Abstract
Description
TECHNICAL FIELD
[0001] The present invention relates to a building construction module, in particular a room module, for a modular building, especially a brick modular building. Furthermore, the invention relates to a modular building, in particular a brick modular building, comprising a plurality of such building construction modules.
[0002] The present invention is described below primarily in connection with a hotel as a modular building. However, the invention can be used in a wide variety of buildings such as hospitals, retirement homes, nursing homes, office buildings, homeless shelters, or ordinary residential buildings. STATE OF THE ART
[0003] Numerous attempts have already been made in the prior art to enable the modular construction of a building by designing suitable building construction modules.
[0004] For example, a building construction module designed as a container cell is known from DE 10 2008 023 304 A. There, the container cell is designed as an industrially prefabricated, circular sector-shaped module. While the design described in DE 10 2008 023 403 A is characterized by high functionality, as it enables quick and easy assembly and disassembly, significant compromises must be made regarding the quality and appearance of the building due to the container construction method.
[0005] The construction module known from DE 10 2008 023 304 A thus has the disadvantage that the container construction method used does not achieve high quality and does not convey a high-quality overall impression. Consequently, the challenge lies in providing high-quality construction modules without sacrificing their functionality. In particular, it would be desirable to provide a fully brick-built construction module that nevertheless offers good modular functionality.
[0006] Based on the prior art described above, the object of the present invention is to provide an improved building construction module that eliminates the aforementioned problems and disadvantages of the prior art. In particular, the object of the present invention is to provide a building construction module that, given its module functionality, offers high quality and a high-quality appearance.
[0007] Furthermore, it is an object of the present invention to provide a modular building which also eliminates the disadvantages of the prior art. DISCLOSURE OF THE INVENTION
[0008] The problem is solved with a building construction module according to claim 1 and a modular building according to claim 14. Advantageous further developments of the invention are the subject of the dependent claims.
[0009] The solution according to the invention consists in particular of providing a building construction module, especially a room module, for a modular building, wherein the building construction module has a concrete base slab and vertical walls made of bricks, which are arranged on the concrete base slab and extend vertically upwards from the concrete base slab, wherein at least two of the walls are perpendicular to each other and interlock in a brick bond, wherein the concrete base slab has at least two suspension elements for lifting the building construction module, wherein the suspension elements are arranged horizontally in the concrete base slab, and wherein the concrete base slab has at least one suspension area for each suspension element, in which the corresponding suspension element is exposed in such a way that a lifting device can be attached to the suspension element.
[0010] The concrete floor slab is preferably formed in one piece. Preferably, the concrete floor slab is made of reinforced concrete. The concrete floor slab extends in a horizontal plane. In its installed state, the concrete floor slab forms the transition between the building and the ground or between two levels of the building. Preferably, the concrete floor slab is rectangular.
[0011] Walls are generally vertical, planar structural elements that extend vertically upwards from the concrete foundation slab. Their length and height are significantly greater than their depth. Depending on the building module, the walls can be either exterior or interior. Exterior walls, extending along the sides of the building module, are preferred. The walls are constructed of bricks, specifically brickwork. Brick masonry is free of pollutants and creates a pleasant indoor climate. In particular, bricks, unlike other building materials such as wood, steel, or concrete, possess excellent thermal storage properties. Therefore, a brick building can help regulate the indoor climate year-round while simultaneously saving energy. Brick buildings are generally considered to be of higher quality than those constructed with, for example, container walls or concrete walls. In this way, brickwork can create a suitable basis for a high-quality building.
[0012] The suspension elements are used to lift the entire building module. Lifting, in this context, refers to the free-floating or suspended lifting of the building module, at least in the vertical direction. This lifting is used, for example, for loading the building module. The lifting device used is generally a device for lifting and moving loads. The load is not rigidly guided but lifted while suspended or suspended. In particular, the lifting device may be a crane.
[0013] The concrete floor slab has at least two, preferably at least four, and particularly preferably at least six suspension elements. The suspension elements are formed horizontally in the concrete floor slab, preferably being cast into the concrete floor slab, in particular embedded in the concrete. Alternatively, they could also be inserted into the concrete floor slab.
[0014] Preferably, the suspension elements are arranged at least substantially entirely within the concrete base slab. In particular, apart from exposed areas at the suspension points, the suspension elements are completely surrounded by the material of the concrete base slab. The exposed areas are preferably not completely exposed. Specifically, the exposed areas are free from below and covered by the concrete base slab from above. This ensures that the force exerted when lifting the building module acts at least substantially exclusively on the concrete base slab.
