This invention provides a
surgical incision protector for thoracoscopic
surgery, comprising: a fixing ring, a clamping mechanism, a fixing component, a driving element, a diaphragm, and a cover ring. By inserting the diaphragm into the
surgical incision, the fixing ring is positioned over the incision, and two sets of clamping mechanisms contact the
skin on both sides of the incision ends. The fixing component contacts the
skin surrounding the incision. The clamping mechanism is then driven to clamp both ends of the incision. During this process, the clamping mechanism, through the driving element, drives the fixing component to adhere to the
skin around the incision, thereby securing the fixing ring to the incision. This improves the stability of the device on the incision, preventing it from detaching during
surgery. Furthermore, by clamping both ends of the incision, it prevents the skin around the incision from being pulled during
surgery, thus avoiding enlargement of the
surgical wound and preventing further enlargement of the patient's
surgical wound.
