Nuclear grade quick connector with pressure relief and multiple safety interlocks

Abstract

The present application relates to the technical field of joint equipment, more particularly to a nuclear grade quick joint with pressure relief and multi-stage safety interlocking, comprising: a plug and a socket structure; the socket structure comprises: an adapter pipe, one end of the adapter pipe is connected with an adapter head, and the other end of the adapter pipe is connected with the plug in a plug-in manner; a locking mechanism for limiting and locking the plug is installed inside the adapter pipe, and a ball valve mechanism for cutting off the medium channel between the adapter head and the plug is installed inside the adapter pipe, the ball valve mechanism is connected with a control sleeve which is slidably arranged on the outer side surface of the adapter pipe, and an auxiliary pressure relief mechanism is installed on the control sleeve to discharge the medium in the ball valve mechanism and the medium channel after the ball valve mechanism cuts off the medium channel. The present application has reliable pressure relief function, and can realize multi-stage safety interlocking with the joint locking mechanism, so that the unlocking and dismounting of the plug are allowed only after the cavity pressure is safely released and the residual medium is completely discharged, thereby comprehensively improving the safety and reliability of the operation of the nuclear grade pipeline connection.
