Abstract
Description
Technical Field
[0001] The present invention relates to a vehicle drive device including a rotating electrical machine serving as a driving force source for wheels and a fluid coupling. Background Art
[0002] An example of such a vehicle drive device is disclosed in the following Patent Document 1. In the following description of the background art, reference numerals in Patent Document 1 are cited within parentheses.
[0003] In the vehicle drive device (16) of patent document 1, a first rotating member (66) and a second rotating member (64) are selectively connected via an internal combustion engine separation engaging device (26). A flexible plate (68) extending radially outward relative to the first rotating member is connected to the first rotating member (66) in a manner that allows it to rotate integrally. The flexible plate (68) is connected so as to be able to rotate integrally relative to a rotating shell of a fluid coupling (22). Specifically, a plurality of fastening portions are provided along the circumferential direction on the flexible plate (68) and the rotating shell, and in each of the plurality of fastening portions, the flexible plate (68) is fastened to the rotating shell by a fastening member (78).
[0004] Patent Document 1: U.S. Patent Application Publication No. 2015 / 0166049 (paragraphs 0033, 0034, Figures 2 and 4)
[0005] However, in the manufacturing process of the vehicle drive device (16) of Patent Document 1, each of the plurality of fastening parts is fastened through the opening (80) of the housing (60). At this time, the flexible plate (68) and the rotating housing need to be rotated so that the circumferential position of the fastening part to be worked corresponds to the circumferential position of the opening (80).
[0006] As a first method, patent document 1 discloses that an internal combustion engine separation engaging device (26) is brought into an engaging state, a second rotating member (64) that is easily accessible from the outside of a housing (60) is rotated, and a first rotating member (66) and a flexible plate (68) are rotated, thereby making the circumferential position of a fastening portion that is an operating object among a plurality of fastening portions correspond to the circumferential position of an opening portion (80).
[0007] In addition, as a second method, patent document 1 discloses that a plurality of notches (76) are provided at constant intervals on the outer periphery of the flexible plate (68), a tool (84) such as a crowbar or a flat-head screwdriver is inserted into the notch (76) through an opening (80) of the housing (60), and the flexible plate (68) and the first rotating member (66) are rotated by the tool (84) while the internal combustion engine separation engaging device (26) is released.
[0008] However, even in any of the above methods, in a state where none of the fastening parts is fastened, the flexible plate (68) and the rotating housing rotate relative to each other, so the work of making the circumferential position of the fastening part to be worked on among the plurality of fastening parts correspond to the circumferential position of the opening (80) tends to become complicated. As a result, there is a problem of increased manufacturing man-hours for the vehicle drive device (16). Summary of the invention
[0009] Therefore, realization of a technology capable of reducing the number of steps required to manufacture a vehicle drive device is desired.
[0010] In view of the characteristic structure of the above-mentioned vehicle drive device, it is provided with:
[0011] a rotating electric machine, which becomes the driving force source for the wheels;
[0012] a first rotating member connected to the rotor of the rotating electrical machine; and
[0013] A fluid coupling is arranged on one axial side, that is, on the first axial side, relative to the rotating electrical machine and has a rotating housing.
[0014] The first rotating member and the rotating housing are provided with a plurality of fastening portions along the circumferential direction.
[0015] The first rotating member and the rotating housing are fastened by a fastening member in each of the plurality of fastening portions.
[0016] Each of the plurality of fastening portions comprises: a first fastening hole, the first fastening hole being formed in the first rotating member along the axial direction and into which the fastening member is inserted; and a second fastening hole, the second fastening hole being formed in the rotating housing along the axial direction and into which the fastening member is inserted.
[0017] A locked portion is provided on an outer peripheral portion of one of the first rotating member and the rotating housing.
[0018] A locking portion is provided on the outer periphery of the other of the first rotating member and the rotating housing.
[0019] The locking portion is inserted into the locked portion in the axial direction and is locked in a manner that limits relative rotation in the circumferential direction with respect to the locked portion.
[0020] The first fastening hole and the second fastening hole are arranged so as to overlap each other when viewed in the axial direction along the axial direction in a state in which the locking portion is locked to the locked portion.
[0021] According to this characteristic structure, the locking portion (7b) is locked to the locked portion (7a), thereby limiting the relative movement of the first rotating component (RT1) and the rotating housing (44) in the circumferential direction (C) even when none of the fastening portions (6) is fastened by the fastening component (F2). Therefore, even when none of the fastening portions (6) is fastened by the fastening component (F2), the first fastening hole (H1) and the second fastening hole (H2) can be maintained in a state of overlapping when viewed along the axial direction (L). As a result, the operation of fastening the fastening portion (6) can be easily performed. As a result, the manufacturing man-hours of the vehicle drive device can be reduced. [0035] Hereinafter, a vehicle drive device 100 according to an embodiment will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. Figure 1 As shown, the vehicle drive device 100 includes a rotary electric machine MG that is a driving force source for wheels W, a first rotating member RT1 connected to a rotor Ro of the rotary electric machine MG, and a torque converter TC. The torque converter TC is provided in a power transmission path between the rotary electric machine MG and the output shaft O. In the present embodiment, the output shaft O is drivingly connected to a pair of wheels W via a differential gear device DF. Therefore, the rotation and torque transmitted to the output shaft O are distributed to the pair of wheels W by the differential gear device DF.
[0036] In the following description, the "axial direction L", "radial direction R" and "circumferential direction C" are defined with reference to the axis of the rotary electric machine MG, except for the cases where they are particularly distinguished and clearly stated. Figure 2 The right side in the figure is defined as the "first axial side L1", and the opposite side ( Figure 2 The left side in the radial direction R is defined as the “second axial side L2”. In addition, in the radial direction R, the axial center side of the rotary electric machine MG is defined as the “radial inner side R1”, and the opposite side is defined as the “radial outer side R2”.
[0037] In the present embodiment, the vehicle drive device 100 is configured to be able to transmit the torque of the internal combustion engine EN to the wheels W to drive the vehicle. Figure 1 As shown, the vehicle drive device 100 includes a second rotating member RT2 drivingly connected to the internal combustion engine EN and an engagement device CL disposed between the second rotating member RT2 and the first rotating member RT1 of the power transmission path and selectively connecting the internal combustion engine EN and the rotary electric machine MG. Thus, in the present embodiment, the vehicle drive device 100 is configured as a drive device for a hybrid vehicle of a so-called one-motor parallel type that uses one or both of the internal combustion engine EN and the rotary electric machine MG as a driving force source for the wheels W.
[0038] In the present embodiment, the first rotating member RT1 and the second rotating member RT2 are coaxially arranged. Moreover, the second rotating member RT2 is arranged on the second axial side L2 relative to the first rotating member RT1. In addition, in the present embodiment, the second rotating member RT2 is configured to rotate freely independently of the first rotating member RT1. As described above, in the present embodiment, the engaging device CL is provided, so when the engaging device CL is in the engaged state, the first rotating member RT1 and the second rotating member RT2 rotate integrally.
[0039] The internal combustion engine EN is a prime mover (gasoline engine, diesel engine, etc.) that is driven by the combustion of fuel and extracts power. The output shaft (crankshaft, etc.) of the internal combustion engine EN is drivingly connected to the second rotating member RT2. In addition, the output shaft of the internal combustion engine EN is preferably drivingly connected to the second rotating member RT2 via a shock absorber (not shown) that attenuates the fluctuation of the transmitted torque.
[0040] In the present embodiment, a transmission TM is arranged between the torque converter TC and the output shaft O in the power transmission path. The transmission TM is a device capable of changing the speed ratio in steps or steps, and changes the rotation speed of the intermediate shaft M as the speed change input shaft at a predetermined speed ratio and transmits it to the output shaft O as the speed change output shaft.
[0041] like Figure 2 As shown, in this embodiment, the rotary electric machine MG, the first rotary member RT1, the second rotary member RT2, the torque converter TC, and the transmission TM are accommodated in the housing 1. In this embodiment, the housing 1 includes a peripheral wall portion 11, a first side wall portion 12, and a second side wall portion 13. In addition, in this embodiment, the housing 1 includes two parts that can be separated in the axial direction L. Specifically, the housing 1 includes a first housing portion 1A and a second housing portion 1B that is joined to the first housing portion 1A at the second side L2 in the axial direction.
