Abstract

This component assembly device comprises: a transfer unit to which one of several transfer trays of different sizes is interchangeably attached and which supplies a transfer material formed in a film to the transfer tray; a head for transferring the transfer material to several components by suctioning the several components with several suction nozzles and lowering the several suction nozzles relative to the transfer tray; and a transfer component counting unit which, based on the size of the transfer tray and the size of the several components, determines the number of components to which the transfer material is to be transferred each time a film is formed on the transfer tray, and the number of components to which the transfer material is to be transferred among the several components without moving the head.