[0015] The suspension elements provide secure anchor points to which the lifting equipment can be attached, ensuring the safe and undamaged transport of the building module. Brickwork is susceptible to cracking and damage during loading. The suspension elements gently lift the walls from below, preventing them from being subjected to excessive force. Simultaneously, the at least two perpendicular walls, interlocking in the brickwork pattern, provide sufficient stability, particularly for lifting the building module, and also counteract cracking. This eliminates the need for a frame to stabilize and support the building module. This means the building module can be lifted without any additional internal or external support, especially for the walls. Furthermore, no supporting cladding of the brick walls is required.
[0016] The exposed areas of the suspension elements at the suspension points can be attached to the lifting device, making it possible to lift the entire building module. Each suspension element is assigned at least one suspension point. A single suspension element can also be assigned multiple suspension points, in which case these are located at intervals. This makes it possible to create multiple anchor points for the lifting device with a single suspension element. However, for stability reasons, it is preferable to use a multitude of suspension elements, each assigned to only one suspension point.
[0017] According to the invention, the building construction module, and in particular the concrete base slab with its suspension elements, is designed such that the entire building construction module, including the brick walls and all internal components, can be lifted and transported without causing damage. This is achieved primarily by means of the suspension elements, which serve as secure anchor points for the safe and undamaged transport of the building construction module. By attaching the suspension elements in the area of the concrete base slab below the interlocking brick walls, the brickwork is completely free of tensile forces, thus preventing any cracking in the brickwork, such as can occur with a brick wall suspension known from the prior art. This ensures the modular functionality of the building construction module.
[0018] It is also possible to manufacture building construction modules using a kind of assembly line production. The building construction modules can be fully assembled and equipped for their intended use in a factory and then only need to be transported to their desired location and integrated into the building. In contrast, prior art only involves prefabricating individual parts that, according to the present invention, belong to the building construction module according to the invention, such as the walls. Thus, no prefabricated brick building construction modules exist in the prior art. This also means that the assembly of the individual parts only takes place on-site during the building construction. In contrast, the assembly and preferably also the outfitting of the building construction modules or room modules takes place at a location other than the building site. This offers several advantages.Firstly, this saves time during on-site building construction. At the same time, production can take place indoors, independent of the weather. Further advantages include a reduced potential for errors and simpler quality assurance, leading to better results.
[0019] In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the suspension element is designed as a rod and has a length of 50 cm to 150 cm.
[0020] Preferably, the rod has a length of 75 cm to 125 cm, and particularly preferably a length of approximately 100 cm. These lengths represent ideal lengths at which the suspension element can be integrated securely into the concrete base slab. For example, the rod has a diameter between 5 cm and 9 cm, particularly preferably between 6 cm and 8 cm, and most preferably a diameter of approximately 7 cm. Such a diameter ensures the secure holding of the structural module. In particular, six suspension elements with the dimensions described above can be used. Preferably, the rod is made of steel, especially stainless steel. For example, it could be grade S335 steel. Alternatively, a steel tube would also be suitable as a suspension element.
[0021] Preferably, the suspension area along the associated suspension element has a length of 10 cm to 40 cm, more preferably 15 cm to 35 cm, and particularly preferably a length of about 25 cm. Furthermore, the ratio of the length of the suspension area to the length of the rod is preferably between 1 / 5 and 1 / 3, and particularly about 1 / 4. In any case, the suspension area provides sufficient space for attaching or engaging the lifting device, which may consist of straps, ropes, and / or hooks that can be connected to a crane.
[0022] According to an advantageous embodiment of the invention, the suspension elements run in pairs parallel to each other on opposite sides of the concrete base slab.
[0023] This allows for a particularly safe and force-optimized lifting of the building structure module. For a rectangular concrete base slab, the suspension elements preferably run in pairs along opposite long sides. "In pairs" means that one suspension element on one side and one on the opposite side are at the same height. The height is specified in the direction of extension of the suspension element.
[0024] Preferably, the suspension elements are arranged on the sides, and especially on the long sides. In particular, the corner areas are free of suspension elements. Suspension elements at the corners would place excessive stress on the brickwork interlocking at the corners.
[0025] According to an advantageous further development, the concrete base slab has a multitude of cast-in horizontal reinforcements, with at least some of the multitude of horizontal reinforcements running parallel to the suspension elements.