[0042] The peripheral wall portion 11 is formed into a cylindrical shape that surrounds the radially outer side R2 of the rotating electrical machine MG, the torque converter TC, etc. In the present embodiment, the peripheral wall portion 11 includes a first peripheral wall portion 11A formed on the first housing portion 1A and a second peripheral wall portion 11B formed on the second housing portion 1B. In addition, the space formed on the radially inner side R1 of the peripheral wall portion 11 is divided along the axial direction L by the first side wall portion 12 and the second side wall portion 13. In the present embodiment, the first side wall portion 12 and the second side wall portion 13 are arranged in the order described from the axial first side L1. The rotating electrical machine MG and the engagement device CL are arranged in the space between the first side wall portion 12 and the second side wall portion 13. In addition, the torque converter TC is arranged in the space closer to the axial first side L1 than the first side wall portion 12.
[0043] The first side wall portion 12 is formed to extend from the peripheral wall portion 11 to the radial inner side R1. In the present embodiment, the first side wall portion 12 is fixed to the second housing portion 1B. The first side wall portion 12 is arranged between the rotating electrical machine MG and the engaging device CL and the torque converter TC. An opening penetrating the first side wall portion 12 along the axial direction L is formed in the first side wall portion 12, and the opening is closed by a closing member 12a. In addition, the first side wall portion 12 supports the first rotating member RT1 so as to be rotatable when the first rotating member RT1 is inserted into the through hole penetrating the first side wall portion 12 along the axial direction L. In the present embodiment, the first rotating member RT1 is arranged coaxially with the second rotating member RT2 and the intermediate shaft M. The detailed structure of the first rotating member RT1 will be described later.
[0044] The second side wall portion 13 is formed to extend from the peripheral wall portion 11 to the radial inner side R1. In the present embodiment, the second side wall portion 13 is fixed to the second housing portion 1B. The second side wall portion 13 is arranged on the axial second side L2 relative to the rotary electric machine MG and the engagement device CL. The second side wall portion 13 supports the second rotating member RT2 rotatably in a state where the second rotating member RT2 is inserted into the through hole penetrating the second side wall portion 13 in the axial direction L.
[0045] The rotary electric machine MG includes a stator St and a rotor Ro arranged radially inward R1 relative to the stator St. In the present application, the term "rotary electric machine" is used as a concept including a motor, a generator, and an electric generator that functions as both a motor and a generator as required.
[0046] The stator St has a stator core Stc and a coil wound on the stator core Stc in a manner that forms coil ends Ce protruding from the stator core Stc to both sides of the axial direction L (the first axial side L1 and the second axial side L2). In the present embodiment, the stator core Stc is fixed to the second housing portion 1B. The rotor Ro has a rotor core Roc and a permanent magnet PM arranged in the rotor core Roc. In the present embodiment, the stator core Stc and the rotor core Roc are respectively formed by stacking a plurality of laminated bodies of annular plate-shaped magnetic bodies (for example, electromagnetic steel plates, etc.) along the axial direction L.
[0047] In the present embodiment, the rotor Ro is supported by the rotor support member 2 . The rotor support member 2 includes a first tubular portion 21 , a support portion 22 , a second tubular portion 23 , and a third tubular portion 24 .
[0048] The first cylindrical portion 21 is formed into a cylindrical shape extending in the axial direction L. A rotor Ro is mounted on the outer peripheral surface of the first cylindrical portion 21. The mounting of the rotor Ro relative to the outer peripheral surface of the first cylindrical portion 21 is performed, for example, by welding, riveting, etc. A bearing support portion 25 extending radially inwardly R1 relative to the first cylindrical portion 21 is connected to the end portion of the axial second side L2 of the first cylindrical portion 21. Moreover, the end portion of the radial inner side R1 of the bearing support portion 25 is supported by the second bearing B2 from the radial outer side R2. In addition, the second side wall portion 13 of the housing 1 supports the second bearing B2 from the radial outer side R2. In this way, the rotor support member 2 is rotatably supported on the second side wall portion 13 of the housing 1 via the second bearing B2.
[0049] The support portion 22 is formed to extend along the radial direction R. The support portion 22 is connected to the first tubular portion 21 in a manner protruding from the first tubular portion 21 to the radial inner side R1. The second tubular portion 23 is connected to the end portion on the radial inner side R1 of the support portion 22. In addition, the third tubular portion 24 is connected to a portion of the support portion 22 that is closer to the radial outer side R2 than the second tubular portion 23.
[0050] The second cylindrical portion 23 is connected to the support portion 22 in a manner protruding from the support portion 22 to the axial second side L2. The first rotating member RT1 is inserted into the second cylindrical portion 23, and they are connected so as to be able to rotate integrally. In other words, in the present embodiment, the first rotating member RT1 is connected to the rotor Ro via the rotor support member 2. The third cylindrical portion 24 is connected to the support portion 22 in a manner protruding from the support portion 22 to the axial first side L1. The first bearing B1 is mounted on the outer peripheral surface of the third cylindrical portion 24. In other words, the third cylindrical portion 24 is supported by the first bearing B1 from the radial outer side R2. In addition, the first side wall portion 12 of the housing 1 supports the first bearing B1 from the radial outer side R2. In this way, the rotor support member 2 is rotatably supported by the first side wall portion 12 of the housing 1 via the first bearing B1.
[0051] In the present embodiment, the engagement device CL is arranged at a position radially inward R1 of the rotary electric machine MG and overlapping with the rotary electric machine MG when viewed in the radial direction along the radial direction R. Here, regarding the arrangement of two elements, "overlapping when viewed in a specific direction" means that when an imaginary straight line parallel to the line of sight is moved in directions orthogonal to the imaginary straight line, there is at least a part of the area where the imaginary straight line is orthogonal to both of the two elements.
[0052] In the present embodiment, the engagement device CL is a friction engagement device, and the engagement state is controlled based on the supplied oil pressure. The engagement device CL includes a friction member 31 and a piston 32 that switches the engagement state of the friction member 31 .
[0053] The friction member 31 includes a pair of outer friction members 311 and inner friction members 312. The outer friction members 311 and the inner friction members 312 are both formed in annular plate shapes and are arranged so that their rotation axes coincide with each other. In addition, a plurality of outer friction members 311 and inner friction members 312 are provided, and they are alternately arranged along the axial direction L. One of the outer friction members 311 and the inner friction members 312 can be set as a friction plate, and the other can be set as a separation plate.
[0054] In this example, the outer friction member 311 is supported by the rotor support member 2. Specifically, a plurality of spline teeth extending in the axial direction L are formed on the inner circumferential surface of the first cylindrical portion 21 of the rotor support member 2 in a dispersed manner in the circumferential direction C. Moreover, similar spline teeth are also formed on the outer circumferential surface of the outer friction member 311, and in a state where these spline teeth are engaged, the outer friction member 311 is supported from the radially outer side R2 by the first cylindrical portion 21. Thus, the outer friction member 311 is supported to be able to slide in the axial direction L while being restricted from relative rotation in the circumferential direction C with respect to the rotor support member 2.
[0055] The inner friction member 312 is supported by the friction member support portion 3a connected to the second rotating member RT2. The friction member support portion 3a is connected to the second rotating member RT2 in a manner that protrudes from the second rotating member RT2 to the radially outer side R2. In the present embodiment, the friction member support portion 3a is arranged at the end portion of the axial first side L1 of the second rotating member RT2. A plurality of spline teeth extending in the axial direction L are formed in a dispersed manner along the circumferential direction C on the outer peripheral surface of the end portion of the radially outer side R2 of the friction member support portion 3a. Moreover, the same spline teeth are also formed on the inner peripheral surface of the inner friction member 312, and in a state where these spline teeth are engaged, the inner friction member 312 is supported by the friction member support portion 3a from the radially inner side R1. As a result, the inner friction member 312 is supported to be able to slide in the axial direction L in a state where the relative rotation in the circumferential direction C with respect to the friction member support portion 3a is restricted.
[0056] The piston 32 is arranged on the first axial side L1 relative to the friction member 31. The piston 32 is urged toward the first axial side L1 by the urging member 321. In the present embodiment, when oil of a predetermined oil pressure is supplied to the oil chamber formed between the piston 32 and the support portion 22, the piston 32 overcomes the force of the urging member 321 in accordance with the oil pressure and slides toward the second axial side L2, thereby pressing the friction member 31 from the first axial side L1. In addition, in the present embodiment, the piston 32 is formed to extend along the radial direction R, and the end portion of the piston 32 on the radial outer side R2 presses the friction member 31.
