Abstract

Textile hat inspired by the metal helmet known as "morrion", similar to those worn in the 16th-17th centuries in Castile and currently by the Swiss guard of the Vatican; features of the crest: crest that runs along the top of the head in a meridian manner, rising above the head and representing the shape of a crescent (or waning) moon and a broad wing that ends in a point both in the front and back; both features make this design distinctive; by reproducing this shape in textile fabric, the design is lightened, it is comfortable, improving breathability and possibilities of using various fabrics and colors.