[0026] The reinforcements are preferably also formed in close proximity, i.e., at a distance of less than 10 cm from the suspension elements. Particularly preferably, several horizontal reinforcements are arranged around the respective suspension element, so that the reinforcements enclose the suspension element. For example, viewed in cross-section, at least one horizontal reinforcement is arranged above the suspension element, at least one horizontal reinforcement is arranged below the suspension element, and at least one horizontal reinforcement is arranged to the left and right of the suspension element.
[0027] In general, the reinforcement in the concrete base slab ensures a higher load-bearing capacity. Near the suspension element, it also ensures good force distribution. The reinforcement is preferably made of steel. It is particularly preferred that the reinforcement is made of the same steel as the suspension elements. Since at least some of the reinforcement runs parallel to the suspension elements, it also runs parallel to the opposite sides, thus providing them with additional support.
[0028] A particularly advantageous embodiment of the present invention provides that the concrete floor slab is designed at least substantially in a trough shape with edge regions extending vertically upwards.
[0029] In the case of a rectangular concrete floor slab, four edge areas are formed. These edge areas preferably have a height of 20 cm to 30 cm in the direction of extension, and particularly preferably a height of approximately 25 cm.
[0030] The raised edges increase the stability of the concrete base slab, allowing it to be made thinner overall. For example, the thickness of the concrete base slab can be reduced to less than 25 cm, preferably less than 20 cm, and most preferably to about 16 cm. This material saving not only reduces costs but also reduces the weight that the suspension elements have to bear, thus lowering the overall weight of the building module and facilitating its transport. Furthermore, the raised edges provide better protection for the brick walls. For instance, the suspension area can have a slope that extends completely above the suspension element. This slope is designed so that when lifting, the force is applied directly to the concrete base slab and not to the brick walls. The slope can be implemented particularly easily with the raised edge area. In general, the slope acts as an area that covers the suspension element from above. As a result, the force when lifting the building construction module is exerted almost exclusively on the concrete base slab.
[0031] According to an advantageous further development of the invention, the concrete base slab has a plurality of cast-in vertical reinforcements, wherein the plurality of vertical reinforcements extend into the upwardly extending edge regions, and wherein at least some of the vertical reinforcements are arranged such that the vertical reinforcements surround the suspension elements in cross-section.
[0032] In other words, the suspension elements extend through vertical reinforcement bars, which, in conjunction with horizontal reinforcement sections connecting the vertical bars, surround the suspension elements like rectangular frames. Here, too, the reinforcement in the concrete base slab ensures a higher load-bearing capacity. Since the vertical reinforcement bars extend into the upward-reaching edge areas, they also stabilize these areas. Near the suspension element, the vertical reinforcement bars also ensure good force distribution. The vertical reinforcement bars are preferably continuous, so that they completely surround the respective suspension element. The vertical reinforcement bars preferably extend at least 20 cm and at most 40 cm in height, i.e., in the vertical direction.
[0033] Preferably, all suspension elements are surrounded by vertical reinforcements. For example, each suspension element is surrounded by at least two, preferably at least four, and particularly preferably at least six vertical reinforcements. Furthermore, preferably half of the vertical reinforcements are arranged in front of and the other half of the vertical reinforcements are arranged behind the exposed area of the respective suspension element, viewed in the axial direction.
[0034] A further embodiment of the present invention provides that a floor structure is arranged in a trough-shaped interior of the concrete floor slab, which is bounded by the edge areas.
[0035] Thus, the building construction module can have a complete and fully functional floor as a walkable surface. Depending on aesthetic or functional requirements, the floor construction, especially the top layer, can be adapted to the intended use of the building construction module. A high-quality wooden floor is suitable for a hotel, while an easy-to-clean vinyl floor is more appropriate for a hospital. The floor construction can consist of several layers, preferably including insulation layers and allowing for the integration of underfloor heating piping. Ideally, the floor construction should be at least substantially flush with the top edge of the perimeter area.
[0036] According to an advantageous further development of the invention, four of the walls are perpendicular to each other and interlock in a brick bond. In the case of exterior walls extending along the sides of the building construction module and a concrete floor slab with a rectangular base, preferably all exterior walls interlock at the corners in a brick bond.