[0057] As described above, the stator St of the rotary electric machine MG is fixed to the second housing portion 1B, and the rotor support member 2, the first rotary member RT1, and the second rotary member RT2 are supported to be rotatable relative to the first side wall portion 12 or the second side wall portion 13 fixed to the second housing portion 1B. Therefore, in the present embodiment, the rotary electric machine MG, the engagement device CL, the first rotary member RT1, and the second rotary member RT2 are supported by the second housing portion 1B.
[0058] The torque converter TC is arranged on the first axial side L1 relative to the rotary electric machine MG. The torque converter TC is equivalent to a "fluid coupling". The torque converter TC includes a pump impeller 41, a turbine 42, a lockup clutch 43, and a rotating housing 44. In the present embodiment, the torque converter TC is accommodated in the housing 1. Specifically, the torque converter TC is supported by the first housing portion 1A together with the transmission TM.
[0059] The pump impeller 41 and the turbine 42 are arranged to be opposite to each other in the axial direction L. In the present embodiment, the pump impeller 41 is arranged to be opposite to the turbine 42 on the first axial side L1. The pump impeller 41 and the turbine 42 are supported to be able to rotate relative to each other. The pump impeller 41 and the turbine 42 are arranged on the first axial side L1 relative to the lockup clutch 43. The pump impeller 41 is connected to rotate integrally with the rotating housing 44. The turbine 42 is connected to rotate integrally with the intermediate shaft M. In the present embodiment, the turbine 42 and the intermediate shaft M are connected by spline engagement in a manner that they move relative to each other in the axial direction L and rotate integrally in the circumferential direction C. The lockup clutch 43 is configured to selectively form a directly connected engagement state between the pump impeller 41 and the turbine 42. In other words, the lockup clutch 43 is configured to switch the rotating housing 44 and the intermediate shaft M to a directly connected engagement state.
[0060] The rotating housing 44 accommodates the pump impeller 41, the turbine 42, and the lock-up clutch 43. The rotating housing 44 is formed to cover the pump impeller 41, the turbine 42, and the lock-up clutch 43 from both sides in the axial direction L and the radial outer side R2. The rotating housing 44 includes a connecting portion 45 connected to the first rotating member RT1. The detailed structure of the connecting portion 45 will be described later.
[0061] like Figure 2 As shown in FIG. 1 , in the present embodiment, the first rotating member RT1 includes a shaft member 51 extending in the axial direction L and a flexible plate 52 connected to the shaft member 51 and extending in the radial direction R. As shown in FIG.
[0062] like Figure 2 as well as Figure 3 As shown, in the present embodiment, the shaft member 51 includes a main body portion 511 and an enlarged diameter portion 512 having a larger dimension in the radial direction R than the main body portion 511 .
[0063] The main body 511 is formed in a cylindrical shape extending along the axial direction L. An oil passage is formed inside the main body 511. The main body 511 is supported by the first side wall 12 so as to be rotatable in a state where it is inserted into a through hole of the first side wall 12 that penetrates the housing 1 in the axial direction L. In addition, the main body 511 is connected to the second cylindrical portion 23 so as to rotate integrally with the second cylindrical portion 23 in a state where it is inserted into the second cylindrical portion 23 of the rotor support member 2. In the present embodiment, the shaft member 51 is connected to the rotor support member 2 by engaging with each other the spline teeth formed on the end portion of the outer peripheral surface of the main body 511 on the axial second side L2 and the spline teeth formed on the end portion of the inner peripheral surface of the second cylindrical portion 23 on the axial second side L2.
[0064] like Figure 2 to Figure 4 As shown, the enlarged diameter portion 512 is formed into a cylindrical shape having a larger diameter than the main body portion 511. In the present embodiment, the enlarged diameter portion 512 is formed to be connected to the end portion of the axial first side L1 of the main body portion 511, and protrudes radially outward R2 relative to the main body portion 511. The enlarged diameter portion 512 is connected to be rotatable integrally with the main body portion 511. In the present embodiment, the enlarged diameter portion 512 is formed integrally with the main body portion 511. In the example shown in the figure, the enlarged diameter portion 512 is formed into a flange shape protruding radially outward R2 from the main body portion 511.
[0065] In the present embodiment, the cylindrical portion 441 of the rotating housing 44 of the torque converter TC is inserted into the expanded diameter portion 512. Specifically, the expanded diameter portion 512 is formed into a cylindrical shape that opens to the first axial side L1. On the other hand, the cylindrical portion 441 of the rotating housing 44 is also formed into a cylindrical shape that opens to the first axial side L1. Moreover, the cylindrical portion 441 is arranged on the radial inner side R1 relative to the expanded diameter portion 512 in a manner that the sliding portion 441a formed to protrude from the end of the axial second side L2 of the cylindrical portion 441 to the radial outer side R2 slides along the axial direction L on the inner peripheral surface of the expanded diameter portion 512.
[0066] like Figure 4 As shown, the enlarged diameter portion 512 is provided with an inner fastening member F1 (see FIG. 1 ) for fastening the enlarged diameter portion 512 to the flexible plate 52. Figure 2 ) is inserted into the fastening hole 512a. The fastening hole 512a is formed to penetrate the enlarged diameter portion 512 in the axial direction L. A plurality of fastening holes 512a are arranged at constant intervals along the circumferential direction C. In the illustrated example, 12 fastening holes 512a are arranged. As described later, the fastening holes 512a and the recessed portions 513a are alternately arranged along the circumferential direction C in such a manner that one recessed portion 513a is located between a pair of adjacent fastening holes 512a. In the illustrated example, the inner fastening member F1 is a bolt.
[0067] like Figure 2 as well as Figure 5 As shown in FIG. 5 , the flexible plate 52 is formed into a circular thin plate. Figure 2 As shown in FIG. 5 , the flexible plate 52 extends in the radial direction R so as to protrude radially outward R2 from the enlarged diameter portion 512 of the shaft member 51. Figure 5 As shown, an inner fastening hole 52a for inserting the inner fastening component F1 is formed in the flexible plate 52. The inner fastening hole 52a is formed to penetrate the flexible plate 52 in the axial direction L. The inner fastening hole 52a is arranged at the radial inner side R1 than the central position of the radius of the flexible plate 52. A plurality of inner fastening holes 52a are arranged at constant intervals along the circumferential direction C. Specifically, the inner fastening holes 52a are formed to have the same number as the fastening holes 512a of the enlarged diameter portion 512 (here, 12), and are arranged to have a positional relationship corresponding to the fastening holes 512a. Moreover, in a state where the flexible plate 52 and the shaft component 51 are overlapped and arranged in the axial direction L in a manner that the plurality of inner fastening holes 52a correspond to the plurality of fastening holes 512a, the inner fastening component F1 is inserted into these fastening holes, and the flexible plate 52 and the shaft component 51 are fastened.
[0068] The flexible plate 52 is provided with an outer fastening member F2 (see FIG. 4 ) for fastening the flexible plate 52 to the connecting portion 45 of the rotating housing 44. Figure 2 ) is inserted into the outer fastening hole 52b. The outer fastening hole 52b is formed to penetrate the flexible plate 52 in the axial direction L. The outer fastening hole 52b is arranged radially outward R2 from the center position of the radius of the flexible plate 52. A plurality of outer fastening holes 52b (here, 6) are arranged at regular intervals along the circumferential direction C. In the example shown in the figure, the outer fastening member F2 is a bolt.
[0069] like Figure 2 as well as Figure 6 As shown, the connecting portion 45 is formed in a circular ring plate shape. Figure 6 As shown, a fastening hole 45a for inserting the outer fastening member F2 is formed in the connecting portion 45. The fastening hole 45a is formed to penetrate the connecting portion 45 in the axial direction L. A plurality of fastening holes 45a are arranged at constant intervals along the circumferential direction C. Specifically, the fastening holes 45a are formed to be the same in number as the outer fastening holes 52b of the flexible plate 52 (here, 6), and are arranged in a positional relationship corresponding to the outer fastening holes 52b. Moreover, in a state where the connecting portion 45 and the flexible plate 52 are overlapped and arranged in the axial direction L in a manner that the plurality of fastening holes 45a correspond to the plurality of outer fastening holes 52b, the outer fastening member F2 is inserted into these fastening holes, and the connecting portion 45 and the flexible plate 52 are fastened.
