF and person-related information to allow customer representatives, designers, or other people to propose buildings that customers will feel attached to to the customer. In attachment-related information AR, attachment spatial factors AF and person-related information are related. Person-related information includes preferences for the building's color image and family structure. Preferences for the building's color image correspond to the second level of empathy. Family structure corresponds to the third level of empathy.

[0072] In the example in Figure 3, the case where the preference for the building's color image is "excellent" or "warm" is illustrated. However, in the attachment-related information AR, each attachment space factor AF is associated with data on the second level of empathy for respondents whose preference for the building's color image is not "excellent" or "warm." Furthermore, in the attachment-related information AR, each attachment space factor AF is associated with data on the third level of empathy for respondents whose family structure is not "single" or "three-person family."

[0073] Attachment-related information (AR) includes the degree of empathy for each attachment spatial factor (AF) set for each person classification information as person-related information. Person classification information includes preferences for the color image of buildings and family structure. Specifically, person classification information is a group of people who share preferences for the color image of buildings and family structure. User attachment information is the degree of empathy for each attachment spatial factor (AF) for the person classification information identified from user information. User attachment information is the attachment spatial factor (AF) with the highest degree of empathy among the attachment spatial factors (AF) for the person classification information identified from user information.

[0074] The user terminal 32 is a terminal used by users to access the service provider computer 31. The user terminal 32 consists of computer terminals such as personal computers, tablets, smartphones, and telephones. The user terminal 32 connects to the service provider computer 31 via a network.

[0075] As shown in Figure 8, the provision method 300 includes an acquisition step 310, a factor identification step 320, and a provision step 330. [Acquisition Step] In the acquisition step 310 shown in Figure 8, user information about the user is acquired. User information is information about the user. User information includes a username to identify the user who entered the information. User information may also include a design project name to distinguish the building plan BP.

[0076] User information includes, for example, at least one of image preference information and family structure information. Image preference information is information about the user's preference for the color image of buildings. Family structure information is, for example, information about the user's family structure. User information is entered into the user terminal 32. The user terminal 32 transmits the user information to the service computer 31.

[0077] [Factor Identification Process] In the factor identification process 320 shown in Figure 8, user attachment information is identified based on user information and attachment-related information AR. User attachment information is the attachment space factor AF preferred by the user. Specifically, user attachment information is the attachment space factor AF with the highest degree of empathy among the multiple attachment space factors AF identified from the user information. The first, second, and third examples of methods for identifying the attachment space factor AF are given.

[0078] The first example is a method based on image preference information and a second empathy score as attachment-related information AR, when user information includes image preference information. The image preference information includes, for example, one of the following: "superior," "warm," "calm," "dignified," "harmonious," and "glossy." For example, in acquisition step 310, the image preference information is obtained as to which of the following categories the user's preference for the color image of buildings falls: "superior," "warm," "calm," "dignified," "harmonious," and "glossy." The providing processing unit 41 prioritizes identifying attachment space factors AF with high second empathy scores as user attachment information, based on the second aggregated information of the same second aggregated subjects as the user's preference for the color image of buildings.

[0079] The second example is a method based on family structure information and a third empathy score as attachment-related information AR, when user information includes family structure information. The provision processing unit 41 prioritizes identifying attachment spatial factors AF with high third empathy scores as user attachment information, based on the third aggregate information of third aggregate subjects whose family structure is the same or similar to that of the user.

[0080] The third example is a method based on the first empathy level when the user information does not include either image preference information or family structure information. The providing processing unit 41 preferentially identifies attachment spatial factors AF, which have a high first empathy level, as user attachment information.

[0081] The providing computer 31 identifies at least one attachment space factor AF as user attachment information in the factor identification step 320, according to any of the first to third examples. The providing processing unit 41 outputs the identified attachment space factor AF to the user terminal 32. In addition to the identified attachment space factor AF, the providing processing unit 41 may also output the value provided VP and design space associated with the identified attachment space factor AF.

