The application improves the identification accuracy of the plugging state, avoids invalid resource allocation, driver loading failure, resource leakage, interruption exception and the like caused by misidentification of the plugging state, and realizes a reliable, usable and adaptive hot plugging technology on the basis of guaranteeing system performance.