[0070] like Figure 5 As shown in FIG. 1 , the portion of the flexible plate 52 of the first rotating member RT1 where the outer fastening hole 52b is formed functions as the first fastening portion 53. Figure 6As shown, the portion in which the fastening hole 45a is formed in the connection portion 45 of the rotating shell 44 functions as the second fastening portion 46. Therefore, the first fastening portion 53 and the second fastening portion 46 function as a "fastening portion 6" fastened to each other by the outer fastening member F2. Therefore, a plurality of fastening portions 6 are provided along the circumferential direction C in the first rotating member RT1 and the rotating shell 44. In addition, in the present embodiment, the outer fastening member F2 is equivalent to the "fastening member". In addition, the outer fastening hole 52b of the flexible plate 52 is equivalent to the "first fastening hole H1" formed in the first rotating member RT1 along the axial direction L and into which the fastening member (outer fastening member F2) is inserted. Moreover, the fastening hole 45a of the connection portion 45 in the rotating shell 44 is equivalent to the "second fastening hole H2" formed in the rotating shell 44 along the axial direction L and into which the fastening member (outer fastening member F2) is inserted. In this way, each of the plurality of fastening portions 6 has the first fastening hole H1 and the second fastening hole H2.
[0071] In the present embodiment, an outer fastening hole 52b for inserting an outer fastening member F2 for fastening the fastening portion 6 is arranged in the flexible plate 52 radially outward R2 from the inner fastening hole 52a for inserting an inner fastening member F1 for fastening the enlarged diameter portion 512 of the shaft member 51 to the flexible plate 52 (see FIG. Figure 5 ) In other words, in the present embodiment, the fastening portion 6 is arranged radially outward R2 from the connection portion connected to the shaft member 51 in the flexible plate 52 .
[0072] like Figure 3 as well as Figure 4 As shown, the first rotating member RT1 is provided with an engaging concavoconvex portion 513 having a plurality of concavoconvex portions along the circumferential direction C. The engaging concavoconvex portion 513 is formed radially inward R1 of the fastening portion 6 of the first rotating member RT1. In the present embodiment, the engaging concavoconvex portion 513 is formed on the enlarged diameter portion 512 .
[0073] In the present embodiment, the engaging concave-convex portion 513 is composed of a plurality of recesses 513a. In the present embodiment, the recesses 513a are arranged at a certain interval along the circumferential direction C. In addition, in the present example, the recesses 513a are arranged to be the same number as the fastening holes 512a (here 12). Moreover, the recesses 513a and the fastening holes 512a are alternately arranged along the circumferential direction C in such a way that one recess 513a is located between a pair of adjacent fastening holes 512a. In addition, the plurality of recesses 513a are formed so that the outer peripheral surface of the enlarged diameter portion 512 is recessed toward the radial inner side R1. Thus, the plurality of recesses 513a can be appropriately arranged using the portion where the fastening holes 512a are not provided. In the illustrated example, the recess 513a is formed from the end face of the axial second side L2 of the enlarged diameter portion 512 to the central portion of the axial direction L. In the example shown in the drawings, the recessed portions 513 a are formed in a triangular shape in which the intervals in the circumferential direction C gradually narrow toward the radially inner side R1 when viewed along the axial direction L.
[0074] like Figure 2 As shown in FIG. 1 , the housing 1 is formed with a first opening region 141 and a second opening region 142 that communicate the interior and the exterior of the housing 1 . Fig.11 as well as Fig.12 As shown, in the present embodiment, the first opening region 141 and the second opening region 142 are arranged to be separated from each other in the circumferential direction C. Moreover, a non-opening region 143 covered by the wall portion of the housing 1 is provided between the first opening region 141 and the second opening region 142 in the circumferential direction C of the housing 1. In the present embodiment, the first opening region 141 and the second opening region 142 are formed in the peripheral wall portion 11 of the housing 1. Moreover, the portion between the first opening region 141 and the second opening region 142 in the circumferential direction C of the peripheral wall portion 11 corresponds to the non-opening region 143. In the example shown in the figure, the first opening region 141 and the second opening region 142 are arranged at positions opposite to each other across the axis of the rotary electric machine MG. In addition, the first opening region 141 and the second opening region 142 are respectively closed by a cover member not shown in the figure when the vehicle drive device 100 is used.
[0075] like Figure 2 As shown, the first opening area 141 is arranged in a portion of the circumferential direction C of the area in the axial direction L corresponding to the position of the axial direction L of the engaging concave-convex portion 513 in the housing 1. In the present embodiment, the first opening area 141 is arranged in a portion of the circumferential direction C of the peripheral wall portion 11 of the housing 1, and overlaps with the engaging concave-convex portion 513 when viewed in the radial direction along the radial direction R. Moreover, it is configured so that the engaging concave-convex portion 513 can be visually recognized from the radially outer side R2 of the housing 1 through the first opening area 141.
[0076] The second opening region 142 is arranged at a portion of the circumferential direction C of the region in the axial direction L corresponding to the position of the fastening portion 6 in the axial direction L of the housing 1. In the present embodiment, the second opening region 142 is arranged at a portion of the circumferential direction C of the peripheral wall portion 11 of the housing 1, and is a portion that overlaps with the movement trajectory of the fastening portion 6 when the first rotating member RT1 and the rotating housing 44 rotate when viewed in the radial direction R. Furthermore, the fastening portion 6 is configured to be visually recognizable from the radially outer side R2 of the housing 1 through the second opening region 142.
[0077] Furthermore, as described above, in the present embodiment, the first opening region 141 and the second opening region 142 are arranged to be separated from each other in the circumferential direction C, but they have the same structure except that they are arranged at different positions in the circumferential direction C of the housing 1. Figure 2 In the figure, for convenience, the reference numerals of both the first opening region 141 and the second opening region 142 are attached to the same position.
[0078] like Figure 5 as well as Figure 6 As shown in FIG. 1 , a locked portion 7a is provided on the outer periphery of one of the first rotating member RT1 and the rotating housing 44. Furthermore, a locking portion 7b is provided on the outer periphery of the other of the first rotating member RT1 and the rotating housing 44. Figure 7 as well as Figure 8 As shown, the locking portion 7b is inserted into the locked portion 7a in the axial direction L, and is locked so that the relative rotation in the circumferential direction C with respect to the locked portion 7a is restricted.
[0079] In the present embodiment, a protrusion 71 protruding in the axial direction L is provided on the outer periphery of one of the first rotating component RT1 and the rotating shell 44. Furthermore, a locked portion 7a is formed on the protrusion 71. In this example, a protrusion 71 protruding in the axial direction first side L1 is formed on the flexible plate 52 of the first rotating component RT1. In other words, in this example, a locked portion 7a is provided on the outer periphery of the first rotating component RT1. In the illustrated example, the protrusion 71 is formed such that the end of the radially outer side R2 of the flexible plate 52 is bent toward the axial first side L1, thereby protruding in the axial direction first side L1. Here, the axial first side L1 corresponds to the "protruding side" of the side that is the other side relative to the first rotating component RT1 and the rotating shell 44. Furthermore, the axial second side L2 corresponds to the "protruding opposite side" which is the opposite side to the protruding side.
[0080] like Figure 7 as well as Figure 8As shown, in the present embodiment, the clamped portion 7a is formed to be cut from the end edge of the protruding side (here, the axial first side L1) of the protruding portion 71 to the protruding opposite side (here, the axial second side L2), and is cut from the inner peripheral surface of the protruding portion 71 to the radial outer side R2. In this example, the clamped portion 7a is formed to cover the entire area of the axial L of the protruding portion 71. Moreover, the clamped portion 7a is formed to penetrate the protruding portion 71 in the radial direction R. In the illustrated example, the clamped portion 7a is formed with a constant width in the circumferential direction C. In addition, in the present embodiment, the clamped portion 7a is arranged in a plurality at constant intervals along the circumferential direction C. In the illustrated example, the clamped portion 7a is arranged to be the same number as the outer fastening hole 52b, in other words, 6 are arranged. Moreover, each of the 6 clamped portions 7a is arranged to be adjacent to the corresponding outer fastening hole 52b in the radial direction R2.
[0081] In this embodiment, the locking portion 7b is formed to protrude radially outward R2 from the outer peripheral portion of the other of the first rotating member RT1 and the rotating case 44. In this example, the locking portion 7b is formed to protrude radially outward R2 from the connecting portion 45 of the rotating case 44.
[0082] In the present embodiment, a plurality of locking portions 7b are arranged at regular intervals along the circumferential direction C. Specifically, the locking portions 7b are formed to have the same number (here, six) as the locked portions 7a and are arranged to have a positional relationship corresponding to the locked portions 7a.
