Multi-liquid matrix automatic sampling device and process

Abstract

This invention provides various matrix-type automatic sampling devices and processes for pharmaceutical liquids. The invention relates to the field of liquid sampling technology, including a sampling shell forming a sampling space within the shell. The bottom of the sampling space is a sampling area, and a matrix sampling mechanism is positioned above this area. The matrix sampling mechanism includes a first sampling platform and a second sampling platform. The second sampling platform moves vertically relative to the first sampling platform. Multiple sampling heads are matrix-distributed on the surface of the second sampling platform. Semi-enclosed shields are positioned outside the sampling heads located in the same column or row, and these shields are rotatably connected to the second sampling platform. By controlling the shields to rotate to the bottom position of the second sampling platform, the dripping pharmaceutical liquid below the sampling heads is collected. This invention avoids cross-contamination caused by pharmaceutical liquid dripping during the movement after sampling, ensuring continuous and normal detection while improving detection efficiency and accuracy.