[0037] Interlocking brickwork refers to the interlocking of two perpendicular walls, achieved by the alternating projection of the brick courses. Applied to a corner, this means the brick courses of the two walls forming the corner alternately extend to the outer edge. Thus, the two walls are interlocked. This allows for exceptionally high wall stability. This is particularly advantageous when lifting the building module, but also enhances the overall strength and resistance of the building module to vibrations, such as those caused by earthquakes. The increased stability eliminates the need for additional vertical support structures or columns.
[0038] In a further advantageous embodiment of the invention, the walls of the building construction module define an enclosed space. Thus, the building construction module is designed as a room module.
[0039] The walls thus serve a space-enclosing function. Preferably, this is a fully enclosed space, surrounded on all sides by walls and comprising a floor and a ceiling. The ceiling is preferably made of wood. Furthermore, preferably all space-defining walls interlock in a brick bond pattern. This allows for particularly high stability.
[0040] According to an advantageous further development of this embodiment, the building construction module has at least one window and one door.
[0041] More precisely, one of the walls has a door and the other a window. The window and door are already pre-installed in their respective walls, so the room is ready for use. This eliminates the need to install the windows and doors on-site. Instead, the building modules, complete with doors and windows, can be delivered to the construction site.
[0042] In a particularly preferred embodiment of the invention, the building construction module has at least one water pipe, wastewater pipe, power pipe, and / or data pipe.
[0043] According to an advantageous further development, the building construction modules are designed to be stackable. In particular, the base tray of an upper building construction module can form the ceiling, or at least part of the ceiling, of a lower building construction module.
[0044] Preferably, the room or building module already includes all the necessary lines. Thus, the room is equipped with all the installations required for its use and is immediately ready for its intended purpose.
[0045] A particularly advantageous embodiment of the present invention provides that the building construction module includes furniture and / or a wet room, which are arranged in the space defined by the walls.
[0046] This further improves the direct usability of the room.
[0047] In an advantageous further development of the invention, the building construction module is at least substantially a fully furnished hotel room.
[0048] This makes it possible to construct a hotel or other buildings quickly and with minimal effort.
[0049] Furthermore, the task is solved by means of a modular building that incorporates a large number of the previously described construction modules. In this modular building, several of the previously described construction modules are arranged in a row and / or stacked on top of each other.
[0050] The aspects and advantages already described in connection with the building construction modules also apply to the modular building. Accordingly, the advantages and aspects already mentioned regarding the individual building construction modules are transferable to the modular building and are not repeated individually here.
[0051] The modular building is preferably intended to be a hotel. Alternatively, a hospital, retirement home, nursing home, office building, homeless shelter, accommodation for asylum seekers and migrants, or a standard residential building would also be conceivable. In standard residential construction, several modular building units designed as living units can be arranged to create a single apartment. For example, variable apartment sizes from 44 sq m to 88 sq m are possible.
[0052] The construction of a modular building is carried out in the following steps: creating a foundation at a building site; providing a large number of the previously described building construction modules; and arranging the large number of building construction modules on the foundation.
[0053] Since the building construction modules are the previously described building construction modules, all individual aspects and advantages are transferable here as well.
[0054] The foundation can preferably be a strip foundation. A strip foundation consists of cast concrete strips that follow the footprint of the building to be erected and, in particular, form the base for the building's walls. The advantage of a strip foundation is that it saves on materials and labor, since it is not necessary to pour concrete over the entire base area or to excavate completely.
[0055] The structural modules are preferably not produced on-site, but rather in a factory specifically designed for this purpose. Assembly line production is particularly feasible in such a factory, allowing one factory to supply multiple construction sites. The structural modules are preferably fully assembled in the factory, then loaded and transported to their destination. Transport can be carried out using trucks. The suspension elements of the structural modules are used for loading. Preferably, the structural modules are wrapped in protective covers during transport.
[0056] The building construction modules and the modular building are particularly well-suited for use in connection with a hotel. However, they are by no means limited to this. For example, they could also be used in an administrative building, office building, hospital, or nursing home. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
[0057] Further features, advantages, and embodiments of the invention will become apparent from the following description of embodiments of the invention and from the figures. These show: Fig. 1 a schematic top view of a concrete floor slab according to the present invention; Fig. 2 a schematic sectional view along line AA in Fig. 1; Fig. 3. An enlarged detail view of the right area. Fig. 2; Fig. 4 an enlarged detail view of a suspension element in a concrete floor slab according to the present invention; Fig. 5 a schematic top view of a building construction module designed as a room module according to the present invention; and Fig. 6 a schematic view of a modular building according to the present invention. FORMS OF EXECUTION OF THE INVENTION
[0058] Fig. Figure 1 shows a schematic top view of a concrete floor slab 110 according to the present invention. The concrete floor slab 110 has a rectangular base. Accordingly, the concrete floor slab 110 has four sides, with the opposite sides being of equal length and parallel to each other.