[0083] The connection portion 45 of the rotating housing 44 is arranged relative to the flexible plate 52 of the first rotating member RT1 in such a manner that each of the plurality of locking portions 7b is inserted into the corresponding locked portion 7a, thereby restricting the relative movement of the flexible plate 52 and the connection portion 45 in the circumferential direction C even when none of the fastening portions 6 is fastened by the outer fastening member F2. In this example, each of the plurality of locking portions 7b is inserted into the corresponding locked portion 7a from the axial first side L1 and is locked in such a manner that the relative rotation in the circumferential direction C is restricted relative to the locked portion 7a.
[0084] Thus, the locking portion 7b and the locked portion 7a function as a “locking structure 7.” In other words, the first rotating member RT1 and the rotating housing 44 include a locking structure 7 that is locked to each other in the circumferential direction C, separate from the plurality of fastening portions 6 .
[0085] like Figure 5 As shown in FIG. 1 , in this embodiment, the arrangement area of the locked portion 7a in the circumferential direction C overlaps the arrangement area of the first fastening hole H1 in the circumferential direction C. Figure 6 As shown in FIG. 1 , the arrangement area of the locking portion 7b in the circumferential direction C overlaps with the arrangement area of the second fastening hole H2 in the circumferential direction C. Figure 7As shown, the arrangement area of the locking portion 7b and the locked portion 7a in the circumferential direction C overlaps with the arrangement area of the first fastening hole H1 and the second fastening hole H2 in the circumferential direction C.
[0086] like Figure 7 As shown, the first fastening hole H1 and the second fastening hole H2 are arranged to overlap when viewed along the axial direction L in a state where the locking portion 7b is locked to the locked portion 7a. Here, the state where the first fastening hole H1 and the second fastening hole H2 overlap when viewed along the axial direction L means that the first fastening hole H1 and the second fastening hole H2 are in a positional relationship that allows a fastening member (outer fastening member F2) to be inserted into both of the fastening holes H1 and H2 along the axial direction L.
[0087] In the present embodiment, a gap S is formed between the locking portion 7b and the locked portion 7a in the circumferential direction C. In other words, the dimension of the locked portion 7a in the circumferential direction C is larger than the dimension of the locking portion 7b in the circumferential direction C. Therefore, the locking portion 7b can move relative to the locked portion 7a in the circumferential direction C by the amount of the gap S. In addition, in the present embodiment, the first fastening hole H1 and the second fastening hole H2 are arranged to overlap when viewed in the axial direction along the axial direction L in a state where the locking portion 7b abuts against the locked portion 7a from one side in the circumferential direction C.
[0088] like Figure 2 As shown, in this embodiment, the outer fastening member F2 is inserted into the first fastening hole H1 and the second fastening hole H2 from the opposite side of the protrusion. Here, the outer fastening member F2 is inserted into the first rotating member RT1 on one side of the rotating housing 44 relative to the axial direction L, in other words, is inserted into the first fastening hole H1 and the second fastening hole H2 from the axial second side L2.
[0089] like Figure 2 As shown, in the present embodiment, the plurality of fastening portions 6 are arranged at the radially outer side R2 relative to the lockup clutch 43, and are arranged at positions overlapping with the lockup clutch 43 when viewed in the radial direction along the radial direction R. In addition, the plurality of fastening portions 6 are arranged at positions overlapping with the pump impeller 41 and the turbine 42 when viewed in the axial direction along the axial direction L.
[0090] Hereinafter, the manufacturing process S1 of the vehicle drive device 100 according to the embodiment will be described with reference to the drawings. Fig. 9 As shown, the manufacturing process S1 includes a first preparation process S11 , a second preparation process S12 , a housing process S13 , a rotating process S14 , and a fastening process S15 .
[0091] The first preparation step S11 is a step of preparing the housing 1, the first rotating member RT1, the second rotating member RT2, the engagement device CL, the torque converter TC, and the rotary electric machine MG. In the first preparation step S11 of the present embodiment, the intermediate shaft M, the output shaft O, the rotor support member 2, and the transmission TM are also prepared.
[0092] The second preparation step S12 is a step of preparing a rotating jig T1. The rotating jig T1 is a jig for rotating the first rotating member RT1 from the outside of the housing 1. Fig.10 As shown, the rotating jig T1 includes a gear portion 81 that meshes with the engaging concave-convex portion 513 and a rotating mechanism 82 that rotates the gear portion 81 .
[0093] In the present embodiment, the gear portion 81 includes a plurality of (five in this case) claw portions 811. The claw portions 811 are formed so as to engage with the recessed portions 513a forming the engaging recessed and convex portions 513.
[0094] In the present embodiment, the rotating mechanism 82 includes a rotating body 821 , an input member 822 , and a winding body 823 .
[0095] The rotating body 821 is configured to be rotatable around the first shaft portion 821a. The rotating body 821 is formed in a disk shape. The rotating body 821 supports a plurality of claws 811. The plurality of claws 811 are formed to protrude from the outer peripheral surface of the rotating body 821 toward the radial outer side R2. In addition, the plurality of claws 811 are arranged at constant intervals along the circumference of the rotating body 821. The arrangement interval (circumferential arrangement spacing) of the plurality of claws 811 corresponds to the arrangement interval (circumferential arrangement spacing) of the plurality of recesses 513a constituting the engaging recessed and convex portions 513.
[0096] The input member 822 is an input element of the rotating mechanism 82. The input member 822 is configured to be rotatable around the second shaft portion 822a. The input member 822 is rotated manually by an operator or automatically by an actuator such as a servo motor.
[0097] The winding body 823 is a component that transmits the rotation of the input input component 822 to the rotating body 821. The winding body 823 is wound around the first shaft portion 821a and the second shaft portion 822a. A chain, a belt, etc. can be used as the winding body 823. The first shaft portion 821a and the second shaft portion 822a are supported by the supporting body 83. In this example, both the first shaft portion 821a and the second shaft portion 822a are supported to be rotatable relative to the supporting body 83. However, the first shaft portion 821a may be fixed to the supporting body 83, and the rotating body 821 may be supported to be rotatable relative to the first shaft portion 821a, or the second shaft portion 822a may be fixed to the supporting body 83, and the input component 822 may be supported to be rotatable relative to the second shaft portion 822a.
[0098] The housing step S13 is a step of housing the rotary electric machine MG, the first rotating member RT1, the second rotating member RT2, the engagement device CL, and the torque converter TC in the housing 1 in such a manner that the position of the engagement concave-convex portion 513 in the axial direction L corresponds to the position of the first opening region 141 in the housing 1, and the position of the fastening portion 6 in the axial direction L corresponds to the position of the second opening region 142 in the housing 1. Figure 2 As shown, in this embodiment, the housing process S13 is performed in such a manner that the engaging protruding and recessed portion 513 overlaps with the first opening area 141 when viewed in the radial direction R and the movement trajectory of the fastening portion 6 when the first rotating member RT1 and the rotating shell 44 rotate overlaps with the second opening area 142 when viewed in the radial direction R.
[0099] In the housing process S13 of the present embodiment, each of the plurality of locking portions 7b is locked with the corresponding locked portion 7a. Specifically, the connection portion 45 of the rotating housing 44 is relatively moved from the axial first side L1 relative to the flexible plate 52 of the first rotating member RT1 in such a manner that each of the plurality of locking portions 7b is inserted into the corresponding locked portion 7a. As a result, the corresponding portions of the plurality of locking portions 7b and the plurality of locked portions 7a are locked with each other, so that the first rotating member RT1 and the rotating housing 44 are locked with each other along the circumferential direction C.
[0100] In the housing step S13 of the present embodiment, the intermediate shaft M, the rotor support member 2, the transmission TM, etc. are also housed in the housing 1. In the present embodiment, the housing 1 includes a first housing portion 1A and a second housing portion 1B. The first subassembly formed by assembling the first component group including the torque converter TC with the first housing portion 1A and the second subassembly formed by assembling the second component group including the rotary electric machine MG and the first rotary member RT1 with the second housing portion 1B are manufactured, and then the first subassembly and the second subassembly are assembled. In the assembling operation of the first subassembly and the second subassembly, when the first housing portion 1A and the second housing portion 1B are joined, as described above, the connection portion 45 of the rotating housing 44 is relatively moved from the axial first side L1 with respect to the flexible plate 52 of the first rotary member RT1 in such a manner that each of the plurality of locking portions 7b is inserted into the corresponding locked portion 7a. After that, the rotation step S14 and the fastening step S15 described later are performed to fasten the torque converter TC and the first rotating member RT1 in the plurality of fastening portions 6. Here, the first component group includes the transmission TM in addition to the torque converter TC. In addition, the second component group includes the second rotating member RT2, the engagement device CL, the first side wall portion 12, and the second side wall portion 13 in addition to the rotary electric machine MG and the first rotating member RT1.
