Description
/ 6 A constructive arrangement applied to cooking utensils for attaching removable silicone molds. TECHNICAL FIELD
[001] This utility model patent application belongs to the segment of household appliances, more specifically applied to cooking, frying and food preparation, which notably refers to an improvement introduced in pots, pans and electric rice cooker containers, allowing easy replacement of the contact surface and facilitating both food cleaning and ingredient separation. The mechanism maintains the integrity of the non-stick coating, composed of non-toxic silicone molds, i.e., not harmful or poisonous to human or animal health, prolonging the useful life of the model and facilitating its cleaning. HISTORY OF THE TECHNIQUE
[002] From the earliest times, man realized that fire not only illuminated and warmed, but also transformed food, making it softer, more digestible, and safer to consume. Initially, cooking was done directly on embers or heated stones, without any specific container. Only when the first communities began to settle in villages and abandon the nomadic lifestyle did the need to store and heat water or broths arise, driving the development of the first rudimentary utensils.
[003] The first pots emerged from materials available in nature: large shells, hardened fruit peels, and clay containers molded and dried in the sun. Over time, populations discovered that clay could be fired to become more resistant, giving rise to the first ceramic utensils. This innovation represented a great advance because it allowed for longer and more complex cooking times, increasing the variety of foods prepared and better preserving nutrients. Petition 870250101906, dated 06 / 11 / 2025, p. 5 / 17 / 6
[004] Later, with the mastery of metallurgy, bronze, copper, and later iron containers emerged, revolutionizing the act of cooking. These new materials increased control over heat, sped up preparation, and made utensils more durable. It was during this period that specific shapes and forms began to be differentiated for each type of food, transforming the kitchen into a technical space and not just a place for survival.
[005] Throughout the Middle Ages and Renaissance, cooking utensils became symbols of domestic culture and social organization. Suspended cauldrons, grills, frying pans, and specialized containers emerged, reflecting advances in the stove and cooking techniques. The kitchen became a central activity in the family structure, stimulating the constant evolution of the tools used.
[006] With the advancement of the industrial revolution, mass production allowed utensils previously restricted to the upper classes to become accessible to the general public. Today, cooking utensils are part not only of the functionality of the kitchen, but also of design, food safety and energy efficiency, establishing themselves as essential items in modern daily life. State of the Art Analysis
[007] Research conducted in specialized databases revealed documents relating to cooking utensils, such as document no. BR 112023005912-7, which deals with a COOKING UTENSIL WITH A REMOVABLE HANDLE. According to one example, a cooking utensil includes a support attached to the exterior of a container and a removable handle. The handle includes a gripping portion, a coupling fixed to the gripping portion, an actuator rotatably coupled to the handle, and a spring. The coupling has a channel configured to enclose at least a portion of an upper rod extending horizontally from the support. The actuator has an upper portion configured to engage and disengage an upper edge of the support when the actuator is rotated. Petition 870250101906, dated 06 / 11 / 2025, page 6 / 17 / 6 forward and backward. The actuator also has hooks configured to engage and disengage a lower rod that extends horizontally from the support when the actuator is rotated forward and backward. The spring is configured to apply a force to the actuator so as to rotate the actuator forward when the actuator is released by a user.
[008] Document No. BR 102016012429-8 concerning a COOKING UTENSIL FOR COOKING FOOD UNDER PRESSURE, the invention provides a cooking utensil for cooking food under pressure which includes a container (2), a lid (3) and a bayonet-type locking system, wherein said utensil (1) is distinguished by the fact that it includes a lid subassembly which includes both said lid (3) and a support (10) fixed to said lid (3) in such a way that said lid can pivot, wherein said utensil (1) includes a control member (11) to control the locking / unlocking and a transformation device to transform the movement of the control member (11) into pivoting of the lid (3) in relation to the support (10), wherein said control member is shaped to have the ability to be held manually and to be mechanically connected to the support (10) in such a way that said cover subassembly is raised manually, using the control member (11), cause the control member (11) to be stimulated back to its unlocked position. Pressure cooking utensils.
[009] Document No. PI 9004813-0 concerning an IMPROVEMENT IN COOKING UTENSIL, which consists of a container for ingredients to be cooked, said container having a base, side walls and a lid for the entry and exit of said ingredients; a vessel having a base and side walls including the base and side walls of said container, said vessel includes an apparatus for heating said container; it has a handle attached to the base of the container and protruding downwards directly into the container, the container being freely supported and rotating inside, meaning that the handle must be mounted on the base of the container for its rotation, carrying, in the support, an electric motor connected to rotate said handle and by means Petition 870250101906, dated 06 / 11 / 2025, page 7 / 17 / 6 of said container, characterized by the fact that the container is secured inside a handle as a cover having a base support and an elevated side support and, by means of utensils, the assembly can be picked up on the surface with the container on the axis of the column at 85 to 95 degrees horizontally to the base support, or in an inclined position of 45 to 55 degrees to the horizontal of the same base support and raising the support acting accordingly.
[010] Although the documents presented belong to the same field of activity and perform the same functions, they still present limitations compared to the present patent application. It is worth noting that, currently, most cooking utensils, especially those with non-stick coating, have a fixed internal construction. Electric rice cookers, for example, use a bowl with a non-stick coating that, over time and with use, can suffer wear or accumulation of residues that are difficult to remove.
[011] In addition, general-purpose kitchen utensils often present problems with potential flavor contamination between different preparations, as well as the difficulty of keeping ingredients separate during cooking in a single unit.
[012] Thus, it is a fact that the documents cited in the paragraphs above, despite belonging to the same field of application, do not present any of the characteristics of the object now improved, thus guaranteeing that it meets the legal requirements for patentability. BRIEF DESCRIPTION
[013] Taking into account all the problems presented in the prior art, the inventor, who possesses notable knowledge of the sector, created and developed the aforementioned CONSTRUCTIVE ARRANGEMENT APPLIED TO COOKING UTENSILS FOR COUPLING REMOVABLE SILICONE MOLDS, which aims to facilitate the replacement of the food contact surface or the separation Petition 870250101906, dated 06 / 11 / 2025, page 8 / 17 / 6 of ingredients, without the need to discard or completely replace the non-stick utensil.