[0059] In Fig. 1 are two opposite sides 116 marked, which are the long sides of the concrete base slab 110.
[0060] A multitude of suspension elements 111 are formed on the two opposite sides 116. These suspension elements 111 are primarily designed as rods and run parallel to each other on the opposite sides 116. Fig. Figure 1 shows six suspension elements 111, although more or fewer suspension elements 111 would also be conceivable. In particular, the suspension elements 111 run in pairs parallel to each other, i.e. at the same height, in the concrete base slab 110.
[0061] The concrete base plate 110 has a suspension area 115 for each suspension element 111, whereby for the sake of simplicity only one of the suspension areas 115 is shown here with a reference symbol. Although in the Fig. While Figure 1 shows exactly one suspension area 115 for each suspension element 111, a suspension element 111 can also be assigned more than one suspension area 115. For example, it would be conceivable that the suspension element 111 extends further and therefore fewer suspension elements 111 with more suspension areas 115 are provided.
[0062] The suspension areas 115 are areas where the associated suspension element 111 is exposed, allowing a lifting device to be attached to the suspension element 111. This enables the concrete base slab 110 to be lifted safely.
[0063] As in Fig. As can be seen in Figure 1, the suspension elements 111 are significantly longer than the suspension area 115, so that the majority of each suspension element 111 is directly enclosed by the base plate. For example, the suspension elements 111 can have a length of approximately 100 cm and the suspension area 115 can have a length of 25 cm.
[0064] As also in Fig. As can be seen in Figure 1, the concrete base slab 110 has edge areas 117 on its sides. The edge areas 117 extend vertically upwards from the rest of the concrete base slab 110, which is particularly evident in Fig. 2 is clearly visible. Furthermore, the edge regions 117 also extend parallel to the sides of the concrete base slab 110, so that the concrete base slab 110 is at least essentially trough-shaped. The edge regions 117 surround a trough-shaped interior space 118 of the concrete base slab 110. This interior space 118 is also in Fig. 2 more clearly visible.
[0065] Fig. Figure 2 shows a schematic sectional view along line AA in Fig. 1. In Fig. Figure 2 shows a large number of cast-in reinforcements 112, 113. The cast-in reinforcements 112 are horizontal reinforcements 112 that run parallel to the suspension elements 111. The reinforcements 113 are vertical reinforcements 113 that extend into the upwardly extending edge regions 117.
[0066] An enlarged detail view of the right-hand area from Fig. 2 is in Fig. Figure 3 is given. Here, the horizontal reinforcements 112, the vertical reinforcements 113 and their arrangement relative to the suspension element 111 are shown more clearly.
[0067] The suspension element 111 is arranged in an area bounded by four horizontal reinforcement bars 112. Above these four horizontal reinforcement bars 112, two further horizontal reinforcement bars 112 are arranged at an upper area of the edge region 117. The vertical reinforcement bar 113 shown surrounds the suspension element 111 in cross-section. The vertical reinforcement bar 113 is a continuous reinforcement bar through which the suspension element 111 extends, and which, in conjunction with horizontally extending reinforcement sections connecting the vertical reinforcement bars 113, surrounds the suspension element 111 like a rectangular frame.
[0068] In Fig. Figure 3 also clearly shows how the suspension area 115 of the concrete base slab 110 is designed. The suspension area 115 is a recess in the material that provides access to the suspension element 111. Specifically, the suspension area 115 has a slope 115a formed above the suspension element 111. The slope 115a has a rounded edge on the outside, allowing for safe lifting with the hoist. The slope 115a is designed such that the hoist acts on the concrete base slab 110 and not on the brick walls 120.
[0069] Fig. Figure 4 shows an enlarged detail view of one of the suspension elements 111. Specifically, it is an enlarged section of a side view from one of the opposite sides 116. Here it is particularly evident that the suspension element 111 extends parallel to the horizontal reinforcements 112. Horizontal reinforcements 112 are arranged below and horizontal reinforcements 112 above the suspension element 111. It is also clearly visible in Fig. 4 to recognize that several vertical reinforcements 113 are arranged and run in such a way that they support the suspension element 111, as shown in the cross-section in Fig. 3 to see, surrounded.
