The article is a cosmetic applicator that dispenses liquid from the dispensing orifice of the applicator section by rotating the rotating part at the rear end of the barrel; the portion represented by the solid line is the portion for which the design registration is sought as a partial design; the broken lines shown in the drawings are for illustrative purposes only and form no part of the claimed design; the enlarged reference view of the applicator section viewed from the front and the enlarged reference view of the applicator section viewed from the back are 200% enlarged views of the front and back views; the enlarged reference view of the left side view and the enlarged reference view of the right side view are 300% enlarged views of the left side view and the right side view.
