Abstract
This invention provides a graphene-porous carbon composite capacitive carbon material and its preparation method, relating to the field of electrochemical energy storage materials technology. The capacitive carbon material possesses a dual continuous interpenetrating network structure of graphene and porous carbon. Graphene sheets unfold in a wrinkled manner, overlapping to form a first continuous conductive network. Porous carbon nanoparticles are grown in situ and embedded between the graphene sheets, interconnecting to form a second continuous porous carbon network, which interpenetrates with the first continuous conductive network, thus composing the capacitive carbon material. This invention utilizes in-situ grafting crosslinking polymerization technology to covalently graft polymer molecular chains onto the surface of graphene oxide, achieving uniform in-situ growth and firm embedding of porous carbon between graphene sheets. This effectively solves the graphene stacking problem and simultaneously constructs a continuous three-dimensional conductive network and hierarchical ion transport channels, enabling the capacitive carbon material to possess ultra-high specific surface area, excellent conductivity, good structural stability, and outstanding electrochemical performance.