[0070] In the Fig. In the illustration shown in Figure 4, the suspension area 115 is shown in the center. Here, an exposed area 111a of the suspension element 111 is visible and can be used for lifting. The remainder of the suspension element 111 is completely located within the concrete base slab 110, specifically cast into it.
[0071] Fig. Figure 5 shows a schematic top view of a building construction module 100 designed as a room module according to the present invention. The building construction module 100 has four walls 120 that run along the sides of the concrete base slab 110. The walls 120 are designed as brick walls and interlock at the corners in a brick bond pattern. This is shown in the schematic Fig. 5 not shown. The walls 120 are formed on the edge areas 117 of the concrete base slab 110. Two of the walls 120 are longer than the other two walls. The long walls are aligned parallel to each other, while the other walls 120 are aligned perpendicular to the long walls.
[0072] In total, the walls 120 of the building construction module 100 define an enclosed space 200. In the case of the Fig. The room 200 shown in Figure 5 is specifically a hotel room. Room 200, or rather the building construction module 100, has a door 131 and two windows 132. Door 131 is specifically the room door to the hotel. A wet room 210 is located in room 200, which has a water pipe 133 and a wastewater pipe 134. Even if this is in Fig. As not clearly shown in Figure 5, wet cell 210 is a fully equipped wet cell 210. Wet cell 210 can therefore include a shower cubicle, at least one washbasin, and a toilet. As shown in Fig. As shown in Figure 5, the wet room 210 is separated from the rest of the room 200 by partition walls. These partition walls are preferably not made of brick.
[0073] Room 200, or building construction module 100, also has a power line 135 and a data line 136. Furthermore, room 200 is furnished according to its intended purpose. The exemplary in Fig. The hotel room shown, designated as furniture item 130, contains a desk with a chair and a bed. Of course, other or additional furniture items are possible. Room 200 could also be a hospital room or a quarantine ward during a pandemic. In that case, medical equipment could also be included as furniture item 130.
[0074] Overall, room 200 is at least essentially fully equipped for its intended purpose. To put room 200 into operation, only lines 133, 134, 135, and 136 need to be connected to their respective supply networks. This will be done on-site during the installation of building module 100.
[0075] Fig. Figure 6 shows a schematic view of a modular building 1000 according to the present invention. In particular, the following are shown in Fig. 6. The building construction modules 100 can be seen in their installed form.
[0076] The Fig. The modular building 1000 shown in Figure 6 has a foundation 300 on which a first building module 100 is arranged. A second building module 100 is arranged above the first building module 100 as a second floor. The building modules 100 can therefore be stacked. The concrete floor slab 110 of the upper, i.e., the second, building module 100 forms the base, as shown in Figure 6. Fig. Figure 6 shows the ceiling of the lower, i.e., the first, building construction module 100. Above this second floor is a roof 400. Although the roof 400 is shown as a pitched roof, any roof shape is conceivable. In particular, the roof 400 can be a hipped roof, a shed roof, a flat roof, or a gable roof.
[0077] Naturally, the modular building 1000 can also be designed as a single-story structure or with more than two stories. The in Fig. Figure 6 shows a section through building 1000, where further building construction modules 100 can be connected behind and in front of the building construction modules 100. Thus, several building construction modules 100 are then arranged in a row.
[0078] If that in Fig. The 6 modular buildings shown represent a hotel; the building construction modules 100 could be those in Fig. The 5 building construction modules shown represent 100 fully equipped hotel rooms.
[0079] In Fig. Figure 6 also shows that the building construction modules 100 have a floor structure 119. The floor structure 119 consists of several layers and, as shown, preferably terminates flush with the top edge of the perimeter area 117. Even if the floor structure 119 is in the Fig. Although the building construction module 100 shown in section 5 is not explicitly depicted, the floor structure 119 is already included. Fig. 5 installed.
[0080] Overall, the invention results in a modular building 1000, which has a large number of easily connectable building construction modules 100, which radiate value due to their high quality.
[0081] It should be noted that the features of the invention described with reference to individual embodiments or variants, such as the type and design of the individual components as well as their precise dimensions and spatial arrangement, may also be present in other embodiments, unless otherwise specified or is precluded for technical reasons. Furthermore, not all features of such combined features of individual embodiments need necessarily be implemented in a given embodiment. QUOTES CONTAINED IN THE DESCRIPTION
