Description

[0001] The subject of the utility model is a container made of plastic in the form of a bottle, which is intended for storing small quantities of various liquid substances and is intended for single use, mainly in the pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries, but which can also find a wide range of applications in other sectors, in particular in the chemical industry.

[0002] Several solutions and applications are known for containers made of plastics, which are used as packaging for relatively small quantities of substances in the form of liquids or semi-liquids.

[0003] From German patent application No. DE10 2005 032 832 A1, a vial is known which has the shape of a truncated cone with an integrated stopper attached to a flexible arm with a double-lipped bottom which covers the upper rim of the vial from the outside and from the inside when it is closed with the stopper of this vial.

[0004] From the description of the German patent application DE 2 142 735 it is known that the container is equipped with a nozzle which is broken at a specially weakened point before use in order to open the opening of the channel for the outflow of the liquid contained therein.

[0005] The patent description of European Patent No. EP 1 809 540 B1 discloses a container in the form of an ampoule with a dosing chamber located therein. The container has closed openings on both sides through which the substance contained in the base container can be simultaneously filled and removed. Furthermore, the solution provides the possibility of assembling the ampoules into a multi-part set using stiffening ribs located between the containers.

[0006] From the Polish utility model description No. Ru. 068943, a container in the form of a vial made of flexible plastic is known, which was constructed as a one-piece article and consists of a base container which, on the filling side for filling with a liquid substance, is connected to a stopper by a flexible arm and, on the side for ejecting the liquid substance, ends with a neck having a blind channel, the extension of which is a handle designed to break the neck at a narrowed point and open a channel in this neck.

[0007] The purpose of the utility model is to develop the design of a container in the form of a vial that ensures a constant elastic pressure between the two interacting elements of the seal of the base container and the stopper, which results in the tightness of the connection and ensures that it is maintained over time.

[0008] The container in the form of a vial made of plastic, which in its entirety is considered an article intended for the single dosing of the essentially liquid substance contained therein, consisting of a base container ending in a neck having a blind channel, the base container being closed on the filling side by a stopper to which it is connected by a flexible arm, the neck being considered a component which is twisted or broken off using a handle, being considered an extension of this neck, according to the utility model, characterized in that the stopper has a flange in the base region which is provided on the circumference with a ring surrounding an annular recess, whereby the base deforms elastically when the container is closed and forms a concave meniscus, which causes a permanent elastic pressure of the plug ring against the circumferential inner ring of the base container.

[0009] The advantage of the vial-shaped container according to the present design is that it can be manufactured in one piece, is easy to use and that it is possible to combine sets of containers consisting of several parts. The object of the utility model in the form of a container was shown in the drawing in which Fig. 1 shows a front view of several interconnected containers made from an injection mold with the stopper open. Fig. Figure 2 shows a top view of several interconnected containers made from an injection mold with the plug open. Fig. 3 shows a front view of several interconnected containers with closed plugs. Fig. 4 shows a top view of several interconnected containers with closed plugs. Fig. 5 shows a container with an open plug in axial section. Fig. 6 shows a container closed with the plug in axial section. Fig. 7 shows a container closed with the stopper and with the handle broken off in axial section. Fig. 8 shows the upper part of the container with the plug open in cross section, and Fig. 9 shows the upper part of the container with the plug closed in cross section.

[0010] As shown in the figure, the vial-shaped container consists of a base container 1 in the shape of a cone tapering towards the neck 2, the neck 2 being provided with a blind channel 3 and ending with a handle 6. The base container 1 is closed on the filling side by a flange 10, which in turn is connected to an arm 5 connecting the base container 1 to a plug 4, which serves to close this base container 1. The plug 4 has the shape of a cylinder 7 with a base 9 having a ring 8 surrounding an annular recess 18, the base 9 elastically deforming into a concave meniscus 19 upon closure of the container, and there is a circumferential ring 12 on the circumference of the cylinder 7. The plug 4 is connected to the base container 1 by a flexible arm 5 provided with a constriction 14 to facilitate closure of the opening 16 of the base container 1 with the plug 4.

[0011] The base container 1, on the other hand, is provided with a circumferential inner ring 13, which is designed to cooperate with the circumferential ring 12 of the plug 4 to obtain a tight and permanent molded connection when the base container 1 is closed with this plug 4. The flange 10 of the base container 1, on the other hand, is provided with a bevel 15, the purpose of which is to facilitate the insertion of the plug 4 into the opening of the base container 1. The neck 2, at the passage into the handle 6, is provided with a constriction 11 on its circumference, which represents a point at which the end of the neck 2 can be broken off at a strictly defined point in order to open the channel 3 for the purpose of removing the substance located inside the base container 1.

[0012] The pattern allows the insertion of a ring 8 surrounding the annular recess 18, which allows an elastic deflection of the bottom 9 of the plug 4 to form a concave meniscus 19 when the container is closed with the plug 4.

[0013] When the base container 1 is closed, an elastic deflection of the base 9 from the plug 4 takes place, which causes a constant elastic pressure of the circumferential ring 12 of the plug 4 against the circumferential inner ring 13 of the base container 1.

[0014] The rim 17 in the base container 1 prevents the deformation of the bottom of the plug 4 from exceeding the deformation limit, since at the deformation limit, the surface 18 of the bottom 9 of the plug 4 rests against the rim 17 of the base container 1 and does not allow any further deformation. The constant elastic pressure of the circumferential ring 12 of the plug 4 against the circumferential inner ring 13 of the base container 1 increases the tightness of the connection and ensures its permanent retention.
