The portion highlighted in green colour in reproductions 1.2, 1.4, 1.5, 1.6, 2.3, 2.4 and 2.6 to 2.8 does not form part of the claimed designs; reproductions 2.1 and 2.3 show the smart pen in a fully assembled state, while reproductions 2.2 and 2.4 to 2.8 show the smart pen in a partly exploded state, with a removable battery of the smart pen being shown in a retracted position; depicted colours and shadings are purely illustrative and do not form part of the claimed designs.; 3. The patterns highlighted in red colour in reproductions 3.1 to 3.3 do not form part of the claimed design.
