[0032] Working principle: Firstly, the mold assembly 4018 needs to be fixed, the clamping push rod 4016 stretches towards the mold assembly 4018, the clamping plate assembly 4017 pushes the mold assembly 4018 from both sides to form a clamping force, until the mold assembly 4018 is stably positioned inside the clamping plate assembly 4017, at this time, the weighing assembly 4012 starts to work, the mold assembly 4018 and the clamping structure connected therewith are monitored in weight, to ensure that the stability of the fixed mold meets the requirements of subsequent operation, the displacement assembly 4013 can adjust the longitudinal position of the rotating motor 4014, the tray assembly 4015 and the mold assembly 4018 according to the operation requirement, so that the mold assembly 4018 is at the appropriate longitudinal height for initial operation, the rotating motor 4014 can drive the tray assembly 4015 to rotate through the output shaft, and then adjust the orientation of the mold assembly 4018, to prepare for the operation of subsequent stations; When the mold assembly 4018 needs to be transferred to different operation stations, the two transmission motors 4 on the right side of the rack mechanism 1 are started, since the two transmission motors 4 are fixed in front and back on the right end face of the rack mechanism 1 in a longitudinal array, the left side output shafts of the two transmission motors 4 drive the corresponding transmission screws 401 to rotate synchronously in the horizontal slot inside the rack mechanism 1 through the shaft coupling, the moving support 4011 moves horizontally along the horizontal slot under the rotation of the transmission screw 401, so as to drive the whole weighing assembly 4012, displacement assembly 4013, rotating motor 4014, tray assembly 4015, clamping push rod 4016, clamping plate assembly 4017 and mold assembly 4018 connected therewith to realize accurate transfer of the horizontal position, so as to ensure that the mold assembly 4018 can accurately reach the cleaning, filling, compacting, leveling and other operation stations; When the mold assembly 4018 is moved to the cleaning station, the adjusting push rod 3 at the top of the side plate mechanism 2 starts to extend or contract, driving the moving frame 301 to move up and down, so that the cleaning motor 3011, the rotating disc assembly 3012 and the brush assembly 3013 inside the moving frame 301 are adjusted to a height corresponding to the inner cavity of the mold assembly 4018. Then, the cleaning motor 3011 is started, and the output shaft at the top of the cleaning motor 3011 drives the rotating disc assembly 3012 to rotate at high speed. The brush assembly 3013 arranged in an annular array on the outer periphery of the rotating disc assembly 3012 is synchronously rotated. Under the cooperation of the adjusting push rod 3, the brush assembly 3013 extends into the inner cavity of the mold assembly 4018, and the inner cavity wall is completely cleaned by rotating, so that the residual sand residues left over from the last operation are completely removed, avoiding the hindrance of the residues to the subsequent sand filling. A small amount of residues generated during the cleaning process will fall onto the conveyor belt 2012 below, waiting for subsequent processing. After the cleaning is completed, the mold assembly 4018 is moved to the filling station, and the hopper assembly 6011 at the top of the supporting mechanism 6 stores sand used for filling. The valve plate inside the hopper assembly 6011 is opened by the motor control, and the sand flows into the discharge head 6015 at the bottom of the moving guide frame 6014 through the flexible connecting pipe 6012 connected to the bottom end of the hopper assembly 6011 under the action of gravity. At the same time, the laying push rod 6013 inside the supporting mechanism 6 extends or contracts, pushing the moving guide frame 6014 to move reciprocally along the transverse slot of the guide rail assembly 601 in the transverse direction. The movement of the moving guide frame 6014 drives the synchronous movement of the discharge head 6015, so that the sand is uniformly spread into the mold cavity of the mold assembly 4018 through the discharge head 6015, realizing the overall filling of the sand. During the filling process, the weighing assembly 4012 monitors the total weight of the mold assembly 4018 and the sand inside in real time, indirectly reflecting the filling amount of the sand, so as to control the progress of the filling operation. Before the sand filling process, the impact push rod 501 on the support 5 outside the rack mechanism 1 starts to move up and down, driving the impact head 5011 at the bottom end to repeatedly knock the outer surface of the mold assembly 4018. Through the continuous knocking vibration, the residues previously existing in the mold assembly 4018 are removed, ensuring that the subsequent sand can closely adhere to the inner wall of the mold cavity, providing a good basis for the subsequent casting forming. After the sand compacts, the mold assembly 4018 is moved to the smoothing station, the smoothing push rod 7 at the top end of the rack mechanism 1 extends or contracts, pushing its connected guide frame body 701 to move longitudinally along the longitudinal slot, the height push rod 7011 inside the guide frame body 701 synchronously extends and contracts, driving the moving guide block 7012 and the left connected smoothing support arm 7013 to adjust the height up and down, so that the bottom end of the smoothing support arm 7013 contacts the surface of the sand in the mold assembly 4018, under the drive of the smoothing push rod 7, the smoothing support arm 7013 moves longitudinally along the sand surface, scraping the part of the sand surface that is too high, so that the sand surface is kept smooth, ensuring the dimensional accuracy of the mold template, and the excess sand scraped off during the smoothing process will fall onto the conveyor belt 2012; The excess sand that falls off during the cleaning, filling and smoothing operations will all fall onto the conveyor belt 2012 in the guide frame 201, the conveyor motor 2013 at the front end of the guide frame 201 starts, and its output shaft drives the guide roller assembly 2011 to rotate, since the conveyor belt 2012 is sleeved outside the two guide roller assemblies 2011, the rotation of the guide roller assembly 2011 drives the conveyor belt 2012 to circulate, conveying the excess sand on the conveyor belt 2012 to the designated collection area, realizing the centralized treatment of the excess sand and keeping the working environment clean; When all the operation procedures are completed, the power components such as the transmission motor 4, the rotating motor 4014, the cleaning motor 3011, the conveyor motor 2013 and the like stop running, and the push rods such as the clamping push rod 4016, the adjusting push rod 3, the material laying push rod 6013, the impact push rod 501, the smoothing push rod 7 and the height push rod 7011 and the like reset, driving the related components to return to the initial position, the clamping push rod 4016 contracts, the clamping plate assembly 4017 loosens the clamping of the mold assembly 4018, and the operator can take away the finished mold template, and the device waits for the next operation cycle.
