This invention relates to a hydrogel-coated oxygenation membrane and its preparation method. A polyolefin resin and a modifier are added to a diluent, and the mixture is heated and stirred to obtain a casting solution. Using the casting solution as a raw material, a sheet membrane or hollow fiber membrane is obtained by thermally induced phase separation and film scraping or spinning. The hydrogel solution is irradiated under ultraviolet light to reach a semi-solid state, obtaining a prepolymerized hydrogel solution. The obtained prepolymerized hydrogel solution is coated onto the sheet membrane or hollow fiber membrane. The membrane coated with the prepolymerized hydrogel solution is then irradiated under ultraviolet light until the hydrogel solution is completely cured. After drying at room temperature, a hydrogel-coated oxygenation membrane is obtained, wherein the hydrogel layer thickness is 0.5-3 μm.