[0101] like Fig.11As shown, the rotating step S14 is a step of inserting the rotating jig T1 into the housing 1 through the first opening area 141, rotating the gear portion 81 of the rotating jig T1 while the gear portion 81 is meshed with the engaging concave-convex portion 513, thereby making the position of the circumferential direction C of the target fastening portion 6T, which is one of the plurality of fastening portions 6, correspond to the position of the circumferential direction C of the second opening area 142. The target fastening portion 6T is the fastening portion 6 that has not yet been fastened by the outer fastening member F2.
[0102] In the present embodiment, each of the plurality of locking portions 7b is locked with the corresponding locked portion 7a in the accommodating step S13. Therefore, even in a state where none of the fastening portions 6 is fastened, in the rotating step S14, the gear portion 81 of the rotating jig T1 is rotated in a state where the gear portion 81 is meshed with the engaging concave-convex portion 513, thereby enabling the first rotating member RT1 to rotate integrally with the rotating housing 44, so that the position of the circumferential direction C of the target fastening portion 6T corresponds to the position of the circumferential direction C of the second opening region 142.
[0103] like Fig.12 As shown, the fastening step S15 is a step of fastening the target fastening portion 6T with the outer fastening member F2 through the second opening region 142. In the fastening step S15 of the present embodiment, the fastener T2 is inserted into the housing 1 through the second opening region 142, and the outer fastening member F2 is fastened to the target fastening portion 6T by the fastener T2.
[0104] In the fastening step S15 of the present embodiment, the reaction force receiving member T3 that receives the reaction force of the fastening portion 6 when fastened is inserted into the housing 1 through the first opening region 141. Then, the target fastening portion 6T is fastened through the second opening region 142 in a state where the rotation of the first rotating member RT1 and the rotating housing 44 in the circumferential direction C is restricted by the reaction force receiving member T3.
[0105] In the illustrated example, the reaction force receiving member T3 includes a locking body T3a that is locked with the locked portion 7a. Moreover, the locking body T3a of the reaction force receiving member T3 is locked with the locked portion 7a from the radially outer side R2, thereby limiting the rotation of the first rotating member RT1 and the rotating shell 44 in the circumferential direction C. In this example, the locking body T3a of the reaction force receiving member T3 is locked with a portion of the locked portion 7a that is not configured with the locking portion 7b (here, a portion of the locked portion 7a that is closer to the axial first side L1 than the locking portion 7b) from the radially outer side R2. In addition, in order to achieve this action, in the illustrated example, each of the multiple locked portions 7a is configured to be a position in the circumferential direction C corresponding to the first opening area 141 in the tightening process S15.
[0106] In the manufacturing process S1, the rotating process S14 and the fastening process S15 are repeated until all the fastening parts 6 are fastened. In this way, the torque converter TC and the first rotating member RT1 are connected to rotate integrally. In addition, after all the fastening parts 6 are fastened, each of the first opening area 141 and the second opening area 142 is closed by the above-mentioned cover member (omitted from the figure).
[0107] In this embodiment, if Fig.13 As shown, the shaft dimension d1, which is the dimension of the locked portion 7a in the axial direction L, is larger than the range d2 in which the first rotating member RT1 and the rotating housing 44 can move relative to each other in the axial direction L when none of the fastening portions 6 is fastened (d1>d2). Therefore, in the housing step S13, the locking portion 7b is inserted relative to the locked portion 7a in the axial direction L to form a locked state, so that even if the locking portion 7b moves relative to the locked portion 7a in a manner of separating in the axial direction L, the locked state of the locking portion 7b and the locked portion 7a can be maintained.
[0108] exist Fig.13 In the example shown, in a state where none of the fastening parts 6 are fastened, the rotating housing 44 moves toward the first axial side L1 by the deadweight of the torque converter TC or the like until the inner surface of the cylindrical part 441 facing the first axial side L1 abuts against the end surface of the intermediate shaft M on the second axial side L2. On the other hand, the position of the first rotating member RT1 in the axial direction L is fixed by the rotor support member 2 connected to the first rotating member RT1 (see Figure 2 ). At this time, the first rotating member RT1 and the rotating housing 44 are in a state of being most separated in the axial direction L. On the other hand, when the connecting portion 45 of the rotating housing 44 abuts against the flexible plate 52 of the first rotating member RT1 from the axial first side L1 (see Fig.13 The first rotating member RT1 and the rotating housing 44 are in a state of being closest to each other in the axial direction L. In such a structure, if the range in which the rotating housing 44 can move in the axial direction L is defined as a "first range" between a position where the connecting portion 45 of the rotating housing 44 is farthest from the flexible plate 52 of the first rotating member RT1 in the axial direction L and a position where the connecting portion 45 of the rotating housing 44 abuts against the flexible plate 52 of the first rotating member RT1 from the first axial side L1, then the first range corresponds to a range d2 in which the shaft can move.
[0109] In addition, when the first rotating component RT1 is allowed to move toward the axial second side L2 in a manner that is separated from the rotating shell 44 in the axial direction L, between the position where the flexible plate 52 of the first rotating component RT1 is farthest from the connecting portion 45 of the rotating shell 44 in the axial direction L to the position where the flexible plate 52 of the first rotating component RT1 abuts the connecting portion 45 of the rotating shell 44 from the axial second side L2, if the range in which the first rotating component RT1 can move in the axial direction L is set as a "second range", then the sum of the second range and the above-mentioned first range is equivalent to the range d2 in which the shaft can move.
[0110] In addition, in a structure where the shaft dimension d1 is larger than the range d2 in which the shaft can move, as in Fig.13 As shown, in order to improve the operability of the receiving step S13, it is preferred to perform the receiving step S13 with the axial direction L along the vertical direction in such a way that the axial second side L2 becomes the upper side in the vertical direction. In addition, following the receiving step S13, the rotating step S14 and the tightening step S15 can also be performed with the axial direction L along the vertical direction.
[0111] [Other implementation methods]
[0112] (1) In the above-mentioned embodiment, the first opening area 141 is arranged at a portion of the circumferential direction C of the peripheral wall portion 11 of the housing 1, and the structure that overlaps with the engaging concave-convex portion 513 when viewed in the radial direction R is described as an example. However, the present invention is not limited to the above-mentioned structure, and as long as the first rotating member RT1 can be rotated by the first opening area 141 using the engaging concave-convex portion 513, the engaging concave-convex portion 513 and the first opening area 141 may be arranged in a positional relationship offset in the axial direction L so as not to overlap when viewed in the radial direction R.
[0113] (2) In the above-mentioned embodiment, the second opening area 142 is arranged in a part of the circumferential direction C of the peripheral wall portion 11 of the housing 1, and the second opening area 142 overlaps with the moving trajectory of the fastening portion 6 when the first rotating member RT1 and the rotating housing 44 rotate when viewed in the radial direction R. However, the present invention is not limited to the above-mentioned structure, and as long as the target fastening portion 6T can be fastened through the second opening area 142, the moving trajectory of the fastening portion 6 and the second opening area 142 may be arranged in a positional relationship offset in the axial direction L so as not to overlap when viewed in the radial direction R.
[0114] (3) In the above embodiment, the first opening region 141 and the second opening region 142 are configured to be separated from each other in the circumferential direction C. However, the present invention is not limited to the above structure, and for example, the first opening region 141 and the second opening region 142 may be configured to be separated from each other in the axial direction L. In addition, the first opening region 141 and the second opening region 142 may be formed to be continuous.
[0115] (4) In the above-mentioned embodiment, the structure in which the engaging concave-convex part 513 is formed by forming the outer peripheral surface of the expanded diameter part 512 into a plurality of concave parts 513a which are concave is described as an example. However, it is not limited to the above-mentioned structure. For example, the engaging concave-convex part 513 may be formed by forming the outer peripheral surface of the expanded diameter part 512 into a plurality of convex parts which protrude toward the radial outer side R2. Alternatively, the engaging concave-convex part 513 may be formed by a combination of a plurality of convex parts and a plurality of concave parts 513a.
[0116] (5) In the above-mentioned embodiment, the structure in which the first rotating member RT1 includes the shaft member 51 and the flexible plate 52 is described as an example. However, the present invention is not limited to the above-mentioned structure. For example, the first rotating member RT1 may not include the flexible plate 52, and the enlarged diameter portion 512 of the shaft member 51 may be directly connected to the rotating housing 44. Alternatively, the shaft member 51 and the rotating housing 44 may be connected via a connecting member different from the flexible plate 52.