[0082] [Provision Process] In provision process 330, information regarding the building plan BP is provided based on the user attachment information. The information regarding the building plan BP includes, for example, the attachment space factor AF itself, which was identified in factor identification process 320. The user terminal 32 outputs the attachment space factor AF identified by the provision processing unit 41 as user attachment information.

[0083] In the provisioning process 330, in addition to or in place of user attachment information, the provided value VP, which is linked to the attachment space factor AF corresponding to the attachment space factor AF of the user attachment information, may also be provided. In the provisioning process 330, in addition to or in place of user attachment information, a design space linked to the attachment space factor AF of the user attachment information may also be provided.

[0084] <Operation of this Embodiment> The first operation of this embodiment will be described. Multiple attachment space factors AF can be extracted by the attachment space factor extraction method 100. The extracted multiple attachment space factors AF can be used to create a building plan BP. For example, when creating a building plan BP, when consulting with a user, multiple attachment space factors AF can be used as a reference to propose a spatial design that will foster attachment in the future.

[0085] The second function of this embodiment will now be explained. The attachment space factor AF weighting method 200 assigns weights to each of the multiple attachment space factors AF. When proposing a building plan BP to a user, it is easier to select which attachment space factors AF to include in the building plan BP based on their weights.

[0086] A third function of this embodiment will now be described. In the building plan BP provision method 300, user attachment information, which is the attachment space factor AF preferred by the user, can be identified based on user information and attachment-related information AR. By presenting the user attachment information to the user, it becomes easier to propose a building plan BP to the user based on the attachment space factor AF.

[0087] The fourth function of this embodiment will now be described. The attachment-related information AR has an attachment spatial factor AF and a value provision VP of the attachment spatial factor AF set. Furthermore, the attachment-related information AR includes, as person-related information, the color image preferences and family structure of the building of the person who feels attached to the attachment spatial factor AF. Therefore, people such as customer representatives, designers, or architects of building manufacturers can use the attachment-related information AR as teaching material to learn about the reasons why people develop attachment to buildings and how to explain this to customers.

[0088] A fifth function of this embodiment will now be described. Figure 9 shows an example of a building plan BP created based on information about the building plan BP provided by the provision method 300. In the example in Figure 9, the numbers of the attachment space factors AF in Figure 1 are indicated on the spaces included in the building plan BP. A portion of the building plan BP will be described in detail.

[0089] In the first space A1, a large low window is installed in the corner facing the garden. By placing a bench along the low window, the space becomes one where one can feel the warmth of the sunlight streaming in from the garden. Furthermore, since the bench in the first space A1 faces the dining table, conversations with family members sitting at the dining table are encouraged. This first space A1 is planned based on attachment space factors AF: 1-1 "A space where you can feel the sunlight", 1-2 "A space to enjoy the view outside", and 2-3 "A space where the family gathers".

[0090] In the second space A2, the sofa is positioned with its back to the wall. People cannot pass behind the sofa. The sofa is positioned to face the window. As a result, people sitting on the sofa can relax while looking out at the garden through the window. The second space A2 is planned based on attachment space factors AF: 1-2 "A space to enjoy the view outside" and 3-3 "A space with tranquility".

[0091] In this way, by creating a building plan BP based on attachment space factors AF, it is possible to associate multiple attachment space factors AF with a single space. Compared to the conventional method of creating building plan BP based on the number of rooms or the function of each room, a building plan BP is designed in which attachment space factors AF are associated with each space. As a result, the residents of the building can obtain the value provided VP.

[0092] <Effects of this embodiment> The effects of this embodiment will be explained. (1) The attachment space factor AF extraction method 100 is a method for extracting people's attachment to buildings. The extraction method 100 includes an information collection step 110 for collecting attachment information relating to attachment that may arise to the design space of a building, and an aggregation step 120 for aggregating the attachment information collected in the information collection step 110 into a plurality of attachment space factors AF as factors that cause attachment.

