Abstract

A new, original, and ornamental design for a Personal Fan. In some implementations, the Personal Fan, as shown in FIGS. 1.1-1.8, includes a pedestal upon which a circular fan head rests. In some implementations, the Personal Fan, as shown in FIGS. 2.1-3.8, includes legs that are extendable from a central cylindrical neck. The broken lines shown in the figures show features of the Personal Fan that form no part of the claimed designs.