[0117] (6) In the above-mentioned embodiment, the structure in which the engaging concave-convex part 513 is formed on the enlarged diameter part 512 of the shaft member 51 of the first rotating member RT1 is described as an example. However, the present invention is not limited to the above-mentioned structure, and the engaging concave-convex part 513 may be formed on a part other than the enlarged diameter part 512 of the shaft member 51, for example, on the main body 511. Alternatively, the engaging concave-convex part 513 may be formed on a part other than the shaft member 51 of the first rotating member RT1, for example, on the flexible plate 52 of the first rotating member RT1.
[0118] (7) In the above-mentioned embodiment, the rotating clamp T1 and the reaction force receiving member T3 are described as an example of a structure in which the rotating clamp T1 and the reaction force receiving member T3 are independent clamps, but they can also be configured as an integral body. In this case, it is preferred that the rotating clamp T1 and the reaction force receiving member T3 are configured to act alternately relative to the first rotating member RT1 and the rotating shell 44. For example, it is preferred that the relative positional relationship between the rotating clamp T1 and the reaction force receiving member T3 be changed in a manner such that the reaction force receiving member T3 is separated from the first rotating member RT1 and the rotating shell 44 when the rotating clamp T1 is engaged with the engaging concave-convex portion 513 of the first rotating member RT1, and the rotating clamp T1 is separated from the first rotating member RT1 when the reaction force receiving member T3 is in contact with at least one of the first rotating member RT1 and the rotating shell 44.
[0119] (8) In the above-mentioned embodiment, the reaction force receiving member T3 is provided with a locking body T3a, and in the fastening step S15, the locking body T3a is locked from the radially outer side R2 to the portion of the locked portion 7a that is not provided with the locking portion 7b. However, the present invention is not limited to the above-mentioned structure. For example, a structure may be formed in which the reaction force receiving member T3 is brought into contact with the outer peripheral surface of the protrusion 71 and the outer peripheral portion of the locking portion 7b of the connecting portion 45, thereby generating a friction force in the circumferential direction C with respect to the flexible plate 52 and the connecting portion 45 to restrict their rotation.
[0120] (9) In the above-mentioned embodiment, as an example, the structure in which the locked portion 7a is formed in a manner of being cut from the end edge of the axial first side L1 of the protruding portion 71 to the axial second side L2 and being cut from the inner peripheral surface of the protruding portion 71 to the radial outer side R2, and the locking portion 7b is formed in a manner of protruding from the connecting portion 45 of the rotating housing 44 to the radial outer side R2 is described. However, the present invention is not limited to the above-mentioned structure, and for example, a structure in which the locking portion 7b formed to protrude in the axial direction L is inserted from one side of the axial direction L relative to the locked portion 7a formed in a cylindrical shape extending in the axial direction L may be formed.
[0121] (10) In the above-mentioned embodiment, the structure in which the latched portion 7a is formed on the protruding portion 71 provided on the flexible plate 52 of the first rotating member RT1 and the latched portion 7b is formed on the connecting portion 45 of the rotating housing 44 is described as an example. However, the present invention is not limited to the above-mentioned structure. For example, the latched portion 7a may be formed on a portion other than the protruding portion 71 of the flexible plate 52 and the latched portion 7b may be formed on a portion other than the connecting portion 45 of the rotating housing 44. In addition, the latched portion 7a may be provided on the rotating housing 44 and the latched portion 7b may be provided on the first rotating member RT1.
[0122] (11) In the above-mentioned embodiment, the structure in which the protrusion 71 protruding toward the axial first side L1 is provided on the outer peripheral portion of the flexible plate 52 of the first rotating member RT1 is described as an example. However, the present invention is not limited to the above-mentioned structure. For example, the protrusion 71 protruding toward the axial second side L2 may be provided on the outer peripheral portion of the connecting portion 45 of the rotating housing 44. In this case, the axial second side L2 corresponds to the "protrusion side", and the axial first side L1 corresponds to the "opposite side to the protrusion".
[0123] (12) In the above-mentioned embodiment, a structure in which a gap S is formed between the locking portion 7b and the locked portion 7a in the circumferential direction C, and the first fastening hole H1 and the second fastening hole H2 are arranged to overlap when viewed axially along the axial direction L in a state where the locking portion 7b abuts against the locked portion 7a from one side of the circumferential direction C. However, the present invention is not limited to the above-mentioned structure, and the first fastening hole H1 and the second fastening hole H2 may be arranged to overlap when viewed axially along the axial direction L in a state where the locking portion 7b does not abut against the locked portion 7a from one side of the circumferential direction C. In addition, the gap S may not be formed between the locking portion 7b and the locked portion 7a in the circumferential direction C.
[0124] (13) In the above-mentioned embodiment, the shaft dimension d1, which is the dimension of the locked portion 7a in the axial direction L, is larger than the relative movement distance of the locking portion 7b with respect to the locked portion 7a, that is, the range d2 of the shaft movement, when the first rotating member RT1 and the rotating housing 44 move between the closest position in the axial direction L and the most separated position in the axial direction L in a state where none of the fastening portions 6 are fastened (d1>d2). However, the present invention is not limited to the above-mentioned structure, and the shaft dimension d1 may be less than the range d2 of the shaft movement (d1≤d2).
[0125] (14) In the above-mentioned embodiment, the structure in which the outer fastening member F2 is inserted into the first fastening hole H1 and the second fastening hole H2 from the second axial side L2 is described as an example. However, the present invention is not limited to the above-mentioned structure, and the outer fastening member F2 may be inserted into the first fastening hole H1 and the second fastening hole H2 from the first axial side L1.
[0126] (15) In addition, the structures disclosed in the above-mentioned embodiments can also be combined with the structures disclosed in other embodiments and applied as long as no contradiction occurs. The same is true for other structures. All the embodiments disclosed in this specification are just examples. Therefore, various changes can be appropriately made within the scope of the main purpose of the present disclosure.
[0127] [Overview of the above-mentioned embodiment]
[0128] Hereinafter, the outline of the vehicle drive device (100) described above will be described.
[0129] A vehicle driving device (100) comprises:
[0130] a rotating electric machine (MG) which becomes a driving force source for wheels (W);
[0131] a first rotating member (RT1) connected to a rotor (Ro) of the rotating electrical machine (MG); and
[0132] A fluid coupling (TC) is arranged on one side in the axial direction (L), that is, on the first axial side (L1) relative to the rotating electrical machine (MG), and has a rotating housing (44).
[0133] A plurality of fastening portions (6) are provided on the first rotating member (RT1) and the rotating housing (44) along a circumferential direction (C).
[0134] The first rotating member (RT1) and the rotating housing (44) are fastened by a fastening member (F2) in each of the plurality of fastening portions (6).
[0135] Each of the plurality of fastening portions (6) comprises: a first fastening hole (H1) formed in the first rotating member (RT1) along the axial direction (L) and into which the fastening member (F2) is inserted; and a second fastening hole (H2) formed in the rotating housing (44) along the axial direction (L) and into which the fastening member (F2) is inserted.
[0136] A locked portion (7a) is provided on the outer periphery of one of the first rotating member (RT1) and the rotating housing (44).
[0137] A locking portion (7b) is provided on the outer periphery of the other of the first rotating member (RT1) and the rotating housing (44).
[0138] The locking portion (7b) is inserted relative to the locked portion (7a) along the axial direction (L) and is locked in a manner that limits relative rotation in the circumferential direction (C) relative to the locked portion (7a).
[0139] The first fastening hole (H1) and the second fastening hole (H2) are arranged to overlap when viewed in the axial direction along the axial direction (L) in a state where the locking portion (7b) is locked to the locked portion (7a).
[0140] According to this structure, the locking portion (7b) is locked to the locked portion (7a), thereby limiting the relative movement of the first rotating component (RT1) and the rotating housing (44) in the circumferential direction (C) even when none of the fastening portions (6) is fastened by the fastening component (F2).
[0141] In addition, according to this structure, the operation of fastening the fastening portion (6) can be easily performed without using a fixture such as a pin for aligning the positions of the first fastening hole (H1) and the second fastening hole (H2). Therefore, there is no need to perform a separate process of setting a fixture and a process of removing the fixture, and there is no need to ensure a space for performing these processes. As a result, the manufacturing man-hours of the vehicle drive device can be reduced, and the enlargement of the vehicle drive device can be suppressed.
[0142] Here, it is preferred that a gap (S) is formed between the locking portion (7b) and the locked portion (7a) in the circumferential direction (C),
[0143] The first fastening hole (H1) and the second fastening hole (H2) are arranged to overlap when viewed in the axial direction in a state where the locking portion (7b) abuts against the locked portion (7a) from one side in the circumferential direction (C).