[0093] This configuration collects attachment information related to the attachment that may arise towards the design space of a building. Then, in the aggregation process 120, multiple attachment space factors AF can be extracted from the attachment information. By referring to multiple attachment space factors AF, it is possible to propose a building plan BP that includes a design space that users are likely to feel attached to, as requested by the user.

[0094] (2) The design space is at least one of the building's floor plan, interior design, exterior design, interior design around the windows, and exterior design. With this configuration, an attachment space factor AF can be extracted that corresponds to at least one of the building's floor plan, interior design, exterior design, interior design around the windows, and exterior design.

[0095] (3) Attachment information is at least one of the following: building design, building layout, questionnaire information on attachment to the building, and comments on the building design on social networking services. Building design is at least one of the following: interior photographs, exterior photographs, photographs of the area around the windows, and perspective drawings of each part of the building.

[0096] This configuration allows for the aggregation of the attachment space factor AF from at least one of the following: architectural design, floor plan, survey information on attachment to the building, and comments on the architectural design on social networking services.

[0097] (4) In the aggregation process 120, the attachment information collected in the information gathering process 110 is aggregated into multiple attachment spatial factors AF by the large-scale language model 50. With this configuration, the attachment information can be aggregated into multiple attachment spatial factors AF by the large-scale language model 50.

[0098] (5) The weighting method 200 for attachment space factors AF is a method for assigning weights to multiple attachment space factors AF for the design space of a building. The weighting method 200 includes a first processing step of associating a first degree of empathy as a weight to each of the multiple attachment space factors AF, based on the first aggregated information of the first aggregated subjects, regarding whether or not they empathize with each of the multiple attachment space factors AF. The first aggregated subjects are all aggregated subjects.

[0099] This configuration allows us to associate each of the attachment space factors AF with a first empathy level, which represents the ease with which all users can empathize. Therefore, we can propose building plans BP that include design spaces that users are likely to feel attached to.

[0100] (6) The weighting method 200 further includes a second processing step of associating a second degree of empathy as a weight for each of the multiple attachment space factors AF, based on the second aggregate information of the second aggregate subjects, regarding whether or not they empathize with each of the multiple attachment space factors AF. The second aggregate subjects are aggregate subjects who have a common preference for the color image of buildings. With this configuration, a second degree of empathy, which is the ease of empathizing based on the user's preference for the color image, can be associated with each of the multiple attachment space factors AF.

[0101] (7) The weighting method 200 further includes a third processing step of associating a third degree of empathy as a weight for each of the multiple attachment space factors AF, based on the third aggregate information of the third aggregate subject, regarding whether or not the subject empathizes with each of the multiple attachment space factors AF. The third aggregate subject is an aggregate subject who has the same or similar family structure. With this configuration, a third degree of empathy, as an indication of the ease of empathizing based on the user's family structure, can be associated with each of the multiple attachment space factors AF.

[0102] (8) The method 300 for providing building plan BP is a method for providing building plan BP. The method 300 includes an acquisition step 310 for acquiring user information about the user, a factor identification step 320 for identifying user attachment information, which is an attachment space factor AF preferred by the user, based on the user information and attachment-related information AR, which is an attachment space factor AF and person-related information, and a provision step 330 for providing building plan BP based on the user attachment information. The person-related information includes preferences for the color image of the building and family structure.

[0103] With this configuration, user attachment information is identified based on user information and attachment-related information (AR), making it easier to provide building plan BPs that users are likely to feel attached to. Therefore, it is possible to propose building plan BPs that include design spaces that users are likely to feel attached to, as requested by the user.

[0104] <Modifications> The above embodiment is an example of possible forms of the attachment space factor AF extraction method 100, the attachment space factor AF weighting method 200, and the building plan BP provision method 300, and is not intended to limit their forms.