[0144] According to this structure, the dimension of the locked portion (7a) in the circumferential direction (C) is larger than the dimension of the locking portion (7b) in the circumferential direction (C), so the locking portion (7b) can be easily inserted into the locked portion (7a).
[0145] In addition, when the locking portion (7b) is inserted into the locked portion (7a), the first fastening hole (H1) and the second fastening hole (H2) can be easily formed to overlap when viewed in the axial direction simply by rotating the first rotating component (RT1) and the rotating shell (44) relative to each other in the circumferential direction (C).
[0146] In addition, it is preferred that one side of the first rotating member (RT1) and the rotating housing (44) relative to the axial direction (L) is set as a protruding side, and the side opposite to the protruding side is set as the protruding opposite side,
[0147] A protrusion (71) protruding toward the protruding side is provided on the outer periphery of one of the first rotating member (RT1) and the rotating housing (44).
[0148] The locked portion (7a) is formed by cutting from the end edge of the protruding side of the protruding portion (71) toward the opposite side of the protrusion, and cutting from the inner peripheral surface of the protruding portion (71) toward the outer side (R2) in the radial direction (R).
[0149] The locking portion (7b) is formed to protrude from the outer peripheral portion of the other of the first rotating member (RT1) and the rotating housing (44) toward the outer side (R2) in the radial direction (R).
[0150] The dimension (d1) of the locked portion (7a) in the axial direction (L) is larger than the range (d2) of relative movement of the first rotating component (RT1) and the rotating housing (44) along the axial direction (L) when none of the fastening portions (6) is fastened.
[0151] According to this structure, in a state where none of the fastening parts (6) are fastened, even when the first rotating member (RT1) and the rotating housing (44) are most separated in the axial direction (L), the fastening part (7b) and the fastened part (7a) can be kept in a locked state. Thus, even in a state where none of the fastening parts (6) are fastened, the operation of fastening the fastening parts (6) can be easily performed.
[0152] In the structure provided with the above-mentioned protrusion (71),
[0153] It is preferred that the fastening member (F2) is inserted into the first fastening hole (H1) and the second fastening hole (H2) from the opposite side to the protrusion.
[0154] According to this structure, the fastening member (F2) is inserted into the first fastening hole (H1) and the second fastening hole (H2) from the protruding side opposite to the protruding side of the protruding portion (71). Therefore, when the fastening member (F2) is inserted into the first fastening hole (H1) and the second fastening hole (H2), interference between the fastening member (F2) and the protruding portion (71) can be avoided. Therefore, the operation of fastening the fastening portion (6) can be further easily performed.
[0155] In addition, the fluid coupling (TC) preferably includes a pump impeller (41) and a turbine impeller (42) which are arranged opposite to each other in the axial direction (L) and supported so as to be relatively rotatable with respect to each other, and a lock-up clutch (43) which selectively brings the pump impeller (41) and the turbine impeller (42) into a directly connected and engaged state.
[0156] The pump impeller (41) and the turbine (42) are arranged on the first axial side (L1) relative to the lock-up clutch (43).
[0157] The rotating housing (44) accommodates the pump impeller (41), the turbine (42), and the lock-up clutch (43), and is connected to the pump impeller (41) so as to rotate integrally.
[0158] The plurality of fastening portions (6) are arranged at an outer side (R2) in the radial direction (R) relative to the lockup clutch (43), and overlap with the lockup clutch (43) when viewed in the radial direction along the radial direction (R), and overlap with the pump wheel (41) and the turbine wheel (42) when viewed in the axial direction.
[0159] According to this structure, the plurality of fastening parts (6) are arranged on the outer side (R2) of the radial direction (R) relative to the lockup clutch (43), and overlap with the lockup clutch (43) when viewed along the radial direction (R). Thus, compared with a structure in which the plurality of fastening parts (6) are arranged at a position offset in the axial direction (L) from the lockup clutch (43), the axial dimension (L) of the vehicle drive device (100) can be suppressed to be smaller.
[0160] In addition, according to the present structure, the plurality of fastening portions (6) are arranged at positions overlapping the pump impeller (41) and the turbine (42) when viewed along the axial direction (L). Thus, compared with a structure in which the plurality of fastening portions (6) are arranged on the outer side (R2) in the radial direction (R) relative to the pump impeller (41) and the turbine (42), the radial dimension (R) of the vehicle drive device (100) can be suppressed to be smaller.
[0161] In a structure in which the fastening member (F2) is inserted into the first fastening hole (H1) and the second fastening hole (H2) from the opposite side of the protrusion, or in a structure in which the fluid coupling (TC) includes the pump impeller (41), the turbine (42), and the lock-up clutch (43),
[0162] The fastening member (F2) is preferably inserted into the first fastening hole (H1) and the second fastening hole (H2) from a side of the first rotating member (RT1) with respect to the rotating housing (44) in the axial direction (L).
[0163] Typically, the first rotating component (RT1) and the rotating housing (44) are fastened at the fastening portion (6), whereby the first assembly including the rotating motor (MG) and the first rotating component (RT1) and the second assembly including the fluid coupling (TC) are connected to each other in the axial direction (L). Therefore, it is easy to form an extra space on one side of the first rotating component (RT1) relative to the fastening portion (6) in the axial direction (L). According to this structure, the space can be used to fasten the fastening portion (6), so the axial (L) dimension of the vehicle drive device (100) can be suppressed to a smaller size compared to the case where a space is separately provided for fastening the fastening portion (6).
[0164] In addition, in the above-mentioned structure in which the fluid coupling (TC) includes a pump wheel (41), a turbine (42), and a lock-up clutch (43), it is not necessary to ensure a space for tightening the tightening portion (6) between the tightening portion (6) in the axial direction (L) and the pump wheel (41) and the turbine (42). As a result, the distance between the tightening portion (6) in the axial direction (L) and the pump wheel (41) and the turbine (42) can be kept small. Therefore, the dimension of the vehicle drive device (100) in the axial direction (L) can be kept small.
[0165] Furthermore, it is preferred that the arrangement area of the locking portion (7b) and the locked portion (7a) in the circumferential direction (C) overlaps with the arrangement area of the first fastening hole (H1) and the second fastening hole (H2) in the circumferential direction (C).
[0166] According to this structure, when a stopped portion (7a) is provided on the outer periphery of the first rotating component (RT1) and a stopping portion (7b) is provided on the outer periphery of the rotating shell (44), the circumferential (C) dimensions of the portion of the first rotating component (RT1) where the stopped portion (7a) and the first rotating component (RT1) are arranged and the circumferential (C) dimensions of the portion of the rotating shell (44) where the stopping portion (7b) and the second rotating component (RT2) are arranged can be suppressed to be smaller.
[0167] In addition, when a locking portion (7b) is provided on the outer periphery of the first rotating component (RT1) and a locked portion (7a) is provided on the outer periphery of the rotating shell (44), the circumferential (C) dimensions of the portion of the first rotating component (RT1) where the locking portion (7b) and the first rotating component (RT1) are arranged and the circumferential (C) dimensions of the portion of the rotating shell (44) where the locked portion (7a) and the second rotating component (RT2) are arranged can be suppressed to be smaller.
[0168] Therefore, according to this structure, the weight of the first rotating member (RT1) and the rotating housing (44) can be suppressed to be small, so the vehicle drive device (100) can be made lightweight.
[0169] In addition, it is preferable to further include: a second rotating member (RT2) which is arranged coaxially with the first rotating member (RT1) and is drivingly connected to the internal combustion engine (EN); and
[0170] an engagement device (CL), the engagement device (CL) being arranged between the first rotating member (RT1) and the second rotating member (RT2) in the power transmission path, and selectively connecting the rotating electric machine (MG) and the internal combustion engine (EN),
[0171] The second rotating member (RT2) is arranged on the axial second side (L2) opposite to the axial first side (L1) with respect to the first rotating member (RT1), and is rotatable independently of the first rotating member (RT1).
[0172] According to this structure, during the operation of tightening the fastening portion (6), even if it is difficult to directly rotate the first rotating component (RT1) from the outside, the first rotating component (RT1) can be rotated via the second rotating component (RT2) by bringing the engaging device (CL) into an engaging state and driving the internal combustion engine (EN).
[0173] Industrial Application Possibility
[0174] The technology disclosed in the present disclosure can be utilized in a vehicle drive device including a rotating electric machine serving as a driving force source for wheels and a fluid coupling.
